Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Assembly system and assembled or pre-assembled panels to make a modular construction demountable and remountable.
[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly system and assembled panels comprising insulation + interior and exterior finishing cladding or pre-assembled (Figures 2, 6, 10) in a galvanized steel frame or other couplings to be clipped onto a main galvanized steel frame that can be dismantled and reassembled or is fixed (Figures 1, 5, 9), allowing for the quick and easy assembly and dismantling of walls and floors of a modular building for residential, tourist, commercial and medical housing, private or public, and for the quick and easy replacement of damaged, outdated or other parts of walls or floors without damaging the existing structure.
[0002] Existing modular constructions on the market with galvanized steel / cellular concrete or other types of framing are fixed and not demountable. The panels are not demountable or modular, and do not allow for the replacement of damaged, outdated, or otherwise defective sections of walls or floors with new elements without major remedial work.
[0003] The invention allows its owner to be able to quickly and easily assemble the facade walls, upper and lower floors of a modular building with a galvanized steel frame, to be able to quickly and easily replace damaged, outdated or other panels present on the facade walls, upper and lower floors without damaging the main structure, and also, to be able to easily bring the construction into compliance with new environmental standards that will come out by installing new panels without damaging the main structure.
[0004] The invention was designed to promote the marketing of assembled panels consisting of a galvanized steel frame + insulation + interior and exterior finishing cladding or pre-assembled (Figures 2, 6, 10) in a galvanized steel frame or other couplings, ready to be clipped onto a main galvanized steel frame (Figures 1, 5, 9), and having the specific feature of being able to be disassembled and reassembled in a short and quick time.
[0005] All the elements constituting the panels meet European standards in terms of stability, regulation and energy performance, carbon, acoustic, fire resistance and seismic.
[0006] Its assembly system (figures 13, 18) has been designed to facilitate the installation and removal of panels assembled with galvanized steel frame + insulation + interior and exterior finishing cladding or pre-assembled in a main structure of galvanized steel or other coupling by any public.
[0007] The various assembly elements and panels, by their composition, are hand-portable and do not require any heavy or specific lifting and handling equipment.
[0008] The other specific feature of the invention is the presence of elements of an ordinary construction comprising: panels for lower floor ([Fig. 10]), panels for upper floor ([Fig. 6]), panels for facade walls ([Fig. 2]), the whole being ready to be clipped onto the main galvanized steel structure (figures 1, 5, 9), by a system of connecting pieces (figures 13, 18) accompanied by screwing elements at different locations on the uprights.
[0009] The attached drawings illustrate the panels and assembly elements:
[0010] [Fig.2] represents the detail of a vertical panel for composition of facade walls,
[0011] structural element of a modular building.
[0012] [Fig.6] represents the detail of a panel for composition of the lower floor, structural element of a modular building.
[0013] [Fig. 10] represents the detail of a panel for upper floor composition, structural element of a modular building.
[0014] FIGURES 13 and 18 represent the connectors and assembly elements, linking elements and connection of the panels assembled or pre-assembled to the main structure of a modular building.
[0015] Fixing to the inner part of the uprights of the main structure using screws to screw in the connector ([Fig.13] and reference no. 1 on figures 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11) in accordance with the layout plan provided by the manufacturer.
[0016] Fixing to the outside part of the uprights of the panel structure using screws to be screwed into the connector ([Fig. 18] and reference no. 2 on figures 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12) -[Fig.2]) in accordance with the layout plan provided by the manufacturer.
[0017] The facade wall, upper and lower floor panels (Figures 2, 6 and 10), for assembly, are clipped into the main structure (Figures 1, 5 and 9) by means of a slight push from the outside via the connectors (Figures 13 and 18)
[0018] The facade wall, upper and lower floor panels (figures 2, 6 and 10), for removal, are unclipped from the main structure (figures 1, 5 and 9) by means of a slight push from the inside out through the connectors (figures 13 and 18).
[0019] Screwing all the elements together using screws and bolts supplied by the manufacturer.
[0020] The device according to the invention is particularly intended for modular construction for residential, tourist, commercial and medical use.
Claims
Demands
