Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: SILENT TRANSMISSION ROD Technical field
[0001] The present application relates to accessories for doors and windows, and in particular to a silent transmission rod. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND
[0002] In the technical field of doors and windows, transmission rods are a common component configured to drive the opening and closing of doors and windows. For the sake of user comfort, products with better silencing effects are generally selected. However, conventional transmission rods are prone to generate noise due to friction between metal and metal during the opening and closing process, which not only affects the user comfort of doors and windows, but may also affect a nearby environment. In order to solve the above problems, a damping mechanism is provided on the transmission rod. The damping mechanism generally includes a damping spring, a damping pad, etc., which can reduce noise by absorbing vibration of the transmission rod in operation. However, the damping mechanism can only reduce noise to a certain extent, and cannot completely eliminate noise.

[0032] In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figures 1-8, a silent transmission rod is provided, which is configured to be mounted in a notch 310 of a profile 300 and connected to a locking block of the profile 300. The silent transmission rod includes a transmission rod base 10 and a pad base 20. The transmission rod base 10 is provided with a mounting groove 11. The pad base 20 is mounted in the mounting groove 11 and opposite ends of the pad base 20 extend out of the mounting groove 11. The pad base 20 may be made of plastic. One side of the pad base 20 away from the mounting groove 11 is provided with a first protrusion 21, and the first protrusion 21 is in contact with a side wall of the notch 310.The opposite ends of the bearing base 20 extend out of the mounting groove 11 and form two second protrusions 22. Both sides of each second protrusion 22 are in contact with the side wall of the notch 310. One side of the bearing base 20 away from the first protrusion 21 is provided with two third protrusions 23, and the two third protrusions 23 are located adjacent to the opposite ends of the bearing base 20. The transmission rod base 10 is located between the two third protrusions 23. The two third protrusions 23 are in contact with the side wall of the notch 310. The first protrusion 21, the second protrusion 22, and the third protrusion 23 are in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, so that the transmission rod base 10 is suspended in the notch 310, and the transmission rod base 10 is spaced from the side wall of the notch 310.
[0033] More specifically, the first protrusion 21 and the third protrusion 23 cooperatively enable the transmission rod base 10 to be suspended in an up-down direction and spaced apart from the side wall of the notch 310, and the second protrusion 22 enables a left side and a right side of the transmission rod base 10 to be spaced apart from the side wall of the notch 310. In this way, instead of the transmission rod base 10 being in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, the pad base 20 is in contact with the side wall of the notch 310. Since the pad base 20 is made of plastic, friction between metal and metal becomes friction between plastic and metal, noise during use of the transmission rod is effectively reduced, and the problem of noise which is relatively large during opening and closing of the rod transmission is resolved.
[0034] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 8, the first projection 21 includes two arcuate arms each having the shape of an arcuate bridge. A middle portion of each arcuate arm projects in a direction away from the transmission rod base 10. More specifically, an outer surface of the arcuate arm is an arc-shaped curved surface 211, and an upper portion of the arc arm is in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, so as to reduce friction between the pad base 20 and the side wall of the notch 310, thereby reducing noise.
[0035] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 and FIGS. 7 to 8, one end of each second projection 22 is provided with a convex curved surface 221, and a middle portion of the convex curved surface 221 protrudes from a side edge of the transmission rod base 10. More specifically, an upper portion of the convex curved surface 221 is in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, so as to reduce friction between the bearing base 20 and the side wall of the notch 310, thereby reducing noise.
[0036] In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 4, [Fig. 7] and [Fig. 8], a distance between the upper portions of two convex curved surfaces 221 of the two second protrusions 22 is 20.5 mm, and a width of the notch 310 is 20 mm. Specifically, a maximum width of the pad base 20 is 20.5 mm, and the width of the notch 310 is 20 mm, so that the convex curved surfaces 221 of the two second protrusions 22 are pressed by the side walls of the notch 310, so as to prevent the transmission rod base 10 from being in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, and to change the friction between metal and metal into a friction between metal and plastic.
[0037] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5, [Fig.7] and [Fig.8], the third projection 23 is provided on the second projection 22 and is in contact with the side wall of the notch 310. More specifically, the third projection 23 is provided on the side of each of the two second projections 22 opposite the first projection 21. The third projection 23 is in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, so that one side of the transmission rod base 10 corresponding to the third projection 23 is spaced from the side wall of the notch 310.
[0038] In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 6, [Fig.7] and [Fig.8], a distance between an upper portion of the first protrusion 21 and a lower surface of the third protrusion 23 is 3 mm, and a height of the notch 310 is 3 mm. Specifically, a thickness of the pad base 20 is 3 mm, and the height of the notch 310 is 3 mm, so that the pad base 20 is tightly fitted with the notch 310, and the transmission rod base 10 is suspended.
[0039] In this embodiment, as shown in [Fig. 3], the transmission rod base 10 includes a connecting member 30 provided in the mounting groove 11. The connecting member 30 is connected to the bearing base 20, so that the bearing base 20 is mounted in the mounting groove 11. More specifically, the element connecting member 30 is configured to fix the pad base 20 to the transmission rod base 10, so as to prevent the pad base 20 from being separated from the transmission rod base 10.
[0040] In this embodiment, as shown in [Fig. 3], the connecting member 30 is a connecting shaft, and the bearing base 20 is provided with a shaft hole 24 corresponding to the connecting shaft. The connecting shaft is in an interference fit with the shaft hole 24 to fix the bearing base 20 to the transmission rod base 10. More specifically, two connecting shafts are provided in the mounting groove 11. The two connecting shafts are arranged in parallel and are spaced apart from each other, and the two connecting shafts are perpendicular to the transmission rod base 10. The connecting shaft extends through the corresponding shaft hole 24 in an interference fit to connect the transmission rod base 10 to the bearing base 20.
[0041] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, two pad bases 20 and two mounting grooves 11 are provided, and the two pad bases 20 are spaced apart in the two mounting grooves 11, respectively. More specifically, two mounting grooves 11 are provided and are spaced apart on the transmission rod base 10. The two pad bases 20 are in contact with the side wall of the notch 310, so that friction between plastic and metal is achieved, thereby reducing noise.
[0042] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, a locking point cover 40 and a locking point shaft 50 are connected to the transmission rod base 10. The locking point cover 40 and the locking point shaft 50 are configured to be connected to the locking block of the profile. The locking point cover 40 is connected to one end of the locking point shaft 50. One end of the locking point shaft 50 remote from the locking point cover 40 extends through the transmission rod base 10 and is secured to the transmission rod base 10 by riveting.
[0043] The foregoing descriptions are only specific embodiments of the present application, but are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application. Any variation or replacement readily found by those skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present application all fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
