[0010] Such an angular rotation conditions on the one hand when the door is completely open a translation of the profile which moves away from the axis of rotation, so that the flat part parallel to the plate almost completely closes the bottom of the drawer thus preventing an attempt at removal without passing through the sliding ramp, and on the other hand when the door is completely closed a translation of the profile RG2 in the direction of the axis of rotation AX3, which reduces the projection of the sliding plate in the bin, thus making it possible to reduce the total height of the shelter bin accordingly, in order to be able to lower the maximum removal height authorized for people with reduced mobility below 1300 mm.

[0015] According to a preferred embodiment, the device according to the invention is a shelter bin designed to contain a B bin of at least 660 liters, standardized capacity, while respecting the PMR (Person with Reduced Mobility) standards for depositing waste in a shelter bin which specify that the maximum height for depositing waste is 1300mm.
[0016] Our shelter consists of a rectangular box in the lower part equipped with two doors, two sides and a back wall in order to accommodate a bin of at least 660 liters.
[0017] In the upper part, a roof most often made of lacquered steel sheet is equipped with a garbage chute type hatch.
[0018] This hatch allows the disposal of waste most often contained in plastic bags.
[0019] This hatch is either directly accessible or arranged to be provided with access control.
[0020] The difficulty lies in producing a shelter A for a bin of at least 660 litres, or even 770 litres, whose height characteristics are compatible with the standard in force which provides for a maximum height of 1300 mm for operating the opening and closing of the hatch and depositing waste.
[0021] The box C is made up of four vertical uprights which are connected in the lower part to horizontal crosspieces, by four support brackets, forming the lower horizontal frame placed on the ground and in the upper part to horizontal crosspieces, also by four support brackets E1, E2, E3, E4, forming the upper horizontal frame CH.
[0022] The four retaining brackets in the upper part each have a projecting part of the upper horizontal frame comprising a cylindrical orifice 01, 02, 03, 04.
[0023] The cylindrical orifices 01, 02, 03, 04 are articulated two by two 01, 02, and 03, 04 on a horizontal axis parallel to the vertical plane of the doors PI, P2, for access to the tank in the position of the doors PI, P2, closed and arranged above the upper horizontal frame.
[0024] One of the two axes, AX1, is located directly opposite the vertical plane formed by the two doors PI, P2, providing access to the bin and beyond these outside the box C of the shelter A.
[0025] The other axis, AX2, is located on the opposite side of the doors PI, P2, opposite the back wall PA and beyond it outside the box C of the shelter.
[0026] The top of the box C is closed by the roof T which has, directly opposite each orifice, 01, 02, 03, 04 a lock VI, V2, V3, V4 identical and fixed to the roof.
[0027] Each lock, VI, V2, V3, V4, consists of an angular plate PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4 which allows the fixing of each lock on the roof respectively opposite the cylindrical orifices 01, 02, 03, 04.
[0028] Each plate PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4 is crossed by a cylindrical journal T1, T2, T3, T4, which cooperates respectively with the cylindrical orifices 01, 02, 03, 04.
[0029] Each plate PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4 has a lever L1, L2, L3, L4 each associated respectively with the pins T1, T2, T3, T4.
[0030] The manual operation of each lever L1, L2, L3, L4 allows a translation of each associated journal T1, T2, T3 or T4.
[0031] The unlocking of two pins which cooperate with two associated orifices is necessary and sufficient to generate an articulation on the two other orifices associated with the two other pins.
[0032] This unlocking allows the roof T to be raised either on the axis AX1 or on the axis AX2 depending on the unlocked locks, these are most often the locks which are opposite the access doors to the bin in order to allow the collection of waste by a collector.
[0033] A complete release of the four locks allows manual rotation of the roof T by simple lifting and pivoting.
[0034] The unlocking of two pins allows the roof to be lifted manually, manual lifting which is made easier by the action of a compression spring RI, R2, arranged on each side of the box substantially at the center of gravity of the roof T.
[0035] The waste disposal hatch consists of a casing which ends towards the front with a door P which, when open, allows access to the housing in which waste is to be deposited.
[0036] This housing is called here TV drawer of the garbage chute type.
[0037] This TV drawer is articulated around an axis of rotation AX3, horizontal and parallel to the plane of the doors PI, P2 in the closed doors position.
[0038] This drawer includes a door continued on the inside of the hatch by a sliding ramp RG which, as its name indicates, allows a bag of waste to slide when the door is closed, a bag of waste which then falls by gravity into the bin provided for this purpose.
[0039] The sliding ramp RG is composed of a first sliding ramp RG1 and a second sliding ramp RG2 parallel to and in the extension of RG1.
[0040] The first sliding ramp RG1 is composed of a first flat part PP1 fixed angularly relative to the door P and directed towards the bottom of the shelter A.
[0041] Flat part PP1 bordered on each side by a return perpendicular to the plane of the door, CGI, CG2.
[0042] The second sliding ramp RG2 comprises a flat part PP2 bordered on each side by a return perpendicular to the plane of the door, CG3, CG4.
[0043] This ramp RG2 is arranged directly opposite the ramp RG1, parallel to it and provided with means for maintaining its position in translation relative to the ramp RG1.
[0044] At least one part EA is fixed protruding on at least one side CG3.
[0045] A vertical wall PL fixed relative to the hatch casing and directly opposite the side is machined with an angular light LA capable of guiding the part EA whose two surfaces opposite each other SOI, SO2 cooperate respectively with the two slices TL1, TL2 of the angular light LA.
[0046] During the manual opening stroke of the door P, the contact of at least one surface SOI or SO2 with one of the two slices TL1 or TL2 of the angular lumen LA causes the second ramp RG2 to slide in such a way that it slides parallel to RG1, in the opposite direction to the axis AX3, in order to offer the largest possible surface area to the ramp RG when the door is fully open, almost completely closing the bottom of the drawer TV, thus preventing any fraudulent bag depositing with the exception of the bag for which the drawer TV has been calibrated.
[0047] The opening and closing of the door P is carried out manually by gripping a handle.
[0048] For less effort, it is necessary to position the handle as far as possible from the axis AX3 of rotation of the door P, namely at the very top of the latter, out of reach for a person in a wheelchair.
[0049] To enable use by people with reduced mobility, particularly in wheelchairs, we have made the first part of the handle in the shape of a U, the end of the branches of the U, Ul, U2 of which are fixed to the door, the base of the U, U3 being arranged horizontally.
[0050] The base U3 is extended on either side of the branches Ul and U2 by a cylindrical part UC1, UC2.
[0051] The second part of the handle is also in the form of a U, the end of the two branches UP1, UP2 of which each ends in a cylindrical orifice which cooperates respectively with the cylindrical parts UC1 and UC2 to form two articulations around the same axis AX4.
[0052] The base UP3 of the second part of the handle is horizontal and its position is linked to the length of the branches UP1 and UP2, a calibrated length of these allows the door to be opened by a person in a wheelchair at a height of less than 1300mm.
[0053] The construction of our shelter thus achieved allows a height of waste deposit in the TV drawer also lower than 1300mm, which was what was needed.
[0054] We have thus described a device according to the invention.
[0055] Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and shown which has been given only as an example.
[0056] The invention includes all technical equivalents of the means described as well as their combinations, if these are executed according to its spirit and implemented within the framework of the following claims.
