Abstract
The present invention relates to an expression cassette for the expression of heterologous proteins by bacteria, preferably Gram-positive bacteria; this cassette is characterized in that it contains the sequence encoding the ORF2 protein of Bacillus thuringiensis. The present invention further relates to recombinant expression vectors comprising such an expression cassette and to bacteria, preferably Gram-positive, transformed with this recombinant expression vector.
