Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Technical unit for portable vacuum cleaner, portable vacuum cleaner and associated method of mounting a portable vacuum cleaner Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of portable vacuum cleaners and in particular to the field of the assembly of portable vacuum cleaners. Such vacuum cleaners generally have a modular assembly structure composed of different sub-assemblies suitable for being assembled together during an assembly phase of the portable vacuum cleaner. For this purpose, the vacuum cleaner generally comprises a first sub-assembly comprising a technical unit provided with a motor assembly and a second sub-assembly comprising a handle unit suitable for being assembled to the technical unit. State of the art
[0002] EP3632284 B1 discloses a technical unit for a portable vacuum cleaner comprising a main body receiving a motor assembly and suitable for being assembled to a handle unit during an assembly phase of the vacuum cleaner. The handle unit comprises a handle and a main housing for receiving the main body.
[0003] Such a technical block makes it possible to simplify the manufacture of the vacuum cleaner since it is possible to independently manufacture two sub-assemblies of the vacuum cleaner suitable for being assembled together when assembling the vacuum cleaner.
[0004] However, the structure of the technical block and the handle block of EP3632284 B1 is complex, which is detrimental to the reliability and manufacturing cost of such elements. Summary of the invention
[0005] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
[0006] The technical problem underlying the invention consists of proposing a technical unit for a portable vacuum cleaner which is easy to assemble and offers reliability and reduced cost of the portable vacuum cleaner.
[0007] For this purpose, the invention relates to a technical unit for a portable vacuum cleaner comprising a main body receiving a motor assembly, the technical unit being configured to, during an assembly phase of the vacuum cleaner, be fixed to a handle unit comprising a handle and a housing for receiving the main body. According to the invention, the technical unit also comprises a human-machine interface positioned on an outer face of the main body and the human-machine interface forms a guide rib suitable for cooperating with a groove in the receiving housing during the assembly phase.
[0008] Thanks to the invention, the technical block groups together all the electrical functions / electronics and in particular the display and suction functions and the handle unit simply serves as a mechanical interface for connecting the various elements making up the portable vacuum cleaner. Thus, the structure of the handle unit is simplified and the reliability of the vacuum cleaner is improved because unlike the aforementioned state of the art it is not necessary to power both components present in the handle unit such as the human-machine interface and components present in the technical unit such as the suction motor. In addition, the human-machine interface serves both as a system for transmitting information to the user and as a guide / fooling system during the assembly of the technical unit and the handle unit. The assembly of the vacuum cleaner is thus made easier while limiting the cost and complexity of the technical unit.
[0009] According to advantageous but not obligatory aspects of the invention, such a technical unit for a portable vacuum cleaner may incorporate one or more of the following characteristics, taken in any technically admissible combination.
[0010] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the main body comprises an external envelope and the human-machine interface projects from the external envelope so as to form the guide rib suitable for guiding the main body into the receiving housing of the main body during the assembly phase.

[0012] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the human-machine interface is arranged on an upper part of the outer face.
[0013] Such an arrangement allows an operator to clearly visualize the guide rib and the groove during the assembly phase and thus to simplify the assembly phase. In addition, this allows a user to easily visualize information communicated by the human-machine interface.
[0014] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the human-machine interface comprises on a front side a notch for receiving an axial projection formed in the groove of the receiving housing of the main body.
[0015] Such an arrangement makes it possible to obtain a robust assembly and to concentrate a maximum of functions close to the human-machine interface.

[0017] Such an arrangement makes it possible to group together all the electrical / electronic functions in the technical unit and to have a handle unit which simply serves as a mechanical interface for connecting the various elements making up the portable vacuum cleaner. Thus, the structure of the handle unit is simplified and the reliability of the vacuum cleaner is improved because it is not necessary to provide an electrical connection between the handle unit and the technical unit to provide power to the motor assembly. In addition, such a grouping of the electrical / electronic functions makes it possible to optimize the manufacturing cost of the vacuum cleaner. In addition, the technical block allows for easy assembly on the handle block since the main body is intended to be received in the receiving housing of the main body and the support part makes it easier to integrate the electrical cables into the handle and the correct positioning of the power connector so that it can be connected to an energy storage system of the vacuum cleaner, such as a power battery. Furthermore, the support part ensures good support for the first electrical cables during transport of the technical block and good positioning of the first electrical cables during the assembly phase.
[0018] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the main body comprises a filter positioned at the outlet of the motor assembly and a reversible closing cover of a rear face of the main body via which the filter is accessible to a user.

In addition, such an arrangement makes it possible to ensure the supply of electrical energy to the electronic control card via the second electrical cables.
[0025] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the cable support part comprises a housing for receiving an electronic card supporting at least one vacuum cleaner control button capable of cooperating with an actuator mounted on the handle.
[0026] Such an arrangement makes it possible to ensure the correct positioning of the control button relative to the actuator during the assembly phase as well as good retention of the control button and the associated electronic card during transport of the technical unit.
[0027] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the cable support part comprises a housing for receiving an element for protection against electrostatic discharges.
[0028] Such an arrangement makes it possible to ensure optimized protection of the user against electrostatic discharges and to ensure the correct positioning of the protective element in the handle block during the assembly phase.

[0034] Such an arrangement ensures the correct positioning of the cable support part and therefore of the electrical cables in the handle and thus optimizes the assembly of the technical unit on the handle unit. This also makes it possible to avoid incorrect assembly which could cause quality problems or even safety problems when using the vacuum cleaner.
[0035] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the main body comprises an air diffusion nozzle and advantageously a filter positioned around the air diffusion nozzle.
[0036] Such an arrangement allows for optimized suction and in particular optimized air circulation while ensuring filtering of the air evacuated at the outlet of the vacuum cleaner.

[0126] Then during a following step the main body 14 is fixed to the receiving housing 40 via the fixing elements 59. Advantageously during this step, the cover 35 is removed from the rear face of the main body 14 and the operator then accesses the fixing elements which he manipulates to carry out the fixing operation. Then the operator repositions the cover 35 on the rear face.

[0130] Then a step of fixing the storage system 12 to the base 44 is carried out.
[0131] Finally, the waste separation device 10 is fixed to the handle block 8 at the housing 42 so that the reversible fixing system cooperates with the waste separation device 10.
[0132] Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and illustrated, which has been given only as an example. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
