Description

Title of the invention: Device for fixing an electromechanical actuator to a pillar of a closing installation and associated closing installation

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for fixing an electromechanical actuator on a pillar of a closing installation, in other words a device for fixing an electromechanical actuator on a pillar for a closing installation, as well as a closing installation comprising such a fixing device.

[0002] Generally speaking, the present invention relates to the field of swing gates comprising a motorized drive device setting in motion at least one screen following a rotational movement.

[0003] The motorized drive device makes it possible to set the or each screen in motion, between at least a first position and at least a second position.

[0004] The motorized drive device comprises at least one electromechanical actuator of a movable closing element, such as a gate, a grille or any other equivalent material, hereinafter called a screen.

[0005] Document DE 20 2008 000 875 U1 is already known, which describes a device for fixing an electromechanical actuator to a pillar of a closing installation. The fixing device is configured to be fixed to the pillar and is configured to be mechanically connected to the electromechanical actuator. The electromechanical actuator is configured to drive a screen of a swing gate in movement by a rotational movement, around an axis of rotation. The fixing device comprises a fixing support and a fixing plate. The fixing support comprises first fixing holes and second fixing holes. The first fixing holes are configured to receive first fixing elements of the fixing support on the pillar. The fixing plate comprises third fixing holes. The fixing plate is fixed to the fixing support, by means of second screw fixing elements passing through the second fixing holes of the fixing support and the third fixing holes of the fixing plate, according to a first fixing arrangement or according to a second fixing arrangement, the second fixing arrangement being different from the first fixing arrangement.

[0006] This fixing device has the disadvantage of being limited to certain cases of use which exclude, in particular, the cases of so-called “narrow” pillars, which have a small width.

[0007] Thus, a fixing device is provided to be fixed on certain so-called “standard” pillars and one or more other fixing devices are provided to be fixed on certain specific pillars, in particular so-called “narrow” pillars.

[0008] In this way, the manufacturer of electromechanical actuators needs to offer different models of fixing devices, depending on the dimensions of the pillars on which the electromechanical actuators are fixed by means of the fixing devices.

[0009] Consequently, the cost of each of the fixing devices is more expensive due to the multiplicity of models of fixing devices, because of the number of references to be managed and the reduction in the sales volume of a reference.

[0010] Furthermore, this fixing device has the disadvantage of carrying out an adjustment of the position of the fixing plate relative to the fixing support, by means of the plurality of second fixing holes provided in the fixing support and arranged in an arc of a circle.

[0011] Thus, such a fixing device makes the installation of the fixing device relative to the pillar and the electromechanical actuator complex, due to the need to adjust the position of the fixing plate relative to the fixing support.

[0012] Furthermore, in the case of so-called “narrow” pillars, an articulation of the electromechanical actuator relative to the fixing device is offset by a distance having a high value, in particular compared to the case of so-called “standard” pillars.

[0013] The present invention aims to resolve the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a device for fixing an electromechanical actuator on a pillar of a closing installation, as well as a closing installation comprising such a fixing device, making it possible to adapt to a multiplicity of pillars, on the one hand, called "standard" and, on the other hand, called "narrow", while minimizing the cost thereof and simplifying the installation of the fixing device in relation to the pillar and the electromechanical actuator.

[0014] In this regard, the present invention aims, according to a first aspect, at a device for fixing an electromechanical actuator on a pillar of a closing installation, the fixing device being configured to be fixed on the pillar and being configured to be mechanically connected to the electromechanical actuator, the electromechanical actuator being configured to drive a screen of a swing gate in movement by a rotational movement, around a rotation shaft,

[0015] the fixing device comprising at least:

[0016] - a fixing support, the fixing support comprising at least first fixing holes and second fixing holes, the first fixing holes being configured to receive first fixing elements of the fixing bracket on the pillar, and

[0017] - a fixing plate, the fixing plate comprising at least third fixing holes, the fixing plate being fixed to the fixing support, by means of second screw fixing elements passing through the second fixing holes of the fixing support and the third fixing holes of the fixing plate, according to at least a first fixing arrangement or according to at least a second fixing arrangement, the second fixing arrangement being different from the first fixing arrangement.

[0018] According to the invention, the fixing support is configured to be fixed on the pillar in a first fixing orientation or in a second fixing orientation, the second fixing orientation being orthogonal to the first fixing orientation. The fixing plate is fixed on the fixing support in the first fixing arrangement, when the fixing support is fixed on the pillar in the first fixing orientation. Furthermore, the fixing plate is fixed on the fixing support in the second fixing arrangement, when the fixing support is fixed on the pillar in the second fixing orientation.

[0019] Thus, the fixing device adapts to a multiplicity of pillars, on the one hand, called "standard" and, on the other hand, called "narrow", while minimizing the cost thereof.

[0020] In this way, the fixing device is unique and modular to adapt to a multiplicity of pillars, whatever their width.

[0021] Therefore, the fixing device can be assembled on pillars having different widths respectively.

[0022] Furthermore, the fixing device comprises only the fixing support and the fixing plate, as well as the first fixing elements and the second screw fixing elements, so as to simplify its assembly and to minimize the costs of obtaining it.

[0023] In this way, the fixing device does not require any additional parts.

[0024] Furthermore, the fixing device does not require throwing away part of the fixing support or the fixing plate, since these are used in their entirety, in the different fixing arrangements, without having to cut off part of them, during its assembly within the closing installation.

[0025] Furthermore, the fixing device is reversible, so that it can be fixed either to a pillar located on the right or to a pillar located on the left of the swing gate screen.

[0026] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing support comprises a fixing bracket and a fixing wall. In addition, the fixing wall is fixed to the fixing bracket.

[0027] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, according to the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate to the fixing support, the fixing plate fixing is fixed to the fixing bracket. In addition, according to the second arrangement of fixing the fixing plate to the fixing bracket, the fixing plate is fixed to the fixing wall.

[0028] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing plate is fixed to the fixing support according to at least a third fixing arrangement, the third fixing arrangement being different from the first and second fixing arrangements. Furthermore, the fixing plate is fixed to the fixing support according to the third fixing arrangement, when the fixing support is fixed to the pillar according to the first fixing orientation.

[0029] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, according to the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate to the fixing support, the fixing plate is fixed to the fixing bracket.

[0030] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, according to the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate to the fixing support, a first series of second fixing holes of the fixing support is arranged opposite a first series of third fixing holes of the fixing plate. According to the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate to the fixing support, the first series of second fixing holes of the fixing support is arranged opposite a second series of third fixing holes of the fixing plate.Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate to the fixing support, a second series of the second fixing holes of the fixing support is arranged opposite one of the fixing holes of the first series of the third fixing holes of the fixing plate and one of the fixing holes of the second series of the third fixing holes of the fixing plate.

[0031] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing support comprises positioning elements. The fixing plate comprises positioning cutouts. In addition, at least one of the positioning elements is housed in at least one of the positioning cutouts, for each of the fixing arrangements of the fixing plate on the fixing support.

[0032] The present invention aims, according to a second aspect, at a closing installation comprising at least:

[0033] - a swing gate, and

[0034] - a motorized drive device,

[0035] the swing gate comprising at least:

[0036] - a pillar, and

[0038] the motorized drive device comprising at least:

[0039] - an electromechanical actuator, the electromechanical actuator being configured to move the screen by a rotational movement, around a rotation shaft, and

[0040] - a fixing device.

[0041] According to the invention, the fixing device is in accordance with the invention and as mentioned above.

[0042] This closing installation has characteristics and advantages similar to those described previously in relation to the fixing device according to the invention and as mentioned above.

[0043] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing plate comprises an assembly hole. The electromechanical actuator comprises an articulation shaft. Furthermore, the articulation shaft is housed in the assembly hole of the fixing plate.

[0044] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention,

[0045] the swing gate includes:

[0046] - two pillars, and

[0047] - two screens,

[0048] the motorized drive device comprises:

[0049] - two electromechanical actuators, each of the electromechanical actuators being configured to drive one of the screens in movement by a rotational movement, around a rotation shaft, and

[0050] - two fixing devices.

[0051] Each of the fixing devices is in accordance with the invention and as mentioned above. Furthermore, each of the fixing devices is reversible, so that it can be fixed to either of the pillars and can be mechanically connected to either of the electromechanical actuators.

[0070] The swing gate 2 comprises at least one pillar 21 and at least one screen 5, which can also be called a “leaf”.

[0071] Here, the swing gate 2 comprises two pillars 21 and two screens 5.

[0072] The number of pillars and the number of screens of the swing gate are not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, one or greater than or equal to three. [0103] Advantageously, the or each control unit 12, the local control unit 13 or the central control unit 14 may be in communication with a weather station, not shown, located on or near a piece of land delimited by the fence 8 and including, in particular, one or more sensors which may be configured to determine, for example, a temperature, a wind speed or even a brightness. When the opening 7 is provided in a building, this weather station is remote from the outside of this building.

[0104] Advantageously, the or each control unit 12, the local control unit 13 or the central control unit 14 can also be in communication with a server 27, as illustrated only in [Fig.2], so as to control the motorized drive device 3 according to data made available remotely via a communication network, in particular an internet network which can be connected to the server 27.

[0105] The or each control unit 12 can be controlled from the local control unit 13 and / or central control unit 14. The local control unit 13 and / or central control unit 14 is provided with a control keyboard. The control keyboard of the unit local control 13 or central control 14 comprises one or more selection elements 28 and, possibly, one or more display elements 29.

[0118] The motorized drive device 3 is configured to execute the commands for opening or closing the swing gate 2 of the closing installation 1, which can be issued by the control unit 13, 14.

[0119] One of the two electromechanical actuators 4 belonging to the closing installation 1 illustrated in [Fig.l] will now be described in more detail and with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 and 10.

[0120] Advantageously, the two electromechanical actuators 4 of the closing installation 1 are identical.

[0121] Thus, what is described below for an electromechanical actuator 4 applies to the or each electromechanical actuator 4 of the closing installation 1, depending on the number of electromechanical actuators 4 belonging to the closing installation 1.

[0122] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 4 further comprises a reducer 32.

[0123] The reducer 32 is represented by its casing by means of dotted lines, only in [Fig.2], by transparency through the casing 9 and without details on its internal constituent elements.

[0124] Here, the reducer 32 is mounted, in other words is configured to be mounted, inside the casing 9, in particular between the electric motor 10 and the motion transmission system 11.

[0125] The electric motor 10 is configured to drive in rotation, in other words drive in rotation, reversibly the movement transmission system 11, that is to say in a clockwise direction of rotation and in a counterclockwise direction of rotation.

[0126] Here, the movement transmission system 11 comprises a mobile element 15 configured to be connected to one of the screens 5, close to a second end 4b, called the front end, of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0127] Advantageously, the movement transmission system 11 further comprises, a threaded rod and a nut, not shown. The threaded rod is driven in rotation, in other words is configured to be driven in rotation, by the electric motor 10 and, in this case, by the reducer 32. In addition, the nut is moved in translation, in other words is configured to be driven in translation, on the threaded rod.

[0128] Advantageously, the movable element 15 is formed by means of the nut.

[0129] Here, the nut comprises a first element commonly called a "nut holder". In addition, the nut comprises a second element commonly called a "nut".

[0130] The threaded rod is configured to be driven in rotation inside the casing 9, around an axis of rotation, not shown.

[0131] The threaded rod is supported by at least one bearing, not shown, and, in particular, by two bearings.

[0132] Advantageously, the casing 9 may comprise a first part and a second part, not shown. The first part of the casing 9 forms a first housing inside which the electric motor 10 is arranged. Furthermore, the second part of the casing 9 forms a second housing inside which the movement transmission system 11 is arranged. The first and second parts of the casing 9 are assembled together.

[0133] In an exemplary embodiment, the first housing of the first part of the casing 9 may be separate from the second housing of the second part of the casing 9.

[0134] In this case, the electric motor 10 is fixed in the first part of the housing 9. Furthermore, the threaded rod of the motion transmission system 11 is stationary, in the axial direction, in the housing 9 and, in particular, in the second part of the housing 9.

[0135] Thus, the threaded rod is protected inside the second part of the casing 9.

[0136] In this way, only the nut is configured to be moved, i.e. is moved, along the axis of rotation and the threaded rod. Furthermore, the nut is configured to be moved, i.e. is moved, inside the second part of the housing 9. The nut is configured to be moved, i.e. is moved, on the threaded rod depending on the direction of rotation of the electric motor 10.

[0137] Advantageously, each second fixing device 23 comprises at least one fixing lug 20. Furthermore, the fixing lug 20 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, to one of the screens 5, in particular in an assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0138] Advantageously, the fixing lug 20 comprises at least one bore, not shown. Furthermore, the movable element 15 of the electromechanical actuator 4 is housed, in other words is configured to be housed, in the bore of the fixing lug 20, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0139] Thus, this connection allows the screen 5 to be moved in rotation by means of the electromechanical actuator 4 and prevents the nut from rotating around the axis of rotation of the threaded rod.

[0140] Here, the fixing lug 20 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the screen 5, by means of fixing screws 33, only one of which is shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 9.

[0141] When the threaded rod is rotated in a first direction of rotation, in particular clockwise, by the electric motor 10, the nut is moved, for example, from a free end of the casing 9, in particular from the second part of the casing 9, towards the articulation shaft 24, in particular towards the first part of the casing 9, so as to exert traction on the screen 5, and consequently to open the screen 5.

[0142] Furthermore, when the threaded rod is rotated in a second direction of rotation, i.e. in the opposite direction, in particular counterclockwise, by the electric motor 10, the nut is moved from the articulation shaft 24, in particular from the first part of the casing 9, towards the free end of the casing 9, in particular towards the second part of the casing 9, so as to exert a thrust on the screen 5, and consequently to close the screen 5.

[0143] One of the first two fixing devices 22 belonging to the closing installation 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 and 10 will now be described in more detail and with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, 7, 8, 11 and 12.

[0144] Advantageously, the first two fixing devices 22 of the closing installation 1 are identical.

[0145] Thus, what is described below for a first fixing device 22 applies to the or each first fixing device 22 of the closing installation 1, depending on the number of first fixing devices 22 belonging to the closing installation 1.

[0146] The first fixing device 22 is configured to be fixed, in other words is fixed, on one of the pillars 21 and is configured to be connected, in other words is connected, mechanically to one of the electromechanical actuators 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0147] The first fixing device 22 comprises a fixing support 16 and a fixing plate 17.

[0148] The fixing bracket 16 comprises first fixing holes 18 and second fixing holes 19. The first fixing holes 18 are configured to receive, in other words receive, first fixing elements 182 of the fixing bracket 16 on one of the pillars 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0149] Thus, the first fixing elements 182 make it possible to fix, in other words fix, the fixing support 16 on one of the pillars 21, in particular in the configuration assembly of the closing system 1.

[0150] Here, the first fixing elements 182 are screws, four in number, represented by their axis lines and of which only three are visible in each of figures 4, 8 and 12.

[0151] The type and number of first fastening elements are not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, rivets. Furthermore, the number of first fastening elements may be two, three or greater than or equal to five.

[0152] The fixing plate 17 comprises third fixing holes 34.

[0153] Here, the third fixing holes 34 are through holes between a first lateral face 17a and a second lateral face 17b of the fixing plate 17, the second lateral face 17b being opposite the first lateral face 17a.

[0154] The fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing support 16, by means of second screw fixing elements 35 passing through the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16 and the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, according to at least a first fixing arrangement, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, or according to at least a second fixing arrangement, as illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8, in particular in an assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22. The second fixing arrangement is different from the first fixing arrangement.

[0155] Here, the second screw fixing elements 35 are bolts, in other words they comprise fixing screws 35a and nuts 35b.

[0156] Advantageously, the second screw fixing elements 35 further comprise washers 35c.

[0157] Here, a washer 35c is disposed, in other words is configured to be disposed, between one of the nuts 35b and one of the surfaces of the fixing bracket 16 and is mounted, in other words is configured to be mounted, around one of the fixing screws 35a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22.

[0158] The fixing support 16 is configured to be fixed, in other words is fixed, on one of the pillars 21 according to a first fixing orientation, as illustrated in figures 1 to 4 and 9 to 12, or according to a second fixing orientation, as illustrated in figures 5 to 8, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1. The second fixing orientation is orthogonal to the first fixing orientation.

[0159] By orthogonal, it is meant that the fixing support 16 undergoes a rotation of 90° to pass from its first fixing orientation to its second fixing orientation, or from its second fixing orientation to its first fixing orientation.

[0160] The fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing support 16 according to the first fixing arrangement, when the support fixing 16 is fixed on one of the pillars 21 according to the first fixing orientation, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0161] Furthermore, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, otherwise is configured to be fixed, on the fixing support 16 according to the second fixing arrangement, when the fixing support 16 is fixed on one of the pillars 21 according to the second fixing orientation, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0162] Thus, the first fixing device 22 adapts to a multiplicity of pillars 21, on the one hand, called “standard” and, on the other hand, called “narrow”, while minimizing the cost thereof.

[0163] In this way, the first fixing device 22 is unique and modular to adapt to a multiplicity of pillars 21, whatever the width L of these.

[0164] Consequently, the first fixing device 22 can be assembled on pillars 21 having different widths L respectively.

[0165] By way of non-limiting example, the width L may be between seventy millimeters and one hundred and fifty millimeters for a so-called “narrow” pillar 21 and greater than one hundred and fifty millimeters for a so-called “standard” pillar 21.

[0166] Furthermore, the first fixing device 22 comprises only the fixing support 16 and the fixing plate 17, as well as the first fixing elements 182 and the second screw fixing elements 35, so as to simplify its assembly and to minimize the costs of obtaining it.

[0167] In this way, the first fixing device 22 does not require any additional parts.

[0168] Furthermore, the first fixing device 22 does not require throwing away a part of the fixing support 16 or the fixing plate 17, since these are used in their entirety, in the different fixing arrangements, without having to cut a part of them, during its assembly within the closing installation 1.

[0169] Advantageously, the first fixing device 22 is reversible, so that it can be fixed to one or other of the pillars 21 and can be mechanically connected to one or other of the electromechanical actuators 4.

[0170] Thus, the first fixing device 22 can be assembled indifferently on a pillar 21 arranged to the right or to the left of the screen(s) 5.

[0171] Here, the fixing support 16 has a symmetry with respect to a plane P16, illustrated in figures 2 and 3.

[0172] Advantageously, the fixing plate 17 comprises an assembly hole 36.

[0173] Here, the assembly hole 36 passes through between the first lateral face 17a and the second lateral face 17b of the fixing plate 17.

[0174] Each electromechanical actuator 4 comprises the articulation shaft 24. Furthermore, the articulation shaft 24 is housed, in other words is configured to be housed, in the assembly hole 36 of the fixing plate 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0175] Thus, the insertion of the articulation shaft 24 of the electromechanical actuator 4 into the assembly hole 36 of the fixing plate 17 makes it possible to produce an articulation, in particular a pivot connection, of the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the first fixing device 22.

[0176] In this way, the electromechanical actuator 4 is driven in displacement, in other words is configured to be driven in displacement, relative to the first fixing device 22 by a rotational movement R', around the articulation shaft 24, as shown in FIGS. 2, 6 and 10.

[0177] Advantageously, the fixing support 16 comprises a fixing bracket 37 and a fixing wall 38. Furthermore, the fixing wall 38 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing bracket 37, in particular in an assembled configuration of the fixing support 16.

[0178] Advantageously, the fixing of the fixing wall 38 on the fixing bracket 37 is carried out by welding.

[0179] Advantageously, the fixing bracket 37 comprises a first wing 37a and a second wing 37b. The second wing 37b is orthogonal to the first wing 37a.

[0180] Here, the first fixing holes 18 of the fixing bracket 16 are provided in the first wing 37a. In addition, certain second fixing holes 19 of the fixing bracket 16 are provided in the second wing 37b.

[0181] Advantageously, according to the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing bracket 37, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22. Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing wall 38, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22.

[0182] Advantageously, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing support 16 according to at least a third fixing arrangement, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 12. The third fixing arrangement is different from the first and second fixing arrangements. Furthermore, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing support 16 according to the third fixing arrangement, when the fixing support 16 is fixed on one of the pillars 21 according to the first fixing orientation, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0183] Advantageously, according to the third fixing arrangement of the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the fixing plate 17 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the fixing bracket 37 of the fixing support 16, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22.

[0184] Here, the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16 is configured to adapt to a mounting of the first fixing device 22 on a so-called “standard” pillar 21 with a so-called “low” offset d24 of the articulation shaft 24 of the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the pillar 21. The second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16 is configured to adapt to a mounting of the first fixing device 22 on a so-called “narrow” pillar 21 with a so-called “high” offset d24 of the articulation shaft 24 of the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the pillar 21.Furthermore, the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16 is configured to adapt to a mounting of the first fixing device 22 on a so-called “standard” pillar 21 with a so-called “high” offset d24 of the articulation shaft 24 of the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the pillar 21.

[0185] The offset d24 of the articulation shaft 24 of the electromechanical actuator 4 is defined relative to the pillar 21 on which it is mounted as a distance, measured perpendicular to a first face 48 of the pillar 21 on which the first fixing device 22 is fixed, between this first face 48 and a central longitudinal axis of the articulation shaft 24, as shown in FIGS. 2, 6 and 10. In practice and as visible in FIGS. 3, 7 and 11, the offset d24 is defined, within the first fixing device 22, between a face 49 of the fixing support 16 intended to bear against the first face 48 of the pillar 21 and a central axis X36 of the assembly hole 36, on which the central longitudinal axis of the articulation shaft 24 is aligned.

[0186] Advantageously, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the assembly hole 36 and the articulation shaft 24 are offset, in other words are configured to be offset, offset or distant, relative to a second face 50 of the pillar 21 on which the screen 5 is fixed, in particular in the assembled configuration of the closing installation 1.

[0187] Here, the second face 50 of the pillar 21 is orthogonal to the first face 48 of the pillar 21.

[0188] Thus, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, corresponding to the case of mounting on a so-called “narrow” pillar 21, the assembly hole 36 and the articulation shaft 24 are eccentric relative to the second face 50 of the pillar 21 and therefore relative to the rotation shaft 6, in comparison with the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16 and, preferably, with the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16.

[0189] In this way, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the assembly hole 36 and the articulation shaft 24 are further away from the screen 5, in other words closer to the fence 8, in comparison with the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16 and, preferably, with the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16.

[0190] Advantageously, the fixing support 16 comprises positioning elements 39a, 39b, 39c. The fixing plate 17 comprises positioning cutouts 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d. Furthermore, at least one of the positioning elements 39a, 39b, 39c is housed, in other words is configured to be housed, in at least one of the positioning cutouts 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d for each of the fixing arrangements of the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, in this case the first and second fixing arrangements and, possibly, the third fixing arrangement, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22.

[0191] Here, the fixing support 16 comprises three positioning elements 39a, 39b, 39c. In addition, the fixing plate 17 comprises four positioning cutouts 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d.

[0192] The number of positioning elements and the number of positioning cutouts are not limiting and may be different.

[0193] Advantageously, the fixing bracket 37 comprises at least one first positioning element 39a. In addition, the fixing wall 38 comprises at least one second positioning element 39b.

[0194] Here, the fixing bracket 37 comprises a first positioning element 39a, in particular produced on an edge 42 of the second wing 37b and, more particularly, by means of this edge 42. Furthermore, the fixing wall 38 comprises a second positioning element 39b, in particular produced in the form of a projecting element and, more particularly, a positioning stud, as well as a third positioning element 39c, in particular produced in the form of a projecting element and, more particularly, a hook.

[0195] Advantageously, the fixing plate 17 comprises at least one first positioning cutout 40a and at least one second positioning cutout 40b, 40c, 40d.

[0196] Here, the fixing plate 17 comprises a first positioning cutout 40a, in particular made in the form of a hole, and three second positioning cutouts 40b, 40c, 40d, in particular each made in the form of a slot, in other words a notch. In the exemplary embodiment of the figures, the second positioning cutouts 40b, 40c, 40d open onto an edge 43 of the fixing plate. fixing 17.

[0197] The number and shape of the first positioning cutouts, as well as the number and shape of the second positioning cutouts, are not limiting and may be different.

[0198] Advantageously, the fixing wall 38 comprises at least one assembly cutout, not shown. In addition, the assembly cutout receives, in other words is configured to receive, a portion of the fixing bracket 37, in particular the second wing 37b, in the assembled configuration of the fixing support 16.

[0199] Here, the fixing wall 38 comprises a first assembly cutout and a second assembly cutout, not shown.

[0200] In this exemplary embodiment, the first and second assembly cutouts are separated by the first positioning element 39 of the fixing wall 38.

[0201] Here, in the assembled configuration of the fixing support 16, the first positioning element 39a is held in position, in other words is configured to be held in position, by the third positioning element 39c of the fixing wall 38. Furthermore, the second wing 37b is housed in the first and second assembly cutouts of the fixing wall 38.

[0202] Furthermore, in the assembled configuration of the first fixing device 22, the second positioning element 39b of the fixing wall 38 is inserted, in other words is configured to be inserted, into the first positioning cutout 40a of the second wing 37b of the fixing bracket 37.

[0203] Advantageously, according to the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, a first series 44 of the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16, in this case those of the fixing bracket 37 and identified by a first frame in dotted lines, which is shown in Figures 4, 8 and 12, is arranged opposite a first series 45 of the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, identified by a second frame in dotted lines, which is shown in Figures 4, 8 and 12.According to the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in Figures 9 to 12, the first series 44 of the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16 is arranged opposite a second series 46 of the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, identified by a third frame in dotted lines, which is shown in Figures 4, 8 and 12. Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in Figures 5 to 8, a second series 47 of the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16, in this case those of the fixing wall 38 and identified by a fourth frame in dotted lines, which is shown in Figures 4, 8 and 12, is arranged opposite one of the fixing holes 34 of the first series 45 of the . third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17 and one of the fixing holes 34 of the second series 46 of the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17.

[0204] Thus, according to the first and third arrangements for fixing the fixing plate 17 to the fixing support 16, the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17 belong respectively to a first series 45 and to a second series 46 distinct from the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, whereas the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16, in particular of the fixing bracket 37 and, more particularly, of the second wing 37b, belong to the same first series 44 of the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16.

[0205] Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17 belong, on the one hand, to the first series 45 and to the second series 46 of the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, whereas the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16, in particular of the fixing wall 38, belong to a second series 47 distinct from the first series 44 of the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16.

[0206] Advantageously, according to the first and third arrangements for fixing the fixing plate 17 to the fixing support 16, the second lateral face 17b or the first lateral face 17a of the fixing plate 17 bears on the surface against the fixing support 16, in particular against the fixing bracket 37 and, more precisely, against the second wing 37b of the fixing bracket 37, in particular depending on the pillar 21 on which the first fixing device 22 is fixed. Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 to the fixing support 16, the first lateral face 17a or the second lateral face 17b of the fixing plate 17 bears on the surface against the fixing support 16, in particular against the fixing wall 38, in particular depending on the pillar 21 on which the first fixing device 22 is fixed.

[0207] Advantageously, according to the first arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the first positioning cutout 40a of the fixing plate 17 is held in position, in other words is configured to be held in position, by the second positioning element 39b of the fixing wall 38.

[0208] Thus, according to the first fixing arrangement, the first positioning cutout 40a of the fixing plate 17 and the second positioning element 39b of the fixing wall 38 make it possible to achieve foolproofing, in particular with respect to the third fixing arrangement.

[0209] According to the third arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 12, two second positioning cutouts 40c, 40d of the fixing plate 17 are respectively held in position, in other words are respectively configured to be held in position, by the second and third positioning elements 39b, 39c of the fixing wall 38.

[0210] Thus, according to the third fixing arrangement, the two second positioning cutouts 40c, 40d of the fixing plate 17 and the second and third positioning elements 39b, 39c of the fixing wall 38 make it possible to carry out a force absorption, in other words to carry out a reinforcement, relative to the second screw fixing elements 35 passing through the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16 and the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, in particular in the event of a break-in.

[0211] Furthermore, according to the second arrangement for fixing the fixing plate 17 on the fixing support 16, illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8, one of the second positioning cutouts of the fixing plate 17, namely the second positioning cutout 40b, is held in position, in other words is configured to be held in position, by the first positioning element 39a of the fixing bracket 37. The second positioning cutout 40b of the fixing plate 17 used in the case of the second fixing arrangement is different from the second positioning cutouts 40c, 40d of the fixing plate 17 used in the case of the third fixing arrangement.

[0212] Thus, according to the second fixing arrangement, the second positioning cutout 40b of the fixing plate 17 and the first positioning element 39a of the fixing bracket 37 make it possible to carry out a force absorption, in other words to carry out a reinforcement, relative to the second screw fixing elements 35 passing through the second fixing holes 19 of the fixing support 16 and the third fixing holes 34 of the fixing plate 17, in particular in the event of a break-in.

[0213] Thanks to the present invention, the fixing device adapts to a multiplicity of pillars, on the one hand, called "standard" and, on the other hand, called "narrow", while minimizing the cost thereof.

[0214] In this way, the fixing device is unique and modular to adapt to a multiplicity of pillars, whatever their width.

[0215] Numerous modifications can be made to the embodiments described above, without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0216] As a variant, not shown, the or each control unit 12 is arranged outside the or one of the electromechanical actuators 4, in particular in an electrical cabinet, which may be located, for example, along or inside the or one of the pillars 21.

[0217] As a variant, not shown, in the case where the closing installation 1 comprises several electromechanical actuators 4, the motorized drive device 3 can comprise a single control unit 12 making it possible to control each of the electromechanical actuators 4.

[0218] As a variant, not shown, the or each control unit 12 may comprise a first part which is arranged inside the or one of the electromechanical actuators 4, in particular in the casing 9, and a second part which is arranged outside the or one of the electromechanical actuators 4, in particular in the electrical cabinet.

[0219] As a variant, not shown, the control unit 13, 14, in particular the local control unit 13, comprises a single selection element 28. The selection element 28 of the control unit 13, 14 makes it possible to control the movement of the or each screen 5 in a first direction of movement and in a second direction of movement, as well as the stopping of the or each screen 5.

[0220] As a variant, not shown, the or each electromechanical actuator 4 is a telescopic cylinder.

[0221] Furthermore, the embodiments and variants mentioned above can be combined to generate other embodiments of the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention.
