Description

Title of the invention: ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING A HOLDING CLAMP OF AT LEAST ONE PIPELINE AND ONE BATTERY AND ASSOCIATED METHODS

[0001] The invention relates to the field of electric or hybrid motor vehicles, and more particularly to the maintenance of the pipes and the battery of these vehicles.

[0002] Known from the prior art is a patent application CN212745339U describing a pipe connection assembly for a cooling system of a vehicle battery. The described assembly improves the practicality of installing and removing said pipes despite a reduced layout space. The assembly comprises in particular a pipe and a clamping piece. The clamping piece comprises a steel plate whose two lateral ends are connected in order to accommodate said pipe. The clamping piece is connected to the pipe so that the clamping piece can cooperate with the battery. However, drawbacks remain. Indeed, the described invention makes it easier to remove the pipe when removing the battery. However, it is impossible to remove the battery independently of the pipe.To replace the battery, for example, particularly in the event of damage to the battery, it is therefore necessary to remove the entire cooling system pipe connection assembly.

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks by proposing a clamp allowing disassembly independent of the disassembly of the battery and without having to undo the pipes.

[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes an electric or hybrid motor vehicle comprising a running gear whose points of contact with the ground define a base plane defined by a first longitudinal direction corresponding to straight-line driving, and by a second transverse direction orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction and a third vertical direction orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction and to the second transverse direction and is oriented away from the ground, said vehicle comprising a body, a battery, a clamp and at least one pipe, said pipe being held by said clamp, said clamp comprising an opening and at least one point of attachment to said body, and said battery comprises a centering pin, said centering pin being inserted into said opening in order to hold said battery.

[0005] The pipes are held by the clamp independently of the battery. Thanks to the invention, when it is necessary to dismantle the battery, for its replacement for example, the pipe does not need to be dismantled.

[0006] Advantageously, said clamp comprises two fixing points, said centering pin being arranged between the two fixing points.

[0007] In this way, the attachment of the clamp to the box is more solid and therefore more durable.

[0008] Advantageously, said clamp has a parallelepiped shape.

[0009] This configuration is the most suitable for the placement of the fixing points and the centering pin.

[0010] Advantageously, the at least one pipe is arranged parallel to the length of said clamp.

[0011] This configuration allows the pipeline to be guided in the longitudinal direction in the first direction, while optimizing space.

[0012] Preferably, said clamp has a length of between 3 cm and 7 cm.

[0013] This length allows the placement of the fixing points and the centering pin, while while remaining restricted so as not to have to reduce the dimensions of the battery to create space.

[0014] Advantageously, said clamp has a width of between 2 cm and 5 cm.

[0015] This allows the arrangement of the clamp in a confined space without having to change the configuration of the vehicle.

[0016] Preferably, said centering pin has a height of between 1 cm and 4 cm in the third direction.

[0017] This height is suitable for inserting said centering pin into the clamp.

[0018] Advantageously, said clamp has a height strictly less than 4 cm. according to the third direction.

[0019] In this way, said centering pin can be completely inserted into said clamp. In addition, this allows optimization of the vertical space within said vehicle.

[0020] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for installing at least one pipe of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle previously described, said method comprising the following steps: - a step of inserting said centering pin into said clamp, said centering pin passing through said opening; - a step of installing said at least one pipe in said clamp; - a step of fixing said clamp on said body by at least one fixing point.

[0021] The invention also relates to a method for dismantling a battery of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle previously described, said method comprising a step of removing said centering pin to extract said battery from said vehicle, said clamp remaining attached to said body.

[0022] The invention will be further detailed by the description of non-limiting embodiments, and on the basis of the appended figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig.l] schematically illustrates, in side view, a clamp fixed to a body and to a battery of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to a first embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates a cross-section in top view of a clamp holding two pipes of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to a second embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.3] illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a method of installing a pipeline for an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to the invention.

[0023] [Fig.l] schematically illustrates, in side view, a clamp 3 intended for an electric or hybrid motor vehicle 100, according to a first embodiment of the invention. The clamp 3 is of parallelepiped shape. A pipe 4 is held in the longitudinal direction in the first direction X. The pipe 4 is configured to guide a liquid necessary for the operation of said vehicle 100. For example, the pipe 4 contains water or brake fluid. The clamp 3 is fixed to a body 1 of the vehicle 100 by two fixing points 6 arranged at the front and at the rear of the clamp 3 in the first direction X, on the top of said clamp 3 in the third direction Z. The body 1 is a structure ensuring the rigidity of said vehicle 100 while protecting all of the elements making up said vehicle 100. The clamp 3 is therefore located below said body 1 in the third direction Z.Below said clamp 3 is arranged a battery 2 in the third direction Z. The battery 2 is a set of electrical accumulators connected together. Each accumulator comprises electrolytes capable of transporting an electrical charge by a movement of ions between the anode and the cathode. In this way, the battery 2 stores the electrical energy in the form of chemical energy. When the electric or hybrid motor vehicle 100 is in working order, the electrical energy is restored in the form of direct current. The battery 2 comprises a centering pin 7. The centering pin 7 is positioned above said battery 2. The centering pin 7 is configured to be inserted through an opening 5 allowing said clamp 3 to pass through in the third direction Z, upwards. The pipe 4 is arranged next to said centering pin 7 in the second transverse direction Y, without passing through it.At the time of manufacture of said vehicle 100, the clamp 3 is fixed on said body 1 by said fixing points 6, then the battery 2 is added by inserting said centering pin 7 into said clamp 3. When the battery 2 must be . disassembled, for replacement for example in the case of a defective battery, it is not necessary to remove the clamp 3. Consequently, the pipe 4 remains in place, still held by said clamp 3, and the liquid it contains is still transported to the element of the vehicle 100 for which it is intended. The centering pin 7 allows the independent movement of the battery 2 relative to the clamp 3 and to the pipe 4 that it holds. For example, when said pipe 4 contains brake fluid, the braking system of the vehicle 100 is not impacted when disassembling said battery 2 because said pipe 4 remains in place, held by said clamp 3 which is then no longer crossed at the level of said opening 5 by said centering pin 7.

[0024] The clamp 3 is shown in a cross-sectional view from above in [Fig. 2]. In this second embodiment illustrated in [Fig. 2], said clamp 3 is responsible for holding two pipes 4 arranged on either side of said centering pin 7 in the second transverse direction Y. Each pipe can transport a different liquid, thus supplying two separate systems. Two fixing points 6 are illustrated on either side of said centering pin 7 in the longitudinal direction in the first direction X.

[0025] [Fig. 3] schematically illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a method for installing a pipe of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to the invention. During an insertion step E1, the centering pin of the battery is inserted into said clamp by passing through said opening located opposite the ground in the third vertical direction Z. The battery is then fixed to said clamp. During an installation step E2, said at least one pipe is arranged in said clamp so that said pipe is held by said clamp. During a fixing step E3, said clamp, which holds the pipe and the battery, is fixed to said body at said at least one fixing point. The clamp is then configured as illustrated in [Fig. 1].

[0026] Furthermore, the invention also relates to a method for dismantling a battery from an electric or hybrid motor vehicle. To remove said battery from the vehicle, the centering pin is removed from said clamp. In the first embodiment illustrated in [Fig.l], said centering pin, and consequently, said battery is pulled towards the ground in the third vertical direction Z. Thus, the battery is released while said clamp is still attached to said body. The pipe does not need to be removed from said clamp. The battery can then be replaced with a new battery.
