Abstract

An apparatus serves for separating a stack of electrodes from a workpiece support by pressurized fluid, which is introduced into the workpiece support. At least one opening of a respective fluid channel is provided on one or more side surfaces of the workpiece support. Each fluid channel has at least one outlet on an upper side surface of the workpiece support, the upper side surface supporting the stack of electrodes. The fluid is blown in a controlled manner into the at least one opening of the respective fluid channel. A lifting tool serves for lifting off the stack of electrodes following separation of the stack of electrodes from the upper side surface of the workpiece support.
