Description

Title of the invention: Inverse emulsion for skin care Technical field

[0001] The present invention aims to propose a new composition, preferably cosmetic, for the field of care and / or hygiene of keratin materials, in particular of the skin of the face and / or body.

[0002] It aims more particularly to propose an alternative to the presence of microplastic particles in compositions of the inverse emulsion type, in particular for the care of keratin materials, while retaining the texture and sensory properties provided by these particles to such compositions. Prior art

[0003] One of the major challenges for formulators of cosmetic compositions is to meet consumer expectations in terms of lightness of texture and sensoriality (soft touch), in particular for skin care compositions and in particular facial care.

[0004] Thus, it is common to introduce microplastic particles into cosmetic care compositions for keratin materials, such as creams, shower gels or foundations, which are in particular very good texturizing and sensorial agents. Furthermore, another expectation of consumers is to now have environmentally friendly cosmetic products, in particular natural and / or eco-designed products, that is to say, products whose design and development take into account environmental impacts.

[0005] As such, consumers and formulators of cosmetic compositions are keen to free themselves as much as possible from so-called "chemical" products in favor of so-called "natural" products which are advantageously non-persistent in the environment. For obvious reasons, it is now sought to free themselves from materials such as the aforementioned microplastics which contribute, even on a small scale, to plastic pollution of water and thus contaminate not only the water itself, but also the entire marine ecosystem. The UNEP (United Nations Environment Program) estimated in 2005 that 13,000 plastic particles were floating on average on each km2 of ocean. Statement of the invention

[0006] Thus, there remains a need to have cosmetic compositions, in particular of the inverse emulsion type, which do not comprise microplastic particles while retaining texture and sensory properties which are satisfactory for consumers, in particular properties which are at least equivalent to those of com- corresponding cosmetic positions comprising microplastic particles.

[0007] In particular, there is a need to have compositions, in particular of the inverse emulsion type, for the care and / or cleansing of keratin materials, in particular of the skin, in particular of the skin of the face or body, free from microplastic particles and having sensorial properties, in particular in terms of appearance and setting of the cream (shine, smoothness, transparency, fluidity, trembling, stickiness on the fingers, setting, consistency, shape retention upon setting and thickness), in terms of application qualities (whiteness of the film, oily feel) and in terms of skin finish, identical to those of a corresponding composition comprising microplastic particles.

[0008] However, there is currently no non-microplastic filler with the same characteristics as microplastic particles.

[0009] Finally, there also remains a need to have compositions compatible with current consumer requirements, particularly from an environmental point of view.

[0010] The present invention aims precisely to meet these needs. Summary of the invention

[0011] Thus, according to a first of its aspects, the present invention relates to a composition, preferably cosmetic, in particular for the care or cleaning of keratin materials, in particular of the skin, more particularly of the skin of the face, comprising: (i) one or more spherical fillers, organic or inorganic, in particular inorganic, having an average diameter ranging from 1 to 100 pm; ii) one or more fillers, in particular inorganic fillers, having an oil absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT greater than 10 mL / g of fillers, said fillers being distinct from fillers i); and iii) one or more native or modified starch(es); said composition being an inverse emulsion.

[0012] The inventors have found, surprisingly, that the combination of spherical filler(s) having an average diameter ranging from 1 to 100 μm, of distinct filler(s) having an oil absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT greater than 10 mL / g of fillers and of native or modified starch(es), makes it possible to obtain in compositions of the inverse emulsion type sensorial properties, in particular in terms of appearance and setting of the cream (shine, smoothness, transparency, fluidity, trembling, stickiness on the fingers, setting, consistency, shape retention upon setting and thickness), in terms of application qualities (whiteness of the film, greasy feel) and in terms of skin finish, identical to a corresponding composition comprising microplastic particles.

[0013] A composition according to the invention may thus comprise less than 0.1% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, in particular less than 0.05% by weight, in particular less than 0.01% by weight, and more particularly 0% by weight of microplastic particles.

[0018] In particular, in a composition according to the invention, the fillers ii) may be silica aerogel particles, and in particular hydrophobic silica aerogel particles, in particular silica aerogel particles treated with hexamethyldi-siloxane.

[0019] In particular, in a composition according to the invention, the native or modified starch may be chosen from corn, rice, cassava, potato, wheat, sorghum, pea starches, and mixtures thereof, and is in particular corn starch.

[0022] In particular, a composition according to the invention may be such that the ratio between the rate of filler(s) ii) and the sum of the rates of spherical fillers i) and of naive or modified starch(es) is less than 1.

[0023] A composition according to the invention may in particular comprise: i) at least 0.05% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, in particular from 0.05% to 2% by weight, more particularly from 0.05% to 1% by weight, in particular from 0.05% to 0.5% by weight, in particular from 0.05% to 0.2% by weight, and more particularly from 0.1% to 0.2% by weight of spherical filler(s) having an average diameter ranging from 1 to 100 pm, in particular ranging from 1 to 50 pm, more particularly less than 30 pm, and in particular between 1 and 25 pm, chosen from the group consisting of cellulose beads and perlite; ii) at least 0.1% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, in particular from 0.1% to 2% by weight, in particular from 0.1% to 1% by weight, and more particularly from 0.2% to 0.8% by weight of filler(s) having an oil absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT greater than 10 mL / g of fillers, said fillers being particles of silica aerogel treated with hexamethyldisiloxane; iii) at least 1% by weight, in particular from 1% to 5% by weight, in particular from 1.5% to 4% by weight, and more particularly from 2% to 4% by weight of total native or modified starch(es), the starch being native or modified corn starch, in particular modified corn starch, more particularly corn starch crosslinked with octenylsuccinic anhydride; and iv) less than 0.1% by weight, in particular less than 0.05% by weight, in particular less than 0.01% by weight, and more particularly 0% by weight of microplastic particles relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0024] Furthermore, the present invention also relates to a cosmetic process for caring for and / or cleaning keratin materials, in particular the skin, and more particularly facial skin, comprising the application to said keratin materials of a cosmetic composition in accordance with the invention.

[0025] In the context of the present invention, and unless otherwise indicated, the definitions below apply.

[0026] By "fillers", for the purposes of the present invention, it is necessary to understand the colorless or white, solid particles of all forms, of mineral or organic nature, natural or synthetic, which are in an insoluble form and dispersed in the medium of the composition.

[0027] By "keratin materials" is meant, according to the invention, the skin of the body, face and / or eye contour, lips, nails, mucous membranes, eyelashes, eyebrows, body hair, beard, scalp and / or hair, or any other skin area of the body. More particularly, the keratin materials according to the invention are the scalp, hair and / or skin.

[0028] By "the skin" is meant the entire skin of the body, and preferably, the skin of the face, décolleté, neck, arms and forearms, or even more preferably, the skin of the face, in particular the forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, and eye contour.

[0029] The compositions according to the present invention are preferably cosmetic compositions. By "cosmetic" in the sense of the present invention, is meant a composition compatible with the skin, mucous membranes and appendages.

[0030] A composition according to the invention is suitable for application to keratin materials, in particular topical application to the skin, and therefore comprises a physiologically acceptable medium, i.e. compatible with the skin.

[0031] It is preferably a cosmetically acceptable medium, that is to say which has a pleasant color, odor and feel and does not generate unacceptable discomfort, that is to say tingling, tightness, redness, likely to discourage the user from applying this composition.

[0032] The expression “at least one” is equivalent to “one or more”.

[0033] The expressions “between ... and ...”, “includes from ... to ...”, “formed from ... to ...”, and “ranging from ... to ...” must be understood inclusively, unless otherwise specified. Detailed description Water-in-oil emulsion or inverse emulsion

[0034] A composition according to the invention is a water-in-oil emulsion called an inverse emulsion. An inverse emulsion generally consists of an oily liquid phase, in this case the continuous phase, and an aqueous liquid phase, in this case the dispersed phase. It is a dispersion of droplets of the aqueous phase in the oily phase.

[0035] Spherical charge of a composition according to the invention

[0036] A composition in accordance with the invention comprises one or more spherical filler(s), these fillers having an average diameter ranging from 1 to 100 μm.

[0037] By "spherical" is meant that the particle has a sphericity index, that is to say the ratio between its largest diameter and its smallest diameter, of less than 1.2.

[0038] By "average size" of the particles is meant the average diameter over 50% in particle volume (D[0.5]) obtained using a laser diffraction granulometer (e.g. Mastersizer2000 from Malvem Company).

[0039] In this text, these fillers are also sometimes referred to as “spherical fillers i)”.

[0040] In particular, the average diameter of spherical charge(s) in accordance with the invention may be between 1 and 50 pm, is less than 30 pm, and is in particular between 1 and 25 pm.

[0041] A composition according to the invention may comprise at least 0.05% by weight of spherical fillers in accordance with the invention relative to the total weight of the composition, and may in particular comprise from 0.05% to 2% by weight, more particularly from 0.05% to 1% by weight, in particular from 0.05% to 0.5% by weight, in particular from 0.05% to 0.2% by weight, and more particularly from 0.1% to 0.2% by weight of spherical fillers i) relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0042] The spherical fillers may be inorganic or organic, preferably organic.

[0043] A spherical filler according to the invention may be chosen from the group consisting of cellulose beads; glass microbeads; silica microbeads, in particular porous silica microbeads or amorphous silica microbeads; N-lauroyl L-lysine; and perlite, in particular expanded perlite.

[0044] A spherical filler in accordance with the invention may more particularly be chosen from the group consisting of cellulose beads and perlite, in particular expanded perlite.

[0045] The spherical fillers can thus be chosen from spherical cellulose beads and / or microcrystalline celluloses in the form of spheres, and more preferably from spherical cellulose beads. The cellulose beads that can be used are not limited by the type of cellulose such as cellulose I, cellulose II or the like.

[0046] The spherical fillers of the present invention may be porous or non-porous.

[0047] By way of illustration, spherical fillers suitable for the invention may be cited, for example, those indicated in Table 1 below.

[0049] Filler having an oil absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT greater than 10 mL / g of fillers of a composition according to the invention

[0050] A composition in accordance with the invention comprises one or more fillers having an oil absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT greater than 10 mL / g of fillers.

[0051] In this text, these charges are also sometimes referred to as “charges ii)”.

[0052] These charges are distinct from the spherical charges, or spherical charges i), in accordance with the invention.

[0053] These fillers are also preferably distinct from waxy particles.

[0054] The absorption capacity measured at the WET POINT, and noted Wp, corresponds to the quantity of oil that must be added to 100 g of particles to obtain a homogeneous paste. It is measured according to the so-called Wet Point method or determination method. Powder oil uptake rate according to the principle described in standard NF T 30-022. It corresponds to the quantity of oil adsorbed on the available surface of the powder and / or absorbed by the powder by measuring the Wet Point, described below: A quantity m = 2 g of powder is placed on a glass plate and then the oil (oleic acid) is added drop by drop. After adding 4 to 5 drops of oil to the powder, mix with a spatula and continue adding oil until conglomerates of oil and powder form. From this point on, the oil is added one drop at a time and the mixture is then kneaded with the spatula. The addition of oil is stopped when a firm and smooth paste is obtained. This paste must be able to be spread on the glass plate without cracking or lumps forming. We then note the volume Vs (expressed in ml) of oil used.

[0055] The oil uptake (oil absorption capacity) corresponds to the ratio Vs / m.

[0056] The fillers (ii) of a composition according to the invention are in particular inorganic fillers.

[0057] A composition according to the invention may comprise at least 0.1% by weight, in particular from 0.1% to 2% by weight, more particularly from 0.1% to 1.5% by weight, in particular from 0.1% to 1% by weight, and more particularly from 0.2% to 0.8% by weight of fillers ii) relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0058] The fillers ii) in accordance with the invention may have a size, expressed as average diameter (D[0.5]), of less than 50 pm, in particular ranging from 1 to 30 pm, more particularly from 5 to 25 pm, and in particular from 5 to 15 pm.

[0059] The sizes of the aerogel particles according to the invention can be measured by static light scattering using a commercial granulometer of the Mas-terSizer 2000 type from Malvem. The data are processed on the basis of the Mie scattering theory. This theory, which is accurate for isotropic particles, makes it possible to determine, in the case of non-spherical particles, an "effective" particle diameter. This theory is described in particular in the work of Van de Hulst, HC, "Light Scattering by Small Particles," Chapters 9 and 10, Wiley, New York, 1957.

[0060] The fillers ii) in accordance with the invention may be silica aerogel particles, and in particular hydrophobic silica aerogel particles.

[0061] By "hydrophobic silica" is meant any silica whose surface is treated with silylating agents, for example with halogenated silanes such as alkylchlorosilanes; siloxanes, in particular dimethylsiloxanes such as hexamethyldisiloxane; or silazanes, so as to functionalize the OH groups with Si-Rn silyl groups, for example trimethylsilyl groups. The preparation of hydrophobic silica aerogel particles surface-modified by silylation is well known and, for example, described further in document US 7,470,725.

[0062] The fillers ü) in accordance with the invention may in particular be particles of silica aerogel treated with hexamethyldisiloxane.

[0063] As filler ii) in accordance with the invention, mention may thus be made, for example, of the aerogel marketed under the name DOWSIL VM-2270 AEROGEL FINE PARTICLES (INCI name Silica silylate), by the company Dow Corning. Starch of a composition according to the invention

[0064] A composition according to the invention further comprises one or more starch(es), these starch(es) being native or modified.

[0065] The starches that can be used in the present invention are more particularly macromolecules in the form of polymers consisting of elementary units which are anhydroglucose (dextrose) units, linked by α(l-4) bonds, of chemical formula C6Hi0 O5. The number of these units and their assembly make it possible to distinguish amylose, a molecule formed from approximately 600 to 1000 linearly chained glucose molecules, and amylopectin, a polymer branched approximately every 25 glucose residues (α(l-6) bond). The total chain can be between 10,000 and 100,000 glucose residues.

[0066] Starch is described in particular in "KIRK-OTHMER ENCYCLOPEDIA OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, 3rd edition, volume 21, pages 492-507, Wiley Interscience, 1983". The relative proportions of amylose and amylopectin, as well as their degree of polymerization, vary depending on the botanical origin of the starches. On average, a sample of native starch consists of about 25% amylose and 75% amylopectin. Sometimes, there is the presence of phytoglycogen (between 0% and 20% of the starch), an analogue of amylopectin but branched every 10 to 15 glucose residues. Starch can be in the form of semi-crystalline granules: amylopectin is organized into sheets, amylose forms a less well-organized amorphous zone between the different sheets. Amylose is organized into a right-handed helix with six glucoses per turn. It dissociates into assimilable glucose under the action of enzymes, amylases, all the more easily if it is in the form of amylopectin.Indeed, the helical formation does not promote the accessibility of starch to enzymes.

[0067] Starches are generally in the form of a white powder insoluble in cold water, the size of the elementary particles of which ranges from 3 to 100 microns. By treating it with hot water, starch is obtained. It is used in industry for its thickening and gelling properties. The starch molecules used in the present invention may have cereals or tubers as botanical origin. In particular, the starch in accordance with the invention may be derived from all plant sources of starch such as, in particular, corn, rice, cassava, potato, wheat, sorghum or pea. Hydrolysates of the starches mentioned above may also be used.

[0068] Native starches are represented for example by the products sold under the names nominations C*AmilogelTM, Cargill GelTM, C* GelTM, Cargill GumTM, DryGelTM, C*Pharm GelTM by Cargill, under the name Corn Starch by Roquette, and under the name Tapioca Pure by National Starch.

[0069] The modified starches that can be used in a composition of the invention can be starch molecules modified by one or more of the following reactions: pre-gelatinization, degradation (acid hydrolysis, oxidation, dextrinization), substitution (esterification, etherification), crosslinking (esterification), bleaching.

[0070] More specifically, these reactions can be carried out in the following way: - pre-gelatinization by bursting the starch granules (e.g. drying and cooking in a drying drum); - acid hydrolysis causing very rapid retrogradation on cooling; - oxidation by strong oxidants (alkaline medium, in the presence of sodium hypochlorite NaOCl for example) leading to the depolymerization of the starch molecule and the introduction of carboxyl groups into the starch molecule (mainly oxidation of the hydroxyl group at C6); - dextrinization in an acid medium at high temperature (hydrolysis then repolymerization); - crosslinking by functional agents capable of reacting with the hydroxyl groups of the starch molecules which will thus be linked together (for example with glyceryl and / or phosphate groups); - esterification in alkaline medium for the grafting of functional groups, in particular C1-C6 acyl (acetyl), C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl (hydroxyethyl, hydroxypropyl), carboxymethyl, octenylsuccinic.

[0071] In particular, it is possible to obtain by crosslinking with phosphorus compounds, monostarch phosphates (of the Am-O-PO-(OX)2 type), distarch phosphates (of the Am-O-PO-(OX)-O-Am type) or even tristarch phosphates (of the Am-O-PO-(OX)2 type) or mixtures thereof.

[0072] X denotes in particular alkali metals (for example sodium or potassium), alkaline earth metals (for example calcium, magnesium), ammonia salts, amine salts such as those of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, 3-aminopropanediol-1,2, ammonium salts derived from basic amino acids such as lysine, arginine, sarcosine, ornithine, citrulline.

[0073] The phosphorus compounds may be, for example, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium orthophosphate, phosphorus oxychloride or sodium trimetaphosphate.

[0074] A starch in accordance with the invention, native or modified, can thus in particular be chosen from corn, rice, cassava, potato, wheat, sorghum, pea starches, and mixtures thereof, and is in particular corn starch

[0075] A starch in accordance with the invention may in particular be a modified starch chosen from precooked starches; hydrolyzed starches; crosslinked starches, for example by a methylolurea derivative, by octenylsuccinic anhydride or by epichlorohydrin; esterified starches; etherified starches; oxidized starches; refined starches; starches roasted in the presence of acid; grafted starches, for example by sodium polyacrylates; coated starches, for example by amino acids; and mixtures thereof.

[0076] In particular, a modified starch in accordance with the invention may be a crosslinked starch, and more particularly a starch crosslinked by octenylsuccinic anhydride.

[0077] Modified starches are represented, for example, by the products sold under the names C*Tex-Instant (pre-gelatinized adipate), C*StabiTex-Instant (pre-gelatinized phosphate), C*PolarTex-Instant (pre-gelatinized hydroxypropyl), C*Set (acid hydrolysis, oxidation), C*size (oxidation), C*BatterCrisp (oxidation), C*DrySet (dextrinization), C*TexTM (acetylated distarch adipate), C*PolarTexTM (hydroxypropylated distarch phosphate), C* StabiTexTM (distarch phosphate, acetylated distarch phosphate) by the company Cargill, by distarch phosphates or compounds rich in distarch phosphate such as the product offered under the references PREJEL VA-70-T AGGL (gelatinized hydroxypropylated cassava distarch phosphate) or PREJEL TK1 (gelatinized cassava distarch phosphate) or PREJEL 200 (gelatinized acetylated cassava distarch phosphate 3025100 14) by AVEBE Company or STRUCTURE ZEA by NATIONAL STARCH (gelatinized corn distarch phosphate).

[0078] A composition according to the invention may comprise several starches in accordance with the invention, these starches being able to be native and / or modified.

[0079] A composition according to the invention may comprise at least 1% by weight, in particular from 1% to 5% by weight, in particular from 1.5% to 4% by weight, and more particularly from 2% to 4% by total weight of starch relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0080] By “total weight of starch” is meant the weight of all the starches in accordance with the invention present in a composition of the invention.

[0081] In particular, those indicated in Table 2 below may, for example, be cited as starches, native or modified, which may be suitable for the invention.

[0083] A composition according to the invention may in particular comprise a ratio between the rate of filler(s) ii) and the rate of spherical fillers i) of between 0.1 and 15, and preferably of between 1 and 3.

[0084] Furthermore, a composition according to the invention may in particular comprise a ratio between the rate of filler(s) ii) and the sum of the rates of spherical fillers i) and naive or modified starch less than 1.

[0085] In particular, a composition according to the invention may comprise: - a ratio between the rate of charge(s) ii) and the rate of spherical charges i) of between 0.1 and 15, and preferably of between 1 and 3; and - a ratio between the rate of filler(s) ii) and the sum of the rates of spherical fillers i) and naive or modified starch less than 1. By bringing the wax to the liquid state (melting), it is possible to make it miscible with any oils present and to form a microscopically homogeneous mixture, but by bringing the temperature of the mixture back to room temperature, obtains a recrystallization of the wax in the oils of the mixture. The melting point of the wax can be measured using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), for example the calorimeter sold under the name DSC 30 by the company METLER. The waxes can be hydrocarbon, fluorinated and / or silicone and be of vegetable, mineral, animal and / or synthetic origin. [0134] Destination of a composition according to the invention

[0135] As indicated previously, a composition according to the invention is preferably a cosmetic composition, generally suitable for topical application to keratin materials, in particular the skin, and in particular the skin of the face and body, more particularly the face, and therefore generally comprising a physiologically acceptable medium.

[0136] A composition according to the invention can be presented in all the galenic forms conventionally used in the cosmetic field according to the applications envisaged, in particular for a topical application.

[0137] In particular, a composition according to the invention may be in the form of a fluid emulsion, a cream, a lotion, a milk or a serum.

[0138] A composition according to the invention can be obtained by any method known to those skilled in the art for the formulation of cosmetic compositions for the care and / or hygiene of keratin materials, in particular of the care or cleansing cream type. It is within the skill of those skilled in the art to adapt the conditions for preparing a composition according to the invention.

[0139] A composition according to the invention can be used on all keratin materials, in particular as a hygiene product, for example as a product for cleaning and / or removing make-up from the skin, mucous membranes and / or hair, in particular particularly as a skin care and / or cleansing and / or make-up removal product.

[0140] The subject of the present invention is therefore a cosmetic process for the care and / or cleaning of keratin materials, in particular the skin, and more particularly the skin of the face, comprising the application to said keratin materials of a composition according to the invention.

[0141] The invention is illustrated in more detail by the examples presented below. Unless otherwise indicated, the quantities indicated are expressed as a percentage by mass. Examples Example 1

[0142] A reference composition of water-in-silicone inverse emulsion cream comprising 0.2% of microspheres (vinylidene chloride / acrylonitrile / methyl methacrylate copolymer) expanded by isobutane is produced and is illustrated in Table 1 below.

[0143] A composition in accordance with the invention is also formulated (formula 1 in Table 3 below), identical to the reference composition (outside the invention) in which the microspheres have been replaced by cellulose beads and silica aerogel.

[0144] Three comparative compositions (counter-examples) 1, Ibis and Iter are also formulated, and are distinguished respectively from composition 1 according to the invention by the absence of cellulose beads (counter-example 1), the absence of cellulose beads and silica aerogel (counter-example 2) or the absence of modified starch (counter-example 3).

[0146] The % are indicated in % by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0147] All these compositions are evaluated by a panel of 20 experts. Evaluation of composition 1 according to the invention

[0148] First of all, composition 1 according to the invention is evaluated in comparison with the reference composition.

[0149] Comparison of these evaluations shows that the sensoriality is identical in terms appearance and setting of the cream (shine, smoothness, transparency, fluidity, trembling, stickiness on the fingers, setting, consistency, shape retention when setting and thickness) as well as in terms of application qualities (whiteness of the film and oily feel) and in terms of skin finish.

[0150] The replacement of microplastic particles by the combination of ingredients according to the invention makes it possible to preserve the sensorial and application properties of a cosmetic composition.

[0151] Evaluation of the composition according to counterexample 1

[0152] As indicated above, the composition of counter-example 1 corresponds to the reference composition in which, in addition to the removal of the microspheres, only 0.2% by weight of silica aerogel is introduced in addition to the starch, without spherical fillers in accordance with the invention.

[0153] The panel evaluates the formula according to the Reference composition and the formula prepared according to counter-example 1. Compared to the formula according to the Reference composition, counter-example 1 is judged to be more difficult to spread on the skin and to give a rougher feel in the skin finish.

[0154] This shows the need to have, in addition to starch, the association of two types of fillers according to the invention, one alone not being sufficient to obtain a composition retaining the sensoriality and application properties of a cosmetic composition comprising microplastic particles.

[0155] Evaluation of the composition according to the counterexample Ibis

[0156] As indicated above, the composition of counterexample Ibis corresponds to the reference composition in which, apart from the removal of the microspheres, only starch is present. Neither of the two fillers in accordance with the invention is introduced.

[0157] The panel evaluates the formula according to the Reference composition and the formula prepared according to the Ibis counter-example. Compared to the formula according to the Reference composition, the Ibis counter-example is judged to be too slippery when spreading on the skin and to give a skin finish that is too greasy and too shiny.

[0158] This shows the need to have an association of two types of loads in accordance with the invention.

[0159] Evaluation of the composition according to the counterexample Iter

[0160] As indicated above, the composition of counter-example Ibis corresponds to the reference composition in which, in addition to the removal of the microspheres, starch is not introduced, while silica aerogel and spherical fillers in accordance with the invention are present.

[0161] The panel evaluates the formula according to the Reference composition and the formula prepared according to the Iter counterexample. Compared to the formula according to the Reference composition, the Iter counterexample slips too much under the finger when grasping and application to the skin, which gives a more oily creamy feel.

[0162] This shows the need to introduce starch in addition to the combination of spherical fillers + fillers with high oil absorption capacity in accordance with the invention. Example 2

[0163] The reference composition of water-in-silicone inverse emulsion cream of Example 1 is compared to a composition in accordance with the invention (Composition Example 2) in which the microplastic fillers are replaced by a combination of silica aerogel and expanded spherical perlite 25 μm in diameter, in addition to the presence of modified starch (see Table 4 below).

[0165] The % are indicated in % by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. Evaluation of the composition according to example 2

[0166] A sensory analysis is carried out by a panel of 20 experts.

[0167] The panel evaluates the formula according to the Reference composition and the composition formulated according to Example 2. The comparison of these evaluations shows that the sensoriality is identical in terms of appearance and setting of the cream (shine, smoothness, transparency, fluidity, trembling, stickiness on the fingers, setting, consistency, shape retention when setting and thickness), as well as in terms of application qualities (whiteness of the film and oily feel), and in terms of skin finish.
