Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Opening detector for a gate and gate comprising such an opening detector
[0001] The present invention relates to an opening detector for a gate and a gate comprising such an opening detector.
[0002] In the field of home automation, it is known to equip a gate with an opening detector. Such a detector is generally connected with a device such as a telephone of a user of the gate, thus allowing the user to remotely control the open or closed state of the gate, for example when moving. These functions make it possible to reassure the user, but also to offer protection in the event of intrusion through the gate, by making it possible to detect an inopportune opening of the gate.
[0003] It is known to integrate such an opening detector into the motor that operates the opening and closing of the gate. Such a solution has the advantage of being discreet and simple to implement. However, such an opening detector cannot operate in the event of a power cut to the motor, or in the event of the motor being disengaged. Thus, such an opening detector is not able to detect a manual opening of the gate. This is a disadvantage, because in the event of an intrusion, it is common for the motor to be disengaged to force the gate to open, and it is therefore not possible to detect such an intrusion.
[0004] It is these drawbacks that the invention more particularly intends to remedy by proposing an opening detector for a gate whose operation is independent of a gate motor, whose operation is reliable and which is simple to install.
[0005] For this purpose, the invention relates to an opening detector for a gate, the gate comprising at least a first closing element and a second closing element, at least one of the first closing element and the second closing element being movable. A covering portion of the first closing element partially covers an end portion of the second closing element, in a closed position of the gate, the covering portion of the first closing element and the end portion of the second closing element forming, between them and in the closed position of the gate, a covering volume of the first closing element relative to the second closing element.
[0006] According to the invention, the opening detector comprises at least: - a housing, having: • a first zone, the first zone presenting a first thickness, the first area being configured to be disposed at the overlap volume, the first thickness being measured along a depth axis of the housing, the depth axis being configured to extend from the overlap portion toward the end portion in the closed position of the gate, and • a second zone, the second zone having a second thickness strictly greater than the first thickness, the second zone being configured to be arranged outside the covering volume, the second thickness being measured along the depth axis of the housing, - a sensor, arranged in the first zone of the housing, and - a radio antenna, arranged in the second zone of the housing, the antenna being configured to transmit data from the sensor to a remote server.
[0007] In addition, the sensor is configured to detect the presence of the covering portion of the first closure element opposite the end portion of the second closure element.
[0008] Thanks to the invention, the sensor of the opening detector is advantageously located in the overlap volume between the overlap portion of the first closing element and the end portion of the second closing element, facilitating the detection of the opening and closing of the gate. Furthermore, the radio antenna of the opening detector is located outside the overlap volume, so that the propagation of the signal emitted by the radio antenna is not blocked by the closing elements of the gate, thus facilitating the connection of the radio antenna with a receiving antenna. In addition, the stepped shape of the housing of the opening detector, with a thin portion housed in the overlap volume, and a thicker portion accommodating the radio antenna, makes it simple to install the opening detector on a gate, without requiring structural modifications to the gate.
[0009] According to advantageous, but not obligatory, aspects of the invention, this opening detector incorporates one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or in any technically admissible combination:
[0010] - The sensor is of the magneto-resistive type, the opening detector comprises, in furthermore, a detection part having at least one magnetic portion, the detection part being distinct from the housing, the sensor being capable of detecting the presence of the magnetic portion, the detection part is configured to be integral with one of the first closure element and the second closure element, and the housing is configured to be fixed to the other of the first closure element and the second closing element.
[0011] - The detection part of the opening detector is integrated into the closing element with which she is in solidarity.
[0012] - The radio antenna is configured to communicate with an antenna remotely via a long-distance communication protocol, in particular a communication protocol using a spread spectrum modulation technique.
[0013] - The sensor is configured to detect the presence of the detection part up to a detection distance of 20 mm, preferably up to a detection distance of 30 mm, the opening detector thus being configured to detect the presence of the covering portion of the first closure element opposite the end portion of the second closure element when the detection distance is less than or equal to 20 mm, preferably less than or equal to 30 mm.
[0014] - The opening detector further comprises at least one storage unit of electrical energy, the electrical energy storage unit being arranged at the level of the second zone.
[0015] - The housing has a hatch configured to allow access to the interior of the second zone, and the opening detector is configured so that the hatch cannot be opened in the closed position of the gate.
[0016] - The first thickness is between 6 mm and 30 mm, preferably equal to 10 mm, and the second thickness is between 15 mm and 30 mm, preferably equal to 20 mm.
[0017] - The first zone has a first width and the second zone has a second width, the first and second widths being measured along a width axis of the housing, the width axis being configured to extend parallel to the first closure element and parallel to the second closure element in the closed position of the gate. The first width is between 10 mm and 40 mm, preferably equal to 30 mm, and the second width is between 5 mm and 30 mm, preferably equal to 20 mm.
[0018] According to another aspect, the invention also relates to a gate comprising a first closing element and a second closing element, in which: - the first closing element is movable in rotation about a first vertical axis and the second closing element is movable in rotation about a second vertical axis, or - one of the first closure element and the second closure element is rotatable about a first vertical axis and the other of the first closure element and the second closure element is fixed, or - the first closing element is movable in translation along a width axis of the gate and the second closing element is movable in translation along the width axis, or - one of the first closing element and the second closing element is movable in translation along a width axis of the gate and the other of the first closing element and the second closing element is fixed.
[0019] In a closed position of the gate, a covering portion of the first closure element partially covers an end portion of the second closure element, and the covering portion of the first closure element and the end portion of the second closure element form between them a covering volume of the first closure element relative to the second closure element.
[0020] According to the invention, the gate further comprises an opening detector as described above.
[0021] In addition, the opening detector housing is attached to the first closure element or to the second closure element. The first area of the opening detector housing is arranged at the covering volume, and the second area of the opening detector housing is arranged outside the covering volume. Furthermore, the sensor is configured to detect the presence of the covering portion of the first closure element opposite the end portion of the second closure element.
[0022] This portal induces the same advantages as those mentioned above regarding the opening detector of the invention.
[0023] The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the light of the following description of an embodiment of a gate comprising an opening detector, in accordance with its principle, given solely by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings in which:
[0024] [Fig. 1] [Fig. 1] groups together a perspective view of a gate according to the invention comprising an opening detector according to the invention, and a larger-scale detail view of part of the gate;
[0025] [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a top view of a portion of the portal of [Fig.l]; and
[0026] [Fig.3] [Fig.3] is an exploded perspective of the opening detector belonging to the portal of figures 1 and 2.
[0027] A gate 10 according to the invention is shown in [Fig.l]. The gate 10 comprises two posts 12A, 12B, a first closing element 14A and a second closing element 14B. The closing elements 14A, 14B are articulated on the posts 12A, 12B, using hinges 16. In the example, the closing elements 14A and 14B are leaves. Thus, the first closing element 14A is movable in rotation relative to the post 12A around a first vertical axis ZA and the second closing element 14B is movable in rotation relative to the post 12B around a second vertical axis ZB.
[0028] We denote by X a width axis of the portal 10, which is perpendicular to the vertical axes ZA and ZB and which extends between the two posts 12A, 12B. We also define a depth axis Y of the portal 10, which is perpendicular to the vertical axes ZA and ZB and to the width axis X.
[0029] XA denotes a longitudinal axis of the first closure element 14A and XB a longitudinal axis of the first closure element 14B. In the closed configuration of the gate 10, the axes XA and XB are coincident with each other and parallel to the axis X. In the example of the figures, the axes X, XA and XB are coincident in the closed configuration of the gate.
[0030] YA is a transverse axis of the first closing element 14A and YB is a longitudinal axis of the first closing element 14B. In the closed configuration of the gate 10, the axes YA and YB are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis X.
[0031] Preferably, the gate 10 comprises two actuators 18A, 18B, which comprise, for example, electric motors (not shown). The actuator 18A connects the post 12A to the first closing element 14A and the actuator 18B connects the post 12B to the second closing element 14B. The actuators 18A, 18B make it possible to open and close the first and second closing elements 14A, 14B in an automated manner.
[0032] A closed position of the gate 10 is defined, shown in Figures 1 and 2, in which the first and second closing elements 14A, 14B extend along the axis X, that is to say between the posts 12A, 12B, and an open position of the gate, not shown in the figures, in which the first and second closing elements are pivoted around the vertical axes ZA, ZB so as not to extend along the axis X, that is to say not to extend between the posts 12A, 12B.
[0033] The first closure element 14A comprises an end portion 20A, which corresponds to the free end of the first closure element located opposite the post 12A. Similarly, the second closure element 14B comprises an end portion 20B, which corresponds to the free end of the second closure element located opposite the post 12B.
[0034] When the gate 10 is in the closed position, the end portions 20A and 20B are opposite each other, being opposite each other along the depth axis Y. In other words, the end portions 20A and 20B are closest together when the gate is in the closed position. As best seen in [Fig. 2], when the gate is in the closed position, an operating clearance E20 is present between the end portions 20A and 20B, that is to say that the end portions are distant from each other, along the axis of width X of the portal 10. The operating clearance E20, measured along the axis of width X, is preferably at least equal to 4 mm.
[0035] The first closure element 14A comprises a covering portion 22A, which extends, from the end portion 20A, until it partially covers the end portion 20B of the second closure element 14B in the closed position of the gate. Thus, the covering portion 22A extends essentially parallel to the axis X in this closed position. In practice, the covering portion 22A is located on a first side of the gate 10, along the depth axis Y. Preferably, the covering portion 22A extends over a length L22A, measured parallel to the width axis X, of at least 10 mm. Furthermore, an operating clearance E22A exists between the covering portion 22A and the end portion 20B, along the depth axis Y, and it is preferably at least equal to 6 mm.
[0036] A covering volume 24A is thus distinguished, formed between the covering part 22A and the end part 20B. The covering volume 24A is in practice a space left empty, that is to say a hollow, located between the end part 20B and the covering part 22A.
[0037] Preferably, the second closure element 14B comprises a covering portion 22B, which extends from the end portion 20B until it partially covers the end portion 20A of the first closure element 14A in the closed position of the gate. Thus, the covering portion 22B extends essentially parallel to the axis X in this closed position. In practice, the covering portion 22B is located on a second side of the gate 10, along the depth axis Y, opposite the first side. Preferably, the covering portion 22B extends over a length L22B, measured parallel to the width axis X, of at least 10 mm. Furthermore, an operating clearance E22B exists between the covering portion 22B and the end portion 20A, along the depth axis Y, and it is preferably at least equal to 6 mm.
[0038] A covering volume 24B is thus distinguished, formed between the covering part 22B and the end part 20A. The covering volume 24B is in practice a space left empty, that is to say a hollow, located between the end part 20A and the covering part 22B.
[0039] The covering portion 22A, and, where appropriate, the covering portion 22B, make it possible to hide the clearance E20 present between the end portions 20A and 20B, which makes the gate 10 more aesthetic. Preferably, as visible in [Fig. 2], the covering portions 22A and 22B each have a shape that curves outwards, opposite one another, improving the aesthetics of the gate while enlarging the covering volumes 24A, 24B.
[0040] The gate 10 comprises an opening detector 30, provided to detect the opening of the gate, that is, to detect when the gate is not in the closed position.
[0041] The opening detector 30 comprises a housing 32, a sensor 34, a radio antenna 36 and a detection part 38. Preferably, the opening detector also comprises a printed circuit board 40 on which the sensor 34 is mounted and to which the radio antenna 36 is connected. Preferably, the opening detector also comprises an electrical energy storage unit 42, which is, in the example, a battery 42.
[0042] We note respectively X30, Y30 and Z30 a width axis, a depth axis and a height axis of the opening detector 30. In practice, these axes are also width, depth and height axes of the housing 32.
[0043] Preferably, the opening detector 30 comprises a hatch 44, which is fixed to the housing 32 in a removably manner which allows access to the interior of the housing 32, for example to allow replacement or recharging of the battery 42.
[0044] Preferably, the opening detector 30 comprises a cover 46, which allows the printed circuit board 40 and the radio antenna 36 to be placed inside the housing 32. Once the cover is placed on the housing, the printed circuit board and the radio antenna are protected inside the housing, and the cover is not removable. In the example of the figures, relative to the housing 32, the cover is located opposite the end portion 20B on which the housing is fixed.
[0045] The sensor 34, the radio antenna 36, the printed circuit board 40 and the battery 42 are arranged inside the housing 32. Conversely, the detection part 38 is independent of the housing.
[0046] The housing 32 is fixed on the second closing element 14B, more precisely on the end part 20B, and the detection part 38 is fixed on the first closing element 14A, more precisely on the covering part 22A, being arranged in the covering volume 24A.
[0047] In the fixed configuration of the detector 30 on the second closing element 14B, the axes XB and X30 are parallel to each other, the axes YB and Y30 are parallel to each other and the axes ZB and Z30 are parallel to each other.
[0048] Here, as visible in [Fig. 2], the detection part 38 is fixed on the covering part 22A without being pressed against the covering part. The detection part 38 is, for example, connected to the covering part 22A using a fixing lug, or a bracket, not shown, or by any other suitable fixing means, such as for example using glue, adhesive or screws.
[0049] In practice, the detection part 38 can be fixed at different locations in the covering volume 24A, on the end part 20A or on the covering part 22A. In [Fig.2], three alternatives to the positioning of the detection part are shown in dotted lines.
[0050] The sensor 34 is configured to detect the proximity of the detection part 38. Thus, since the sensor 34 is fixed on the end portion 20B and the detection part 38 is fixed on the covering portion 22A, the opening detector 30 makes it possible to detect the proximity between the covering portion 22A and the end portion 20B, that is to say that the opening detector is configured to detect the presence of the covering portion 22A opposite the end portion 20B. Thus, the opening detector 30 is able to detect an opening of the gate 10, when the detection part 38 is not detected.
[0051] Preferably, the sensor 34 is of the magnetoresistive type and the detection part 38 has a magnetic portion 48, which may be a permanent magnet or a part made of ferromagnetic material. The sensor is capable of detecting the presence of the magnetic portion.
[0052] In a variant of the invention not shown, the sensor 34 is another type of sensor, for example an induction sensor comprising a coil detecting a metal portion of the detection part 38.
[0053] A detection distance is defined as a maximum distance separating the magnetic portion 48 from the sensor 34 for which the sensor detects the presence of the magnetic portion. Thus, the greater the detection distance, the more the sensor is able to detect the magnetic portion 48 when the detection part 38 is far from the sensor. The detection distance is non-zero, so that contact between the sensor 34 and the magnetic portion 48 is not necessary for the sensor to detect the presence of the magnetic portion. Preferably, the detection distance is equal to 20 mm, that is to say that the detector detects the magnetic portion when the distance between the magnetic portion and the sensor is less than or equal to 20 mm. More preferably, the detection distance is equal to 30 mm.
[0054] The use of a magnetoresistive sensor is particularly advantageous, because this type of sensor consumes very little energy, which makes it possible to minimize the energy consumption of the opening detector 30, and therefore to maximize the autonomy of the battery 42. In addition, this type of sensor allows a significant detection distance, which makes it possible to reduce the constraints of positioning the covering part 22A relative to the end part 20B. The installation of the gate 10, and the positioning of the opening detector 30, are thus facilitated.
[0055] The data from the sensor 34 are transmitted to the radio antenna 36 via the printed circuit board 40. The radio antenna 36 is configured to transmit the data from the sensor 34 to a receiving antenna, itself connected to a remote server, not shown in the figures. The receiving antenna belongs, for example, to a home automation installation of a home to which the gate 10 also belongs. This remote server communicates for example with a gate user terminal, allowing the user to know whether the gate is in the closed or open position, even remotely.
[0056] Preferably, the radio antenna is configured to communicate via a long-distance communication protocol, such as for example a communication protocol using a spread spectrum modulation technique, such as the protocol known as “LoRa”, from the English “Long Range”. The use of such a long-distance communication protocol is particularly advantageous, because it is energy-efficient and simple to implement, while allowing a significant distance between the radio antenna and the receiving antenna. This is particularly suitable for installations where the portal 10 is far from any dwelling and communication device.
[0057] As can be better seen in Figures 2 and 3, the housing 32 of the opening detector 30 has a first zone 50 and a second zone 52, which are juxtaposed along the width axis X30. The first zone 50 has a first thickness E50 and the second zone 52 has a second thickness E52, which is strictly greater than the first thickness E50. The thicknesses E50 and E52 are measured parallel to the depth axis Y30. Thus, the detector has a stepped external shape, with the first zone 50 forming a thin part, and the second zone 52 forming a high part.
[0058] Preferably, the first thickness E50 is between 6 mm and 30 mm, and the second thickness E52 is between 15 mm and 30 mm. In the example, the first thickness E50 is equal to 10 mm and the second thickness E52 is equal to 20 mm. Furthermore, the first thickness E50 is less than the operating clearance E22A and the second thickness E52 is greater than the operating clearance E22A.
[0059] Preferably, the first zone 50 has a first width L50 which is between 10 mm and 40 mm, and the second zone 52 has a second width L52 which is between 5 mm and 30 mm, the widths being measured parallel to the width axis X30. In the example, the first width L50 is equal to 30 mm and the second width L52 is equal to 20 mm.
[0060] Particularly advantageously, the housing 32 is fixed to the end portion 20B so that the first zone 50 is arranged in the covering volume 24A, i.e. between the end portion 20B and the covering portion 22A, and so that the second zone 52 is arranged outside the covering volume 22A, i.e. outside the covering volume. In other words, along the width axis XB, the covering portion 22A covers the first zone 50 and does not cover the second zone 52. Thus, it is advantageous for the first zone 50 to be thin and to have a thickness E50 less than the operating clearance E22A, to allow the first zone to extend between the end portion 20B and the covering portion 22A. covering 22A without hindering the closing of the gate 10. In practice, the thickness E50 of the first zone 50 is sized according to the operating clearance E22A, but the thickness E52 of the second zone 52 is not constrained and can therefore be greater.
[0061] Due to the fact that the sensor 34 is of the magneto-resistive type, the first thickness E50 of the first zone 50 is very small, because this type of sensor has a small footprint. Furthermore, the fact that the first thickness E50 of the first part 50 is small makes it possible to reduce the operating clearance E22A, which makes the gate 10 more aesthetic.
[0062] In practice, the sensor 34 is arranged, that is to say housed, in the first zone 50 of the housing 32. Thus, the sensor is arranged in the covering volume 24A, and is thus located as close as possible to the detection part 38, facilitating the detection of the magnetic portion 48. The fact that the housing 32 has a first zone 50 which is thin is therefore particularly advantageous for improving the performance of the opening detector 30, by bringing the sensor 34 closer to the detection part 38. Furthermore, since the sensor 34 is located in the covering volume 24A when the gate 10 is in the closed position, it is not accessible from outside the gate and is thus protected against damage.
[0063] Conversely, the battery 42 is arranged, that is to say housed, in the second zone 52 of the housing 32. In practice, the thickness of the second zone 52 is increased to accommodate the presence of the battery 42, which is relatively bulky. Thus, the fact that the housing 32 has a second zone 52 which is thick and located outside the covering volume 24A is particularly advantageous for facilitating the integration of the battery 42 in the housing without having to increase the thickness of the first zone 50, that is to say without having to increase the operating clearance E22A and the size of the covering volume 24A, which would be unattractive.
[0064] Similarly, the radio antenna 36 is arranged, that is to say housed, in the second zone 52 of the housing 32. Preferably, the radio antenna 36 is as far away as possible from the end portion 20B, that is to say by being brought closer to the cover 46. This positioning of the radio antenna 36 outside the covering volume 24A is particularly advantageous for improving the performance of the radio antenna, by avoiding covering the radio antenna with the covering portion 22A. In other words, the emissions of the radio antenna 36 are not disturbed by the covering portion 22A, as would be the case if the radio antenna were arranged in the covering volume 24A. The connection between the radio antenna 36 and the receiving antenna is thus more reliable, which improves the performance of the opening detector 30.
[0065] The dimensions L22A, L22B, E22A, E22B, E50 and E52 described above are given in a non-limiting manner as an example, and may vary depending on the constraints linked to each installation.
[0066] In the figures, the hatch 44 is shown on a side 54 of the housing 32 located at the level of the second zone 52, opposite the first zone 50. Thus, the hatch 44 allows access to the interior of the second zone of the housing, without allowing access to the interior of the first zone of the housing. When the cover 46 is placed on the housing 32, the interior of the first zone of the housing is thus not accessible, and the sensor 34 is protected. The hatch 44 is necessary to allow the replacement of the battery 42.
[0067] In a variant of the invention that is not shown, the hatch 44 is arranged on the cover 46, for example on a side 56 of the cover covering the second zone 52 of the housing 32 while being located close to the first zone 50. Thus, the hatch 44 allows access to the interior of the second zone, but is located opposite the covering part 22A, along the axis of width X30, when the gate 10 is in the closed position, while being located outside the covering volume 24A, that is to say that the hatch 44 faces the free end of the covering part 22A. Consequently, the opening of the hatch 44 and therefore the removal of the battery 42 are impossible when the gate is in the closed position, which prevents malicious deactivation of the opening detector 30 by removal of the battery.According to another variant, the hatch is arranged on the housing 32 so as to be in contact with the end portion 20B when the housing is fixed to the closing element 14B. In such a variant, the replacement of the battery 42 requires dismantling the housing 32 from the closing element 14B, which is complex to carry out, or even impossible, when the gate 10 is in the closed position, but further limits the risks of untimely dismantling of the battery 42.
[0068] Here, the detection part 38 is a part distinct from the housing 32 and distinct from the closure element 14A, which is fixed on the covering part 22A. In a variant of the invention not shown, the detection part 38 is integrated into the covering part 22A, by being molded into the covering part during its manufacture. According to another variant, only the magnetic portion 48 is integrated into the covering part 22A, for example by molding or by gluing in a cavity of the covering part. According to another variant, the covering part 22A is made of a material that can be detected by the sensor 34, and the presence of a detection part 38 attached to the covering part is not necessary. In such variants, the opening detector 30 does not have a detection part physically distinct from the closure element 14A.In other words, the detection part is directly integrated into the closing element 14A, or is part of the closing element.
[0069] In the example, the housing 32 is fixed to the second closure element 14B, extending partially into the first covering volume 24A. In a variant of the invention not shown, the housing 32 is fixed to the first closure element 14A, extending partially into the second covering volume 24B, and the detection part 38 is fixed to the second covering part 22B. In other words, in such a variant, the opening detector 30 is located on the other side of the gate 10, along the depth axis Y.
[0070] In a non-shown variant of the invention, the housing 32 is fixed to the covering portion 22A of the first closure element 14A and the detection part 38 is fixed to the end portion 20B of the second closure element 14B. In such a variant, the first zone 50 of the housing is fixed to the covering portion 22A, preferably by the area of the cover visible on the left of [Fig. 3], so as to be arranged in the covering volume 24A and the second zone 52 of the housing extends beyond the covering portion 22A, along the axis XA, that is to say beyond the first closure element 14A, so as to be arranged outside the covering volume 24A. The shape of the housing is advantageously designed so as not to interfere with the end portion of the second closure element.
[0071] In a variant of the invention not shown, the detection part 38 comprises more than one magnetic portion 48, for example two magnetic portions or three magnetic portions. The detection of the detection part 38 by the sensor is thus facilitated.
[0072] In the example, the gate 10 comprises two closing elements 14A, 14B which are each movable in rotation around a vertical axis ZA, ZB. In a variant of the invention not shown, only one of the two closing elements 14A, 14B is movable in rotation, the other closing element being fixed.
[0073] According to another variant of the invention, not shown, the gate 10 comprises only one leaf, which extends between the two posts 12A, 12B, being movable in rotation around the post 12A, around the vertical axis ZA. In such a variant, the housing 32 or the detection part 38 is fixed on the post 12B, so that the opening detector 30 detects when the gate 10 is closed, that is to say when the leaf extends between the two posts. In such a variant, the leaf forms a first closing element of the gate and the post 12B forms a second closing element of the gate.
[0074] According to another variant of the invention, not shown, the gate 10 comprises two leaves which are each movable in translation along the axis of width X. In practice, each leaf is movable relative to a post so as to be able to slide relative to this post. In such a variant, the operation of the opening detector 30 remains unchanged, the sensor 34 being configured to detect the presence of a covering part of one of the two leaves opposite an end part of the other of the two leaves. In such a variant, the leaf sliding relative to the post 12A forms a first closing element and the leaf sliding relative to the post 12B forms a second closing element.
[0075] According to another variant of the invention, not shown, the gate 10 comprises only one leaf, which extends between the two posts 12A, 12B, being movable in translation along the axis of width X. In practice, the leaf is movable relative to the post 12A so as to be able to slide relative to this post. In such a variant, the housing 32 or the detection part 38 is fixed to the post 12B, so that the opening detector 30 detects when the gate 10 is closed, that is to say when the leaf extends between the two posts. In such a variant, the leaf forms a first closing element of the gate and the post 12B forms a second closing element of the gate.
[0076] Any feature described for one variant in the above may be implemented for the other variants described above, as long as technically feasible.
