Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: System for fixing a solar panel on a roof, and structure or shelter carrying at least one solar panel on its roof fixed via said system TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates more particularly to a system for fixing at least one photovoltaic or solar panel on a roof comprising at least one roofing panel, in particular known by the registered trademark "isosta" and / or "isotoit" via at least one profile, each panel being of the single-sided or double-sided type. The at least one roofing panel may also be a metal panel, for example a steel tray also known as a "ribbed steel sheet" or "profiled steel roof".
[0002] It relates more particularly to a system for fixing at least one solar panel to a roof frame or a roof wall, preferably comprising four sides, preferably having a white surface, the solar panel being of the single-sided or double-sided type, the system comprising:
[0003] at least one support or attachment positionable along one side of the frame, preferably two facing supports,
[0004] at least one beam fixed to the at least one support, connecting two opposite sides of the frame, arranged to carry at least in part the at least one solar panel,
[0005] preferably, the at least one frame side comprises a surface having several attachment zones distributed vertically in order to adjust the positioning height of the at least one beam, preferably in the form of a groove.
[0006] The invention also relates to a shelter-type structure comprising at least one solar panel mounted on the structure via the fixing system.
[0007] The structure or shelter is for example a carport, a shade, a bicycle shelter, a garden shed, a camping shelter, a car shelter, a motorcycle shelter, a camper van shelter, a scooter and bicycle shelter, and any type of electric vehicle or mobility and / or a shelter for lawnmower or screwdriver equipment, or a volume sometimes called a "box", or a work space, or more generally a closed space or volume having a floor area less than or equal to 20 square meters, preferably made at least partly of aluminum, for example lacquered aluminum, or various steels. STATE OF THE ART
[0008] The craze for photovoltaic panels, also known as solar panels, has led to equip different types of buildings or structures. For example, we know of carports or bicycle shelters equipped with solar panels, these structures comprising a frame whose roof, the surface performing the shelter function, is formed only by solar panels.
[0009] Although satisfactory, these examples sometimes have a questionable aesthetic appearance in the opinion of some people.
[0010] Furthermore, in the case of closed structures or at least those already having a roof, it is not possible to add solar panels due to the excessive load in relation to the framework of said structure.
[0011] It is thus desired to propose a solution making it possible to equip structures, in particular structures not designed to receive or carry additional equipment, with solar panels while improving their aesthetic appearance. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0012] To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a system for fixing at least one solar panel to an existing roof frame of a shelter, characterized in that it comprises:

[0094] In relation to Figures 1 to 4, there is illustrated an embodiment of a shelter 200 which can perform the function of shelter for a two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicle, for example a carport.
[0095] The shelter 200 comprises a structure performing a framework function. The shelter 200 comprises four posts 40 (visible in full in [Fig.2]) and a roof frame 100 connecting the posts. The roof frame has a generally rectangular shape and therefore comprises four sides, each side being made of a spar which connects two poles.
[0096] Preferably the roof frame 100 comprises a frame 1 superimposed on the roof frame, the frame comprising as many side members as the roof frame side members. With reference to [Fig.2], each roof frame side member is paired with a frame side member to form a single element per side. The assembly produces a reinforced roof frame. According to one embodiment the side members of a pair are superimposed so as to form a double side member, also called a double beam, see for example figures 4 and / or 6.
[0097] The shelter 200 further comprises roof walls 30 of the type known under the registered trademark isosta or isotoit. With reference to [Fig. 4], the roof walls 30 are located between the side members of the frame 100. The roof walls 30 are inclined in order to allow rainwater to flow away. The assembly of these walls is known to those skilled in the art. These walls cannot be pierced, particularly in the present case aimed at adding at least one solar panel. Preferably, the upper face of the roof walls is white, see [Fig. 1].
[0098] The shelter 200 also comprises solar panels 20 of types known to those skilled in the art. These panels are arranged above the roof walls 30, preferably spaced apart by an air gap with a thickness of approximately 8 to 9 centimeters, see in particular [Fig. 4]. The panels are also inclined to allow rainwater to flow away.
[0099] Preferably, the solar panels are bi-facial, or have solar or photovoltaic cells on the two main faces: the face exposed to the sun and the opposite face intended to receive the light reflected from the roof walls 30.
[0100] The surface area of the solar panels is less than the surface area of the roof walls in order to promote natural ventilation, the reflection of the sun's rays from the roof walls towards the opposite face of the solar panels and to allow accessibility for maintenance of the solar panels.
[0101] The panels are placed and held in position by beam supports 2 and beams 3. With reference to Figures 1 to 7 and 9, the solar panels 20 are supported by beams 3 extending on either side of lateral sides of the solar panels and connecting two opposite sides, or opposite side members of the frame 1. Preferably, the beams are profiles 3 in the shape of a “T” in the view on the left of [Fig.9], or in the shape of an “L” in the view on the right of [Fig.9].
[0102] With reference to Figures 4, 6, 7 and 8, the beams or profiles 3 are fixed to the frame 1 by means of the supports 2. The supports are fixed at different heights of the inner framing surface of the frame so as to tilt the solar panels. With reference to [Fig.6], the inner framing surface of the frame has at least one groove 11 projecting to adjust the position of the support 2. In addition, the support 2 comprises a groove 12 to adjust the position of the ends of the beams 3.
[0103] The frame 1 has a thickness greater than the thickness of the beam and support assembly, see [Fig.6], so as to mask the view of the solar panels from a lateral point of view.
[0104] The roof frame 100 or the roof frame and frame assembly has a height or thickness encompassing the roof panel and solar panel assembly. Preferably the height or thickness of at least one side of the roof frame or at least one spar, preferably formed by a double beam proposed above, is greater than the height or thickness of the assembly comprising the at least one roof element and the at least one solar panel mounted, and preferably inclined.
[0105] With reference to figures 2 and 5, the solar panels are fixed to the beams 3 by locking means, in particular “U” shaped clips 23.
[0106] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment(s) described and variant embodiments can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
