Description

Title of the invention: CROSS-PATH SYSTEM INTENDED TO BE INSTALLED IN A BUILDING TO ENSURE THE PASSAGE OF A CONDUIT BETWEEN TWO FLOORS Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to a through system which is intended to be installed in a ceiling separating two floors of a building in order to reserve a volume for the subsequent passage of elements such as a duct, a conduit, in particular a chimney, etc. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART

[0002] When constructing certain buildings, it is necessary to provide passages between floors, in particular, for houses in order to allow the subsequent installation of elements between floors such as a chimney flue to connect a combustion appliance with an external chimney.

[0003] The techniques currently implemented are not optimal and it is necessary to propose a system which facilitates the work of the manufacturer and subsequently of the installer of the conduit. Statement of the invention

[0004] An object of the present invention is to propose a crossing system which is intended to be installed at the level of a ceiling separating two floors of a building.

[0005] For this purpose, a through system is proposed intended to be installed in a ceiling of a building, the through system comprising:

[0006] - a chest having a bottom pierced with a window and side walls integral with the background and delimiting with the latter an interior volume,

[0007] - a hollow cylinder, having a distal end and a proximal end which is secured to the bottom around the window and where the cylinder is arranged on the other side of the bottom relative to the side walls, and

[0008] - at least one plate housed in the interior volume.

[0009] Advantageously, the cylinder consists of a first sub-cylinder comprising the proximal end and a second sub-cylinder comprising the distal end and mounted telescopically relative to the first sub-cylinder.

[0010] Advantageously, the through system comprises a seal between the two sub-cylinders.

[0011] Advantageously, each side wall comprises first sections which delimit the interior volume and second sections which are foldable outwards opposite the interior volume.

[0012] Advantageously, the distal end has a rim. Brief description of the drawings

[0013] The above-mentioned features of the invention, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the attached drawings, among which:

[0014] [Fig-1] is a perspective view of a crossing system according to the invention,

[0015] [Fig.2] is a bottom view of the crossing system according to the invention when it is put into operation. in place, and

[0016] [Fig.3] is a top view of the crossing system according to the invention during its installation.

[0017] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0018] [Fig. 1] shows a through system 100 according to the invention and Figs. 2 and 3 show the through system 100 installed in a ceiling 202 of a building 200. The through system 100 is preferably made from shaped metal sheets.

[0019] The ceiling 202 is horizontal and separates two floors of the building 200 and as explained below, the crossing system 100 makes it possible to reserve a passage volume for example for chimney flues.

[0020] The crossing system 100 comprises a box 102 which is hollow and which has a bottom 102a which is arranged horizontally when the crossing system 100 is in the position of use. The bottom 102a is pierced with a window 104 in particular circular.

[0021] The trunk 102 also comprises side walls 102b-e which are integral with the bottom 102a and delimit with the latter an interior volume 106 which is above the bottom 102a when the crossing system 100 is in the position of use. The side walls 102b-e thus extend vertically from the bottom 102a and upwards relative to the bottom 102a.

[0022] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the bottom 102a is rectangular and there are four side walls 102b-e, namely one per side of the bottom 102a.

[0023] The box 102 also comprises a cylinder 108 which is hollow. The cylinder 108 has a distal end and a proximal end. The proximal end is integral with the bottom 102a and extends around the window 104 to delimit with the window 104, a channel through which elements, such as a conduit, can be passed. The cylinder 108 is further arranged on the other side of the bottom 102a relative to the side walls 102b-e, that is to say below the bottom 102a. The axis of the cylinder 108 is generally vertical when the through-system 100 is in the use position.

[0024] The trunk 102 also comprises at least one plate 110 which is housed in the interior volume 106 to fill it and cover the window 104. The plate(s) 110 are for example made of polystyrene.

[0025] During installation, the base 102a is placed on the beams 204 of the ceiling 202. In this method of installation, the diameter of the cylinder 108 is smaller than the dimensions of the base 102a so that the base 102a protrudes from the cylinder 108 and can rest on the beams 204.

[0026] The trunk 102 and the plate(s) 110 are above the beams 204 while the cylinder 108 is below.

[0027] Floor slabs 206 and lattices 208 are arranged on the beams 204 and the floor slabs 206 and around the box 102, and the concrete for the floor of the upper story is then poured onto the floor slabs 206, including the lattices 208. The concrete is poured until the concrete is flush with the upper face 116 of the plate(s) 110, i.e. the face facing upwards opposite the bottom 102a.

[0028] A building plate 210 such as a plasterboard is fixed under the beams 204 and the joists 206 to constitute the ceiling of the lower floor. The cylinder 108 is then hidden above the building plate 210.

[0029] The through system 100 is then invisible and if necessary when a conduit has to be placed between the two floors through the ceiling 202, the plate(s) 110 are removed or cut to reveal the window 104 and the construction plate 210 is then cut inside the cylinder 108 to form a channel passing through the ceiling 202. The plate(s) 110 are thus removable.

[0030] Such a crossing system 100 is thus easy to install and implement if necessary.

[0031] The distal end comes against the construction plate 210 from the top of the latter and to adapt the length of the cylinder 108 to the distance between the beams 204 and the construction plate 210, the cylinder 108 is made up of a first sub-cylinder 108a comprising the proximal end and therefore integral with the bottom 102a and a second sub-cylinder 108b comprising the distal end and mounted telescopically relative to the first sub-cylinder 108a. According to a particular embodiment, the second sub-cylinder 108b is slidably mounted inside the first sub-cylinder 108a.

[0032] To achieve sealing between the sub-cylinders 108a-b, the cylinder 108 comprises a seal, in particular a lip seal, which is arranged between the two sub-cylinders 108a-b. In the embodiment proposed here, the seal is mounted around the second sub-cylinder 108b and inside the first sub-cylinder 108a.

[0033] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 1], each side wall 102b-e is divided into several elements, and thus comprises first sections 112a which delimit the interior volume 106 and second sections 112b which are foldable outwards away from the interior volume 106.

[0034] The first sections 112a are thus relatively long in the horizontal direction and are integral with the bottom 102a.

[0035] The second sections 112b are relatively short in the horizontal direction and are also integral with the bottom 102a.

[0036] According to a particular embodiment, the first sections 112a and the second sections 112b are produced by cutting out a single plate.

[0037] The second sections 112b are thus foldable towards the outside of the box 102 as shown in [Fig.l], where certain second sections 112b have been folded. These second sections 112b thus form tabs which will be embedded in the concrete when it is poured, thus ensuring the locking in position of the crossing system 100 when it is in the position of use.

[0038] According to a particular embodiment, the distal end has a rim 114 which makes it possible to fix the construction plate 210 to the cylinder 108 and more particularly to the second sub-cylinder 108b, for example using fixing screws.

[0039] The rim 114 extends horizontally (parallel to the bottom 102a) on the outside of the periphery of the cylinder 108.
