Abstract
Description
Description Title of the invention: Furniture for the presentation of products
[0001] | The present invention relates to a furniture for the presentation of products.
[0002] It relates in particular to a furniture for the presentation of products comprising a frame and, carried by the frame, at least one mast with a lower end and a upper end, and one or more shelves arranged along the mast.
[0003] Shelving units for the display of products, in particular food products- mentaries, such as pastries or Viennese pastries, are known. It should be noted that here we mean by shelf a shelf fixed horizontally to a vertical support. Such a shelving unit is sometimes called a tower and, when it contains pastries, pastry tower. The problem is that during the day, the shelves have tendency to empty due to the sale of goods. This results in a presentation merchandise with some shelves empty, which can give a de- favorable to a person standing in front of the shelving unit. In addition, it is Sometimes it is necessary to clear some space. One solution would be to dismantle the shelves. as they are emptied. However, this solution is tedious and requires the handling of the shelves by an operator, which can be detrimental to hygiene.
[0004] An aim of the invention is to propose a shelf unit whose design allows an attractive presentation of the merchandise on display.
[0005] = Another object of the invention is to propose a shelf unit whose design allows you to quickly free up space occupied by said piece of furniture.
[0006] — To this end, the invention relates to a piece of furniture for the presentation of products comprising a frame and, carried by the frame, at least one mast with a lower end and an upper end and one or more shelves arranged along the mast, ca- characterized in that the mast which is an adjustable length mast comprises at least one movable part mounted movable between a high position and a low position to make vary the length of the mast. The possibility of varying the length of the mast allows simple way to reduce or increase the space taken up by the shelf(s). The possibility of varying the length of the mast can also allow to hide a or more shelves using the frame. In the upper position of at least one part mobile mast, the mast protrudes at least partially from the top of the frame. The pos- ability to vary the mast length allows the mast to move from one position to which it projects at least partially above the frame at a position in which it disappears at least partially inside the building. At least one part The mast mobile is mounted mobile between a high position and a low position for vary the length of the mast and allow movement of the upper end of the mast between a first position spaced from the frame in which it extends projectingly from the top of the frame and a second position close to the frame. In this second position, preferably, the upper end of the mast extends flush with or set back from the top of the frame. According to one embodiment of the invention, the mast comprises, in order to vary the length of the or at least one of the masts, a system for driving the movement of the mobile part of said mast equipped with at least one control device. The presence of a system for driving the movement of the mobile part of the mast controllable by a control device, such as a simple button, allows easy variation in the length of the mast without effort for the operator. According to one embodiment of the invention, the or at least one of the adjustable length masts is a telescopic mast formed of sliding interlocking elements, the movable element(s) of said sliding interlocking assembly forming the movable part of said mast and in that said telescopic mast is a motorized telescopic mast equipped with a motorization system. This motorization system forms at least part of the system for driving the movement of the movable part of the mast. Again, this results in simplicity of implementation for controlling a variation in the length of the mast. According to one embodiment of the invention, the shelves arranged along the or one of the adjustable-length masts are superimposed shelves configured to move from a position close to each other to a position spaced apart from each other in the state driven by movement of the movable part of the mast from the low position to the high position. The shelves are therefore configured to move from a position close to each other to a position spaced apart from each other in the state driven by movement of the movable part of the mast from the low position to the high position, that is to say during a variation of the length of the mast in the direction of an elongation of the mast. Thus, in the long mast position, all the shelves are usable, whereas in the shorter mast position, at least some shelves are close to each other so that an observer of the furniture does not see any empty shelves. According to one embodiment of the invention, the or at least one of the shelves called mobile is coupled to the or one of the mobile parts of the mast in a sliding manner along said mobile part of the mast to which it is coupled, in that the mobile part of the mast comprises one or more stops, in that the or at least one of the stops is a stop for driving movement in the direction of raising the or at least one of the mobile shelves, by thrust exerted on the so-called underside of the mobile shelf corresponding to the face of the mobile shelf facing the lower end of the mast, and in that said mobile shelf is limited in movement in the direction of lowering beyond a predetermined stroke for allow the movable part of the mast to move independently of the movable shelf. This design of the shelves allows, in a simple manner, a relative movement of the shelves between them during a variation in the length of the mast for the passage of the shelves from a position close to each other to a position separated from each other, during a variation in the length of the mast in the direction of an elongation of the mast, and the passage of the shelves from a position separated from each other to a position close to each other, during a variation in the length of the mast in the direction of a reduction in the length of the mast. According to one embodiment of the invention, the or at least one of the stops, which is a drive stop for movement in the direction of elevation of the or at least one of the movable shelves, is mounted fixed at least axially on the movable part of the mast to which it is coupled over at least part of the travel followed by said movable part of the mast between the high and low positions. According to one embodiment of the invention, the furniture comprising several superimposed shelves arranged along the mast and the movable part of the mast comprising several stops, one of the stops has at least one position in which it extends below the bottom face of one of the shelves and a position in which it extends above the opposite face called the top of said shelf and in that said stop is configured to pass from one position to the other in the driven state in displacement of the movable part of the mast between the low position and the high position. It is thus possible to vary the length of the mast without each stop necessarily acting on a shelf over at least part of the travel of the at least one movable part of the mast. According to one embodiment of the invention, the piece of furniture comprising several superimposed shelves arranged along the mast and the movable part of the mast comprising several stops, at least one of the shelves is at the level of its coupling zone to the movable part of the mast provided with a through passage capable of being crossed by at least one of the stops in the driven state in displacement of the movable part of the mast between the low and high positions. According to one embodiment of the invention, the movable part of the mast comprises, for the or at least one of the shelves called movable which is mounted to slide along said movable part of the mast to which it is coupled, at least one longitudinal guide rail. According to one embodiment of the invention, the piece of furniture comprising several superimposed shelves arranged along the mast, one of the shelves, called fixed, is fixedly coupled to the movable part of the mast. According to one embodiment of the invention, said fixed shelf is positioned, along the mast, closer to the upper end of the mast than to the lower end. lower. According to one embodiment of the invention, the piece of furniture comprises, for coupling to the mast the or at least one, preferably each, of the shelves arranged along the mast, at least one connecting piece having at least a U-shape lying down with the branches of the U forming a clamp inside which at least a part of the shelf to be coupled to the mast is capable of being inserted. This results in simplicity of assembly and disassembly of each shelf. According to one embodiment of the invention, at least a portion of the, or at least one, preferably each, of the shelves is in the form of a tray. According to one embodiment of the invention, the frame is in the form of a box with a top face and the or at least one of the masts of adjustable length extends at least partially projecting from the top face of the box in the configuration of greater length of the mast. According to one embodiment of the invention, the shelves arranged along the or one of the adjustable length masts are configured to, in the driven state of the movable part of the mast from the low position to the high position, move from a position in which they extend at least partially coplanar or set back from the top face of the box to a position in which they extend at least partially projecting from the top face of the box. The box can form a storage space. According to one embodiment of the invention, the box is parallelepipedal in shape with a bottom face opposite the top face and four side faces, the or at least one of the shelves forms at least part of the top face of the box and the or at least one of the masts extends at least in a plane parallel to a side face of the frame. Brief description of the drawings The invention will be clearly understood upon reading the following description of exemplary embodiments, with reference to the appended drawings in which: [Fig.1] represents a partial perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention in the high position of the movable part of each mast corresponding to the configuration of greatest length of each mast; [Fig.2] represents a partial perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention in the low position of the movable part of each mast corresponding to the configuration of the shortest length of each mast; [Fig.3] represents a partial perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention in the high position of the movable part of each mast with a detailed view taken at the level of one of the masts; [Fig.4] represents a partial perspective view of the moving part of a mast during its passage from the low position to the high position to illustrate the progressive movement of the shelves; [Fig.5] represents a partial perspective view of the movable part of a mast to illustrate the movement of a stop and its passage from a position in which it extends below a shelf to a position in which it extends above said shelf; [Fig.6] represents a schematic view of a piece of furniture to illustrate the shelves in a close position; [Fig.7] represents a schematic view of a piece of furniture to illustrate the shelves in the spaced-apart position; [Fig.8] represents a schematic view of a piece of furniture to illustrate the shelves in a close position; [Fig.9] shows a schematic view of a piece of furniture to illustrate the shelves in the spaced-apart position. As mentioned above, the invention relates to a piece of furniture | for the presentation of products, such as food products, in particular pastries or Viennese pastries. This piece of furniture 1 comprises a frame 2, one or more masts 3 carried by the frame 2, and one or more shelves 61 or 62 arranged along the mast. In the example shown in Figures 1 and 2, the piece of furniture 1 comprises a frame 2 in the form of a box with a top face 21 and two masts 3 arranged in parallel, facing each other. Each mast 3 is equipped with shelves 61 or 62 arranged in a cantilever manner relative to the mast 3. However, the piece of furniture 1 could similarly have included a single mast 3 arranged for example in the center of the box of the frame with shelves extending, for example, in a cantilever manner on either side of the mast 3. The masts 3 are identical here. This is why a single mast will be described below. Similarly, the box constituting the frame 2 has a parallelepiped shape but could, without departing from the scope of the invention, have another shape, for example, cylindrical or other. This box here has a bottom face 22 opposite the top face 21 and side faces 23.One of the side faces 23 may be provided with doors to allow access to the interior of the box which thus forms a storage or arrangement area. Each mast 3 extends in a plane parallel to a side face 23 of the frame 2 and adjoins a side face of the box. The masts 3 extend respectively along two opposite side faces 23 of the box. The top face 21 of the box is formed at least partially by a shelf as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2. The mast 3 comprises a lower end 4 and an upper end 5. This mast 3, carried by the frame 2, extends in the erected state and at least partially projects from the frame to extend at least partially above the frame 2 and in at least one configuration of the mast 3. In particular, the mast 3 extends, in at least one configuration, projecting from the top face 21 of the box, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2. The mast 3 is a mast of adjustable length and comprises at least one movable part 7 mounted movable between a high position and a low position to vary the length of the mast. In particular, the mast 3 comprises, to vary the length of the mast, a system 15 for driving the movable part 7 of the mast 3 in movement. The system 15 for driving the movable part 7 of the mast 3 in movement may comprise at least one actuator, such as a jack, or a motor for driving the movable part 7 of the mast 3 in movement. This movable part 7 of the mast 3 may be in one or more elements. In the example as shown in [Fig.4], the mast 3 is a telescopic mast formed of sliding interlocking elements. The movable element(s) of the sliding interlocking of the mast 3 form the movable part 7 of the mast 3. The telescopic mast 3 is a motorized telescopic mast equipped with a motorization system forming at least part of the system 15 for driving the moving part of the mast. In the case of a mast such as illustrated in [Fig. 4], the motorization system may comprise an electric motor coupled to a worm screw. For controlling the system 15 for driving the movement of the movable part 7 of the mast 3, a control device 16 may be provided in the form of a simple control member, for example in the form of a button arranged on the box. Such a telescopic mast, also called a motorized column, is known for other applications and will not be described in more detail. Shelves 61 and 62 are arranged along the mast 3 of adjustable length as illustrated in Figures 6 to 9. These shelves are, in the driven state of the movable part 7 of the mast 3 from the low position to the high position, that is to say during a variation of the mast in the direction of elongation of the mast, configured to pass from a position in which they extend at least partially in a coplanar manner or set back from the face of the top 21 of the box to a position in which they extend at least partially projecting from the face of the top 21 of the box. These shelves can be mounted in a fixed manner axially along the mast 3 as illustrated in figures 8 and 9. These shelves, called fixed and shown at 62 in the figures, are arranged in a superimposed state along the mast 3. The variation in length of the mast allows, when the length of the mast is reduced by moving the movable part 7 of the mast 3 from the high position to the low position, a retraction or erasure of the shelves inside the box 2, as illustrated in [Fig.9]. In this case, the fixed shelves are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined spacing value constant completion. However, in some cases, the interior space of the box must remain free. Furthermore, this solution is not possible when the mast is very high or the box is very low. Figures 6 and 7 illustrate a solution in which at least some of the shelves are movable shelves shown at 61. The frame 2 can be of any shape and can be reduced for example simply to a base. The frame 2 can also be made in the form of a box, as in the example shown. The shelves may all be movable or some may be fixed and others movable, as in the example shown where the fixed shelves are shown at 62 and the movable shelves at 61. In the example illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, there are three shelves. The upper shelf is a fixed shelf, while the intermediate shelf and the lower shelf are movable shelves. In this example, the shelves, arranged along the mast of adjustable length, are stacked shelves configured to move from a position close to each other to a position spaced apart from each other when the length of the mast 3 varies in the direction of an elongation of the mast 3, that is to say in the driven state in displacement of the movable part 7 of the mast 3 from the low position to the high position. Thus, in the configuration of shorter length of the mast, the shelves 61 and 62 are stacked and close to each other, giving the impression of a single shelf and only the shelf 62 furthest above the stack of shelves can be loaded with goods. In the longer mast length configuration, the stacked shelves 61 and 62 are spaced apart from each other, as shown in Figures 1 or 7, and each shelf can be loaded with goods. In the example shown in Figures 1, 7 and 8, one of the shelves, namely the uppermost shelf 62 in the stack of shelves, is fixedly mounted along the mast. In particular, this fixed shelf 62 is fixedly coupled to the movable part 7 of the mast 3 and is positioned along the mast 3 closer to the upper end of the mast 3 than to the lower end. This shelf 62 may be in the form of a tray coupled to the mast by a connecting piece 12 which is at least in the shape of a lying U with the branches of the U, arranged orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the mast 3, forming a clamp 13 inside which a part of the tray constituting the shelf is able to be inserted. This arrangement allows easy assembly and disassembly of the shelf. Alternatively, the shelf 62 which is in the form of a tray can be held to the movable part 7 of the mast 3 by a fixing arranged at the upper end 3 of the mast as can be seen in [Fig.3]. The connecting part 12 is axially immobilized to the movable part 7 of the mast at to which it is coupled by the web of the U. The other shelves of the mast are so-called mobile shelves represented at 61 in the figures. Each mobile shelf 61 and the mobile part 7 of the mast 3 are configured to be driven by an axial relative movement. In particular, each mobile shelf 61 is coupled to a mobile part 7 of the mast 3 in a sliding manner along the mobile part 7 of the mast to which it is coupled to allow an axial relative movement between the mobile shelf 61 and the mobile part 7 of the mast 3. To allow this sliding movement, the mobile part 7 of the mast 3 comprises one or more longitudinal guide rails in the form here of ribs of circular section. The mobile shelf 61 is provided, at the level of its coupling zone to a rail, with a through housing of complementary shape to the rail. The housing and the rail form between them a sliding interlocking assembly. In the examples shown, the coupling between each mobile shelf 61 and the mobile part 7 of the mast is carried out using a connecting part 12 having a lying U shape similar to that described above for the coupling of the fixed shelf 62 to the mobile part 7 of the mast 3. The branches of the U of this connecting piece 12 form a clamp inside which a shelf in the form of a tray is partially inserted by the edge of said tray. The connecting piece 12 is coupled to the movable part 7 of the mast 3 by the web of the U. The through housing mentioned above is arranged at the level of this web of the U for sliding interlocking cooperation with the rail provided on the movable part 7 of the mast 3. To enable the movement of a movable shelf 61 to be driven in the direction of elevation, the movable part 7 of the mast comprises a stop 8. In the example shown in Figures 6 and 7, two movable shelves 61 are provided, therefore two stops 8, namely one stop 8 per movable shelf 61. Each stop 8 is a stop for driving a movable shelf 61 in the direction of elevation by thrust exerted on the so-called underside 9 of the movable shelf 61 corresponding to the face of the movable shelf 61 facing the lower end 4 of the mast 3. The opposite face, called the top of the movable shelf 61, is shown at 10 in the figures. Each movable shelf 61 is limited in movement in the direction of lowering beyond a predetermined stroke to allow movement of the movable part 7 of the mast 3, independently of the movable shelf 61. This limitation in movement can be achieved by a part of the frame 2 against which the movable shelf 61 comes to bear in the low position of the movable part 7 of the mast 3. This solution is preferred for the movable shelf furthest below the stack of shelves. Each intermediate shelf can, in the low position of the movable part 7 of the mast 3, rest on the shelf immediately below which forms, in this case, the limitation in moving said shelf. Each stop 8, for driving movement in the direction of elevation of a mobile shelf 61, is mounted fixed axially on the mobile part 7 of the mast 3 to which it is coupled over at least part of the travel followed by said mobile part 7 of the mast 3 between the high and low positions. Thus, the stop 8 and the mobile part 7 of the mast 3 are integral in movement. In the case where the piece of furniture 1 comprises several superimposed shelves arranged along the mast 3 and the movable part 7 of the mast comprises several stops 8, one of the stops has at least one position in which it extends below the bottom face 9 of one of the shelves and a position in which it extends above the opposite face called the top 10 of said foreign and said stop 8 is configured to pass from one position to the other in the driven state in displacement of the movable part 7 of the mast 3 between the low position and the high position. This stop corresponds, in the example of figures 6 and 7, to the stop for driving in displacement of the intermediate shelf of the series of three superimposed shelves. This configuration allows, in the case of an upper fixed shelf, a movable intermediate shelf, and a lower shelf movable at the drive stop 8 of the intermediate movable shelf, to pass through the lower movable shelf before coming to bear on the underside 9 of the intermediate movable shelf for driving the movement of the intermediate movable shelf in the direction of elevation when the movable part 7 of the mast 3 passes from the low position to the high position. For this purpose, the lower movable shelf 61 is, at the level of its coupling zone to the movable part 7 of the mast, provided with a through passage 11 capable of being crossed by the drive stop 8 of the intermediate movable shelf 61. Thus and as illustrated by the passage from [Fig. 6] to [Fig. 7], in the case of a series of three superimposed shelves resting on each other, as illustrated in [Fig.6] in the low position of the movable part of the mast 3, the drive to move the movable part 7 of the mast 3 from the low position to the high position causes, in a first step, the drive to move the upper shelf, called fixed 62, in the direction of a separation of the intermediate and lower stages, then, during the continuation of the movable part 7 of the mast 3, the passage of a stop 8 through the lower shelf and the drive by this same stop of the intermediate shelf in the direction of a separation of the lower shelf before the continuation of the movement of the movable part 7 causes a movement of the lower shelf. In the end-of-travel position of the movable part 7 of the mast 3, in the high position, the three shelves are separated from each other, as illustrated in [Fig.7]. . The movement drive of the movable part 7 of the mast 3 from the high position to the low position causes an inverse movement of the upper shelves, intermediate and lower in the direction of approaching each other, as illustrated in [Fig.6].
