[0005] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach.

[0006] More specifically, the invention aims to provide a clip device for supporting harnesses in a vehicle.

[0007] In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide such a technique making it possible to dispense with any other system

[0008] An objective of the invention is to provide such a device which can be easily adapted to existing systems.

[0009] These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using a clip device for supporting beams in a vehicle; said device comprises a body comprising clips and a clip; said body comprises a horizontal plane defined according to a plane transverse to said body remarkable in that the body comprises a support plane; the support plane being substantially inclined between 40 degrees and 50 degrees according to the horizontal plane; the clip being positioned in the support plane and protruding from the support plane in a direction which is parallel to a normal to said support plane and extends beyond the support plane; said clips being positioned in the horizontal face configured to allow beams to pass through and hold them.

[0010] Thanks to these provisions, the interchangeability of the beams is maintained in a new geometric environment.

[0011] This device makes it possible to avoid crushing by stacking of the clips for securing a bundle of two rigid hydraulic brake fluid hoses against a battery tray cover.

[0012] The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or according to any technically effective combination.

[0013] In one embodiment, the body is in the shape of a right-angled trapezoid; said right-angled trapezoid is a quadrilateral having two opposite parallel sides called the bases and one side called the height which is at right angles to the bases and one face opposite a horizontal face comprising said height; said opposite face corresponding to the support plane.

[0014] In one embodiment, the inclination of the support plane being substantially inclined between 41 degrees and 45 degrees.

[0015] Thanks to these arrangements, the shape of the body and the inclination of the support plane make it possible to hold the beams in place securely, thus ensuring stable fixing while providing accessibility for maintenance or modification needs.

[0016] In one embodiment, the device is made of injected plastic.

[0017] Thanks to these provisions, the use of injected plastic makes it possible to lighten the device and reduce the vehicle weight.

[0018] In one embodiment, the device comprises a groove on one of the ends of the support plane.

[0019] Thanks to these provisions, the groove makes it possible to improve the stability of the body's attachment. This groove acts as a guide, ensuring a secure hold and preventing any unwanted movement.

[0020] In one embodiment, the staple has an oblong shape.

[0021] In one embodiment, the staple comprises a chamfer.

[0022] Thanks to these arrangements, the clip is geometrically adapted in the device and in its intended location in the vehicle.

[0023] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a method of installing a clip device for the beam support of a vehicle according to one of the preceding claims, in which the method comprises the following successive steps: - placing a support plane of a clip device on a support surface of the clip holder in a vehicle, said clip device comprising a body comprising clips and a clip; the body comprises a support plane; the support plane being substantially inclined between 40 degrees and 50 degrees according to a horizontal plane rizontal; the clip being positioned in the support plane and protruding from the support plane in a direction which is parallel to a normal to said support plane and extends beyond the support plane; said clips being positioned in the horizontal face configured to allow beams to pass through and hold them; - perform a quarter-turn rotation of said staple device.

[0024] The advantages, aims and particular characteristics of this method being similar to those of the device which is the subject of the present invention, they are not recalled here.

[0025] In one embodiment, during the step of performing the rotation, said clip device comprises a groove positioned on one of the ends of the support plane; said groove abuts in a clip support in a vehicle.

[0026] Thus at the end of the rotation, the support surface of the staple holder is in contact with the support plane of the staple device.

[0027] In one embodiment, during the installation step, the inclination of the support plane relative to the horizontal face modifies the position of the clips. Brief description of the figures

[0028] Other advantages, aims and characteristics of the present invention emerge from the following description given, for explanatory and in no way limiting purposes, with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

[0029] [Fig.l] shows a staple device in side view.

[0030] [Fig.2] shows a staple device in front view.

[0031] [Fig. 3] represents an isometric view of the staple device, object of the present invention; Description of the embodiments

[0032] [Fig.l] shows a clip device 3 in profile view.

[0033] This clip device 3 is for supporting harnesses in a vehicle.

[0034] The device comprises the following elements: a body 1, a staple 3, clips 2, and a groove 5.

[0035] The body 1 comprises a horizontal plane defined according to a plane transverse to the body 1.

[0036] According to an exemplary embodiment, the body 1 is in the shape of a right-angled trapezoid in front view with some thickness.

[0037] A trapezoid is a plane geometric figure that has four sides, but the opposite sides are not parallel. Two adjacent sides are parallel, while the other two sides are not.

[0038] The right trapezoid is a quadrilateral having two opposite parallel sides called the bases and one side called the height which is at right angles to the bases and has a face opposite a horizontal face comprising said height. The opposite face defining a support plane 4.

[0039] The body 1 is made of injected plastic.

[0040] Injection molding is a manufacturing process widely used in industry to produce a wide variety of plastic objects. This process involves injecting molten plastic material into a specially designed mold to create the desired shape of the object. Once the plastic material has cooled and hardened in the mold, the object is ejected and can be used for a multitude of applications.

[0041] According to an exemplary embodiment, the support plane 4 is inclined.

[0042] The inclination of the support plane 4 is inclined between 40 degrees and 45 degrees.

[0043] According to one variant, the inclination is 43 degrees.

[0044] To insert the staple device, it is necessary to create a quarter turn rotation.

[0045] A quarter turn is a 90-degree rotation around a given axis or point. This means that the object rotates one-quarter of the full circumference of a circle.

[0046] A staple in automotive mechanics is a small fastener used to hold together different parts of the body, engine, interior, or other components of a vehicle.

[0047] The staple 3 being positioned in the support plane 4 and protruding from the support plane 4 in a direction which is parallel to a normal to the support plane 4 and extends beyond the support plane 4.

[0048] According to an exemplary embodiment, the clip 3 has an oblong shape.

[0049] An oblong shape is a geometric shape that is elongated in one direction relative to the other, usually along its length. It can be described as being longer than it is wide and having an elliptical, oval, rectangular, or other elongated outline.

[0050] According to one example, the staple 3 has a chamfer.

[0051] A chamfer is a small beveled or angled surface that is created by sloping or removing material from an edge or corner of an object. The main purpose of a chamfer is to make the edge or corner less sharp, to strengthen it, or to make it easier to join parts.

[0052] According to an exemplary embodiment, the clips 2 are positioned in the horizontal face.

[0053] A clip is a small fastener, usually made of plastic or metal, that is used to hold different parts of the car together.

[0054] The inclination of the support plane 4 relative to the horizontal face modifies the position of the clips 2.

[0055] The clips 2 of the device allow the vehicle harnesses to be fixed to the body 1. This figure shows two clips for two harnesses.

[0056] A groove 5 has a certain thickness relative to the surface of the support plane. The groove 5 is of elongated and narrow shape.

[0057] According to an exemplary embodiment, the groove 5 is positioned on one of the ends of the support plane 4.

[0058] According to a variant, the groove 5 is a stop.

[0059] A stop is a mechanical component designed to limit movement, absorb kinetic energy, or provide support in various applications.

[0060] The stop provides support for the body 1 on other existing parts.

[0061] The association of the groove 5 with the support plane 4 makes it possible to obtain a keying.

[0062] Keying is a technique commonly used in mechanics and design to prevent incorrect assembly of parts or components. It relies on incorporating specific features into parts, such as notches, shapes, or asymmetrical components, so that assembly can only occur in one precise manner.

[0063] This makes it possible to avoid mounting the clip 3 in the wrong direction relative to the other parts close to the device.

[0064] Naturally, the invention is described in the above by way of example. It is understood that those skilled in the art are able to carry out different variant embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0065] [Fig.2] shows a side view of the staple device 3.

[0066] This figure transcribes the same technical characteristics as the previous figure.

[0067] [Fig.3] shows an isometric view of the staple device 3.

[0068] An isometric view is a method of three-dimensional graphic representation that preserves the true proportions of objects in all directions, using an isometric projection with 120-degree angles between the x, y, and z axes.

[0069] This figure transcribes the same technical characteristics as [Fig.l].

[0070] It is emphasized that all features, as they emerge for a person skilled in the art from the present description, the drawings and the attached claims, even if concretely they have only been described in relation to other determined features, both individually and in any combinations, can be combined with other features or groups of features disclosed herein, provided that this has not been expressly excluded or that technical circumstances make such combinations impossible or meaningless.
