Description

Title of the invention: Comfort extension module on towbar

[0001] The present invention relates to a device installed on the towbar of a vehicle and allowing to benefit from comfort elements like in the kitchen of camper vans with storage, lighting, a water tap, a refrigerator, as well as a means of cooking. Concerning the electricity supply, it will be done by means of a battery which can be recharged by the vehicle, via photovoltaics or on a power outlet

[0002] Usually, people who want to add these comfort elements to their vehicle have to fit out the interior of the vehicle. The disadvantage of this installation is that the elements take a long time to install and reduce the interior space of the vehicle.

[0003] The device will allow rapid installation of comfort elements on the vehicle's trailer hitch while preserving the vehicle's interior space. It can be used in addition to a "roof tent" type sleeping element.

[0004] The device may tilt towards the rear of the vehicle to free access to the trunk without removing the device.

[0005] The device being only attached to the vehicle's tow bar and not having wheels like a trailer or a caravan, the vehicle's maneuvers are simplified.

[0006] The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention:

[0007] [Fig-1] represents a side view of the invention 1 fixed on the coupling 3 of the vehicle 2

[0008] [Fig.2] represents a side view of the invention 1 tilted fixed on the coupling 3 of the vehicle 2 allowing the trunk to be opened 4

[0009] [Fig.3] represents a 3D view of the invention 1 as it could be realized with a sink 5 as well as a refrigerator 6
