Description

Title of the invention: Sliding side-wall ballpoint pen with an erasing block technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of stationery articles and in particular to a ballpoint pen with a sliding side wall and an erasing block. Prior art

[0002] A ballpoint pen is a pen in which ink is dispensed by rolling a ball at the front end of the pen or refill to write. Conventional ballpoint pens do not require the installation of an erasable block because the ink used for writing is not erasable, but with improvements in ink, existing ballpoint pens can use erasable ink (such as thermosensitive ink, etc.), making it necessary to equip ballpoint pens with an erasable block to erase what has been written by the erasable block in the event of a writing error or similar event.

[0003] To prevent the erasing block from being lost, interfering with the writing of the tip, and hindering the grip on the handle, the erasing block is generally located at the end of the handle furthest from the tip. A common feature of existing ballpoint pens is a structure with a tip that extends to the press, where the press control structure is located at the end of the handle furthest from the tip. This means that it must be positioned in the same location as the erasing block, so that the erasing block is installed within the press structure. Therefore, when using the erasing block to erase the writing, the elastic press control structure makes applying force to the erasing block inconvenient (affecting the erasing effect), and the repeated movement of the press control structure is likely to cause damage.

[0043] Detailed description of particular embodiments

[0044] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, certain specific embodiments are described in detail below.

[0045] Embodiment 1:

[0046] As shown in Figures 1 to 9, a sliding side-walled ballpoint pen with an erasing block, comprising:

[0047] A handle 1, the direction of the length of said handle 1 is vertical, a mounting cavity 11 is provided in said handle 1, an exit and inlet orifice 12 penetrated downwards by said mounting cavity 11 being provided at the lower end of said handle 1, and furthermore, the side wall of said handle 1 is provided with a side wall notch 13 which is in communication with said mounting cavity 11, and said side wall notch 13 is provided in an extension direction along the direction of the length of said handle 1.

[0048] An erasure block 2, said friction block 2 is provided at the upper end of said handle 1.

[0049] A pen refill 3, said pen refill 3 is mounted in a sliding manner inside said handle 1, and a pen tip 31 is provided at the lower end of said pen tip 3, furthermore, said pen refill 3 is used to contain thermosensitive ink.

[0050] A drive element 4, said drive element 4 being mounted in a slidable manner in said side-wall notch 13, said element drive element 4 having a driven part 41 located outside the side wall of said handle 1, said drive element 4 having a driving part 42 located inside said mounting cavity 11.

[0051] A reload control assembly 5, said reload control assembly 5 being provided inside said mounting cavity 11, and said reload control assembly 5 being used to be driven by said driving part 42 in order to control said pen tip 31 to extend through said inlet and outlet orifice 12 or to retract into said mounting cavity 11 or to maintain said pen tip 31 in an extended state.

[0052] Therefore, 1. The content written by the thermosensitive ink can be erased by said erasing block 2. 2. Said erasing block 2 is located at the upper end of said handle 1, and said drive element 4 is located on the side wall of said handle 1, so that said erasing block 2 and said drive element 4 do not interfere with each other in the structural position, therefore, said erasing block 2 is directly placed on said handle 1, and when said handle 1 is held and said erasing block 2 is used to erase the written content, the force acting on said erasing block 2 is directly carried by said handle 1, so that the interaction between said handle 1, said erasing block 2 and the erasing plane is more stable, so as to optimize the erasing effect.Consequently, said drive element 4 and said corresponding reload control assembly 5 are not hindered by said erasure block 2 in order to avoid inefficient work, and play a protective role for said drive element 4 and said reload control assembly 5. 3. Said drive element 4 adopts said driven part 41 located on the outer side of said handle 1 to slide vertically downwards, then acts on said reload control assembly 5 via said drive part 42 in said mounting cavity 11, so that said reload control assembly 5 is driven to control and maintain the extension or retraction of said reload 3.

[0053] In which, 3 positioning ratchet wheels 14 arranged according to a circumferential spacing and positioning grooves 15 between said positioning ratchet wheels 14 adjacent to the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11 according to the present embodiment; in particular, said positioning ratchet wheels 14 are made integrally to the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11, said positioning grooves 15 are provided extending vertically and open at the lower end, and 2 adjacent ratchet teeth 141 are provided at the lower end of each positioning ratchet wheel 14, tooth grooves 142 arranged in a V are formed between said 2 ratchet teeth 141.

[0054] Correspondingly, said reload control assembly 5 comprising:

[0055] a rotating component 51, 3 protruding snap-on bands 511 are provided arranged at equal spacing on the outer periphery of said rotating component 51, said 3 protruding snap-on bands 511 can snap into said 3 tooth grooves 142 or into said 3 positioning grooves 15.

[0056] of the ratchet wheel elements 52, 3 cam plates 521 are provided on the outer peripheral wall of said ratchet wheel elements 52, 3 vertical grooves 143 are provided corresponding to the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11, such that each of said 3 cam plates snaps into said vertical groove 143 to allow said ratchet wheel elements 52 to be installed in said mounting cavity 11 in a vertically sliding manner, and furthermore, the upper end of said ratchet wheel elements 52 is fixedly mounted in said drive part 42 by means of a snap-fit method to allow said ratchet wheel elements 52 to slide downwards during the downward movement of said drive part 42. In addition, 6 ratchet wheel projections 522 are provided according to the circumferential direction at the upper end of said ratchet wheel elements 52.

[0057] A return element 53, in particular, it is possible to adopt a compression spring, the lower end of said return element 53 is abutted against said handle 1 and the upper end of said return element 53 is abutted against said pen refill 3, so that said return element 53 applies an upward driving force to said pen refill 3 to return said pen refill 3 upwards.

[0058] Therefore, by adjusting the relative positions of said ratchet wheel projections 522 and said ratchet teeth 141, when said pen tip 31 is located in said mounting cavity 11, said ratcheting projection strip 511 is located in said positioning groove 15, so that when said drive element 4 is driven downwards, said ratchet wheel projections 522 on said ratchet wheel element 52 act on said ratcheting projection strip 511, so that said ratcheting projection strip 511 moves downwards to exit said positioning groove 15, and said ratcheting projection strip 511 comes into contact with a central portion of the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel projections 522, so that, after losing the restriction circumferential of said positioning groove 15,said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 rotates along the beveled surface of said ratcheting wheel protrusion 522 in order to be misaligned with said positioning groove 15, and aligned under said adjacent tooth groove 142, so that after releasing said drive element 4, under the action of said return element 53, said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 moves towards , the top and attaches to a lateral surface of said tooth groove 142 and rotates along the lateral surface once more to the highest position of said tooth groove 142. At that moment, said pen tip 31 exits said inlet and outlet orifice 12, and said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 moves away from said current ratchet wheel protrusion 522 and passes to said next ratchet wheel protrusion 522, after which, in the same manner, when said drive element 4 is driven downwards, said ratchet wheel protrusions 522 on said ratchet wheel element 52 act on said ratcheting protrusion strip 511, so that said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 moves downwards to exit said tooth groove 142, and said protrusion strip The ratcheting mechanism 511 comes into contact with a central portion of the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel projections 522, so that,After losing the circumferential restriction of said tooth groove 142, said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 rotates along the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel protrusion 522 in order to be misaligned with said tooth groove 142, and aligned under the beveled surface of said ratchet tooth 141 opposite said tooth groove 142, so that after releasing said drive element 4, under the action of said return element 53, said ratcheting protrusion strip 511 moves upwards and attaches to the beveled surface of said ratchet tooth 141 opposite said tooth groove 142 and rotates along the beveled surface once more into said next positioning groove 15 and slides upwards to the upper position, at that time, said pen tip 31 retracts into said mounting cavity 11,and said ratcheting projection band 511 moves away from said current ratchet wheel projection 522 and passes to said next ratchet wheel projection 522.

[0059] Preferably, a force surface 43 is provided on the side of said driven part 41 opposite said handle 1 according to the present embodiment, said force surface 43 comprising a vertical surface 431 and an extension surface 432 articulated with each other, said vertical surface 431 and said extension surface 432 may be flat or curved, said vertical surface 431 extends along a vertical direction, said extension surface 432 is located below said vertical surface 431, and said extension surface 432 is oriented downwards along the vertical direction while gradually moving away from said handle 1 along a horizontal direction, furthermore, a convex band 433 is provided projecting on said extension surface 432.

[0060] Thus, said vertical surface 431 is provided extending vertically corresponding to the direction of the length of said handle 1 in order to ensure that said drive element 4 fits closer to said handle 1 in the event of a sufficiently large action surface, so that said drive element 4 is less likely to be subjected to a vertical force that causes accidental extension or retraction of said pen tip 31, and the adjustment of said extension surface 432 helps to better prevent the finger from slipping and facilitates training when the finger is pressed against said vertical surface 431 to control said drive element 4 from moving downwards. The placement of said convex strip 433 further increases the friction force on said extension surface 432 in order to improve the smoothness of the training.

[0061] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, a detachable part 6 is provided in a removable manner at the upper end of said handle 1, said erasure block 2 is provided on said detachable part 6, said detachable part 6 is used for mutual disassembly with said handle 1 in order to open said side wall notch 13, so that it is possible to open said side wall notch 13 by disassembling said detachable part 6, in order to carry out the disassembly and assembly of said drive element 4, and after assembly, it is necessary to assemble said detachable part 6, in order to ensure stable cooperation between said drive element 4 and said side wall notch 13, to prevent the exit of said drive element 4.

[0062] More specifically, the upper end of said mounting cavity 11 is open, and said detachable part 6 is inserted into said sleeve 1 and secured therein by snapping.

[0063] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, said side-walled notch 13 comprises a lower segment body 131 located on said handle 1 and an upper segment body 132 located on said detachable part 6, so that the circumferential restriction of said handle 1 and of said detachable part can be achieved by said drive element 4 placed both in said lower segment body 131 and in said upper segment body 132 in order to prevent said erasure block 2 from being deflected during the erasure of the writing content due to the circumferential rotation of said detachable part with respect to said handle 1, which affects the erasure effect.

[0064] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, a clip 7 is provided at the periphery of said detachable part 6, for example made in one piece, and said clip 7 and said driven part 41 are provided adjacent to each other, so that said protruding clip 7 is located on an adjacent side of said driven part 41 while achieving a certain degree of blocking of the space on the side of said driven part 41 against said clip 7 without obstructing the sliding of said driven part 41, so as to reduce the probability that said driven part 41 is touched by mistake.

[0065] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, said erasure block 2 is provided at its lower end with a fitting part 21, said detachable part 6 is provided with a fitting hole 61 corresponding to said fitting part 21, said interlocking part 21 is interlocked into said interlocking hole 61 to enable said erasure block 2 and said detachable part 6 to be mounted to each other.

[0066] In addition, said interlocking part 21 is provided with 2 limiting slots 22 on the outer periphery, said interlocking hole 61 is provided with 2 limiting blocks 62 on the inner peripheral wall, said limiting slot 22 and said limiting block 62 cooperate with each other to limit the circumferential rotation of said erasure block 2 relative to said detachable part 6, in order to limit the circumferential rotation of said erasure block 2 relative to said interlocking part 21, to further improve the stability of said erasure block 2 and to have a better erasure effect.

[0067] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, said interlocking part 21 is provided with a plurality of one-piece hook parts 23 on the outer periphery of the lower end, each of said hook parts 23 is disposed on the side of said interlocking hole 61 opposite said erasure block 2 to limit the upward movement of said erasure block 2, in order to improve the stability of the mounting of said erasure block 2 to said detachable part 6 and to have a better erasure effect.

[0068] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the lower end of said erasure block 2 is symmetrically provided with the tower-stop surfaces 24, said tower-stop surfaces 24 are preferably curved, each of said tower-stop surfaces 24 is inclined in a horizontal direction opposite each other and in a vertical direction downwards, and said detachable part 6 is provided with a cooperation surface 63 to each of said tower-stop surfaces 24, so that at the interaction between said tower-stop surfaces 24 and said cooperation surface 63, the limiting action of the circumferential rotation of said erasure block 2 with respect to said detachable part 6 is improved, in order to improve the stability of said erasure block 2 and to have a better erasure effect.
