Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Removable skip for removable containers Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical sector of removable skips. Prior art
[0002] The prior art in the field of waste containers reveals diverse and varied solutions for the storage and transport of waste and materials.
[0003] Traditional skips are generally designed to hold a wide variety of waste, ranging from construction waste to household waste, and are usually adapted to be lifted and transported by specific vehicles.
[0004] However, these traditional dumpsters have several drawbacks. One of the main problems is their lack of versatility.
[0005] Indeed, although they are useful for storing and transporting a large quantity of waste, they are not designed to handle different types of waste simultaneously, which may be necessary in certain environments such as construction sites, where several types of waste may be produced at the same time.
[0006] In addition, traditional skips do not have separate compartments for different types of waste, making it difficult to sort and recycle waste after collection. This lack of compartmentalization also makes it difficult to secure waste during transport, which can lead to different types of waste being spilled or mixed together.
[0007] Furthermore, traditional skips do not make loading and unloading waste easy. In particular, it is necessary to manually lift the waste into the skip, which can be physically demanding and increase the risk of injury.
[0008] Accordingly, there is a need for a more versatile and practical solution for the storage and transportation of waste, which overcomes these disadvantages of the prior art. Statement of the invention
[0009] One of the aims of the invention is therefore to remedy the problems of the prior art by providing a container which is removable and suitable for the storage of conventional waste, as well as for the transport of removable recycling containers.
[0010] For this purpose, a removable skip has been developed, preferably with an Ampliroll type chassis, and comprising a floor, a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls.
[0011] According to the invention, the bucket also comprises a transverse wall for delimit a rear storage volume and a front tray, the front tray being compartmentalized to receive removable waste containers.
[0012] In this way, the rear volume can be used to receive any type of waste, for example wood or metal, and the skip is also suitable for transporting and making available waste recycling containers, such as standard 1100L waste containers.
[0013] The skip according to the invention is therefore versatile and more practical.
[0014] Preferably, the front tray is compartmentalized by means of at least one longitudinal or transverse partition, and advantageously, by a longitudinal median partition and a transverse median partition to define four compartments, each adapted to receive a standardized removable container of 1100 L.
[0015] Advantageously, the skip comprises pivoting side panels for moving from a raised position to an open position facilitating the unloading or loading of waste containers.
[0016] In order to facilitate the unloading and loading operations of removable containers, in the open position, the sides are in contact with the ground and are inclined at an angle of less than 30° to act as a ramp.
[0017] In order to facilitate the handling of the sides, and in particular their locking in the raised position, the sides can be locked in the raised position by latches, in particular pivoting ones, and can be operated with one hand.
[0018] Preferably, the container comprises a communication support panel mounted parallel to and in line with the longitudinal or transverse partition. This panel allows the name of a town, a company, or any other logo or brand to be affixed thereto, as well as, for example, waste sorting instructions or an indication of the nature of the waste to be placed in the containers.
[0019] Preferably, and in order to secure the position of the containers, in particular when the skip is traveling on a truck, the skip comprises means for attaching lashing straps at the longitudinal lower lateral edges of the skip. This makes it possible to attach each end of a strap to said attachment means, and to press the strap onto the lid of the containers to hold them in position.
[0020] Preferably, the dumpster has two rear doors for accessing the rear storage volume. Brief description of the drawings

[0025] [Fig.5] illustrates the rear wall of the dumpster with the two access doors to the rear volume. Detailed description of the invention
[0026] With reference to Figures 1 to 5, the present invention relates to a multipurpose removable skip (1), comprising a floor, a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls. The skip (1) is provided with a rear volume (2) intended to receive bulk materials such as wood, and a front tray (4) compartmentalized to accommodate waste containers (3) in a removable manner, such as standardized 1100 L waste containers.
[0027] The skip (1) is equipped with pivoting side walls (5) which can be folded down to allow the unloading or loading of the waste containers (3). In the folded down position, these walls (5) advantageously form an inclined ramp, preferably with an angle of less than 30°, thus facilitating the loading and unloading of the containers (3). This inclination reduces the force required to load or unload the containers (3), thus reducing the risk of injury to workers.
[0028] The skip (1) also has a simple and effective locking mechanism for locking the sides (5) in the raised position. This mechanism is preferably in the form of pivoting latches (6) which can be operated with one hand, which increases ease of use and safety for operators of the skip (1).
[0029] The front platform (4) of the skip (1) is compartmentalized so as to receive, for example, four standardized 1100 L containers (3), such as two on each side of a longitudinal partition (7) and two on each side of a transverse partition (8). This arrangement allows for efficient separation of the waste, thus facilitating its management and subsequent recycling.
[0030] The skip (1) is provided with a communication support panel (9), mounted parallel to and in line with the longitudinal partition (7). This panel (9) can be used to display important information, such as safety instructions, information on waste sorting, or any other relevant information.
[0031] Attachment means (10) for lashing straps are provided at the longitudinal lower lateral edges of the container (1), to ensure the stability of the containers (3) during transport. These attachment means (10) may for example be in the form of a lashing bar which runs along the lower edge of the container to hook the strap there.
[0032] The chassis of the skip (1) is of the Ampliroll type, thus allowing easy attachment and removal on suitable transport vehicles.
[0033] Two rear doors (11) are provided to allow easy access to the rear storage volume (2). These doors (11) are lockable to ensure the security of the stored materials during transport.
[0034] It should be noted that although the invention has been described in detail to illustrate the principles and characteristics of the present invention, many variations are conceivable. For example, the number of containers (3) that the front tray (4) can receive can vary, as can the type and size of materials that can be stored in the rear volume (2). The tray (4) can be located at the rear of the skip while the storage volume can be located at the front, without departing from the scope of the invention. Similarly, the shape and size of the skip (1) can be adapted according to the specific needs of the user. The construction materials of the skip (1) can also vary, to improve its strength, durability or weight.
