Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: ROTARY DISCHARGE TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER Technical field
[0001] One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a rotary discharge type cosmetic container for conveniently using cosmetic contents while discharging the cosmetic contents by a rotary operation. TECHNICAL CONTEXT
[0002] Generally, women use various cosmetics to make their appearance more beautiful. Among cosmetics, color cosmetics are used for the purpose of making the skin beautiful by beautifully changing the appearance.
[0003] Color cosmetics are divided into base makeup cosmetics used to even out skin color and cover defects, and surface makeup cosmetics for partially enhancing three-dimensional feeling such as lips, eyes, nails. Base makeup cosmetics include makeup base, foundation, powder and the like, and surface makeup cosmetics include lipstick, eyeliner, mascara and the like.
[0004] Foundation refers to a cosmetic product used to naturally cover spots or imperfections on externally exposed skin, such as the face, or to expose clean, shiny skin or clear, soft skin. When used for makeup, foundation is spread evenly on the skin without clumping using a cosmetic puff.
[0005] Generally, foundation is contained and stored in a wide and flat cosmetic container, and a powder puff is placed together inside the cosmetic container. A user opens a lid of the cosmetic container, keeps the powder puff housed on an upper portion of a lid of an inner container, opens the lid of the inner container, draws out the cosmetic contents of foundation using the powder puff, and then applies the contents to the skin for use.
[0006] However, since the conventional cosmetic container must be used with the container lid open, the cosmetic contents may be completely exposed to the air and thus foreign substances may easily enter, and since a powder puff having been in contact with the skin during use repeatedly comes into contact with the cosmetic contents, the cosmetic contents may be contaminated with bacteria, viruses, fungi and the like, and in As a result, skin problems may be caused or a usage period may be shortened. In addition, since the conventional cosmetic container is configured such that the cosmetic contents are scooped out and used using a cosmetic tool such as a powder puff or using a finger, the used amount of cosmetic contents cannot be controlled consistently, thus wasting the cosmetic contents, and causing difficulty in use.
[0007] Thus, cosmetic containers have been developed to minimize deterioration and contamination during use of cosmetics, enable convenient use, and consistently control the amount of cosmetic contents discharged.
[0008] As a technical background having the above structure, cosmetic containers are disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2188196 (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Background 1") and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2279516 (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Background 2") and will be described as follows.
[0009] Technical Background 1 includes an inner housing having an interior space, a rotation flange rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the inner housing and having a discharge hole, a rotating member located in the interior space and coupled to the rotation flange so as to be integrally rotated with the rotation flange, and a piston located in the interior space and coupled to the rotating member to move up and down in association with rotation of the rotating member.
[0010] Technical Background 2 comprises a body having an interior space, a dial rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the body and having a discharge hole through which the contents are discharged and a cutting device for pulverizing the contents, a screw located below the dial in the interior space so as to be integrally rotated with the dial, and a piston screw-coupled around the screw to move up and down within the interior space by rotation of the screw.
[0011] However, since Technical Backgrounds 1 and 2 do not have a separate inner case filling structure, the entire cosmetic container must be discarded after fully using the contents stored in the inner case, and accordingly, resources may be wasted and the environment may be polluted due to the discarded container.
[0012] Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a stick-type cosmetic container to enable certain components of the cosmetic container to be replaceable in order to alleviate the financial burden of a user and reduce waste of resources and environmental pollution, and to enable easy replacement of certain components. [Fig.2] is an exploded perspective view of the cosmetic container according to said embodiment of the present disclosure when viewed from above. [Fig.3] is an exploded perspective view of the cosmetic container according to said embodiment of the present disclosure when viewed from below. [Fig.4] is a sectional view of the cosmetic container according to said embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0040] As shown in the drawings, the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiments of the present disclosure is configured to comprise an outer housing 10, a rotation actuating member 20, an inner housing 30, a rotary member 40, an actuating member 50, a lifting member 60, and a piston 70.
[0041] Hereinafter, the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described separately for each component as follows.
[0042] The outer case 10 has a rigid cylindrical shape having an open side and having, therein, a space of a predetermined size, in which the rotation actuating member 20 and the inner case 30 are at least partially inserted and coupled in the interior space. The outer case 10 is not limited to the rigid cylindrical shape, and can be formed into various shapes or materials taking into account the types, ease of use, design factors and the like of cosmetic contents stored therein.
[0043] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, a coupling extension portion 12 may be formed in an inner center of the outer housing 10. The coupling extension portion 12 extends from a lower surface of the outer housing 10 by a predetermined height, and is coupled to the lifting member 60 while an outer side thereof is framed. The outer housing 10 and the lifting member 60 remain fixed together when the rotating member 40 is rotated, wherein the coupling extension portion 12 may have on an outer circumference thereof a first fixed connection portion 12a to be coupled to the lifting member 60. The first fixed connection portion 12a may protrude along the outer circumference of the coupling extension portion 12 while being spaced at regular intervals, and the first fixed connection portion 12a may be more pointed toward one end thereof to smoothly fit the outer housing 10 onto the lifting member 60.
[0044] At the same time, a fixing device 14 can be coupled to the inside of the outer housing 10. The fixing device 14 has an annular shape with both sides open for stably assembling and fixing the inner housing 30 so as to prevent it from separating from the outer housing 10, wherein at least a part of the fixing device 14 is fixedly coupled to the inside of the outer housing 10, and the remaining part is exposed to said open side of the outer housing 10.
[0045] The outer housing 10 may further be provided on said side thereof with an upper cap 80 for opening or closing the rotating member 40. The upper cap 80 is removably secured to the outer housing 10 or the fixing device 14 while covering the rotating member 40, separated from the outer housing 10 or the fixing device 14 to expose the rotating member 40 to the outside when in use, and coupled to the outer housing 10 or the fixing device 14 to protect the rotating member 40 when stored or transported. The rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present disclosure shows that threads are formed on the fixing device 14 and the upper cap 80 and screw-coupled together. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and there may be various coupling structures, such as coupling using protrusions and grooves, press-fit coupling, and notch coupling, within the limits of which the top cap 80 can be easily attached and detached from the fastener 14.
[0046] The rotation actuating element 20 is rotatably coupled to the interior of the outer housing 10 to rotate the actuating element 50 while being rotated together with the rotating element 40. The rotation actuating element 20 serves to transmit a rotational movement of the rotating element 40 to the actuating element 50, wherein the inner housing 30 can be inserted into an interior space of the rotation actuating element 20, and the actuating element 50 can be fixedly coupled to a center of the rotation actuating element 20.
[0047] As shown in the partially enlarged view of [Fig. 2], the rotation actuating member 20 may include an outer wall 22, an inner wall 24 spaced at regular intervals inwardly from the outer wall 22, and a connecting bottom plate 26 for connecting the outer wall 22 and the inner wall 24 to each other. At least a portion of the inner housing 30 is inserted into a space between the outer wall 22 and the inner wall 24, the member actuating member 50, lifting member 60 and coupling extension portion 12 of outer housing 10 are inserted into inner wall 24, and connecting bottom plate 26 is seated on a bottom surface of outer housing 10.
[0048] The rotation actuating member 20 is rotated together with the rotating member 40 when the rotating member 40 is rotated, wherein a first rotation connection portion 22a may be formed at one end of the outer wall 22 of the rotation actuating member 20 so as to be coupled to the rotating member 40. The first rotation connection portion 22a may extend toward the rotating member 40 while being spaced at regular intervals along the circumference of the end of the outer wall 22, and at least one first guide inclined surface 22b may be formed at one end of the first rotation connection portion 22a to smoothly fit the rotation actuating member 20 onto the rotating member 40.
[0049] Additionally, a first removable portion 22c may be formed on the outer wall 22 of the rotation actuating member 20 so as to be removably coupled to a second removable portion 32 of the inner housing 30. The first removable portion 22c may protrude partially or continuously along an inner circumference of the outer wall 22 of the rotation actuating member 20.
[0050] At least one adjustment protrusion 24a may be formed on an inner circumference of the inner wall 24 of the rotation actuating member 20 and coupled to the actuating member 50, and accordingly, the actuating member 50 may be rotated together with the rotation actuating member 20. The adjustment protrusion 24a may be formed to protrude at regular intervals along the inner circumference of the inner wall 24.
[0051] At the same time, a locking projection 28 may protrude outwardly from an outer circumference of the rotation actuating member 20, and as shown in [Fig. 4], the locking projection 28 may be configured to be locked onto one end of the fixing device 14, so that it is possible to prevent the rotation actuating member 20 from being separated from the outer housing 10.
[0052] The inner housing 30 can be inserted into the space inside the outer housing 10 and removably coupled to the rotation actuating member 20, and the cosmetic contents can be received in the interior space. The inner housing 30 has an open side, and the cosmetic contents are moved toward the rotational member 40 through the open side. The cosmetic contents can be a solid cosmetic product moved along a straight line by the lifting member 60 and have an upper surface cut by the rotational member 40.
[0053] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the second removable portion 32 may be formed on an outer circumference of the inner housing 30 so as to be removably coupled to the first removable portion 22c. The second removable portion 32 may be recessed along the outer circumference of the inner housing 30. The rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present disclosure shows that the first removable portion 22c is formed as a protrusion and the second removable portion 32 is formed as a groove so as to be fitted together. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the first removable portion 22c and the second removable portion 32 may both be formed as protrusions so as to be engaged with each other.Additionally, a first lashing protrusion 33 may protrude from the outer circumference of the inner housing 30 so as to be rotatably coupled to the rotatable member 40.
[0054] At the same time, a lifting guide protrusion 34 may protrude from the inner circumference of the inner housing 30. The lifting guide protrusion 34 is coupled to the piston 70 to prevent the piston 70 and the cosmetic contents from being rotated relative to the inner housing 30. The lifting guide protrusion 34 may extend in the movement direction of the piston 70, and may be formed into at least one pair for a facing arrangement. In addition, a first locking protrusion 36 may protrude from the inner circumference of the inner housing 30, and at least a portion of the actuating member 50 may be seated on top thereof.
[0055] The rotatable member 40 is rotatably coupled to the inner housing 30 while covering the open portion of the inner housing 30 to discharge the cosmetic contents contained in the inner housing 30 to the outside when rotated by the user.
[0056] The rotating member 40 may have a discharge surface 42 exposed to the outside for directly contacting a makeup tool or a finger of the user, and a discharge port 42a for discharging the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case 30 to the outside may be formed in the discharge surface 42. The discharge surface 42 may be recessed from an edge toward a center of the rotating member 40 to prevent the contents discharged from the inner case 30 from flowing downward toward a surrounding of the rotating member 40, and the discharge port 42a may be a hole having a long straight line shape extending from a center to an edge portion of the discharge surface 42. A side wall of the discharge port 42a may be inclined at a predetermined angle in the rotation direction of the rotating member 40 to smoothly discharge the cosmetic contents. The rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiments of . The present disclosure takes an example in which the discharge port 42a has the long straight line extending on the discharge surface 42. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the shape, number or position of the discharge ports 42a can be variously changed within a range to enable the cosmetic contents to be easily discharged to the outside.
[0057] The rotating member 40 may be provided with a cutting blade 42b for cutting a surface of the cosmetic contents while being rotated. The cutting blade 42b refers to a projection having a straight line shape and extending from the center to the edge of the rotating member 40, and may be positioned at a lower portion adjacent to the discharge port 42a to protrude toward the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case 30, and extend in the same direction as the discharge port 42a. The cutting blade 42b may become sharper toward one end thereof, and inclined in the rotation direction of the rotating member 40 in order to smoothly grind and discharge the surface of the cosmetic contents.
[0058] In addition, a second lashing protrusion 43 may protrude from the inner circumference of the rotating member 40 so as to be rotatably engaged with the first lashing protrusion 33 of the inner housing 30. Alternatively, one of the first lashing protrusion 33 and the second lashing protrusion 43 may be formed as a groove so as to be rotatably fitted with each other.
[0059] At the same time, the rotating member 40 is fixedly coupled to the rotation actuating member 20 to rotate the rotation actuating member 20, wherein a second rotation connection portion 44 may be formed at the end of the rotating member 40 so as to be fitted to the first rotation connection portion 22a of the rotation actuating member 20. The first rotation connection portion 22a and the second rotation connection portion 44 extend in the direction detached from the inner housing 30 so as to be engaged with each other to transmit the rotational movement of the rotating member 40 to the rotation actuating member 20.The first rotational connection portion 22a and the second rotational connection portion 44 may alternately extend from opposite ends of the rotational operating member 20 and the rotating member 40, respectively, over a predetermined section. The second rotational connection portion 44 may extend toward the rotational operating member 20 while being spaced at regular intervals along the circumferential end of the rotating member 40. At least one second guide inclined surface 44a is formed at the end of the second rotational connection portion 44, and the second guide inclined surface 44a guides an assembly direction so that the second rotational connection portions 44 are smoothly inserted between the first rotational connection portions 22a when . the rotation actuating element 20 and the rotary element 40 are coupled to each other.
[0060] At the same time, the inner housing 30 and the rotating member 40 may further be provided with a rotation direction control structure for controlling the rotation direction of the rotating member 40. In other words, the rotation direction control structure is added to each of the inner housing 30 and the rotating member 40, thereby allowing the rotating member 40 to be rotated only in the upward direction of the lifting member 60 and preventing the lifting member 60 from being rotated in the downward direction, so that the convenience of use can be increased. For example, unidirectional rotation projections (not shown) for transmitting rotation in only one direction, such as ratchet gears (a gear wheel that transmits rotation in only one direction and does not transmit movement in the opposite direction), may be formed, respectively, on the outer circumference of the inner housing 30 and the inner circumference of the rotating member 40 so as to be interlocked with each other.
[0061] The actuating element 50 has a cylindrical shape with both sides open, and is arranged in the interior space of the outer housing 10, connected to the rotation actuating element 20 and rotated together to move the lifting element 60 along a straight line.
[0062] As shown in [Fig. 4], the actuating member 50 may be inserted into the center of the rotation actuating member 20 and the inner housing 30 so as to be fixedly coupled to the rotation actuating member 20. At least one fitting groove 54 may be formed on the outer circumference of the actuating member 50, the insertion projection 24a of the rotation actuating member 20 may be inserted therebetween, and accordingly, the actuating member 50 may be rotated together with the rotation actuating member 20. The fitting groove 54 may be recessed at regular intervals along the outer circumference of the actuating member 50.In addition, a second locking protrusion 56 may protrude from the outer circumference of the actuating member 50 and be seated on top of the first locking protrusion 36 of the inner housing 30, so as to be stably rotated without shaking relative to the inner housing 30, and separated from the rotation actuating member 20 while being moved together with the inner housing 30 when the inner housing 30 is filled.
[0063] The actuating element 50 is coupled while surrounding the outside of the lifting element 60, in which a thread may be formed on the inner circumference of the actuating element 50 and a thread is formed on the outer circumference of the lifting element 60 so as to be screw-coupled to each other.
[0064] The lifting element 60 is screw-coupled to the actuating element 50 and moved in a straight line in the interior space of the inner housing 30, thereby pushing upwards the cosmetic contents toward the open portion of the inner housing 30 in proportion to a rotation angle of the rotating element 40.
[0065] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the lifting member 60 may include a hollow coupling portion 62 having on an outer circumference thereof a thread and screw-coupled to the actuating member 50, and a support portion 64 extending outwardly from one end of the coupling portion 62 and coming into close contact with a surface of the piston 70 to urge the piston 70 upwardly. The coupling portion 62 and the support portion 64 may be injection molded as a single piece, or may be injection molded separately such that the coupling portion 62 is fixedly coupled to a center of the support portion 64.
[0066] The thread may be formed on the outer circumference of the coupling portion 62 so as to be screw-coupled to the thread formed on the inner circumference of the actuating member 50. The coupling portion 62 is fixedly coupled to the outer side of the coupling extension portion 12 of the outer housing 10, wherein a second fixed connection portion 62a may be formed on the inner circumference of the coupling portion 62 so as to be fitted onto the first fixed connection portion 12a of the outer housing 10. The first fixed connection portion 12a and the second fixed connection portion 62a extend along the detached direction of the inner housing 30 and engage with each other to limit the rotation of the lifting member 60 relative to the outer housing 10.The first fixed connection part 12a and the second fixed connection part 62a may alternately protrude from facing surfaces between the outer housing 10 and the lifting member 60. The second fixed connection part 62a may protrude while being spaced at regular intervals along the inner circumference of the coupling part 62, and the second fixed connection part 62a may be more pointed toward one end thereof to allow the second fixed connection part 62a to easily penetrate into the gap between the first fixed connection parts 12a.
[0067] At the same time, the support portion 64 has a locking groove 64a so as to be coupled to the piston 70, in which a plurality of locking grooves 64a may be spaced at regular intervals along the edge of the support portion 64.
[0068] The piston 70 is disposed in the interior space of the inner housing 30 to move the cosmetic contents toward the discharge port 42a while being lifted together with the lifting member 60.
[0069] A close contact portion 72 may be formed on an edge of the piston 70 to come into close contact with an inner wall of the inner housing 30, a lifting guide groove 74 may be formed in the close contact portion 72 so as to be coupled to the lifting guide projection 34 of the inner housing 30, and a locking projection 76 may be formed on an inside of the piston 70 so as to be coupled to the locking groove 64a of the lifting member 60. Accordingly, the piston 70 and the cosmetic contents may be stably moved in a straight line along the lifting guide projection 34 inside the inner housing 30 without being rotated.
[0070] As described above, in the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, during a filling process of separating and docking the inner housing 30 and the rotation actuating member 20, the first rotational connection portion 22a of the rotation actuating member 20 is engaged and fitted with the second rotational connection portion 44 of the rotational member 40, and simultaneously the first fixed connection portion 12a of the outer housing 10 is engaged and fitted with the second fixed connection portion 62a of the lifting member 60.Thus, the amount of cosmetic content discharged can be easily controlled according to the rotation angle of the rotating member 40 so as to improve the convenience of use, the inner case 30 in which the cosmetic content is fully exhausted can be refilled from the outer case 10 so as to reduce the financial burden of the user and the waste of resources, and the rotating member 40 can be pulled out 10 or the inner case 30 can be inserted relative to the outer case so as to conveniently separate and replace the rotating member 40, the inner case 30 and components connected thereto at one time.
[0071] Figures 5 to 8 are views illustrating an operation process and a filling process of the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The use and filling processes of the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference thereto.
[0072] [Fig.5] is a sectional view illustrating the rotation operation of the cosmetic container according to said embodiment of the present disclosure. [Fig.6] is a sectional view illustrating a state in which the cosmetic container is operated to discharge the cosmetic contents to the outside according to said embodiment of the present disclosure. [Fig.7] is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the inner casing of the cosmetic container is separated according to said embodiment of the present disclosure. [Fig.8] is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the inner casing of the cosmetic container is inserted according to said embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0073] In order to use the rotary discharge type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the upper cap 80 is separated from the outer housing 10 or the fixing device 14 to expose the rotary member 40 to the outside.
[0074] Subsequently, as shown in [Fig. 5] when the rotating member 40 is rotated in one direction relative to the outer housing 10, the rotation actuating member 20 coupled to the rotating member 40 and the actuating member 50 connected to the rotation actuating member 20 are rotated together, while the rotation of the lifting member 60 is limited by the coupling extension portion 12 of the outer housing 10. As a result, the lifting member 60 screw-coupled to the actuating member 50 is gradually moved upward in proportion to the rotation section of the rotating member 40, and the piston 70 is lifted by the lifting member 60, thereby pushing upward the cosmetic contents toward the discharge port 42a of the rotating member 40.
[0075] Simultaneously, the cutting blade 42b of the rotating member 40 is rotated to cut an upper surface of the cosmetic content, so that the cosmetic content cut by the cutting blade 42b is discharged through the discharge port 42a as shown in [Fig.6].
[0076] Then, the cosmetic contents discharged through the discharge surface 42 of the rotating member 40 are pulsed using a cosmetic tool such as a powder puff (not shown), evenly applied to the skin for makeup. After makeup is completed, the rotating member 40 is covered by the upper cap 70 and coupled to the outer housing 10 or the fixing device 14 for storage or transportation.
[0077] In addition, when the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case 30 are fully used, the inner case 30 is replaced and used. As shown in [Fig. 7], the rotating member 40 is pulled out from the outer case 10, thereby separating the components coupled to the rotating member 40, i.e., the inner case 30, the actuating member 50, the lifting member 60, and the piston 70. At this time, the first removable portion 22c of the rotation actuating member 20 is detached from the second removable portion 32 of the inner case 30, the second rotation connection portion 44 of the rotating member 40 is continuously separated from the first rotation connection portion 22a of the rotation actuating member 20, and the second fixed connection part 62a of the lifting element 60 is simultaneously separated from the first fixed connection part 12a of the outer housing 10.
[0078] Subsequently, as shown in [Fig.8], the inner housing 30, the actuating element 50, the lifting element 60 and the piston 70 coupled to the rotating element 40 are completely separated from the outer housing 10, and then a new rotating element 40 and the inner housing 30, the actuating element 50, the lifting element 60 and the piston 70 coupled to the inner housing 30 are inserted into the interior space of the outer housing 10 for replacement. While the second rotational connection portion 44 of the rotational member 40 is inserted between the first rotational connection portions 22a of the rotational actuating member 20, the second fixed connection portion 62a of the lifting member 60 is inserted between the first fixed connection portions 12a of the outer housing 10, and the first removable portion 22c of the rotational actuating member 20 and the second removable portion 32 of the inner housing 30 are continuously coupled to each other.
[0079] An aspect of the present disclosure has been described with reference to limited embodiments, drawings and particular elements such as specific components, but it may be understood that the above description has merely been provided to better understand the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and deformations may be made.
