Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Grab & Climb Summary of the invention
[0001] This utility certificate application aims to protect a key innovation in the field of climbing and sports using chalk. It concerns an automatic liquid chalk dispensing machine specifically designed for climbing gyms and sports halls, offering innovative technical solutions. This innovation promotes environmental responsibility by allowing the reuse of climbers' empty chalk bottles through automatic refilling. Furthermore, it offers the possibility of selling chalk at a price as close as possible to the cost of the raw material and in the quantities desired by users, making it an economical and environmentally friendly solution. Description of the invention:
[0002] The idea for this innovation stems from our own experience as passionate climbers. By regularly visiting climbing gyms, we observed several problems that inspired the design of this automatic liquid chalk dispenser.
[0003] The first problem we encountered was the management of empty chalk bottles: After each climbing session, climbers are left with nearly empty chalk bottles that they have to throw away. This results in considerable plastic waste and additional costs for climbing enthusiasts who constantly have to buy new bottles.
[0004] Furthermore, the use of powdered chalk poses problems of dust and airborne dispersion, which can be detrimental to the health of everyone in the climbing gym (staff and climbers). We were therefore looking for a more environmentally friendly solution that would reduce plastic waste and chalk dust emissions in climbing gyms.
[0005] This is how the idea for the automatic liquid chalk dispensing machine was born. This machine offers an innovative technical solution by allowing the reuse of empty chalk bottles. It automatically refills them with liquid chalk, thus eliminating the constant need to buy new bottles. This significantly reduces plastic waste and costs for climbers.
[0006] Furthermore, liquid chalk offers a cleaner and more environmentally friendly alternative to powdered chalk. It does not create dust and ensures even application on climbers' hands. By selling chalk at a price as close as possible to the cost of the raw material, our innovation offers an economical and healthier solution for climbing enthusiasts, while reducing environmental impact.
[0007] The automatic liquid chalk dispensing machine also optimizes logistics flows and stock management within climbing gyms by allowing employees to handle large volumes of chalk rather than hundreds of small bottles.
[0008] In summary, this innovation is directly inspired by our experience in climbing and solves the problems associated with managing empty chalk bottles, plastic waste, and powdered chalk dust. It therefore represents a significant benefit for the environment, for climbing gyms, for machine users, and for other members of the climbing gym: For users, it represents financial savings and greater flexibility through the purchase of only the amount of chalk needed. For all members of the climbing gym, as well as staff, it eliminates the health risks caused by powdered chalk dust. For the climbing gym, it allows for an ecological commitment and facilitates the management of logistical flows. For the environment, it promotes sustainability by eliminating the waste of chalk bottles.

Claims
Claims
1. An automatic liquid chalk dispensing machine for use in climbing gyms and other sports halls. The hoses of the machine are removable to allow for quick cleaning and replacement. All the main elements of the machine are shown in diagrams 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 which are located below.
2. The magnesia container, said container may include, if necessary, a non-stick interior coating to prevent the magnesia from drying on the walls and facilitate cleaning. The tank will also include an automatic stirrer so that the magnesia remains homogeneous. When necessary, the tank can be purged via a sealed valve which allows all the liquid contained therein to be emptied. The tank is filled via a sealed opening / closing system. Said container includes two options explained in this claim: a. One is that the machine has a tank into which the liquid magnesia would be directly poured. A large, hermetically sealed cylindrical tank containing the high-viscosity liquid magnesia. It is located at the top of the machine and contains a filling port, a drain valve, a gauge for detecting the chalk level, and a thermometer. If necessary, the reservoir could also include a non-stick system and an automatic mixer. Diagram 1 in the "Abstract" section shows the details of this option. b. The second would be to create liquid chalk by mixing powdered chalk with a special liquid. In this option, the machine would have a system comprising a container of powdered chalk, a reservoir containing a special mixture intended to be combined with the powdered chalk to create liquid chalk, and a reservoir in which the mixing takes place before dispensing. Diagram 2 in the "Abstract" section shows the details of this option.
3. Device for dispensing liquid magnesia, said device comprises two options detailed in this claim: a. One would be to present a microcontroller-controlled pump system for accurately extracting and dispensing the required amount of liquid magnesia, the microcontroller being programmed to automatically adjust the flow rate according to the user's preferences. b. The second would be to have a system of suction pipes also controlled by microcontroller for extracting the liquid magnesia from the reservoir.
4. The machine is provided with a dispensing system equipped with adjustable nozzles to allow efficient dispensing of liquid chalk into empty bottles already used by climbers.
5. The machine may have a mechanism for preventing blockage of the distribution pipes to prevent the liquid magnesia from drying out in contact with air, the blockage prevention mechanism being mainly based on a system for circulating hot water at regular intervals.
6. The machine has a touchscreen user interface allowing users to select the desired quantity of liquid chalk, make a payment and monitor the dispensing process.
7. The machine is equipped with several control sensors: a. A liquid magnesia level sensor: it is located in the tank to signal when it needs to be refilled, thus ensuring safe use and allowing for anticipated refilling. b. A thermometer: it is located in the tank to ensure that the magnesia is at the ideal storage temperature.
8. If the technical need arises, we include a cooling system to keep the liquid magnesia at the ideal temperature to prevent it from drying out. The cooling system will be automated.
9. The machine is designed to operate autonomously but can also be integrated into a management network of climbing gyms and sports halls, thus allowing remote monitoring and tracking of use.
10. The quantity of liquid chalk dispensed is adjustable depending on the volume of the empty chalk bottle that the user wishes to fill, his needs and preferences: a. A continuous dispensing mode to fill a predefined quantity b. A pulse dispensing mode to leave the management of the dispensed quantity to the user's hand
