Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: REMOVABLE INSOLE-SLIPPER FOR SHOE AND SHOE WITH REMOVABLE INSOLE-SLIPPER
[0001] The present innovation relates to a removable insole-slipper for shoes and to a shoe with a removable insole-slipper. Scope of application
[0002] The innovation has a particular, although not exclusive, application in the industrial sector for the production and marketing of footwear and their components and accessories, in particular having an application in the sector of the production and marketing of insoles-slippers for shoes and shoes incorporating insoles-slippers.
[0003] Among the devices that traditionally allow easy walking, shoes, in their various structures and shapes, are those that are best known and that have undergone the greatest technological evolution over time. In their essential structure, shoes typically comprise at least one outer sole as a means of interposition between the foot and the ground and an upper as a connecting and fixing element of said outer sole to the foot. Typically, the outer sole is essentially made of a layer of rigid or semi-rigid material with wear-resistant characteristics, while traditionally the materials used in the production of the sole are natural or synthetic rubbers or thermoplastic materials of the type suitable for this purpose. However, as regards the upper of the shoe, it is generally engaged to the outer sole of the shoe and is shaped in such a way as to allow the foot to be wrapped at least in part, generally at least at the level of the upper part of the foot itself. Furthermore, a large part of the known shoes are made in such a way that the outer sole is also provided with a raising element conventionally called a heel or wedge heel, which means that the shoe is raised at least at the level of the heel of the foot, where said heel makes it possible to keep the posterior part of the foot raised relative to the anterior part thereof so as to allow the elevation of the height of the user wearing the shoe. The structure of many shoes, particularly women's shoes, with a high heel, requires that they be provided with a load-bearing insole, known as a sockliner, suitably shaped according to the aesthetic lines of the shoe of which it is a part, said sockliner having to be structured in such a way. to possess adequate strength and rigidity characteristics so as to allow the manufacture of shoes with high heels that can both provide adequate support for the body weight on the shoe and counteract the thrust generated when walking.
[0004] What can be considered as the basic structure of a shoe, in particular a women's shoe, with a high heel or wedge heel, is also a structural element having a load-bearing function called a heeled insole on which the heel of the shoe is anchored, said heeled insole being traditionally made of a rigid material capable of supporting the weight of the user, providing that said heeled insole is usually made of plastic or thermoplastic material with a metal core or even of composite. Furthermore, it is provided that the load-bearing element of the shoe consisting of said heeled insole is usually associated not only with the heel but also with a portion corresponding to the forefoot which is made of a suitably flexible material and to which an outer sole will be associated.Furthermore, in another known shoe structure, it is provided that the latter may be provided with a midsole made of non-rigid material, said midsole being positioned inside the shoe of which it constitutes an element, in particular being positioned between the outer sole and the upper, where the midsole generally acts as a shock-absorbing and pronation-regulating element made to allow more comfortable walking resulting from the absorption of contact shocks generated when walking, in particular on uneven terrain. In the context of the different shoe structures, a known generalization identifies types of shoes made to allow walking outside domestic environments, generally referred to as footwear, and shoes that are rather intended for use at home, said shoes generally falling under the category of slippers. As is known, the distinction between these two types mainly concerns the strength and structure of the shoe's outer sole and, generally, the type of upper and fastening.Among the many footwear solutions currently known, there are some solutions that aim to manufacture a shoe that can be made into a structure whose components can be assembled in different ways depending on the specific use intended for it, said solutions aiming to produce shoes provided with one or more structural and / or aesthetic components that are interchangeable.
[0005] State of the art
[0006] Even in the current patent literature it is possible to find some shoe solutions that offer the possibility of making insoles entirely or partially similar disassemblies of the shoe, some of which also have the function of slipper, where among the solutions found, purely as an example, the following are mentioned:

[0010] D4 n. US2013091733 (KLEIN MARK)
[0011] D5 n. JP2006122169 (ORIENTAL SHOES)
[0012] DI briefly describes a leisure shoe solution, in particular of the sneaker shoe type, which is designed to also fulfill the function of a slipper, where a sports shoe structure is provided with a "Zipper®" with a protective sheath of the closure itself, said closure being made on the part of the counter of the shoe, at the heel, the shoe being structured to allow that the opening of the "Zipper®" can facilitate the adjustment of the foot.Furthermore, the part of the upper coinciding with the heel counter, which itself is provided with the closure, also comprises a strip provided with an automatic button which strip, when the part of the upper of the counter is positioned with the closure in the closed state, is fixed to the part of the upper of the shoe which surrounds the instep so that the shoe takes the configuration of a sneaker-type shoe while the portion of the upper provided with the closure, by opening it, can be partially removed from the heel to be able to be fixed to the portion of the upper of the shoe by means of the hooking of the automatic button with which said strip is provided, so that the sneaker shoe can act as a slipper.
[0013] D2 briefly describes a sports shoe solution, with particular reference to a reversible shoe with a removable midsole where the shoe solution is made to comprise a removable midsole provided with a front end corresponding to the front part of the foot and provided with a covering for the user's toes;an outsole having an upper side and a lower side and devices adapted to enable the midsole to be positioned thereon both at the upper side and at the lower side of said outsole, also being provided with a toe end and a heel end and wherein said shoe comprises a first and a second upper attached to said outsole, said first upper being provided with a first strip and a second strip and a closure associated with both uppers and wherein a tongue is provided to be associated with said first upper between both said first and second strips and wherein the midsole insert is positioned between said uppers. ;

[0015] D4 briefly describes a modular footwear solution provided with interchangeable outsoles and comprising an internal support structure, a plurality of first removable and interchangeable lining elements and a second plurality of removable and interchangeable lining elements. The internal support structure comprises a midsole, a counter and a toe, wherein said internal support structure comprises a front portion comprising the toe and a rear portion comprising the counter and wherein each of the provided removable covering elements includes a front upper and a front outsole, wherein each of the provided first removable coverings is configured to be alternatively removably attached to the front portion and wherein each of the provided second removable coverings includes a rear upper and a rear outsole, further providing that each of said second removable coverings is configured to be alternatively removably attached to the rear portion.
[0016] D5 briefly describes a shoe solution from which a slipper can be extracted, where the technical problem that the solution aims to solve is to provide shoes from which slippers can be extracted when an indoor shoe is required without worrying about having to carry slippers and shoes separately and where said solution can cope with the eventuality that slippers might be needed sporadically, the slippers being able to be permanently housed inside the shoes. The proposed solution provides a shoe composed of a shoe body and a slipper having a shape such that it can be housed inside the shoe body being provided with a non-slip portion on the lower part which comprises a plurality of engagement portions cooperating with engagement portions with which the shoe is internally provided.
[0017] Disadvantages
[0018] All known solutions for insoles that can be completely or partially disassembled from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of a slipper according to the known state of the art identified, have defects or limitations that lead to significant disadvantages.
[0019] A first drawback, in the applicant's opinion, characterizing all the current known solutions for insoles that are fully or partially disassemblable from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of slippers, refers to the fact that the currently identified known solutions do not allow the insole to be configured as a separate accessory of a shoe of a known type, particularly but not limited to, a shoe of a sports type.
[0020] A second drawback, in the applicant's opinion, characterizing in particular the current known solutions of insoles which are entirely or partially disassemblable from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of slippers, refers to the fact that the known solutions identified are not optimized to allow a practical and stable adjustment of the insole when the latter is used as an indoor shoe.
[0021] A third drawback, in the applicant's opinion, characterizing in particular the solutions of insoles which are entirely or partially disassemblable from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of slippers, refers to the fact that the known solutions identified have not been produced to enable both optimal comfort and optimal attachment to be obtained in their function as slippers.
[0022] Another disadvantage, in the applicant's opinion, characterizing in particular the solutions of insoles which are entirely or partially disassemblable from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of slippers, refers to the fact that these known solutions are not designed to allow the placement of fastening devices which, in the event of not being used, can be positioned in suitable housings.
[0023] Another disadvantage, in the applicant's opinion, characterizing in particular the solutions of insoles which are entirely or partially disassemblable from the shoe of which they constitute a component, some of which also have the function of slippers, refers to the fact that the previous solutions identified do not allow the positioning of the fastening devices to be suitably modified according to the user's preferences.
