Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Formwork system comprising an outer formwork panel suspended from an inner formwork panel and associated method. Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of construction and more specifically to the field of formwork hips for the construction of walls, in particular, in concrete.
[0002] In a known manner, a formwork panel comprises a vertical wall, including a formwork face, and two supports connected to one or more ballasts to ensure the stability of the vertical wall when it rests vertically on the ground. To form a wall, two formwork panels are positioned opposite each other to form a formwork into which a hardening material, in particular concrete, is introduced. With reference to [Fig.1], to form a one-story perimeter wall of a building, it is known to place, on the one hand, a stabilized inner formwork 101 on a horizontal slab 102 of a building and, on the other hand, a stabilized outer formwork 103 on a cantilevered working platform 104. The cantilevered working platform 104 is fixed to a wall of the lower story of the building in order to support the weight of the stabilized outer formwork 103 intended to form the outer face of the perimeter wall.In practice, the use of a cantilevered work platform 104 slows down the construction of a building, which is a disadvantage.
[0003] The invention thus aims to provide a formwork system that avoids the use of a cantilevered work platform to form a perimeter wall of a building. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention relates to a formwork system configured for forming the perimeter wall of a building comprising: • An internal formwork panel configured to form an internal surface of the perimeter wall, the internal formwork panel including at least one ground stabilization element, • An external formwork panel configured to form an external surface of the perimeter wall, the external formwork panel being free of any ground stabilization device, each panel comprising a vertical wall extending in a vertical plane and including a formwork face for forming a surface of the perimeter wall, • at least one suspension device comprising a first component, attached to the inner formwork, and a second component, attached to the outer formwork external, configured to cooperate together along a substantially vertical axis so as to suspend the outer formwork opposite the inner formwork, the second component comprising a horizontal arm including an assembly head and an adjustment device, • the first component comprising an upper receiving part configured to receive the assembly head, • the upper receiving section comprising a first notch configured to allow the passage of the horizontal arm so as to suspend the outer formwork with a mounting kit, and • the upper receiving part comprising a second notch configured to allow passage of the adjustment device, the adjustment device comprising a clamping element so as to eliminate mounting play.
[0005] Thanks to the invention, the outer formwork panel can be suspended from the inner formwork panel with a mounting clearance, which is advantageous for the crane operator positioning the outer panel. Furthermore, this allows the outer panel to be positioned with a non-zero lifting angle, which is advantageous during formwork removal by allowing air to enter gradually. A mounting clearance is advantageous when the lifting panel is positioned while inclined relative to the vertical direction.
[0006] Preferably, the formwork system includes spacers only in its lower part to adjust the hip spacing. The spacing in the upper part is advantageously achieved by the suspension devices.
[0007] Preferably, the first notch having a first width, the second notch having a second width less than the first width. The reduced width of the second notch makes it possible to constrain the clamping member and, consequently, the outer formwork panel to straighten it vertically and precisely adjust the gap between the inner and outer formwork panels, that is to say, the thickness of the enclosure wall.
[0008] Preferably, the adjustment device comprises a rod on which a locking member and the clamping member are mounted, the locking member being configured to be mounted in the upper receiving part in the connection position, the clamping member being configured to be mounted outside the upper receiving part in the connection position.
[0009] The locking member advantageously reduces the tension exerted by the clamping member on the rod of the adjusting device during tightening. Alternatively, the position of the locking member allows for precise definition of the thickness of the enclosure wall.
[0010] Preferably, the position of the locking member is adjustable on the rod of in order to precisely adjust the thickness of the perimeter wall.
[0011] According to a preferred aspect, the adjustment device is mounted in a hinged manner relative to the assembly head. This advantageously reduces the overall size of the outer formwork panel when it is moved.
[0012] Preferably, the first element has a vertical height greater than 65 cm. Similarly, preferably, the second element has a vertical height greater than 100 cm. Preferably, the vertical height of the first / second element is between 65 cm and 120 cm. This advantageously allows for the installation of a riser, i.e., an upper formwork panel, on each hip in order to increase the height of the perimeter wall. This height of the elements results in inaccuracies in the dimension chain, which are compensated for by the adjustment device that makes it possible to compensate for any assembly play. Indeed, to adjust the thickness, the upper edge and the formwork face are traditionally used as a reference point. Due to the height, the position relative to the upper edge is less precise.
[0013] Preferably, the first element is offset longitudinally from the plane in which the formwork face of the inner panel extends, preferably by at least 10 cm. Similarly, this advantageously allows for the installation of a riser, i.e., an upper formwork panel, on each hip in order to increase the height of the perimeter wall. This offset introduces inaccuracies in the dimension chain, which are compensated for by the adjustment device that makes up for any assembly play. Indeed, to adjust the thickness, the upper edge and the formwork face are traditionally used as a reference point. Due to the offset, the position relative to the formwork face is less precise.
[0014] Preferably, the second component includes a main body adjustable in length, this allows for an approximate primary adjustment before a precise adjustment by tightening.
[0015] Preferably, the outer formwork having a center of gravity, the outer formwork includes a lifting head configured to tilt the outer formwork at a lifting angle when lifted by the lifting head, preferably at a lifting angle between 0.1° and 1°. This makes it easier to move the crane and allows for convenient formwork removal.
[0016] The invention also relates to a method for forming a perimeter wall of a building using a formwork system as described above, the inner formwork being stabilized on the ground, the formwork method comprising steps consisting of: • Position the horizontal arm of the second component of the outer formwork in the first notch of the first component of the inner formwork so as to suspend the outer formwork with a mounting clearance, • Position the adjustment device in the second notch of the first organ of the inner hip, and • Tighten the clamping element to eliminate the mounting play. [0037] With reference to [Fig.2], a formwork system 1 is shown according to one embodiment of the invention.
[0038] The formwork system 1 is adapted for forming a perimeter wall M of a building, but it is understood that it could also be used to form interior walls of a building or walls of a civil engineering structure. The formwork system 1 is configured to form the perimeter wall M without using a cantilevered working platform.
[0039] As illustrated in [Fig.2], the formwork system 1 comprises an inner formwork 2A configured to form an inner surface MA of the enclosure wall M and an outer formwork 2B configured to form an outer surface MB of the enclosure wall M. The terms "inner" and "outer" are defined in a common way with respect to the center of the building comprising outer walls delimiting an inner space.
[0040] In this example, the formwork system 1 is shown in a coordinate system (X, Y, Z) in which the X axis extends horizontally from the inner formwork panel 2A to the outer formwork panel 2B, the Y axis extends laterally from left to right, and the Z axis extends vertically from bottom to top. The horizontal X axis is oriented from front to back with reference to the operator's position during the formwork operations.
[0041] In a known manner, each formwork panel 2A, 2B comprises a vertical wall 3A, 3B extending in a vertical plane (Y, Z) and including a formwork face. The front face of the inner formwork panel 2A is an exterior face, while the front face of the outer formwork panel 2B is an interior face with respect to the formwork. Conventionally, with reference to [Fig. 4], each vertical wall 3A, 3B further comprises an upper edge 30A, 30B, preferably equipped with lifting rings 31A to allow movement of the hips 2A, 2B by means of slings connected to a crane. Preferably, each upper edge 30A, 30B is flat to allow easy installation of a "rise." With regard to the inner formwork panel 2A, its flat upper edge 30A also allows for an increase in the circulation area of the operators.
[0042] The inner formwork panel 2A includes at least one ground stabilization device, for example, a prop or stabilizing strut, a ballast, or the like. In this example, with reference to [Fig. 3], the inner formwork panel 2A includes a stair module 20A to provide stabilization. The stabilization device(s) can thus rest on a horizontal slab of the building. Conversely, the outer formwork panel 2B is free of any ground stabilization device. In other words, the outer formwork panel 2B is not vertically stable when it is not connected to the inner formwork panel 2A.
[0043] In this example, with reference to [Fig. 4], the formwork system 1 comprises two suspension devices 4 for suspending the outer formwork panel 2B opposite the inner formwork panel 2A. In this example, the two suspension devices 4 are identical, but it is understood that they could also be different. Each suspension device 4 is also configured to adjust the spacing between the upper parts of the hips 2A, 2B in order to precisely adjust the wall thickness M, also called the "wall thickness". Preferably, each suspension device 4 is made of metal to ensure high mechanical strength. In this example, each suspension device 4 allows for adjusting the wall thickness M to be between 18 cm and 30 cm.
[0044] With reference to figures 2 and 3, each suspension device 4 comprises a first member 5, attached to the inner formwork 2A, and a second member 6, attached to the outer formwork 2B, which are configured to cooperate together along a substantially vertical axis so as to suspend the outer formwork 2B from the inner formwork 2A.
[0045] With reference to Figures 4 to 6, the first component 5 is fixed to the upper edge 30A of the inner formwork panel 2A, preferably to an existing lifting ring 31A of the inner formwork panel 2A. The first component 5 is in the form of a vertical post having a lower fixing portion 50 and an upper receiving portion 51 having an upper face 51A that is open so as to allow cooperation with the second component 6, as will be shown subsequently. In this example, the lower fixing portion 50 has a hook for fixing to a lifting ring 31A and screws for fixing to the upper edge 30A.
[0046] As illustrated in [Fig. 6], the first element 5 has a height H5 between 65 cm and 75 cm so that the upper receiving portion 51 is distant from the upper edge 30A to allow the installation of a riser formwork panel 2A', 2B' in vertical superposition to increase the vertical formwork height as illustrated in [Fig. 17]. As illustrated in [Fig. 5], the first element 5 is not aligned with the formwork face of the vertical wall 3A but offset from the plane defined by the formwork face so as to allow the installation of the formwork panel. formwork for raising 2A', 2B', preferably of at least 10cm.
[0047] This possibility of mounting a formwork panel for a riser 2A', 2B' generates dimensional deviations between the formwork face of the vertical wall 3A (whose position is known and forms a positioning reference) and the upper receiving portion 51 due to machining clearances, tensile play, etc. Hereafter, these positioning deviations are referred to as "dimension chain inaccuracies".
[0048] With reference to [Fig.6], the upper receiving portion 51 has a first vertical notch 52 configured to receive a horizontal arm 62 of the second member 6 with a mounting clearance and a second vertical notch 53 configured to receive an adjustment device 7 to remove the mounting clearance and precisely adjust the spacing between the vertical walls 3A, 3B in the upper part of the formwork system 1.
[0049] With reference to [Fig. 6], the first vertical notch 52 is located behind the second vertical notch 53 along the horizontal axis X. The first vertical notch 52 is wider than the second vertical notch 53. In this example, the first vertical notch 52 has a first width W52 of approximately 109 mm, while the second vertical notch 53 has a second width W53 of approximately 35 mm. This reduced width allows for precise constraint of the outer panel 2B to straighten it and adjust the spacing.
[0050] In order to facilitate cooperation with the second organ 6, the upper receiving portion 51 of the first organ 5 has, in its upper part, several guiding elements 54 ([Fig.6]) so as to define a flared shape along the vertical direction Z in order to receive the second organ 6 in the manner of a funnel.
[0051] With reference to [Fig. 5], the second member 6 of the suspension device 4 is fixed to the upper edge 30B of the outer formwork 2B, preferably to an existing lifting ring 31B of the outer formwork 2B. The second member 6 comprises a vertical post 61 connected to a horizontal arm 62 extending along the horizontal axis X, that is, orthogonally to the vertical wall 3B of the outer formwork 2B. In other words, the second member 6 has an angled shape.
[0052] The horizontal arm 62 has an end fixed to the vertical post 61 and a connecting end configured to cooperate with the upper receiving portion 51 of the first member 5. In this example, as illustrated in [Fig.7], the horizontal arm 62 has a main body 621, an assembly head 622 and an adjustment device 7.
[0053] The vertical post 61 of the second component 6 has a height H6 substantially similar to that of the first component 5 of the suspension device 4 so as to allow cooperation with the upper receiving portion 51 of the first component 5 at a distance from the upper edges 30A, 30B. In this example, the post The vertical 61 of the second component 6 has a lower fixing portion 60 to the upper edge 30B. In this example, the lower fixing portion 60 has a fixing hook to a lifting ring 31B and fixing screws to the upper edge 30B.
[0054] The main body 621 is adjustable in length to adjust the wall thickness between the hips 2A, 2B. In this example, the main body 621 has two slides that can be connected together by a pin 64 in different positions corresponding to different wall thicknesses. For this purpose, the slides have through openings to form different passages for the pin 64. Preferably, the main body 621 has a scale 65 ([Fig. 5]) to facilitate wall thickness adjustment. It goes without saying that the length adjustment could be carried out differently. Preferably, the adjustment increment is on the order of 10 mm. Such an adjustment is approximate given the inaccuracies of the dimension chains presented previously. With reference to [Fig.[8], the main body 61 has a width W61, defined along the lateral direction Y, which is less than the first width W52 of the first vertical notch 52. In this example, the main body 61 has a width W61 of approximately 100mm.
[0055] The assembly head 622 is configured to extend into the upper receiving portion 51 while being retained by the first vertical notch 52 so as to suspend the outer formwork 2B. In other words, the operation of the assembly head 622 is sufficient to transmit the mechanical suspension forces. In the suspended position, the assembly head 622, here in the form of a vertical plate, is configured to extend into the upper receiving portion 51, with the main body 621 extending into the first vertical notch 52 as illustrated in [Fig. 6]. With reference to [Fig. 8], the assembly head 622 has a width W622, defined along the lateral direction Y, which is greater than the width W52 of the first vertical notch 52. In this example, the assembly head 622 has a width W622 of approximately 142 mm.This advantageously allows for the formation of a retention along the horizontal X-axis in the bonding position, as will be shown later.
[0056] With reference to [Fig. 7], the adjustment device 7 comprises a rod 70 which is configured to extend through the second vertical notch 53 in the connected position, in particular, through the two vertical notches 52, 53 in the connected position. The rod 70 is connected to the main body 621, preferably, by a joint 71 with lateral axis Y so as to be able to pivot between a rest position in which the adjustment device 7 is vertical ([Fig. 9]), preferably upwards, and a connected position in which the adjustment device 7 is horizontal ([Fig. 7]). For this purpose, as illustrated in [Fig. 8], the main body 621 and the assembly head 622 respectively have notches 72, 73 so as to allow rotation of the rod 70 between the rest position and the connection position.
[0057] The rod 70 has a clamping member 74 configured, in the connected position, to extend behind the upper receiving portion 51 and a locking member 75 configured, in the connected position, to extend into the upper receiving portion 51, i.e., between the two notches 52, 53. The position of the locking member 75 allows the wall thickness M to be precisely defined. As illustrated in [Fig. 7], the adjustment device 7 has a portion of the rod 70, between the locking member 75 and the clamping member 74, which can be slid into the second vertical notch 53.
[0058] Preferably, the rod 70 is threaded. Even more preferably, the locking member 75 is in the form of a locknut whose longitudinal position can be precisely adjusted to obtain a precise wall thickness M. The clamping member 74 is preferably in the form of a clamping nut that can be tightened by an operator using a wrench or impact wrench to apply tension to the rod 70 until the locking member 75 comes into contact with the upper receiving part 51, as will be shown later.
[0059] In this example, with reference to [Fig. 8], the rod 70 has a width W70, preferably on the order of 23 mm, which is less than the second width W53 of the second vertical notch 53. With reference to [Fig. 10], in the connection position of the adjusting device 7, during tightening, the wall, in which the second vertical notch 53 is formed, is sandwiched between the clamping member 74 and the locking member 75 as illustrated in [Fig. 10]. The clamping member 74 and the locking member 75 have widths greater than the width W53 of the second vertical notch 53 so as to allow retention.
[0060] With reference to [Fig. 7], the second member 6 of the suspension device 4 further comprises a lifting head 63 which, in this example, is mounted substantially in the vertical extension of the vertical post 61 of the second member 6. In this example, the lifting head 63 has a goosehead shape to allow for safe lifting. With reference to [Fig. 3], the second member 6 further comprises a guide member 66 which extends vertically and which includes a lower end located below the upper edge 30B to guide a lifting ring to the lifting head 63. In this example, the guide member 66 is in the form of a vertical bar mounted at the rear of the vertical wall 3B of the outer formwork 2B, but it is understood that it could be in a different form.An operator can thus mount a lifting ring, connected to a crane sling, at the lower end of the guide member 66 so that it is guided to the lifting head 63 when the sling is raised by the crane. In this way... In the preferred method, the operator is located on an external scaffold, positioned on the lower floor of the building, for the installation of the lifting ring. Such scaffolding is not suitable for supporting a formwork panel.
[0061] As illustrated in [Fig. 1 1], during lifting by the lifting head 63, the outer formwork panel 2B is not vertical but inclined at a lifting angle α with respect to the vertical direction so that its formwork face is turned upwards. Advantageously, the center of gravity of the outer formwork panel 2B and the position of the lifting head 63 together determine a lifting angle α of between 0.1 and 1°. Such a lifting angle α offers numerous advantages, which will be presented later.
[0062] An example of the implementation of a formwork method for a perimeter wall using a formwork system according to the invention will be presented with reference to Figures 11 to 16.
[0063] With reference to [Fig. 11], the inner formwork panel 2A has been previously positioned on a horizontal slab D and stabilized in its formwork position. The formwork face of the inner formwork panel 2A is turned outwards.
[0064] The outer formwork 2B is moved by crane using slings so as to be positioned opposite the inner formwork 2A. The length of the main body 621 of the second component 6 has been previously set so as to correspond substantially to the desired thickness of the enclosure wall M, preferably, this length is greater than the desired thickness so as to be reduced later during the fine adjustment.
[0065] During lifting by its lifting head 63 (not shown in [Fig. 11]), the outer formwork panel 2B is inclined at a lifting angle α and positioned so that the assembly head 622 cooperates with the upper receiving portion 51 as illustrated in [Fig. 12]. This initial cooperation between the haunches 2A, 2B, hereafter referred to as "primary cooperation," is achieved with some assembly play, given, on the one hand, that the size of the assembly head 622 is small compared to that of the upper receiving portion 51 and, on the other hand, that the outer formwork panel 2B is inclined. During primary cooperation, the adjusting device 7 is in the vertical position (rest position) so as not to hinder the cooperation between the assembly head 622 and the upper receiving portion 51. In practice, with reference to [Fig.
[18] , the main body 621 extends into the first notch 52 while the assembly head 622 extends into the upper receiving portion 51 between the first notch 52 and the second notch 53. The position of the assembly head 622 thus remains imprecise. Following the primary cooperation, the outer formwork 2B is suspended from the inner formwork 2A and it is no longer necessary for the crane operator to lift the outer formwork 2B. For this purpose, an operator can access the upper edge 30A of the inner formwork 2A to release the lifting ring connected to the slings which is . mounted in the lifting head 63. In this example, the operator easily accesses the upper edge 30A of the inner formwork 2A thanks to the stair module 20A.
[0066] With reference to [Fig. 13], the adjusting device 7 is moved into a horizontal connecting position so as to cooperate with the second notch 53 ([Fig. 18]). In particular, the rod 70 is moved into the second notch 53 since its diameter is less than the thickness W53 of the second notch 53. The locking member 75 is positioned in the upper receiving portion 51, while the clamping member 74 is positioned in front of the upper receiving portion 51, as illustrated in [Fig. 18]. In this example, the locking member 75 is positioned precisely on the rod 70 in order to precisely adjust the thickness of the enclosure wall M, as will be shown later.
[0067] The formwork method includes a step of clamping the clamping member 74 onto the rod 70 so that the clamping member 74 exerts traction on the rod 70, thereby pressing the locking member 75 against the second notch 53 formed in the upper receiving portion 51. The wall in which the second notch 53 is formed is sandwiched between the clamping member 74 and the locking member 75, which has the effect, on the one hand, of precisely adjusting the thickness of the enclosure wall M and, on the other hand, of straightening the suspended outer formwork panel 2B so that its formwork face extends vertically as illustrated in [Fig. 14]. The spacing between the two haunches 2A, 2B is precisely adjusted at the upper edges 20A, 20B.
[0068] Preferably, the position of the locking member 75 can be precisely adjusted to precisely adjust the wall thickness despite the inaccuracies of the rib chain.
[0069] Tightening the clamping element 74 advantageously eliminates all assembly clearances used during the initial assembly. Following the installation of the outer formwork 2B, it rests on the ground on a very small area of the slab or does not rest on the slab at all, as illustrated in [Fig. 14]. Advantageously, it is not necessary to use a cantilevered working structure according to the prior art, which speeds up construction and reduces equipment rental or purchase costs.
[0070] Preferably, spacer rods are mounted between the inner formwork panel 2A and the outer formwork panel 2B to ensure parallelism of the formwork faces while also transferring the formwork forces. Preferably, at least one spacer is mounted in a lower part of the inner formwork panel 2A prior to the installation of the outer formwork panel 2B. This advantageously allows the spacer to act as a buffer to prevent the lower part of the outer formwork panel 2B from striking the lower part of the inner formwork panel 2A due to the angle lifting a.
[0071] Preferably, the formwork system 1 only has spacers in its lower part to adjust the spacing of the hips 2A, 2B. The spacing in the upper part is advantageously achieved by the suspension devices 4.
[0072] The process then includes a step of pouring concrete or other hardening material between the two hips 2A, 2B so as to form the enclosure wall M as illustrated in [Fig. 15].
[0073] Once the concrete has set, the process includes a step of loosening the clamping device 74, which releases the stresses on the outer formwork panel 2B, causing it to tilt again at the lifting angle a. As a result, the upper edge 20B of the outer formwork panel 2B moves away from the upper edge 20A of the inner formwork panel 2A, as illustrated in [Fig. 16]. This allows air to gradually enter the formwork, facilitating optimal stripping. The outer formwork panel 2B can then be removed by a crane operator without risk of damaging the enclosure wall M.
[0074] Advantageously, as illustrated in [Fig. 17], the suspension device 4 advantageously allows the mounting of upper formwork panels, called "extensions 2A', 2B'", on the upper edges 20A, 20B of the hips 2A, 2B. Advantageously, the "extensions 2A', 2B'" extend in line with the formwork faces of the hips 2A, 2B so as to form an enclosure wall M having a height greater than that of the hips 2A, 2B. The mounting of such extensions 2A', 2B' is made possible by the fact that the members 5, 6 of the suspension device 4 are offset from the formwork faces of the hips 2A, 2B and by the fact that the suspension device 4 provides a remote connection to the upper edges. Preferably, each riser 2A', 2B' has a height between 40cm and 60cm, preferably 50cm.
