Claims
1. Method for carrying out a transaction, said method being characterized in that it comprises a first phase (PI) of initiating the transaction, implemented between a first transactional device (DTI) and a second transactional device (DT2) capable of exchanging data via a near-field contact or contactless communication technology, said first phase comprising the following steps, implemented by the second transactional device: - the emission (211) of a transaction offer associated with said transaction, comprising transaction conditions;- receiving (212), from the first transactional device, in response to said transaction offer, transactional data stored within a secure memory of said first device, said data comprising at least one account identifier associated with said first transactional device, a value representative of a balance available on said account, and validity time information associated with said balance, defining a validity date of said balance; - verifying (213), locally within said second device, that said transactional data satisfy said transaction conditions; - when said verification is positive, transmitting (214), to said first device, a transaction authorization;- receiving (215), from the first transactional device, in response to said transaction authorization, a cryptographic proof of transaction (PCT) associated with said transaction, and storing (216) said proof of transaction within a memory of said second transactional device.;
2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that said verification step comprises verifying that the date of implementation of the first phase is prior to or equal to said validity date of said balance.
3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that said verification step comprises verifying that the date of implementation of the first phase is earlier than or equal to a date set within said second transactional device, called the estimated date of access to the network, and verifying that said estimated date of access to the network is earlier than or equal to said validity date of said balance.
4. Method according to claim 1 characterized in that the first phase comprises, after the transmission to said first device of said transaction authorization, a step of updating (217) said value representative of the balance available on said account within said secure memory of said first transactional device.
5. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a second phase (P2) of finalizing the transaction, implemented on a date equal to or later than the date of implementation of the first phase (PI), said second phase comprising the following steps implemented by a processing server (SRV): - receiving (221), via a communication network, said proof of transaction, and verifying (222) the authenticity of said proof of transaction; - obtaining (223) from said proof of transaction, the validity date of said balance; - verifying (224) that the date of implementation of the second phase is earlier than or equal to the validity date of said balance;- when said verification is positive, the generation (225) of a request to update the available balance on the account associated with the first transactional device, and of a request to authorize payment of a corresponding settlement to an account associated with said second transactional device.;
6. Transactional device, called first transactional device, comprising near-field contact or contactless communication means used to exchange data with another transactional device, called second transactional device, for carrying out a transaction, said first transactional device being characterized in that it comprises: - means for receiving, from the second transactional device, a transaction offer associated with said transaction, comprising transaction conditions;- means for transmitting, to said second transactional device, in response to said transaction offer, transactional data stored within a secure memory of said first device, said data comprising at least one account identifier associated with said first transactional device, a value representative of a balance available on said account, and validity time information associated with said balance, defining a validity date of said balance; - means of receiving, from the second transactional device, a transaction authorization; - means for generating a cryptographic proof of transaction associated with said transaction, activated in response to the receipt of said transaction authorization; - means of transmitting said cryptographic proof of transaction to said second transactional device.
7. Transactional device, called second transactional device, comprising contact or near-field contactless communication means used to exchange data with another transactional device, called first transactional device, for carrying out a transaction, said second transactional device being characterized in that it comprises: - means for issuing a transaction offer associated with said transaction, including transaction conditions; - means for receiving, from the first transactional device, in response to said transaction offer, transactional data stored within a secure memory of said first device, said data comprising at least one account identifier associated with said first transactional device, a value representative of a balance available on said account, and validity time information associated with said balance, defining a validity date of said balance; - means of verification, locally within said second device, that said transactional data satisfies said transaction conditions; - means for transmitting, to said first device, a transaction authorization, activated when said verification is positive; - means for receiving, from the first transactional device, in response to said transaction authorization, a cryptographic proof of transaction associated with said transaction, and means for storing said proof of transaction within a memory of said second transactional device.
8. System for carrying out a transaction, said system being characterized in that it comprises a first transactional device according to claim 6 and a second transactional device according to claim 7 for implementing a first phase of commitment of the transaction delivering a cryptographic proof of transaction, said system further comprising a processing server for implementing, after said first phase, a second phase of finalizing the transaction, said processing server comprising: - means for receiving, via a communication network, said proof of transaction, and means for verifying the authenticity of said proof of transaction; - means for obtaining from said proof of transaction, the validity date of said balance; - means for verifying that the date of implementation of the second phase is prior to or equal to the validity date of said balance; - means for generating a request to update the balance available on the account associated with the first transactional device, and a request for authorization to pay a corresponding settlement into an account associated with said second transactional device, activated when said verification is positive.
9. System according to claim 8, characterized in that the first transactional device is a means of payment, and in that the second transactional device is a payment terminal.
10. Computer program product downloadable from a communications network and / or stored on a computer-readable medium and / or executable by a microprocessor, characterized in that it comprises program code instructions for executing a method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, when executed by a computer.
