[0006] The elastic backrest of the invention comprises a backrest frame and an elastic buffer connector, wherein longitudinal support tubes on two sides of the backrest frame are made up of two or more segmented support tubes, at least two segmented support tubes on each side of the backrest frame are connected by the elastic buffer connector, the elastic buffer connector comprises a frame made of elastic material as well as an upper connector and a lower connector respectively fixed to two ends of the frame made of elastic material, the upper connector and an upper segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving, and the lower connector and the lower segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving.

Elastic backrest, comprising a backrest frame and an elastic buffer connector (2), in which longitudinal support tubes on two sides of the backrest frame are made up of two or more segmented support tubes, in which at least two segmented support tubes on each side of the backrest frame are connected by the elastic buffer connector (2), in which the elastic buffer connector (2) comprises a frame of elastic material (22) as well as an upper connector (21) and a lower connector (23) respectively fixed to two ends of the frame of elastic material (22), in which the upper connector (21) and an upper segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving, and in which the lower connector (23) and a lower segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving.
2. Elastic backrest according to claim 1, characterized in that the segmented support tube has insertion holes, and the upper connector (21) and lower connector (23) are respectively inserted into corresponding insertion holes and fit tightly with the segmented support tubes; or are fixed by bolts, rivets or pins.
3. Elastic folder according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper connector (21) and the lower connector (23) are further provided with a convex limiting ring abutting against an end part of the segmented support tube.

Elastic backrest according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the upper connector (21) and the lower connector (23) are provided with insertion holes, and the segmented support tubes are inserted into corresponding insertion holes and fit closely with the upper connector (21) or the lower connector (23).
5. Elastic backing according to claim 4, characterized in that the segmented support tubes are fixed by bolts, rivets or pins.
6. Elastic backrest according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the frame made of elastic material (22) includes an internal extension part.
7. Elastic backrest according to claim 6, characterized in that the elastic material frame (22) is made of metal or plastic, and in which the internal extension parts of the elastic material frames (22) located on two sides of the backrest frame are provided to extend towards each other.
8. Elastic backrest according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the internal extension part of the frame made of elastic material (22) is folded into a "U" or inverted "U" shaped structure, and the internal extension part is made of round steel.
9. Elastic backrest according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the internal extension part of the frame made of elastic material (22) is folded into an L-shaped structure, in which the internal extension part is made of round steel.
10. Elastic backrest according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that an end part of the internal extension part of the frame made of elastic material (22) opposite the segmented support tube is bent backwards.

Chair, comprising a chair seat, a backrest, a seat tube (4) and foot tubes (5), wherein the backrest is arranged above the seat tube (4), a plurality of foot tubes (5) and the seat tube (4) are fixed or articulated, wherein the chair seat is arranged on the backrest and the seat tube (4), characterized in that the backrest is the elastic backrest according to any one of claims 1 to 10, and a lower segmented support tube is articulated or fixed with the seat tube (4).

Chair according to claim 11, characterized in that the chair further comprises armrests (6), wherein the armrests (6) each have one end connected to an upper end of the foot tubes (5), and wherein the other end is articulated or fixed with the lower connector (23) or a lower segmented support tube.
