Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: REFILLABLE COSMETIC PRODUCT PACKAGING DEVICE Technical field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of refillable cosmetic product packaging devices. Prior art
[0002] In the cosmetic field, in particular, users are particularly sensitive to the aesthetics of packaging devices. However, the cost of aesthetic packaging devices is high and increases the price of cosmetic products sold in this form commercially.
[0003] An idea has emerged consisting of providing a packaging device comprising an aesthetically pleasing case and a refill, possibly less aesthetically pleasing than the case, but the packaging of which is less expensive. The refill is advantageously removable, so that the packaging device can be refilled by replacing the single removable refill in the case.
[0004] Such a refillable packaging device can have an improved environmental footprint because only the refill is thrown away when the cosmetic product is used up.
[0005] However, in this case, some users try to use the cosmetic product refill without the case. In doing so, the cosmetic product is less well packaged. Indeed, the refill is not designed to withstand significant shocks since in the packaging device, the case protects the refill.
[0006] There is therefore a need to limit or even prevent a cosmetic product refill of a cosmetic product packaging device from being used without the associated housing of the packaging device. Summary
[0007] To this end, a device for packaging a cosmetic product is proposed, comprising: - a cosmetic product refill including: — a reservoir suitable for containing the cosmetic product, the reservoir having a neck fitted with a thread, — a cap with a thread to be screwed onto the neck of the tank, and — a sleeve mounted freely to rotate around the cap, And - a hood attached to the cap, the cap and the cover comprising complementary reliefs cooperating to make the cap and the cover integral in rotation about the axis of the thread and the tapping.
[0008] Thus, advantageously the cosmetic product refill cannot be easily opened, as long as it is not received in the cover of the packaging device. Thus, users are encouraged to use the cosmetic product refill only when it is received in the cover of the cosmetic product packaging device.
[0009] According to preferred embodiments, the packaging device may have one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination: - the plug has a generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, - the socket has a generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the cylindrical surface of the socket covering the entire cylindrical surface of the plug; - the plug has at least a first relief in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the sleeve has at least a second relief, preferably in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the first and second reliefs cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug relative to the sleeve, in a first direction along the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping; - one of the first and second reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge and the other of the first and second reliefs is a complementary circular recess; - the plug has at least a third relief in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the sleeve has a fourth relief, preferably in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the third and fourth reliefs cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug relative to the sleeve, in a second direction along the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the second direction being opposite to the first direction; - one of the third and fourth reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge and the other of the third and fourth reliefs is a complementary circular recess; - the tank has at least one lug received in a notch in the cap to hold the cap in position, once screwed onto the tank; - the complementary reliefs comprise at least a first hollow relief, on one of the cap and the hood and at least a second complementary protruding relief- supplementary on the other between the cap and the hood; - the complementary reliefs consist of a single first hollow relief, on one of the cap and the hood, preferably on the cap, and a single second complementary protruding relief on the other of the cap and the hood, preferably on the hood; - the first and second reliefs are of generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the first and second reliefs being of non-circular cross-section; - the complementary reliefs consist of at least one first hollow relief, preferably at least two first hollow reliefs, on one of the plug and the cover, more preferably on the plug, and at least one second complementary projecting relief on the other of the plug and the cover, preferably at least two second complementary projecting reliefs on the other of the plug and the cover, more preferably on the cover, the at least one first hollow relief and the at least one second projecting relief being offset relative to the axis of the thread and the tapping; - each second relief is elastically fitted or force-fitted into an associated first relief; - the cap is attached to an applicator element; - the applicator element is connected to the cap by means of a rod so as to be received in the reservoir when the cap is screwed onto the neck; - the packaging device is devoid of any cosmetic product application device and any cosmetic product dispensing device; - the packaging device further comprises a base formed from a covering shell defining a housing receiving the reservoir of the refill device; - the reservoir and the covering shell comprise complementary elastic fitting reliefs for fixing the reservoir in the housing in the covering shell, in particular to limit or even prevent movement of the reservoir in the housing along the axis of the thread and the tapping; - the tank and the covering shell comprise complementary reliefs cooperating to make the tank and the covering shell integral in rotation around the axis of the thread and the tapping; - the complementary reliefs comprise ribs on one of the reservoir and the covering shell and complementary grooves on the other of the reservoir and the covering shell, the ribs and complementary grooves preferably extending parallel to the axis of the thread and the tapping; - the grooves have a flared outlet; and - the plug has a sleeve in which the thread is preferably made, and a plug head rigidly fixed on the sleeve, for example by elastic fitting.
[0010] According to another aspect, there is provided a cosmetic product refill for a packaging device as described above, in all its combinations, comprising: - a reservoir suitable for containing the cosmetic product, the reservoir having a neck fitted with a thread, - a cap with a thread to be screwed onto the neck of the tank, and - a sleeve mounted freely to rotate around the cap, the cap comprising a relief adapted to cooperate with a complementary relief of a cover of the packaging device to make the cap and the cover integral in rotation around the axis of the thread and the tapping.
[0011] The stopper may comprise a single relief of generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and tapping, the only relief being of non-circular cross-section.
[0012] Alternatively, the plug may comprise at least one relief, each relief being of generally cylindrical shape, extending along an axis parallel to the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the axis of each relief being distinct from the axis of the thread and the tapping. The plug may preferably comprise at least a first and a second relief, the first and second reliefs being symmetrical to each other with respect to the axis of the thread and the tapping. [0024] In the remainder of the description, elements that are identical or have the same function bear the same reference sign. For the sake of brevity of this description, elements that are identical in several examples are not described in detail within the framework of the detailed description of each of these examples. On the contrary, the description below details above all the differences between the different examples.
[0025] [Fig. 1] schematically represents in perspective a first example of a packaging device 10 for a cosmetic product. According to this first example, the cosmetic product is in a form suitable for being packaged in a reservoir. For example, the cosmetic product is in the form of a liquid, a gel, a cream or a powder. The cosmetic product may in particular be a lipstick, a gloss, a skin or lip care product, in particular a lip balm, a sun protection product for the lips or skin, a cosmetic product for the eyelids or eyelashes or a nail polish. The cosmetic product is in particular a mascara.
[0026] According to the example described below, the device 10 is suitable for packaging and applying the cosmetic product in that it allows the cosmetic product to be stored and applied. To do this, the packaging device 10 comprises a device for applying the cosmetic product, as will be described later. Alternatively, however, the packaging device 10 may be provided with a device for dispensing the cosmetic product, such as a pump or a pipette, for example. According to yet another alternative, the packaging device 10 is devoid of any application device and any dispensing device.
[0027] As illustrated in [Fig.l] and [Fig.2], the conditioning device 10 essentially comprises a housing 12 and a refill 14. The housing 12 comprises, here consisting of, a base 15 and a cover 16. As illustrated, the conditioning device operation and application device 10, in particular the housing 12, is of generally cylindrical shape, extending mainly in the direction of an axis A10 of extension of the packaging and application device 10. Here, the packaging and application device 10 is of generally cylindrical shape with a square cross-section, with rounded corners. Of course, other general shapes of the packaging and application device 10 are conceivable. In particular, the packaging and application device 10 may be of generally cylindrical shape, with a circular, elliptical or polygonal cross-section, in particular triangular, square.
[0028] The base 15 of the housing 12 is visible in longitudinal section in [Fig. 3]. The base 15 of the housing 12 is here formed by a covering shell 18 which extends mainly in the direction of an axis A18 of extension of the covering shell 18, corresponding here to the axis A10 in the packaging and application device 10. Here the covering shell 18 has a substantially square cross-section.The covering shell 18 may be made of any material that can be envisaged by a person skilled in the art to form a covering for a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product 10, in particular one of glass, metal, in particular aluminum or an aluminum alloy, in particular zamak, ceramic, porcelain, crystal and plastic, in particular polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, ionomer resin such as the ethylene vinyl copolymer known under the trade name Surlyn®, wood and urea formaldehyde.
[0029] On its radially inner surface, the covering shell 18 here has two ribs 20. The two ribs are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis A18 of the covering shell 18. Here, each rib 20 is rectilinear, parallel to the axis A18 of the covering shell 18. Each rib 20 here extends over only a portion of the height of the covering shell 18, oriented in the direction of the axis A18 of the covering shell 18. For example, each rib 20 extends over at least half of the height of the covering shell 18, preferably over at least two-thirds of the height of the covering shell 18, more preferably over at least three-quarters of the height of the covering shell 18, from the bottom 19 of the shell cladding 18, opposite the outlet of the cladding shell 18.
[0030] The two ribs 20 project radially into a housing 22 of generally cylindrical shape, delimited by the covering shell 18.
[0031] The covering shell 18 forming the base 15 of the housing 12 further comprises, according to the example illustrated, two elastic fitting tabs 24 (“elastic fitting” or “clipping”) arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis A18 of the covering shell 18. Each elastic fitting tab 24 extends from the bottom of the covering shell 18. The two elastic fitting tabs 24 are offset an- regularly around the axis A18 of the covering shell 18 relative to the two ribs 20. Each elastic fitting tab 24 comprises an elastically flexible tab extending from the bottom of the covering shell 18 and a rigid protruding relief, at the free end of the flexible tab. Here, the elastic fitting tabs 24 are integral with the covering shell 18. Alternatively, the elastic fitting tabs 24 are attached to the inside of the covering shell 18.
[0032] As can be seen in [Fig. 2], the base 15 is shaped to receive a cosmetic product refill 14 as illustrated in [Fig. 4]. The cosmetic product refill 14 comprises in particular a reservoir 28 of a shape adapted to be received in the housing 22 in the base 15. The reservoir 28 is for example of a section complementary to the section of the housing 22 in the base 15, but of shorter length. Here, the reservoir 28 is generally cylindrical in shape.
[0033] The reservoir 28 also has on its radially external surface, two grooves 30 extending mainly in the direction of the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. The two grooves 30 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Each groove 30 here extends over only a portion of the height of the reservoir 28, measured in the direction of the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill. For example, each groove 30 extends over at least half, preferably at least two-thirds, of the length of the reservoir 28, from the bottom of the reservoir 28 intended to be received in the bottom of the housing 22 in the covering shell 18.
[0034] Each groove 30 has, in the vicinity of the bottom of the reservoir 28, a flared outlet 32.
[0035] The bottom of the reservoir 28 forms a stud 34, here cylindrical, with axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. A circular groove 36 is formed on the stud 34.
[0036] Each groove 30 is adapted to receive a rib 20 inside the housing 22 in the base 15 to guide the insertion of the reservoir 28 into the housing 22 in the base 15. The flared outlet 32 of the grooves 30 thus facilitates the insertion of the ribs 20 into the grooves 30. The reservoir 28 is fixed in the housing 22 by elastic fitting of the elastic fitting tabs 24 with the stud 34 on the reservoir 28. More precisely, the elastic fitting tabs 24 are deformed upon insertion of the reservoir 28 until the projecting reliefs of the elastic fitting tabs 24 are received in the circular groove 36 formed on the stud 34. In this position of the reservoir 28 in the housing 22, the reception of the ribs 20 inside the grooves 30 make it possible to limit or even prevent a relative rotational movement of the reservoir 28 with respect to the base 15, around the axis A15 of the base 15.
[0037] The reservoir 28 has an outlet 38, opposite the bottom of the reservoir, at the end of a neck 40. The neck 40 has a thread 42. The thread 42 here extends in a helix around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Thus, the axis of the thread 42 here corresponds to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Two lugs 44 are on the front surface of the reservoir 28, substantially normal to the direction of the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14, surrounding the neck 40. The two lugs 44 project from the front surface of the reservoir 28 surrounding the neck 40, in the direction of the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14.
[0038] The cosmetic product refill 14 also comprises a cap 46 for closing the reservoir 28. Here, the cap 46 is formed of two parts fixed together: - a sleeve 48 having a thread 50 to be screwed onto the thread 42 of the neck 40 of the reservoir 28. Thus, the thread 50 extends in a helix around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. In other words, the axis of the thread 50 here corresponds to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14; and - a plug head 52 closing an upper end of the sleeve 48, oriented opposite the reservoir 28. As can be seen in particular in [Fig. 6], the cap head 52 is here fixed to the sleeve 48 by elastic fitting. More precisely, here, beads 54 on the cap head 52 are elastically fitted into complementary recesses 56 on the sleeve 48. Advantageously, the cap head 52 is fixed to the sleeve 48 in such a way that these two elements are integral in rotation about the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. To do this, the elastic fitting reliefs of the cap head 52 and the sleeve 48 can cooperate in such a way as to limit or even prevent a relative rotation of the sleeve 48 with respect to the cap head 52.In particular, the recesses 56 may be of reduced dimensions in an orthoradial direction relative to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill, the recesses 56 being delimited, in the orthoradial direction, by longitudinal walls extending in radial planes relative to the axis A14, capable of forming stops for the beads 54 in order to limit or even prevent a relative rotation of the sleeve 48 relative to the cap head 52, around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14.
[0039] As illustrated in [Fig. 5], the cap head 52 is here secured to a cosmetic product application element 55. The application element 55 is connected to the cap head 52 by a rod 57 such that the application element 55 plunges into the reservoir 28 when the cap 46 is screwed onto the neck 40 of the reservoir 28. The rod 57 here extends along the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. The rod 57 may be made of the same material as the cap head 52. The rod 57 may then form a housing 58 for receiving the application element 55, at its end opposite the cap head 52.
[0040] The application element 55, the rod 57 and the cap 46 thus form a device for applying the cosmetic product.
[0041] The application element 55 is for example a brush, in particular a mascara brush, where appropriate, a paintbrush, or any other application element accessible to those skilled in the art.
[0042] Furthermore, the cosmetic product refill 14 comprises a sleeve 60 extending around the cap 46. The sleeve 60 is here of generally cylindrical shape, with a circular section. The sleeve 60 is mounted to rotate freely around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14 relative to the cap 46. In other words, the sleeve 60 and the cap 46 are not integral in rotation around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Thus, a rotation of the sleeve 60 relative to the reservoir 28, around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14, is not transmitted to the cap 46, in particular to the sleeve 48.
[0043] Here, the cap 46 comprises at each longitudinal end or in the vicinity of each longitudinal end, a rim 62, 64, projecting radially. Each rim 62, 64, of the cap 46 is received in a complementary recess 66, 68 formed at a respective outlet of the sleeve 60. Thus, the sleeve 60 can be slightly axially movable, along the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14, relative to the cap 46. However, the movement of the sleeve 60 relative to the cap 46, along the axis A14, is limited, or even, preferably, prevented, by the reception of the rims 62, 64 of the cap 46, in the complementary recesses 66, 68 of the sleeve 60.
[0044] Finally, the cap 46 has a relief 70 on its front surface 46f, perpendicular to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Here, the relief 70 is hollow, in the form of a housing 72 in the cap head 52. The housing 72 is here of generally cylindrical shape, with axis the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14. However, the housing 72 is here of non-circular section. According to the example shown, the housing 72 is of polygonal section, in particular rectangular, preferably with rounded corners, as is notably visible in [Fig.7].
[0045] As can be seen in particular in [Fig.6] or in [Fig.7], bulges 74 extending mainly perpendicular to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14 are formed in the housing 72, in particular on at least two opposite walls 76 of the housing 72. Here, three bulges 74 are projecting in the housing 72. Two bulges 74i are on the walls 76i, the longest of the housing 72, offset from the middle of these walls 76i. The third bulge 742 is on a shorter wall 762 of the housing 72, centered in the middle relative to this shorter wall 762.
[0046] As seen in [Fig.4], in particular, a decorative ring 78 may be provided. between the covering shell 18 and the reservoir 28 of the cosmetic product refill 14. The decorative ring 78 may in particular be mounted at the outlet of the housing 22 in the covering shell 18. For example, the decorative ring 78 is received, at least partially, in a shoulder complementary to the outlet of the housing 22 in the covering shell 18. The decorative ring 78 may furthermore be elastically fitted onto the reservoir 28 of the cosmetic product refill 14. The decorative ring 78 may in particular limit the opening of the covering shell 18. Alternatively or in addition, the decorative ring 78 facilitates or improves the fixing of the reservoir 28 of the cosmetic product refill 14 in the covering shell 18.
[0047] Finally, the cover 16 of the packaging and application device 10 is shaped to be fixed on the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14, so as to allow the opening of the cosmetic product refill 14.
[0048] To do this, the cover 16 includes a relief 80 complementary to the relief 70 of the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Thus, the relief 80 on the cover 16 is a projecting relief, of generally cylindrical shape, here with a substantially rectangular cross-section with rounded corners. The relief 80 on the cover 16 extends along the axis A16 of the cover 16, intended to correspond to the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14 when the cover 16 is fixed on the cosmetic product refill 14. Beads 82 are formed on the surface of the relief 80 which are intended to cooperate with the beads 74 in the housing 72, in particular by elastic fitting, in order to fix the cover 16 on the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14.
[0049] In order to facilitate the manufacture of the cover 16, it is made, according to the example illustrated, in two pieces, fixed together. A first piece 84 is here a cylindrical shell, of axis the axis A16 of the cover 16, inside which a wall 86 perpendicular to the axis A16 of the cover 16 delimits two housings 88, 90: - a first housing 88 intended to be oriented towards the cosmetic product refill 14; and - a second housing 90, opposite the first housing 88. The relief 80 thus extends, according to the example illustrated, from the wall 86, projecting into the first housing 88. The first housing 88 is shaped to receive the cap 46 and the sleeve 60 of the cosmetic product refill 14, when the cover 16 is fixed on the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14 and, preferably, when the cosmetic product refill 14 is fixed in the base 15. In this position, the shell 84 is preferably in contact with the front surface of the base 15, around the opening of the housing 22. When the cover 16 is mounted on the reservoir 28, the sleeve 60 is interposed between the cover 16 and the cap 46. Thus, the sleeve 60 circumferentially covers the cap 46 and is circumferentially covered by the cover 16. Furthermore, according to the illustrated example, the sleeve 60 does not extend, in the direction of the extension axis A10 of the packaging and application device 10, over substantially the entire height of the cap 46 outside the neck 40. If the cap 46, when received on the reservoir 28, projects from the sleeve 60 in the direction of the extension axis A10 of the packaging and application device 10, it is over a length that does not allow the cap 46 to be grasped or, at the very least, makes it difficult for a user to grasp the cap 46. For example, in this position of the cap 46 closing the reservoir 28, the cap 46 projects from the sleeve 60, over a height of less than 5 mm, preferably less than 2 mm, more preferably 1 mm. It is noted here that the plug 46 may protrude from the socket at each of the longitudinal ends of the socket 60.In this case, the values indicated above are understood to be the projection of the plug at each longitudinal end of the sleeve 60, and, preferably, the sum of the projections of the plug 46 at the two longitudinal ends of the sleeve 60.
[0050] The first housing 88 has for example a height, measured along the axis A16 of the cover 16, less than 2 cm, preferably less than 1.5 cm and more preferably less than 1 cm. The second housing 90 has for example a height greater than 2 cm, preferably greater than 2.5 cm, more preferably greater than 3 cm. It is noted here that the cumulative height of the first and second housings 88, 90 corresponds substantially to the length of a gripping zone by a user, allowing the application element 55 to be manipulated. However, it is preferred to produce a first housing 88 whose height is as low as possible, in particular to limit the length of the rod 57 which can impair the precision of the manipulation of the application element 55.
[0051] The second housing 90 is closed by a pad 92 attached to the first part 84 of the cover 16. For example, the pad 92 is elastically fitted onto the first part 84 of the cover 16 or force-fitted into the second housing 90.
[0052] As can be seen in particular from [Fig. 6], the cosmetic product refill 14 can hardly be used without the housing 12 of the cosmetic product packaging and application device. Indeed, a rotation of the sleeve 60 relative to the reservoir 28 around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14 is not transmitted to the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14. Furthermore, the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14 is only accessible via the upper front surface of the cap 46 - here of the cap head 52. The transmission of a torque to the cap 46 is then particularly difficult, without the cover 16 and its relief 80 complementary to the relief 70 of the cap 46.
[0053] On the other hand, once the cover 16 is fixed on the plug 46, by elastically fitting the relief 80 of the cover 16 on or in the relief 70, 72 of the cap 46, a rotation of the cap 46 relative to the reservoir 28 can be controlled by pivoting the cover 16 relative to the base 15, the reservoir 28 of the cosmetic product refill 14 being secured in rotation with the base 15 by receiving the ribs 20 in the grooves 30.
[0054] As illustrated by the arrow F in [Fig.9], the cap 46, integral with the cover 16, can then be screwed onto the neck 40 of the reservoir 28 (in [Fig.9], the cover 16 is not shown). As can be seen in this [Fig.9], the cap 46, here the sleeve 48 of the cap 46, has notches 94 intended to receive the lugs 44 on the front surface of the reservoir 28. The notches 94 are here adjacent to orthoradial ramps 96. The notches 94 advantageously form stops at the end of screwing the cap 46 onto the reservoir 28. The ramps 96 and the lugs 44 - which here have ramps 98 complementary to the ramps 96 on the cap 46 - cooperate to allow the lugs 44 to be received, each in a respective notch 94. The notches 94 also form a resistance at the start of unscrewing the cap 46 (when the cap is pivoted in the direction opposite to the arrow F).In practice, the notches 94 form stops for the lugs 44, which can be lifted by forcing the cap 46. The ramps 98 on the lugs 44 cooperating with the wall of the notches 94 in fact offer significantly reduced resistance in the direction of unscrewing the cap 46 compared to the resistance offered by cooperation of the lugs 44 with the ramps 96 on the cap 46, in the direction of screwing F of the cap 46.
[0055] Furthermore, to remove the cosmetic product refill 14 from the housing 12, it is sufficient to uncouple the reservoir 28 from the covering shell 18 and the cover 16 from the cap 46. This can be achieved by exerting traction in the direction of the axis A18 of the covering shell 18, sufficient to cause deformation of the elastic fitting tabs 24. Thus, the traction force to be provided is non-zero, to avoid untimely elastic uncoupling of the reservoir 28 relative to the covering shell 18, but remains limited so that it can be provided by a user with bare hands, without the need for special tools.
[0056] [Fig. 10] illustrates a variant of the packaging device 10 described previously.
[0057] Thus, unlike the first example described, in this second example illustrated in [Fig. 10], the plug 46 is made in a single piece. In other words, here, the sleeve 48 and the plug head 52 are made in one piece or in one piece.
[0058] Furthermore, in the example of [Fig. 10], the cap 46 is not secured to an application element 55 via a rod 57. Here, in fact, the packaging and application device is devoid of any device for dispensing or applying the cosmetic product. Here, the cap 46, in particular the cap head 52, plunges by entially in the neck 40 of the tank to tightly close the tank, a seal being provided between the neck 40 and the cap 46, in particular the cap head 52. Alternatively, the cap 46, in particular the cap head 52, does not penetrate inside the neck 40 of the tank 28 but comes to bear on the neck 40 to ensure the tight closure of the tank 28, a seal preferably being interposed between the cap 46, in particular the cap head 52, and the neck 40.
[0059] Also, in the first example described, the reliefs 70, 72, 80 of the cap 46 and the cover 48 are cylindrical, of non-circular section, and extend along an axis corresponding to the axis A14 of the thread 42 on the neck 40 of the reservoir 28 and of the tapping 50 on the sleeve 48 of the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill. Alternatively, however, as illustrated in [Fig. 10], the reliefs 70, 72, 80 may extend along different axes relative to the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50, but preferably parallel to the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50, as long as the cooperation of the reliefs 70, 72, 80 makes the cover 16 and the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14 integral in rotation around the axis A14 of the thread 42 and the tapping 50. The reliefs 70, 72, 80 may in particular extend along axes offset relative to the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50.For example, the cover 16 may comprise two or more reliefs 70, 72, offset relative to the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50, cooperating with two or more reliefs 80 of the plug 46. For example, the reliefs 70, 72 are equally distributed angularly around the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50, equidistant from the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50. In the case where the reliefs 70, 72, 80 do not extend along the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50, these reliefs 70, 72, 80 may be cylindrical with any cross-section, even circular. The reliefs 70, 72, 80 are preferably symmetrical in pairs, relative to the axis of the thread 42 and the tapping 50.
[0060] The present invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described, but is on the contrary susceptible of numerous variants accessible to those skilled in the art.
[0061] Thus, in the examples described, the relief(s) 72 on the cap 46 is / are hollow and the relief(s) 80 on the cover 16 is / are protruding. A symmetrical assembly is however conceivable, with one or more protruding reliefs 70 on the cap 46 and one or more complementary hollow reliefs 80 in the cover 16. In this case, however, it appears easier to implement the cosmetic product refill 24 without first mounting it in the housing 12 of the packaging device 10. For example, it appears possible in this case to grasp the protruding relief 70 of the cap, for example by means of pliers, to pivot the cap 46 relative to the reservoir 28 around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14.
[0062] Finally, in the first example illustrated, the packaging device 10 is also adapted to allow the application of the cosmetic product, in that it incorporates an applicator element 55 of the cosmetic product, here provided in the cosmetic product refill 14. According to a first alternative, the applicator element 55 may not be part of the cosmetic product refill 14. According to another variant, illustrated in [Fig. 10], the packaging device 10 is devoid of an applicator element. The packaging device 10 may then comprise a device for dispensing the cosmetic product, such as a pump or a pipette, for example. Alternatively, however, as illustrated in [Fig. 10], the packaging device 10 is devoid of any element for applying or dispensing the cosmetic product.
