Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Fencing system Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a fencing system. It applies, in particular, in the field of structural construction. Prior art
[0002] There have been exterior fences for a long time that have a mesh with a plate positioned below it.
[0003] These are welded mesh panels which are structures composed of interwoven metal wires to form a lattice pattern. These mesh panels with vertical and horizontal wires are often used in various contexts, such as the construction of fences, retaining walls, railings, security structures, etc. They generally offer a combination of structural strength and visual transparency. The mesh panels are rigid and not flexible like a wire mesh with diamond mesh.
[0004] The precise design of these signs may vary depending on the specific application. Some may have vertical or horizontal wires spaced further apart to allow for better visibility, while others may have wires spaced closer together for increased safety.
[0005] This type of configuration most often involves a concrete slab that is the base of the fence, usually installed at ground level. It provides stability and structural support to the fence. The concrete slab is prefabricated and installed directly on the ground.
[0006] The plate is generally made of concrete to obtain solidity and durability of the fence in the face of external constraints (rotor, mower, climate, etc.). However, a concrete plate can deteriorate during its installation because of the weight of the concrete (around 60 kg) or because of its fragility (brittle). In addition, it is restrictive due to its size and weight, which makes it difficult to handle and ultimately increases the risks of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) for operators.
[0007] This is why one of the objectives is to gain in lightness while maintaining good robustness against bad weather. Presentation of the invention
[0008] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach.
[0009] More specifically, the invention aims to provide a base system for fencing with a lattice panel.
[0010] An objective of the invention is to provide such a system, which can be easily adapted to existing systems.
[0011] These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using a fencing system comprising at least one trellis panel of rectangular shape and comprising several vertical wires which are connected by horizontal wires, said trellis panel is positioned between two posts, each post comprises a groove configured to insert a part of the trellis panel, remarkable in that the system comprises a base plate comprising a flat area and positioned under the trellis panel between the two posts.
[0012] By virtue of these provisions, the base plate creates a solid base which helps to prevent the fence from tipping or deforming, particularly under the influence of lateral forces such as wind or other environmental stresses.
[0013] The base plate provides a solid physical barrier that helps protect against intrusions, whether by people or animals. It can also deter attempts to pass under the fence.
[0014] The purpose of the base plate is to create a solid face forming the junction between the ground and the mesh panel so as to facilitate the maintenance of green spaces.
[0015] Although the base plate is strong, it is lighter than the concrete plate, making it easier to install and transport compared to other heavier materials, such as concrete.
[0016] The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or according to any technically effective combination.
[0017] In one embodiment, the base plate comprises a first fold along one of the lengths of the base plate, said first fold is substantially perpendicular to the flat area of the base plate, and said first fold forms a support surface, said support surface being in contact with the lattice panel.
[0018] In one embodiment, the support fold further comprises a curved fold, said curved fold comprises at least two folds.
[0019] In one embodiment, the base plate comprises a second fold opposite the first fold relative to the longitudinal plane, said second fold is substantially perpendicular relative to the flat area of the base plate, said second fold being on the same side as the first fold.
[0020] In one embodiment, the first fold or the second fold comprises a crease forming a lip or a reinforcement.
[0021] In one embodiment, the system comprises a second plate parallel to the base plate, said second plate comprises a length of which a surface of the length is in contact with the base plate.
[0022] With these provisions, the addition of folds on the base plate or the addition of a second plate makes it possible to optimize the robustness of the base plate, thus reinforcing the stability of the fence in varied conditions. These elements add structural properties that can improve the overall strength of the fence system.
[0023] In one embodiment, the base plate is made of aluminum.
[0024] Thanks to these provisions, the use of aluminum makes it possible to lighten the system.
[0025] In one embodiment, the posts are sealed to the ground.
[0026] Thanks to these arrangements, the posts allow the system to be stabilized with the ground.
[0027] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a method of installing a fencing system as described previously, manufacturing a base plate, remarkable in that it comprises the following steps: - seal posts to the ground at a distance corresponding to a lattice panel; - place a base plate between said posts; -install a lattice panel between the posts and above the base plate.
[0028] The advantages, aims and particular characteristics of this method being similar to those of the fencing system which is the subject of the present invention, they are not recalled here.
[0029] In one embodiment, during the step of placing the base plate, said base plate is produced by a folding step forming a first folding and a second folding. Brief description of the figures

[0039] The base plate 22 is metallic.
[0040] The base plate 22 has a thin thickness to be able to make folds.
[0041] To obtain this fencing system, the system comprises an installation process involving on stage the elements cited above.
[0042] The lattice panel 20 has a rectangular shape and comprises several vertical wires which are connected by horizontal wires.
[0043] According to one example, the trellis panel 20 is positioned between the two posts 21.
[0044] The posts 21 are sealed to the ground.
[0045] According to an exemplary embodiment, the posts 21 comprise a groove.
[0046] A groove is an elongated, narrow notch or slot made in a surface.
[0047] The lattice panel 20 is inserted into the posts 21 via the groove.
[0048] This insertion makes it possible to obtain a fixed frame.
[0049] The grooves of the posts 21 allow a part of a base plate 22 to be inserted.
[0050] A base plate 22 is a horizontal plate that is installed at the base of a structure.
[0051] The base plate 22 is positioned below the lattice panel 20.
[0052] According to an exemplary embodiment, the base plate 22 is made of aluminum.

[0054] Lacquered aluminum refers to aluminum that has been coated with a layer of paint or lacquer to improve its appearance, durability, and sometimes corrosion resistance.
[0055] According to one example, the base plate 22 is produced by profiling.
[0056] Profiling is an efficient manufacturing process for mass production of parts with specific shapes, widely used in various industries.
[0057] According to a variant, the base plate 22 is produced by extrusion.
[0058] Extrusion plate making is a process in which a material is pushed or pulled through a die to create a continuous shape.
[0059] According to a variant, the base plate 22 is made of composite material.
[0060] A composite material is a material formed by the combination of two or more components of different natures, each retaining its distinct properties. The objective of this combination is to create a material having improved properties or specific characteristics that would not be present in the individual materials.
