[0015] DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT METHODS

[0016] An embodiment of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in [Fig. 1], a game fuse bead maker table (hereafter simply referred to as the "maker table") 10 comprises a first table 100 and a second table 200. The first table 100 and the second table 200 are shaped into plates by injection molding of a resinous material. Consequently, the maker table 10 as a whole also has the shape of a plate. According to the present embodiment, the maker table 10 has a substantially regular square shape, but can have different shapes. In the following description, the side on which the first table 100 is located will be referred to as the upper side, and the side on which the second table 200 is located will be referred to as the lower side.

[0017] A plurality of fusible play beads 5 (see [Fig.4]) can be placed on a top surface of the first table 100. The creation table 10 is a toy which allows play by arranging the plurality of fusible play beads 5 in various patterns or other ways and by combining the fusible play beads 5 with each other by spraying water using a sprayer or other means.

[0018] For example, a paper holder 205 (see [Fig. 4]) is located on a lower surface of the second table 200 and can hold a piece of paper on which a design or other information is written. The first table 100 and the second table 200 are made of a transparent material. Therefore, a user can place the fusible game beads 5 in following a pattern of the paper held in the paper holder 205 and on which the pattern or other is written.

[0019] In this embodiment, the fusible bead 5 is made of a water-soluble resin. In particular, the water-soluble resin is made by mixing polyvinyl alcohol with a resin and kneading the mixture. The resin constituting the fusible bead 5 can be made by appropriately selecting a transparent, translucent, or opaque material. Furthermore, the fusible bead 5 can have various shapes, such as spherical or polyhedral.

[0020] As shown in [Fig. 2], the second table 200 comprises a second base plate forming a table 201, which is substantially rectangular with rounded corners. The second base plate forming a table 201 has a wall portion 210, which is substantially rectangular with rounded corners. A lower wall portion 211, having a lower wall height, is formed on opposite pairs of sides of the wall portion 210. Each lower wall portion 211 is provided with plate guides 230 along its length.

[0021] Two plate guides 230 are located on each of the two lower wall sections 211 at a predetermined interval along the lower wall section 211, for a total of four plate guides 230. A plate thickness of the plate guide 230 is substantially the same as a plate thickness of the lower wall section 211 (i.e., a plate thickness of the wall section 210). The plate guide 230 is arranged such that at least one surface on a corresponding inner side (inside the annular wall section 210) is continuous with a surface on an inner side of the lower wall section 211 (the wall section 210). A surface on an outer side of the plate guide 230 is also continuous with a surface on an outer side of the lower wall section 211.

[0022] A guide plate spring 220 is located on an outer side (outside the annular wall portion 210) of each plate guide 230 at a predetermined distance from the plate guide 230. The guide plate spring 220 is located parallel to the plate guide 230 and is in the form of a plate having a width substantially equal to that of the plate guide 230. As shown in [Fig. 4], the guide plate spring 220 is conical in shape, with the plate thickness gradually decreasing from one end to the upper side, and possesses spring-like properties. The guide plate spring 220 is provided with an engagement projection 221 having a length substantially equal to the width of the guide plate spring 220 at the level of an upper part of a surface on the outer side.

[0023] With further reference to [Fig. 2], a regulating plate spring 240, which is formed by notching the wall-forming portion 210 at two points so as to have a spring-like property, is located on each of the other two sides (sides of the wall-forming portion 210 where the lower wall-forming portion 211 is not located) of the wall-forming portion 210. A regulating projection 241, which projects inwards in the form of a hook, is formed on the regulating plate spring 240 located on the wall-forming portion 210. The regulating projection 241 is formed so as to have a length equal to the width of the regulating plate spring 240 and to have a hook shape in cross-section, and has a regulating surface 241a (see [Fig. 6]) formed on the lower side.

[0024] As also shown in the enlarged view of a portion PI in [Fig. 2], a plurality of pins 250 are located inside the wall-forming portion 210 and extend from an upper surface of the second base plate forming the table 201. The plurality of pins 250 are positioned such that adjacent rows and columns are offset from one another. The pin 250 has a substantially conical shape (conical pin shape) with a reduced diameter on its upper side. In addition, projecting plates 202a and 202b projecting from an outer edge of the second base plate forming 201 are located respectively outside the regulating plate springs 240. One projecting plate 202a has a substantially rectangular shape with a concave portion. The other protruding plate 202b protrudes slightly from the edge of the second base plate forming table 201.The protruding plates 202a and 202b are used to fix the creation table 10 to a case for a fuse bead game (not shown) or other by engaging it in the case or otherwise.

[0025] As shown in [Fig.6], a plurality of ribs 203 and an edge wall 204 formed annularily along an external peripheral edge are located on the lower surface of the second table 200. The paper holders 205 described above are located on a lower surface of the second base plate forming table 201 and correspond substantially to the four guide plate springs 220 and the four plate guides 230.

[0026] As shown in [Fig. 3], the first table 100 is in the form of a substantially rectangular plate with rounded corners. Guide bases 110, in the form of a plate projecting outwards, are located opposite each other in the first table 100. The guide base 110 is in the form of a substantially long rectangle with rounded corners along the first table 100. The guide base 110 is provided with two guide holes 120. which are substantially rectangular through holes extending in a longitudinal direction from the guide base 110 and spaced from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the guide base 110. A long projection 111 which is long in the longitudinal direction of the guide base 110 and which extends upwards in the form of a wall is located on a part forming the outer edge of the guide base 110.

[0027] An edge wall 104, in the form of a wall and extending downwards, is formed on a lower surface of the first table 100 along an external shape (substantially rectangular external shape) of the first table 100, excluding the guide bases 110. An edge wall 114, in the form of a wall and extending downwards, is formed on a lower surface of the guide base 110 along an external shape of the guide base 110. An external surface of the long projection 111 is continuous with an external peripheral surface of the edge wall 114 of the guide base 110.

[0028] Concave portions 101 are located opposite each other along an outer peripheral edge of the first table 100 on the outer peripheral edge of the first table 100 on sides where the guide base 110 is not located. A bearing portion 102 having a flat upper surface is formed in the concave portion 101. As shown in [Fig. 6], a projecting portion 104a is formed and manufactured on the wall of the edge 104 at the level of a portion corresponding to the concave portion 101.

[0029] An upward movement of the first table 100 is limited by the contact between the bearing portion 102 and the regulating surface 241a of the regulating projection 241. The first table 100 and the second table 200 can be separated by pivoting the regulating plate spring 240, equipped with the regulating projection 241, outward against a spring force. The regulating projection 241 has a conical shape on its upper side. Therefore, when the first table 100 is pushed, the regulating plate spring 240 is opened outward, and the first table 100 and the second table 200 can be recombined.

[0030] As shown in [Fig. 3] and the enlarged view of a portion P2 in [Fig. 3], the first table 100 comprises a plurality of circular through holes 150. The plurality of through holes 150 are arranged such that adjacent rows and columns are offset from one another. As shown in [Fig. 4], the through hole 150 is a substantially frustoconical hole with a reduced diameter on its lower side. A plurality of column-forming portions 160, each having a lateral hole surface 161 that is a continuous surface with an internal peripheral surface 151 of the through hole 150, and a groove-forming portion 165 formed between adjacent column-forming portions 160, are formed on the upper side, which is a first directional side of the through hole 150. The through holes 150 are connected to adjacent through holes 150 by a plurality of groove-forming parts 165.

[0031] In other words, the column-forming parts 160 are formed by bringing a plate element with through holes 150 such that the adjacent rows and columns are offset, and by bringing groove-forming parts 165 so as to connect the adjacent through holes 150. At this stage, a width of a groove-forming part 165a connecting the adjacent through holes 150 to each other in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the concave portion 101 is wider than a width of a groove-forming part 165b connecting the adjacent through holes 150 to each other in an oblique direction.

[0032] With the exception of the through holes 150 in the outer rows and columns, six column-forming parts 160 are located on an outer periphery of the through hole 150 on the first directional side. A diameter formed by the six column-forming parts 160 around the through hole 150 (namely, a diameter of an upper opening edge of the through hole 150) is smaller than a diameter of the fusible play bead 5. Therefore, as shown in [Fig. 4], the upper opening edge, which is the first directional side of the through hole 150, is formed so as to allow the fusible play bead 5 to be positioned.

[0033] The fusible bead 5 is supported so as to be in direct contact with a wedge-forming portion 163 of the column-forming portion 160 on the side of the through hole 150. In other words, the fusible bead 5 is not supported in a continuous annular manner, but in direct contact with intermittent annular forms by the wedge-forming portions 163. Consequently, it becomes difficult for the molten fusible bead 5 to stick to the opening edge of the through hole 150.

[0034] In the through holes 150 of the outer rows and columns, a plurality of groove-forming parts 166 are formed in a direction in which there is no adjacent through hole 150. Therefore, even in the through holes 150 of the outer rows and columns, the fusible play beads 5 are supported by the upper opening edges of the through holes 150 in intermittent annular direct contact.

[0035] As shown in [Fig. 1], the first table 100 and the second table 200 can be combined by inserting the guide plate spring 220 and the plate guide 230 into the guide hole 120. The opening edge of the guide hole 120 is guided by being close to or in contact with an inner lateral surface of the plate guide 230 and an outer lateral surface of the guide plate spring 220. In other words, a guide portion comprising the guide hole 120, the guide plate spring 220, and the plate guide 230 guides the first table 100 and the second table 200 in an up-down direction such that the first table 100 and the The second table 200 can be brought closer together and separated from each other. Each through hole 150 and each peg 250 are concentric, and the peg 250 can be inserted into and removed from the through hole 150.

[0036] A length of the guide base 110 in the longitudinal direction is formed so as to be slightly less than a length of the lower wall portion 211. Consequently, an outer periphery of the guide base 110 establishes a sliding contact with the wall portion 210 at an extreme part of the lower wall portion 211, which also results in the guidance of the first table 100 in the up-down direction relative to the second table 200. An outer peripheral surface of the first table 100, other than the guide base 110, is in close or sliding contact with an inner lateral surface of the wall portion 210.In other words, the guide part which guides the first table 100 and the second table 200 so that the first table 100 and the second table 200 can be brought together and separated from each other includes the outer periphery of the guide base 110 and the extreme part of the lower wall part 211 and includes the outer peripheral surface of the first table 100, other than the guide base 110, and the inner lateral surface of the wall part 210.

[0037] As shown in [Fig. 6], an upward movement of the first table 100 is limited by the contact between the bearing portion 102 and the regulating surface 241a of the regulating projection 241. In the first table 100, the guide hole 120 is located above the engagement projection 221 of the guide plate spring 220, near a position where the bearing portion 102 and the regulating surface 241a are in contact with each other, as shown in [Fig. 4]. In this state, the edge portions of the engagement projection 221 and the guide hole 120 come into contact with each other, such that a state in which the first table 100 and the second table 200 are separated (state in [Fig. 4]) is maintained. In other words, a state in which a lower end of the edge wall 104 and an extreme base surface 251 of the pin 250, which is the upper surface of the second base plate forming table 201, are separated from each other by a predetermined distance or a state in which the pin 250 is freed from the through hole 150 is maintained.

[0038] A method for assembling the fusible game beads 5 will now be described below. In the state illustrated in [Fig. 4], a user places the plurality of fusible game beads 5 into any one of the through holes 150 of the first table 100. At this stage, one pointed end of the peg 250 and the fusible game bead 5 are not in contact with each other and are separated. After the plurality of fusible game beads 5 have been placed, water is sprayed onto the fusible game beads 5 using a sprayer or other means. The water sprayed onto the first table 100 is stored inside the wall-forming part 210 of the second table 200 by the groove-forming part 165 and the through hole 150, and barely falls outside a surface of the first table 100.

[0039] Next, when the first table 100 is pushed towards the second table 200 by pressing on the long projection 111 with both hands from the state illustrated in [Fig. 4], the first table 100 and the second table 200 move closer to each other. At this point, the guide plate spring 220 stretches and deforms towards the plate guide 230 at an edge of the guide hole 120, which comes into contact with the engagement projection 221. The guide hole 120 can then pass over the engagement projection 221.

[0040] When the guide hole 120 passes over the engagement protrusion 221, as shown in [Fig. 5], the lower end of the edge wall 104 comes into contact with the extreme base surface 251, and a downward movement illustrated in [Fig. 5] is restricted. The tip end of the pin 250 then comes into contact with the fusible play bead 5 located on the first directional side of the through hole 150, and the fusible play bead 5 is pushed upward relative to the upper opening edge of the through hole 150. The fusible play bead 5 is separated from the corner-forming portion 163 and other from the column-forming portion 160 and other, and is no longer supported by the through hole 150.

[0041] At this stage, the plurality of fusible game beads 5 are connected in such a way that they can be held by hand. Consequently, the plurality of fusible game beads 5, which are no longer supported by the through holes 150 and are supported by the pointed ends of the pegs 250, are lifted by hand and removed from the creation table 10, and an assembly of the fusible game beads 5 is completed.

[0042] Next, by moving the first table 100 upwards from the state shown in [Fig. 5] to separate the first table 100 and the second table 200 from each other, and returning to the position in [Fig. 4] in which the guide hole 120 passes over the engagement protrusion 221, it is possible to assemble the following fusible play beads 5. In this way, numerous assemblies of fusible play beads 5 can be made in a short time.

[0043] According to the embodiment of this disclosure described above, it is possible to obtain a creation table for a game fuse bead having the following aspects.

[0044] According to a first aspect, a game fuse bead creation table comprises: a first table having a plurality of through holes, the first table being configured to allow the placement of a game fuse bead on a first directional side of the plurality of through holes; and a second table comprising a plurality of pegs, the plurality of pegs being able to be inserted into a second directional side of the plurality of through holes and be removed from it, the second directional side being opposite to the first directional side.

[0045] According to this configuration, the first table and the second table can be arranged so as to overlap each other, so that it is possible to obtain a game fuse bead creation table which can be used even in a confined space and from which an assembly of game fuse beads can be easily removed.

[0046] The game fuse bead creation table according to a second aspect further includes a guide part configured to guide the first table and the second table in such a way that the first table and the second table can be brought together and separated from each other.

[0047] According to this configuration, the first table and the second table can be brought closer together or separated from each other in a stable manner, so that an assembly of fusible game beads can be easily removed from the fusible game bead creation table.

[0048] In the game fuse bead creation table according to a third aspect, the guide portion includes: a guide hole located in the first table; and a guide plate spring located in the second table, the guide plate spring including an engagement projection configured to be engaged in a portion forming the edge of the guide hole when inserted into the guide hole.

[0049] According to this configuration, the first table can be maintained in a state where the pieces of the second table are not inserted into the through holes of the first table and the fusible game beads can be easily placed on the first table.

[0050] In the game fuse bead creation table according to a fourth aspect, the second table includes a wall-forming part, the wall-forming part being positioned on an external periphery of the first table when the plurality of pegs are inserted into the plurality of through holes, and the wall-forming part includes a regulating plate spring, the regulating plate spring including a regulating protrusion, the regulating protrusion being configured to come into contact with a bearing-forming part located on an external peripheral edge-forming part of the first table when the plurality of pegs are inserted into the plurality of through holes.

[0051] According to this configuration, the first table and the second table can be manipulated in their entirety without being easily separated.

[0052] In the game fuse bead creation table according to a fifth aspect, each through hole of the plurality of through holes comprises: an internal peripheral surface; a plurality of column-forming parts located on the first directional side of the through hole, each of the column-forming parts comprising a continuous surface with the internal peripheral surface; and a groove-forming part formed between adjacent column-forming parts of the plurality of column-forming parts.

[0053] According to this configuration, even if water is sprayed on the upper surface of the first table on which the fusible game beads are placed, the excess water can be drained into the through holes through the groove-forming part, and the fusible game beads can be supported by the first table in an intermittent annular manner, so as to prevent the fusible game beads from sticking to the edge of the through hole more than necessary.

[0054] Although the manner of implementation of this disclosure has been described above, this disclosure is not limited to the manner of implementation described above, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of this disclosure. For example, the pin 250, which is removably inserted into the through holes 150, does not need to come completely out of the through hole 150 when the fusible play bead 5 is placed; it is sufficient that the pin 250 be at least spaced away from the fusible play bead 5 and that the fusible play bead 5 be supported at the edge of the through hole 150. The pin 250 can be configured so that, even when the pin 250 is inserted into the through hole 150, it is inserted to such a point that the fusible play bead 5 is separated from the edge of the through hole 150.
