Title of the invention: Hydraulic connection device for heat pump
[0001] The present invention relates to a connection device made in the form of a compact module allowing the hydraulic connection of a heat pump or any other heat or cold production unit to a heating or cooling installation of a building.
[0002] Installing, for example, a heat pump on a building's heating or cooling system requires time and experience in order to fix and connect all the components necessary for the proper functioning of the heat pump.
[0003] The object of the present invention is to design a connection device consisting mainly of a compact module which allows the hydraulic circuit and connection of a heat pump or any other heat or cold production unit to be made simple and quick to a building's heating or cooling installation.
[0004] It should be noted that installation is simplified and commissioning is rapid because the compact module is factory-assembled and tested, allowing for a universal hydraulic connection. When a monobloc heat pump is combined with the compact module, the latter requires no refrigerant connection.

[0016] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] Figures 1 and 2 show a connection device 1 made under the form of a compact module 11 allowing the hydraulic connection of a heat pump or any other CPA heat or cold production unit to a heating or cooling installation of an ICF building.
[0018] The compact module 11 consists of a primary PA hot / cold power supply circuit allowing connection of the SU output of the external production unit CPA with the El input of the building's ICF heating or cooling system.
[0019] The compact module 11 includes a secondary return circuit SR allowing the return RI of the building's heating or cooling installation ICF to be connected with the EU inlet of the outdoor production unit CPA.

Universal connection device (1) made in the form of a compact module (11) allowing the hydraulic connection of an outdoor production unit (CPA) of the heat pump type or any other heat or cold production unit to a heating or cooling installation (ICF) of a building, characterized in that it consists of a primary hot / cold supply circuit (PA) allowing the connection of the outlet of the outdoor production unit (CPA) with the inlet of the heating or cooling installation (ICF) of the building and a secondary return circuit (SR) allowing the connection of the return of the heating or cooling installation (ICF) of the building with the inlet of the outdoor production unit (CPA),of an inertia tank or reservoir (13) comprising a primary inlet (13a) with which said primary supply circuit (PA) cooperates and a primary outlet (13b) cooperating with a circulator (6) enabling the primary circuit (PA) to supply hot or cold water to the building's heating or cooling system (ICF), said inertia tank or reservoir (13) comprising a secondary inlet (13c) with which said secondary return circuit of the heating or cooling system (ICF) cooperates and a secondary outlet (13d) cooperating with a magnetic settling filter (15) enabling the connection of the return of the building's heating or cooling system (ICF) with the inlet of the outdoor production unit (CPA), said compact module (11) further comprising an expansion vessel (2) connected via a fitting (4) to the inertia tank or reservoir (13).
2. Hydraulic connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the inertia tank or balloon (13) of the compact module (11) has in its upper part an immersion heater or auxiliary resistance (16).
3. Hydraulic connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the compact module (11) comprises a support plate (17) for its wall fixing.
4. Hydraulic connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the inertia reservoir or balloon (13) of the module compact (11) includes in its lower part a ball valve (12) for draining said reservoir.
5. Hydraulic connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the compact module (11) includes an electrical box (10) which is connected to a control device (18) comprising an outside temperature probe (3) and a remote control box (5).
6. Hydraulic connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety group or stanchion (4) is made of composite material comprising mainly an automatic air vent and a safety valve.
