Title of the invention: Railway vehicle comprising at least two cars, each having a service space

[0001] The present invention relates to a passenger rail vehicle, the vehicle comprising a plurality of cars connected to each other.

[0002] This type of vehicle generally includes a bar car offering a catering service to passengers. The bar car is typically located in the middle of the vehicle and includes a sales and preparation area and a consumption room. The consumption room includes seating and / or consumption areas where the passenger stands.

1. A railway vehicle (10) for transporting passengers, the railway vehicle (10) comprising a plurality of cars (12) connected to each other, the plurality of cars (12) comprising: - at least two cars of a first type (20) each comprising a service space (24) and at least one passenger compartment (26) adjacent to the service space (24) in a longitudinal direction (L) of the car (20), the service space (24) comprising at least one automatic product dispensing device (32) and a consumption space (34), - at least one car of a second type (22) without a service space (24), the cars of the first type (20) being separated by the at least one car of the second type (22).

2. Vehicle (10) according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the service spaces (24) of said two cars of the first type (20) is arranged at one end of the car of the first type (20) in the longitudinal direction (L).

3. Vehicle (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one car of the first type (20) comprises two passenger compartments (26), the service space (24) being arranged between the two passenger compartments (26) in the longitudinal direction (L).

4. Vehicle (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the consumption space (34) comprises at least one piece of equipment (36) chosen from a table (38), a seat (40) and a bench (42).

5. Vehicle (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the cars of the first type (20) are separated from each other by a single car of the second type (22).

6. Vehicle (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least one car of the second type (22) comprises at least one passenger compartment (44).

7. Vehicle (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cars (12) comprise a first level (14) and a second level (16) arranged above the first level (14) in an elevation direction.

8. A vehicle (10) according to claim 7, wherein at least one of the service spaces (24) are arranged on the first level (14) of one of the cars of the first type (20).

9. Vehicle (10) according to claim 7 or 8, wherein at least one of the service spaces (24) is arranged on the second level (16) of one of the cars of the first type (20).

Vehicle (10) according to claim 7, wherein the cars of the first type (20) comprise cars in which the service space (24) is arranged at the first level (14) called high cars, and cars in which the service space (24) is arranged at the second level (16) called low cars, the vehicle (10) comprising an alternation of high cars and low cars separated by the at least one car of the second type (22).
