Description

Title of the invention: Device for dry and low temperature grinding of pearl nanopowder FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention relates to a device for preparing pearl powder and, more particularly, to a device for dry and low-temperature grinding of pearl nanopowder. DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSOCIATED STATE OF THE ART

[0002] According to previous studies, pearls contain pearl proteins, various trace elements, various amino acids and calcium, which are believed to be effective in beautifying the skin and providing calcium supplementation. In order to enable the use of pearls in skin care products and food products, pearls are currently mainly processed into pearl powder for further commercialization.

[0003] The so-called pearl powder is the product obtained from pearls through a grinding process. Although other chemical substances or constituents are generally not added during the grinding process, logically, the active ingredients in the pearl powder can be fully preserved. However, in conventional technology, the pearls are soaked and heated before grinding, which damages the internal constituents; and, during the grinding process, the machine heats up due to actuation, which damages the active ingredients in the pearls and / or pearl powder due to the high temperature. Summary of the invention

[0004] The invention aims to provide a device for dry and low temperature grinding of pearl nanopowder capable of causing pearls in a grinding process to be in a low temperature freezing state so as to achieve complete preservation efficiency of the pearl powder and its internal active ingredients.

[0005] To this end, the invention provides a device for dry and low-temperature grinding of pearl nanopowder having a main body, the main body comprises a grinding unit and a refrigeration unit, the grinding unit and the refrigeration unit are connected to each other, a temperature in the grinding unit is lowered by the refrigeration unit, so that pearls are in a frozen state before a grinding process is carried out, thereby preventing the pearls and internal active ingredients from being damaged by the heat energy generated during the grinding process so as to achieve full preservation efficiency of the active ingredients. of pearl in pearl powder.

[0006] The grinding unit comprises a body portion, a receiving portion disposed in the body portion for receiving a plurality of beads, an outlet portion preferably in the form of a tube having one end communicated with one end of the receiving portion, and a grinding portion disposed in the outlet portion to be operable to perform a grinding process; and the refrigeration unit is connected to the grinding unit for maintaining a temperature of the receiving portion at a predetermined low temperature.

[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, the refrigeration unit further comprises a refrigeration part for storing liquefied nitrogen, and a communication tube communicating with the receiving part and the refrigeration part with two ends of a tube body to allow the liquefied nitrogen in the refrigeration part to be transported into the receiving part.

[0008] Advantageously, to enable an operator to control the liquefied nitrogen, the refrigeration unit also comprises a control portion connected to the refrigeration portion, such that the liquefied nitrogen can be manually or electrically controlled to pass through the communication tube and enter the receiving portion.

[0009] To facilitate the collection of the pearl powder, according to another embodiment of the invention, the grinding unit further comprises a collection portion disposed at another end of the tube body of the outlet portion for receiving the pearl powder.

[0010] To improve the convenience of use, according to yet another embodiment of the invention, the grinding unit further comprises a control panel, the control panel is arranged on the body part and electrically connected to the grinding part to control the actuation of the grinding part. Brief description of the drawings

[0011] [Fig-1] is a schematic diagram of a device for dry and low temperature grinding of pearl nanopowder disclosed by an embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] A pearl nanopowder low-temperature dry grinding device having a main body, the main body comprises a grinding unit and a refrigeration unit, the grinding unit and the refrigeration unit communicate with each other, the refrigeration unit is capable of controlling a temperature in the grinding unit and maintaining a material contained in the grinding unit at a predetermined low temperature, such that the material is in a frozen state before a grinding process is carried out, thereby achieving such an efficiency that the material and its constituents will not be damaged by a high temperature.

[0013] In the following, to illustrate the technical features and efficiencies of the invention, several embodiments are provided in association with the drawing for detailed description as follows.

[0014] Referring to [Fig. 1] for a pearl nanopowder low-temperature dry grinding device 10 according to one embodiment of the invention, the pearl nanopowder low-temperature dry grinding device 10 mainly consists of a main body 20, and the main body 20 comprises a grinding unit 21 and a refrigeration unit 22.

[0015] More specifically, the grinding unit 21 has a body part 211, a receiving part 212 disposed in the body part 211 for receiving a plurality of beads, an opening 213 disposed at one end of the body part 211 and communicating with the receiving part 212, an outlet part 214 having a hollow tubular shape and communicating with the receiving part 212 with an end opposite the opening 213, a grinding part 215 disposed in a space in the outlet part 214 for grinding the beads into nanoscale pearl powder, a collecting part 216 movably disposed in the body part 211 and communicating with another end of the outlet part 214 for collecting the pearl powder, and a control panel 217 disposed on one surface of the body part 211 and electrically connected to the grinding part 215 to control the actuation of the grinding part 215.

[0016] According to one embodiment of the invention, the grinding portion 215 may use different grinding elements according to techniques well known in the art, for example, the grinding portion 215 may consist of a flat cutting disc, or may consist of a helical blade, and the grinding portion 215 is driven by a motor to carry out the grinding process.

[0017] The refrigeration unit 22 is connected to the grinding unit 21 to maintain the temperature of the receiving part 212 at a predetermined low temperature, the refrigeration unit 22 comprising a refrigeration part 221 having a space therein for receiving liquefied nitrogen, a communication tube 222 communicating with the refrigeration part 221 and the receiving part 212 with two ends of a tube body to allow the liquefied nitrogen to move from the refrigeration part 221 to the receiving part 212, and a control part 223 electrically connected to the refrigeration part 221 to control the entry of the liquefied nitrogen into the receiving part 212.

[0018] According to one embodiment of the invention, the control part 223 is capable of physically controlling a movement of the liquefied nitrogen, i.e. controlling the quantity and the time of entry of the liquefied nitrogen into the receiving part 212 by the through pressure, valve switch, etc.

[0019] By virtue of the composition of the above-mentioned elements, the pearl nanopowder low-temperature dry grinding device 10 disclosed in the invention is capable of sending the liquefied nitrogen in the refrigeration part 221 to the receiving part 212 according to use requirements through the refrigeration unit 22, allowing a temperature of the receiving part 212 to be lowered to a predetermined low temperature, such as -196°C, so that the pearls received in the receiving part 212 are in a frozen state due to a rapid temperature drop, and then enter the grinding part 215 to be ground into pearl powder. At this time, although the grinding part 215 generates heat due to operation, the beads are already in a frozen state before entering the grinding part 215, so that the constituents of the beads, such as amino acids, trace elements, etc., can be prevented from being destroyed by the temperature rise. In other words, the pearl nanopowder low-temperature dry grinding device 10 disclosed in the invention is capable of controlling the pearls to be in a frozen state before entering the grinding process, thereby achieving a complete preservation efficiency of the pearl protein and its active ingredients in the produced pearl powder.
