Abstract
Voltage Regulator Circuit The present description relates to a voltage regulator circuit (700) formed in and on a monolithic semiconductor substrate having one face covered with a layer of Gallium Nitride, comprising: - between a first terminal (VCC) and a second terminal (DZ), a first resistor (R701) and a first d-mode type HEMT transistor; and - between the first terminal (VCC) and the third terminal (VDD), a second d-mode type HEMT transistor, in which the midpoint between the first resistor (R701) and the first transistor (T701) is connected to the gates of the first and second transistors (T701, T702).
