Claims
Demands
1. Surgical device (10) comprising: - a hollow guide tube (100) extending longitudinally between a proximal end and a distal end, - a surgical tool (300) connected to the distal end of the guide tube, - a mechanical connecting means (700) of the braided torque coil type comprising at least one wire, said means being disposed between and connecting the guide tube and the surgical tool, - orientation means connected to the braided torque coil arranged to impose a mechanical constraint so as to orient the tool in a desired direction.
2. Device according to the preceding claim in which the guidance means comprise guidance cables (500) and control means (400) equipped with servomotors.
3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising means for actuation of the tool comprising at least one tool cable (600).
4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the mechanical connecting means (700) comprises at least two radially superimposed coil layers, preferably three radially superimposed coil layers.
5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the guide tube has an outside diameter of less than 3 mm, advantageously less than 2.5 mm, even more advantageously less than 2 mm.
6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising only a mechanical linkage of the braided torque coil type between the surgical tool and the guide tube.
7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an elastically deformable connecting element (200), preferably monobloc, preferably capable of flexing under the effect of a mechanical stress, and integral with the guide tube by a proximal end of said element.
8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the surgical tool is a surgical micro-forceps.
9. Assembly comprising a surgical device according to one of the preceding claims and a laser device for tissue ablation of an individual.
