PAPER CONTAINER FOR COSMETIC PRODUCTS The invention relates to a paper container for cosmetic products (100) comprising a box (10) made of paper and including a lid (11), a base (13), a flexible folding element (12) connecting the lid (11) and the base (13), a support on an inner surface of the base (13), and at least one compartment on the top of the support, the compartment (17) having a first end element on a first side, a first opening on a second side, and at least one second opening on the top; and at least one storage element (30) movablely disposed within the compartment (17) and comprising at least one receptacle (32) corresponding to the at least one second opening (174), respectively, the receptacle (32) having a through hole (321) through a bottom thereof. [0001] The invention relates to containers for cosmetic products and more particularly to a container for cosmetic products made of paper.

[0002] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] In order to address environmental protection concerns, some manufacturers have replaced the material used to make cosmetic product containers with paper. To close the base of the cosmetic product container with its lid, magnetic parts are placed at corresponding positions on the base and the lid. The attraction of these magnetic parts allows the lid to close the base. However, because the magnetic parts are glued to the base or even embedded within it, removing them from the cosmetic product container for recycling is difficult and even poses sorting and classification problems.

[0004] Furthermore, the base includes an insert containing a cosmetic product, and a through hole communicating with the insert is provided through the base. A person can insert a finger through the through hole to push the insert away from the base in order to replace the insert with a new one or to recycle the insert. However, the appearance of the cosmetic product container is visually unappealing because the through hole is located in the base.

[0033] With reference to Figures 1 to 7, a paper container for cosmetic products 100 according to a first preferred embodiment of the invention comprises the following elements, as detailed below.

[0034] A box 10 is made of paper and comprises a lid 11; a base 13; a flexible folding element (for example, a hinge) 12 connecting the lid 11 and the base 13; a storage compartment 14 disposed on an inner surface of the lid 11 having a second end element 141 on one side, a second opening 142 on the other side opposite the second end element 141, a space 143 in the storage compartment 14, and two recesses 144 at intermediate parts of the second end element 141 and the second opening 142, respectively; a sheet of paper 15 disposed on an inner surface of the flexible folding element 12 and configured to cover folds formed on an inner surface of the box 10 so that the box 10 can be visually appealing; a support 16 disposed on an inner surface of the base 13;and a plurality of compartments 17 on an upper surface of the support 16, the compartment 17 having a space 173, a first end element (for example, a closed end) 171 on one side, a first opening 172 on the other side opposite the first end element 171, and a plurality of second openings 174 on the top. ;

The packaging paper sheet 33 is used to absorb moisture from the air, as the storage element 30 can become saturated with liquid due to moisture absorption. Therefore, the storage element 30 is moisture-resistant. Otherwise, microorganisms could grow in the cosmetic products it contains.

[0038] A strap 40 comprises a first half 41 disposed between a front part of the base 13 and a front part of the support 16, and a second half 42 disposed on a front part of the cover 11 such that the base 13 can be closed by the cover 11.

The base 13 and the support 16 are completely fixed together. This prevents compromising the correct fixing position of the base 13 and the support 16. Thus, the fixing of the base 13 and the support 16 is secure.

The features of the second preferred embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first preferred embodiment, except for the following points: the tabs 31 of the storage elements 30 are eliminated. Two cavities 175 are provided in intermediate portions of the first end element 171 and the first opening 172, respectively. The person can remove the storage element 30 from the first opening 172 using their finger to push a part of the storage element 30 exposed at the level of the cavity 175 so as to replace the storage element 30 with a new one and further insert a finger through the through hole 321 to push the insert 50 opposite the receptacle 32 so as to replace the insert 50 with a new one.

[0044] The first end element 171 is no longer a closed end as in the first preferred embodiment due to the presence of the cavity 175 at one end of the compartment 17. In other words, the first end element 171 is partially open. Advantageously, the storage element 30 cannot be removed from the compartment 17 through the first end element 171.

[0045] With reference to Figures 11 to 12, a paper container for cosmetic products 100 according to a third preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. The features of the third preferred embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first preferred embodiment, except for the following: two buttons 60 are provided on an outer surface of the lid 11 and an outer surface of the base 13, respectively. A strap 40 is wound around the buttons 60 to fasten the lid 11 and the base 13 together.

1. Paper container for cosmetic products (100), characterized in that it comprises: a box (10) made of paper and comprising a lid (11), a base (13), a flexible folding element (12) connecting the lid (11) and the base (13), a support (16) disposed on an inner surface of the base (13), and at least one compartment (17) disposed on an upper surface of the support (16), the at least one compartment (17) having a space (173), a first end element (171) on a first side, a first opening (172) on a second side opposite the first end element (171), and at least a second opening (174) on the top;and at least one storage element (30) movably disposed in the space (173) of at least one compartment (17) and comprising at least one receptacle (32) corresponding to at least one second opening (174), respectively, at least one receptacle (32) having a hole passing through (321) through a bottom thereof.;

Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a strap (40) having a first half (41) disposed between a front part of the base (13) and a front part of the support (16), and a second half (42) disposed on a front part of the lid (11).

3. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a groove (131) disposed in a front part of the inner surface of the base (13), the groove (131) being configured to receive the first half (41) of the strap (40).

4. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises two buttons (60) arranged on an outer surface of the lid (11) and an outer surface of the base (13), respectively, and a strap (40) wrapped around the buttons (60).

5. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one storage element (30) further comprises a tab (31) on one side.

6. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one compartment (17) further includes two cavities (175) arranged on the first end element (171) and the first opening (172), respectively.

7. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises at least one insert (50) for containing a cosmetic product, the at least one insert (50) being configured to be disposed in the at least one receptacle (32).

A paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a mirror (20); and a storage compartment (14) disposed on an inner surface of the lid (11), the storage compartment (14) comprising a space (143) for receiving the mirror (20), a second end element (141) on a first side, a second opening (142) on a second side opposite the second end element (141), and two indentations (144) on the second end element (141) and the second opening (142), respectively.

9. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a sheet of packaging paper (33) disposed on a periphery, an inner surface and a lower face of at least one storage element (30).

10. Paper container for cosmetic products (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a sheet of paper (15) disposed on an inner surface of the flexible folding element (12).
