A cosmetic composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising a combination of a modified pullulan-based liposoluble polymer and a water-soluble polymer. The invention relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising: - at least one liposoluble polymer selected from pullulanes modified by at least one hydrophobic group, and - at least one water-soluble polymer selected from chitosan (CHITOSAN), pullulan (PULLULAN), hydroxypropyl starch (HYDROXYPROPYL STARCH), tapioca starch (TAPIOCA STARCH), their derivatives, and mixtures thereof.
