Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: CENTRALIZED HEAD BALE HARVESTER
[0001] The invention relates to a self-propelled agricultural machine, constituting a new harvester, bringing a total change in harvesting, with new, little-known, but very important advantages, mainly intended for harvesting wheat, for the very good quality of harvest that it provides, eliminating several disadvantages of current harvests, and allowing natural conservation solutions, hitherto unexploited, improving the quality of the grain, after the harvest, having an impact on the quality of the flour, with optimum and exceptional long-term grain conservation, adding a security of forecasts, for the following years, available permanently, according to the needs with this harvester, no more dust in the grain, and the coating, no more lost broken grains, recovered for animal consumption, nowadays thousands of tons are lost,no more unwanted seeds re-sown throughout the field, no more risk of rapid heating of the piled up grains just harvested.
[0002] This new harvester consists of: a self-propelled unit in a single block, comprising: tractor and mechanics (13), harvester with three cutting bars (1), (2), and (3), and a harvest winder (22), producing large round bales, or even very large ones, adapted according to the farming areas, having the particularity of winding the ears inside, in the center of the bale, offering the opportunity, and the ease of making reserves of grain, by storing it, and improving it naturally, for one or more years, (4 to 5 years personally observed), but which can be longer, packaged in large bales, (easy to handle with a tractor with appropriate power), reproducing, and improving a lot, in a modern and rapid way, the stackers of yesteryear, (system well known to old farmers, for the qualities grain improvements), the grain in its husk, the ears rolled up,and imprisoned without air or light, in their straw in the center of the bale, serving as insulation and natural air conditioner, allows original drying as in a gerbier, (see even much better), maintaining a constant climate, with astonishing conservation of the grain, preserved in very good quality, improved, clean without dust, very well ventilated during threshing, without risk of loss, always keeping intact its good smell of wheat, even after several years, particularly intended for baker's flour, with perfect conservation of the grains for at least five years, opening the way to new advantages, nourishing, commercial and seed.
[0003] All cereal growers can try this out in the next harvests, all breeders still have round bale winders, it is enough to make two ends of windrows using old methods, with the ears in the center, face to face and touching, and to make a few bales, which they can then open, one every year, and judge for themselves the result, of the grains recovered by fixed threshing, on demand, with a readapted thresher, requiring only two employees, and their tractors, a supplier, and another to clear the threshed straw into new bales.
[0004] This harvester, easily made by professionals,
