[0029] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0030] [Fig. 1] shows an assembly 100 according to the invention. This assembly 100 comprises a bottle 102, an aesthetic band 104 and a dispensing mechanism 106 which here takes the form of a manual pump activated by a user's hand and which plunges into a reservoir (120, [Fig. 3]).
[0031] In the following description, the terms relating to a position are taken with reference to an assembly 100 in the normal position of use, that is to say as it is shown in [Fig.l]. In the following description, and by convention, Z is the vertical direction oriented positively upwards.
[0032] [Fig. 2] shows the assembly 100, in which the aesthetic hoop 104 has been lifted and Figs. 3 to 5 show sections of the assembly 100.
[0033] The assembly 100 comprises a distribution assembly which comprises the reservoir 120 and the distribution mechanism 106 secured to the reservoir 120.
[0034] The bottle 102 comprises a hollow body 112 and a neck 114 which is integral with the hollow body 112 and at the top thereof. The neck 114 delimits an orifice 110 for access to the interior of the hollow body 112 through which the dispensing mechanism 106 passes, which is connected to the reservoir 120 housed in the hollow body 112. The reservoir 120 can contain any type of fluid product, such as a cream, and the dispensing mechanism 106 is designed to capture the fluid product contained in the reservoir 120 and to evacuate it from the reservoir 120 to the outside through a hole 122 provided for this purpose at the level of the dispensing mechanism 106. The means of the dispensing mechanism 106 which allow the fluid to be transported from the reservoir 120 to the hole 122 are not described further, because they do not fall directly within the scope of the invention and may take different forms known to those skilled in the art.
[0035] In the description, the orifice 110 and the various windows which are described above and below are coaxial with the vertical direction Z.
[0036] The aesthetic fret 104 comprises a first plate 104a which extends horizontally and which is crossed by a first window 104b through which the distribution mechanism 106 passes.
[0037] The aesthetic fret 104 also comprises a first outer skirt 104c extending downwardly from the outer periphery of the first plate 104a, i.e. the outer edge of the first plate 104a.
[0038] The aesthetic fret 104 is positioned on the neck 114.
[0039] The assembly 100 also comprises a hooking system 108 which is integral with the aesthetic band 104 and ensures its attachment to the neck 114 of the bottle 102 and which, in the assembled position, is housed inside the aesthetic band 104 and outside the dispensing mechanism 106. Here, the hooking system 108 is made of a molded plastic part, but it can be made from any material having the appropriate physical properties, in particular, it can be made by 3D printing.
[0040] The hooking system 108 comprises a second plate 108a which extends horizontally and which is crossed by a second window 108b through which the distribution mechanism 106 passes.
[0041] The attachment system 108 also comprises an inner skirt 108d which is integral with the second plate 108a, and which extends downwards from the inner periphery of the second plate 108a, that is to say from the edge of the second window 108b, thus delimiting from the second window 108b, a well in which the distribution mechanism 106 is housed.
[0042] The attachment system 108 also comprises a second outer skirt 108e secured to the second plate 108a and extending downwards from the outer periphery of the second plate 108a, i.e. the outer edge of the second plate 108a. The second outer skirt 108e is applied against the inner face of the first outer skirt 104c.
[0043] In the assembled position, the attachment system 108 is housed inside the aesthetic band 104 and overlaps the neck 114 so that the second plate 108a is located between the neck 114 and the first plate 104a of the aesthetic band 104 and so that the inner skirt 108d is between the neck 114 and the dispensing mechanism 106 and the second outer skirt 108e is between the neck 114 and the first outer skirt 104c.
[0044] The aesthetic band 104 is fixed to the attachment system 108 by any suitable fixing means. According to a particular embodiment, the fixing is ensured by a tight fit between the first outer skirt 104c and the second outer skirt 108e. According to another particular embodiment, the fixing is ensured by gluing. According to another particular embodiment, the fixing is ensured by a tight fit between the first outer skirt 104c and the second outer skirt 108e and by gluing.
[0045] To hold the reservoir 120 when it is arranged in the bottle 102, the assembly 100 comprises holding lugs 126 which are integral with the inner skirt 108d and which extend generally perpendicular to the vertical direction Z and inwards, that is to say opposite the neck 114 and therefore in the direction of the reservoir 120.
[0046] The dispensing assembly has at least one groove 150 which extends around the periphery of said dispensing assembly and which is open towards the outside, i.e. towards the bottle 102.
[0047] In the assembled position, each holding lug 126 is housed in a groove 150 so as to block the reservoir 120 relative to the bottle 102. The holding lugs 126 therefore do not exert any radial force on the reservoir 120 or on the dispensing assembly but only a blocking force which prevents the movement of the reservoir 120 parallel to the vertical direction Z, unless a tensile force is exerted on the reservoir 120 which exceeds the blocking force and causes the holding lugs 126 to be retracted to allow the reservoir 120 to pass through, for example for filling or replacing it.
[0048] Each holding lug 126 thus comes to bear downwards against a lower edge of the groove 150 and upwards against an upper edge of the groove 150.
[0049] With such an arrangement, implementation is easy.
[0050] According to a particular embodiment, each groove is made around the periphery of the reservoir 120.
[0051] In the embodiment of the invention presented in Figs. 2 to 5, the dispensing mechanism 106 comprises a cap 106a, which is fixed to a neck 120a of the reservoir 120 here by screwing.
[0052] The reservoir 120 and the cap 106a are arranged so as to have between them a vertical clearance J, that is to say parallel to the vertical direction Z and each groove 150 is thus defined between the reservoir 120 and the cap 106a and it is delimited at the level of the clearance J, at the top by the cap 106a and at the bottom by the reservoir 120. Each holding lug 126 thus comes to bear downwards against the reservoir 120 and upwards against the cap 106a.
[0053] The clearance J is determined here between the lower part of the cap 106a and a shoulder of the reservoir 120, where the shoulder forms a narrowing to join the neck 120a.
[0054] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the cap 106a comprises an inner cap 106b and an outer cap 106c fixed to the inner cap 106b, here by snap-fastening.
[0055] The inner plug 106b has a thread for attaching to a thread of the neck 120a of tank 120.
[0056] The dispensing mechanism 106 also here comprises a push button 106d in which the hole 122 is made. The push button 106d is mounted inside the cap 106a and a user presses the push button 106d to operate the dispensing mechanism 106.
[0057] The inner plug 106b has lugs 107a which are best seen in [Fig.6]. The lugs 107a extend, here from a skirt of the inner plug 106b, outwards and downwards, and the outer plug 106c has, for each lug 107a, a counter-lug 107b which extends inwards and upwards, here from a skirt of the outer plug 106c. Thus, when the outer plug 106c is slipped onto the inner plug 106b, the counter-lugs 107a sink beyond the lugs 107a and each lug 107a and the associated counter-lug 107b then come vertically opposite each other to prevent upward withdrawal of the outer plug 106c.
[0058] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, it is the plug 106a which passes through the first window 104b, the second window 108b and the inner skirt 108d, and more particularly here the outer plug 106c.
[0059] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the attachment system 108 is housed outside the cap 106a and more particularly here the outer cap 106c.
[0060] In the assembled position, the inner skirt 108d is between the neck 114 and the cap 106a (here the outer cap 106c).
[0061] In the plane of the orifice 110 which is here perpendicular to the vertical direction Z, the outer perimeter of the neck 114 here takes the form of a rectangle with four rounded corners, and more particularly here of a square with four rounded corners. In the same way, the aesthetic hoop 104 also takes the form of a rectangle when it is seen in the vertical direction Z. The rectangular shape of the outer perimeter of the neck 114 and the rectangular shape of the aesthetic hoop 104 limit the risks of rotation of the aesthetic hoop 104 around the vertical direction Z.
[0062] At each corner and along the height of the neck 114, said neck 114 is divided into a lower portion 114a and an upper portion 114b. The lower portion 114a extends upwards from the hollow body 112 and the upper portion 114b extends upwards from the lower portion 114a.
[0063] At each corner, the lower portion 114a has an inwardly directed depression 116, i.e. the upper portion 114b overhangs the depression 116, thus defining a shoulder under the upper portion 114b. The depression 116 is present here only at the corners, which makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the neck 114 between two corners. The angular extent around the vertical direction Z of the depression 116 is, for example, 20° on either side of the corner.
[0064] In the assembled position, the aesthetic hoop 104 is positioned on the neck 114 and the first outer skirt 104c descends to the hollow body 112.
[0065] The attachment system 108 also comprises attachment lugs 108c (here four in number) secured to the second plate 108a and more particularly here to the second outer skirt 108e.
[0066] Each hooking lug 108c is arranged so that in the assembled position, it is positioned under one of the shoulders of the neck 114, that is to say in one of the recesses 116, to ensure the attachment of the hooking system 108 to the neck 114. Each hooking lug 108c is oriented perpendicular to the vertical direction Z and inwards.
[0067] The distribution assembly 106, here the outer cap 106c, has a ridge 109 which forms a peripheral outer relief around the outer cap 106c and resting on the first plate 104a and whose diameter relative to the vertical direction Z is greater than the diameter of the first window 104b. Such a ridge 109 makes it possible to stop the sinking of the distribution assembly relative to the first plate 104a, in particular when the bottom of the reservoir 120 does not touch the bottom of the hollow body 112. Conversely, when the reservoir 120 and the hollow body 112 are sized so that the bottom of the reservoir 120 touches the bottom of the hollow body 112 when it is in position, then the ridge 109 is not obligatory.
[0068] The position of each holding lug 126 is such that when the distribution assembly rests on the first plate 104a via the groove 109, each holding lug 126 bears against the lower edge of the associated groove 150, here the shoulder of the reservoir 120, which causes the appearance of a bearing force which presses the distribution assembly downwards and thus holds the reservoir 120.
