Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: "Door lock in the open position"
[0001] The present invention is a device for locking a door in the open door position.
[0002] There are many door stops in the open position, including patent WO2011 / 058251Al, also EP 2253788A1.
[0003] These devices are complex and do not correspond to our problem which consists of obtaining a simple and inexpensive blocking and unblocking
[0004] The device according to the invention is a mechanism for locking in the open position an opening leaf having a frame in which a leaf is hinged on a vertical axis, leaf characterized in that its rotation around its axis is mechanically stopped by a locking means when the leaf pivots in opening to a predetermined angular position and in that the unlocking of said leaf is carried out by a manual unlocking means capable of allowing its closing.
[0005] Device characterized in that the means for manually locking the leaf P is obtained by a cylindrical slide CL centered vertically on an axis AX, slide CL which circulates in a slide GL provided with holding means on the frame B of the leaf P, slide GL having at least one longitudinal horizontal part GL1 arranged opposite the upper part of the cylindrical slide CL, slide CL articulated directly or by means of a connecting piece provided for this purpose on one of the two ends of a longitudinal segment BL substantially horizontal on the axis AX, longitudinal segment BL whose other end is articulated on the leaf P or on a piece provided for this purpose connected to the leaf on an axis BX, cylindrical slide CL which is provided with a vertical cylindrical journal AV terminated in the upper part by a cylindrical end EX,journal AV provided with a pressure means which keeps the cylindrical end EX in contact with the longitudinal horizontal part GL1, slide CL which translates in the slide GL to the predetermined angular position which coincides with the introduction of the cylindrical end EX into a slot LU of greater dimension than said cylindrical end EX, slot LU machined in said longitudinal horizontal part GL1, action which has the effect of stopping the sliding of the slide GL by immobilizing it in said slot LU and consequently of stopping the travel of the leaf P.,
[0006] Device characterized in that the manual release means is obtained by exerting pressure from top to bottom on the horizontal longitudinal segment BL, pressure transmitted to the slide GL by means of its articulation with the horizontal longitudinal segment BL, pressure which causes the projecting part EX of the slide CL to retract into the slide GL, below the longitudinal horizontal part GL1, pressure maintained until the protruding part EX is no longer opposite the light LU but circulates under the longitudinal horizontal part GL1 of the slide GL.
[0007] Device characterized in that the pressure means is a spring RS arranged on the cylindrical journal AV between the lower part of the cylindrical slide CL or a part provided for this purpose fixed to the cylindrical slide CL such as a washer RH provided for this purpose and fixed in the lower part of the slide CL and a part of the journal AV of larger section comprising a horizontal surface SH on which the spring RS bears, so as to maintain a constant pressure between the slide CL and the slide GL to guarantee the projection of the projecting part EX of the slide CL and its maintenance in the slot LU of the slide G when the slot LU is opposite the protrusion EX.
[0008] Device characterized in that the connecting piece has a double articulation, one around a vertical axis, the other around a horizontal axis in order to thus allow operation of the device whose slide would be raised horizontally, in particular to increase the passage height between the leaf P and the frame B.
[0009] Other objects and advantages of the invention will appear better in the detailed description which follows and which refers to the appended drawings, given solely by way of example. - [Fig. 1] is a perspective showing the open door device - [Fig.2] is a perspective showing part of the device with a cut in the GL slide. - [Fig.3] is a detailed perspective showing the slide CL in section with the spring RS resting between the washer RD and the surface SH. - [Fig.4] is a perspective showing the connecting piece BL with its two articulation axes AX and BX - [Fig.5] is a front view of the CL slide with the machined cylindrical part cut away to show the hidden parts.
[0010] According to an exemplary embodiment, the device according to the invention is a blocking in the open position of a leaf. Useful in many fields in which the access doors are outside, in particular the field of waste, for the doors of shelters subject to bad weather and strong winds.
[0011] In the event of storms or strong winds, shelter doors that are not kept in the open position risk being damaged or causing deterioration of the shelter in the event of violent closing due to the wind.
[0012] The device according to the invention allows the door to be held in the open position as well as simple unlocking to be carried out by the collector.
[0013] According to our embodiment, the device is installed on a leaf P which is articulated on a vertical axis CX with a frame B.
[0014] A horizontal longitudinal slide GL is fixed on the frame B, more precisely on the horizontal lintel of the frame B.
[0015] This GL slide is C-shaped, the open part of the C being directed towards the bottom of the shelter.
[0016] The upper part of the C opposite its opening, GL1 is longitudinal and horizontal.
[0017] A cylindrical slide CL circulates in the slide GL.
[0018] This slide CL consists of a machined cylindrical part in which a vertical cylindrical journal AV is inscribed in vertical translation only between a constricted part PR of the machined cylindrical part of the slide CL and a washer RH fixed on the lower base of the machined cylindrical part of the slide CL.
[0019] The AV journal has a shouldered part PE which comes into opposition with the constricted part PR under the action of a spring RS which grips the AV journal, spring RS one end of which comes into contact in the upper part with a surface SH of the shouldered part PE and its other end, in the lower part with the washer RD.
[0020] The AV journal ends at its upper end with an extruding part EX.
[0021] The AV journal ends at the bottom with a threaded part.
[0022] A connecting arm BL is arranged between the leaf P and the slide CL.
[0023] One of the two ends of the connecting arm BL is articulated with the slide CL around a vertical axis AX, its other end is hinged on the leaf P or a part provided for this purpose fixed on the leaf P around a vertical axis BX.
[0024] The axis AX is common with the axis of the slide CL and the journal AV.
[0025] When the leaf P pivots, it causes the slide CL to circulate in the slide GL.
[0026] The protruding part EX is in permanent contact with the inner surface of the horizontal longitudinal part GL1 of the GL slide.
[0027] The longitudinal part GL1 is machined on its end closest to the axis of rotation CX of the leaf P of a light LU.
[0028] When the leaf P is practically open in the angular position required during its manufacture, the protruding part EX of the slide CL is opposite the light LU. This position causes the light LU to penetrate through the protruding part EX of the journal AV of the slide CL under the action of the spring RS, which has the effect of blocking the travel of the leaf P, both in opening and in closing.
[0029] In order to be able to operate the leaf P again, it is necessary to exert vertical pressure from top to bottom on the connecting arm BL with a force greater than that of the retaining force of the spring RS.
[0030] Such pressure causes the protruding part EX of the slide CL to retract until it comes below the horizontal longitudinal part GL1, which allows the leaf P to pivot.
[0031] We have thus produced a device in accordance with the invention.
[0032] Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described and shown which have been given only as an example.
[0033] The invention includes all technical equivalents of the means described as well as their combinations, if these are executed according to its spirit and implemented within the framework of the following claims.
