Description

Title of the invention: Device for packaging and applying a product Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the closure members for a container of a cosmetic product, in particular a perfume, a makeup product or even a care product.

[0002] More generally, a cosmetic product is a product as defined in Regulation EC No. 1223 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated November 30, 2009, relating to cosmetic products. Prior art

[0003] There are many closure members. For example, a snap-on covering cover is known, for example, covering a cover belonging to a product applicator or a pump fixing hoop by implementing complementary snap-on reliefs, as illustrated in Figures 1a and 1b illustrating the prior art. As visible in Figures 1a and 1b, an insert belonging to the covering cover implements in the lower part snap-on projections, carried by flexible tabs in the radial direction, and adapted to snap onto the rear of a front edge of an applicator cover to ensure the fixing of said covering cover on said applicator cover.

[0004] It is also known to produce a closure cap comprising an insert in a hood, the insert comprising flexible tabs at two different heights, more precisely two higher tabs and two lower tabs. This ensures that there are indeed two tabs, the lower ones, which have passed entirely under the screwed part, by ensuring in particular that the snap-on projections which they carry have passed under the front edge of the applicator hood or the pump fixing hoop screwed onto the neck of the container, as well as two tabs, the higher ones, which make it possible to limit any axial movement, either by limiting the play, or by remaining under stress in the radial direction after the snap-on projections which they carry have passed to the rear of the front edge of the applicator hood or the pump fixing hoop, depending on the manufacturing tolerances.

[0005] Cosmetic bottle closure systems are also known comprising one or more magnets in order to ensure contact between the closure member and the container by a phenomenon of magnetic attraction, for example by utility models CN 217791865 U, CN 207979222 U, and applications JP 2020-89680 and FR 3 056 386.

[0006] Magnetic closure systems are particularly appreciated by consumers, in particular for their ease of use and the sensations they provide.

[0007] However, such systems require the use of permanent magnets, which represents a high cost, penalizes the recycling of the product at the end of its life and constitutes a rare resource.

[0008] The proposal of eco-responsible, environmentally friendly solutions, the design and development of which take environmental issues into account, is becoming a major concern to help meet global challenges.

[0009] It is therefore essential to design products that allow the quantity of materials used to be reduced and / or replaced with more environmentally friendly materials and / or to use recyclable materials in order to reduce the carbon footprint of the product.

[0010] There is thus a need to further improve container closure members in order in particular to reproduce the behavior of a magnetic closure system, while being inexpensive, reliable and eco-responsible. Summary of the invention

[0011] The invention aims to meet all or part of this need and has as its subject a device for packaging and applying a product P, in particular perfume, makeup product or even care product, comprising: - a container for containing the product P, the container comprising one or more protruding reliefs from the container, and - a container closing member, comprising elastic flexible legs, the elastic flexible legs each comprising a protruding leg relief,

[0012] the projecting reliefs of the elastic flexible legs cooperating with the projecting relief(s) of the container to allow the device to be closed, the projecting relief(s) of the container and / or the projecting reliefs of the elastic flexible legs having a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet and outlet slopes, the inlet and outlet slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0013] “Longitudinal section” means a section containing a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0014] The product may be, in a non-limiting manner, a cosmetic product, such as a perfume, a makeup product or even a care product.

[0015] The container may have a single protruding relief. The relief may be a bump.

[0016] The protruding relief(s) of the container may take the form of a bead, in particular a simple bead, in particular of semi-circular section, arranged on the container. It can be a circular gadroon for example, extending around the entire circumference of the container or part of the circumference of the container.

[0017] In one embodiment, the protruding relief(s) of the container may have a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet and outlet slopes, the inlet and outlet slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0018] Alternatively or additionally, the projecting reliefs of the elastic flexible legs may have a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming entry and exit slopes, the entry and exit slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0019] Alternatively, the projecting reliefs of the elastic flexible legs may take the form of a bead, in particular a bead of semi-circular section, provided on the elastic flexible legs.

[0020] In one embodiment, the protruding relief(s) of the container as well as the protruding reliefs of the elastic flexible tabs all have a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet and outlet slopes, the inlet and outlet slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0021] The elastic flexible tabs make it possible to provide elastic flexibility in the radial direction. They can have a spring effect on the closing member, in particular in order to hold it on the container in the closed position.

[0022] The cooperation of the elastic flexible legs and the projecting relief(s) makes it possible to produce a hard point when opening, then to give the sensation that opening is easy once the hard point has passed.

[0023] When closing, this cooperation makes it possible to provide a resistance force, then a sensation that the closing member comes into place by itself on the container, with a release effect, once the hard point has passed. Such a result can be obtained thanks to the shape of the projecting relief(s).

[0024] The invention makes it possible to imitate for the user the sensations obtained when opening and / or closing the container when the closing member and / or the container contains one or more permanent magnets. The invention aims to mechanically imitate a magnetic closure of a container, while not using a permanent magnet.

[0025] The closure member according to the invention may be devoid of a permanent magnet. The container may be devoid of a permanent magnet. The device may be devoid of a permanent magnet. Statement of the invention

[0026] When closing the device, over a first portion of travel of the closing member relative to the container, there is a resistive force E1, linked to the passage of the entry slope by a projecting relief, then, after the passage of a hard point, or high point, which corresponds to the radial summit of the projecting relief, there is a second portion of travel of the closing member relative to the container on which the elastic relaxation of the elastic flexible tabs causes the sliding of said projecting relief on the exit slope, without the need to apply an axial force. There is thus a first acceleration which makes it possible to mechanically mimic the entry of a closing member into the magnetic field of a container comprising a magnet, and the phenomenon of magnetic attraction mentioned above. It is thus possible, thanks to the invention, to imitate a device comprising one or more magnets. In the first portion of the stroke, there is first of all a resistant axial force El, linked to the passage of the inlet slope by a projecting relief and corresponding to the tensioning in the radial direction of the elastic flexible legs. In the second portion of the stroke, an attraction is imitated by a zero resistant force, the elastic relaxation of the elastic flexible legs automatically causing the sliding of said projecting relief on the outlet slope, without the need to apply an axial force. The user may not push the closing member, it will be able to put itself in place on the container.

[0027] When opening the device, over a first portion of travel, there is a resistive force E2 < El, linked to the passage of the exit slope by a projecting relief and corresponding to the tensioning in the radial direction of the elastic flexible tabs, then, after the passage of a hard point corresponding to the radial apex of the projecting relief, there is a second portion of travel of the closing member relative to the container on which the elastic relaxation of the flexible tabs automatically causes the sliding of said projecting relief on the entry slope, with a second acceleration greater than the first acceleration, to mechanically mimic the exit of a closing member outside the magnetic field of a container comprising a magnet and the sudden absence of magnetic attraction beyond a certain axial travel of relative separation of these elements. The sliding of the protruding relief on the entry slope in this second portion of the opening stroke and the second acceleration generated also makes it possible to mechanically give the closing member a behavior similar to that of a closing member provided with a series of magnets of alternating polarities cooperating with a series of magnets of alternating polarities carried by the container, with the magnets of the closing member facing the magnets of the same polarity of the container, for example by relative rotation of the closing member and the container from a closing position in which the magnets carried by the closing member face magnets of opposite polarity carried by the container, this facing of magnets of the same polarity. polarity causing the magnetic repulsion of the closing member away from the container. In the first portion of the opening stroke, if the user does not pull the closing member beyond the hard point or high point, it will return to its place on the container by itself, so as to mechanically mimic the behavior of a closing member located in the magnetic field of a container containing a magnet. As soon as the hard point is passed, there is no further effort required, we imitate the sensation of the field lines coming out and of magnets of the same polarity being placed opposite each other, equipping two elements tending to separate them from each other.

[0028] The resistive force is lower at opening because the entry slope can be greater than the exit slope for one or all of the projecting reliefs. Protruding relief of the container

[0029] The protruding relief(s) of the container may have a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet and outlet slopes, the inlet and outlet slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0030] The entry slope (angle |3) may be greater than the exit slope (angle a). Since the entry slope is more inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the device than the exit slope, a sensation of acceleration is obtained during closing, once the elastic flexible legs have passed the high point in the radial direction of the projecting relief, as well as a sensation of acceleration during opening, once the elastic flexible legs have passed the high point in the radial direction of the projecting relief, the acceleration during closing being in particular less than the acceleration during opening.

[0031] The inlet slope being greater than the outlet slope, when the container is closed by the closing member, the closing stroke is shorter before the high point on its first portion of stroke, and the closing stroke is longer after the high point on its second portion of stroke.

[0032] Furthermore, the entry slope being greater than the exit slope, when the container is opened by the closing member, the opening stroke is longer before the high point on its first portion of stroke, and the opening stroke is shorter after the high point on its second portion of stroke.

[0033] Furthermore, such a configuration makes it possible to reduce the axial size.

[0034] The inlet slope and the outlet slope may form an angle between them which may be between 60 and 160°, or even between 90 and 150°, or better between 110 and 140°, for example 130°.

[0035] The angle [3 of the inlet slope relative to the longitudinal axis of the device can be between 10 and 89°, or even between 15 and 60°, better between 20 and 40°, being for example 30°.

[0036] The angle a of the outlet slope relative to the longitudinal axis of the device may be between 5 and 80°, or even between 7 and 50°, better still between 10 and 30°, being for example 20°.

[0037] In one embodiment, we have [3 - a > 10°.

[0038] A height r of the projecting relief, measured in the radial direction, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 0.5 and 5 mm, or even between 0.8 and 3 mm, better between 1 and 2 mm, being for example 1.3 mm.

[0039] A ratio of the height r of the projecting relief to a diameter d of a neck of the container carrying the projecting relief, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 0.02 and 0.25, or even between 0.04 and 0.14, better still between 0.05 and 0.09, being for example 0.06.

[0040] A length 1 of the projecting relief, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 4 and 15 mm, or even between 5 and 10 mm, better between 6 and 8 mm, being for example 6.3 mm.

[0041] A ratio r / 1 of the height r of the projecting relief to the length 1 of the projecting relief may be between 0.1 and 1, or even between 0.15 and 0.5, better between 0.18 and 0.3, being for example 0.2.

[0042] A length x of the output slope, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, can be between 2 and 10 mm, or even between 2.5 and 8 mm, better between 3 and 5 mm, being for example 3.75 mm.

[0043] The length x of the output slope may correspond to a return effect making it possible to imitate for the user the sensations obtained when opening and / or closing the container when the closing member contains one or more permanent magnets providing a return effect.

[0044] A length y of the inlet slope, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, can be between 1 and 10 mm, or even between 1.5 and 8 mm, better between 2 and 5 mm, being for example 2.55 mm.

[0045] The elastic flexible leg(s) may deform over a stroke of the closing member by at least the length x of the exit slope, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, before crossing the high point of the projecting relief or before returning to its or their original position.

[0046] Thus, the choice of the different measures listed above of the projecting relief makes it possible to give the automatic closing effect sought in the invention.

[0047] Furthermore, the protruding relief(s) of the container are configured so as to allow the elastic flexible tab(s) to remain without elastic stress in the closed position of the closure member on the container, in particular thanks to the choice of these different measures.

[0048] Alternatively, the elastic flexible tab(s) remain slightly elastically deformed in the radial direction in the closed position of the closure member on the container. This results in tensioning of the elastic flexible tabs in the closed position, the closed position with axial stop being able to be reached before the end of the elastic return stroke of the elastic flexible tabs. It is thus possible to maintain a slight tension to avoid any flapping due to manufacturing tolerances, and to have the desired automatic closing effect, which extends to contact of the closure member with the container. This variant is preferred.

[0049] The device may be configured to be sealed in the closed position of the member. closing on the container. The choice of different measures can be made accordingly. In addition, the device can be configured so that the closing member does not move on the container in the closed position of the closing member on the container, in particular during transport. The choice of different measures can be made accordingly. An axial component of force can be maintained by the closing member on the container in the closed position.

[0050] According to the invention, there is contact, at the end of travel of the closure member, between the closure member and the container, in particular a shoulder of the latter, extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device. There is thus a true, firm stop. For this purpose, the container may comprise a bottle and a neck for receiving the closure member, the neck forming with the bottle a shoulder, in particular on which the closure member abuts in the closed position on the container. The shoulder may extend perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0051] Alternatively, the closing member may not come into contact with the shoulder, particularly in the closed position on the container.

[0052] In one embodiment, the container may comprise a plate covering the shoulder. The plate may be made of a material that is less hard than the material of the container, in particular the bottle and / or the neck, and thus facilitate the reception of the closure member in abutment.

[0053] Alternatively, the plate may be made of a harder material than the material of the container, in particular the bottle and / or the neck, and thus reinforce the abutment reception of the closure member, in particular in the case where the material of the container, in particular the bottle and / or the neck, is a flexible material. This may also advantageously make it possible to produce a different sound during use.

[0054] The container may comprise a neck for receiving the closure member and a hoop inserted on the neck, the protruding relief(s) being formed on the neck or on the hoop. In one embodiment, the neck comprises the protruding relief(s). Alternatively, the hoop inserted on the neck comprises the protruding relief(s). The hoop may be used for attaching a pump, as described below. Closing organ

[0055] The closure member may comprise a cover and an insert inserted into the cover, the elastic flexible tabs being carried by the cover or by the insert. In one embodiment, the cover carries the elastic flexible tabs. Alternatively, the insert inserted into the cover carries the elastic flexible tabs.

[0056] The presence of two parts for the closing member makes it possible to obtain more clearance for the deformation of the elastic flexible tabs, in particular radially between the cover and the insert.

[0057] Furthermore, the closing member may comprise a spring part comprising the elastic flexible legs, which is fixed to the cover or to the insert. In one embodiment, the cover carries the spring part comprising the elastic flexible legs. Alternatively, the insert inserted into the cover carries the spring part comprising the elastic flexible legs.

[0058] The fact of producing the closing member in several parts, in particular the cover, the insert and / or the spring part, advantageously makes it possible to choose different materials for each, in particular the cover, the insert and / or the spring part.

[0059] In one embodiment, the spring part may for example be made of a material chosen from the following list, which is not limiting: plastic material, PBT, PP, POM, PET, PETG, metallic material, aluminum, steel, stainless steel. The material may have shape memory. It may have good resistance. It may be chosen so that the elastic return can be maintained.

[0060] In one embodiment, the insert may for example be made of a material chosen from the following list, which is not limiting: PP, PE, PET, PETG. The material may have good strength, as well as an advantageous aesthetic appearance. Indeed, the insert may be visible to users, and its appearance may be a criterion for choosing the material.

[0061] In one embodiment, the cover may for example be made of a material chosen from the following list, which is not limiting: plastic material, PP, PET, PETG, metallic material, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, glass, wood. The material may have good strength, as well as an advantageous aesthetic appearance.

[0062] In one embodiment, the closing member can be ballasted to make it heavier, in particular receiving a ballast to make it heavier, and thus approach the mass of a magnetic closing member and further imitate its behavior. Indeed, the mass of the closing member conditions its inertia and the sliding, in particular on the entry slope, of the projecting relief. Elastic flexible legs

[0063] The device, in particular the spring part, may comprise a plurality of elastic flexible legs, in particular between 1 and 8 elastic flexible legs, in particular between 2 and 6 elastic flexible legs, in particular comprising three or four elastic flexible legs.

[0064] The projecting reliefs of the elastic flexible legs may have a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming entry and exit slopes, the entry and exit slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis of the device.

[0065] The entry slope (angle |3') may be greater than the exit slope (angle a'). The entry slope being more inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the device than the exit slope, a sensation of acceleration is obtained during closing, once the elastic flexible legs have passed the high point in the radial direction of the projecting relief, as well as a sensation of acceleration during opening, once the elastic flexible legs have passed the high point in the radial direction of the projecting relief, the acceleration during closing being in particular less than the acceleration during opening.

[0066] The inlet slope being greater than the outlet slope, when the container is closed by the closing member, the closing stroke is shorter before the high point on its first portion of stroke, and the closing stroke is longer after the high point on its second portion of stroke.

[0067] Furthermore, the entry slope being greater than the exit slope, when the container is opened by the closing member, the opening stroke is longer before the high point on its first portion of stroke, and the opening stroke is shorter after the high point on its second portion of stroke.

[0068] The inlet slope and the outlet slope can form between them an angle which can be between 60 and 160°, or even between 90 and 150°, better between 110 and 140°, being for example 130°.

[0069] The angle [3' of the inlet slope relative to the longitudinal axis of the device may be between 10 and 89°, or even between 15 and 60°, better still between 20 and 40°, being for example 30°.

[0070] The angle a' of the outlet slope relative to the longitudinal axis of the device may be between 5 and 80°, or even between 7 and 50°, better still between 10 and 30°, being for example 20°.

[0071] In one embodiment, we have [3' - a' > 10°.

[0072] A height r' of the projecting relief, measured in the radial direction, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 0.5 and 5 mm, or even between 0.8 and 3 mm, better between 1 and 2 mm, being for example 1.3 mm.

[0073] A ratio of the height r' of the projecting relief to a diameter d of a neck of the container, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 0.02 and 0.25, or even between 0.04 and 0.14, better between 0.05 and 0.09, being for example 0.06.

[0074] A length 1' of the projecting relief, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, may be between 4 and 15 mm, or even between 5 and 10 mm, better still between 6 and 8 mm, being for example 6.3 mm.

[0075] A ratio r' / l' of the height r' of the projecting relief to the length 1' of the projecting relief may be between 0.1 and 1, or even between 0.15 and 0.5, better between 0.18 and 0.3, being for example 0.2.

[0076] A length x' of the output slope, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, can be between 2 and 10 mm, or even between 2.5 and 8 mm, better between 3 and 5 mm, being for example 3.75 mm.

[0077] The length x' of the output slope may correspond to a return effect making it possible to imitate for the user the sensations obtained when opening and / or closing the container when the closing member contains one or more permanent magnets providing a return effect.

[0078] A length y' of the inlet slope, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, can be between 1 and 10 mm, or even between 1.5 and 8 mm, better between 2 and 5 mm, being for example 2.55 mm.

[0079] In one embodiment, we can have: a = a' r = r' 1 = 1' x = x' y = y' Thus, in this embodiment, the protruding reliefs of the legs and the protruding relief(s) of the container have a similar and complementary shape.

[0080] In one embodiment, the spring part may comprise a Y-shaped branch of the spring part. This Y-shaped branch makes it possible to provide one or more spring tabs, which may come to bear against the inside of the cover to provide flexibility in the radial direction to the elastic flexible tabs. In this embodiment, the elastic flexible tab may deform in a space provided between the spring part and the cover.

[0081] Alternatively, an elastic flexible tab may be formed by a detachment of the spring part.

[0082] In one embodiment, the elastic flexible leg(s) may have a lower end held in the insert or in the cover. In this embodiment, the lower end of the elastic flexible leg held in the insert or in the cover acts as a spring and a hinge, allowing the deformation of a central portion of the elastic flexible leg.

[0083] Alternatively or additionally, the elastic flexible leg(s) may comprise an upper end held in the insert or in the cover. In this embodiment, the upper end of the elastic flexible leg held in the insert or in the cover acts as a spring and a hinge, allowing the deformation of a central portion of the elastic flexible leg.

[0084] The elastic flexible leg(s) may be held in the insert or in the cover at each of their two ends.

[0085] Alternatively, the elastic flexible leg(s) may have a free upper end. According to another alternative, the flexible leg(s) may have a free lower end. In these embodiments, the upper end or the lower end of each of the elastic flexible legs is free, not being retained on the cover or on the insert. The elastic flexible leg can thus deform more easily.

[0086] The spring part can be made of a more rigid plastic material, for example POM or metal, making it possible to obtain a good spring effect without plastic deformation.

[0087] In one embodiment, the closing member comprises a smaller number of parts, for example a single part or only two parts, made for example from a plastic material. Recycling can thus be facilitated.

[0088] The container may comprise a pump for dispensing the product P. In one embodiment, the container may comprise a bottle and a pump for dispensing the product P. Alternatively, it may not have a pump. The invention may be applied to any device comprising a container and a closure member.

[0089] The product P may be a product to be taken from the container, in particular by means of an applicator or a pipette. The device may comprise an applicator, or alternatively be without one. The invention may thus also be applied to a solid lipstick mechanism, forming the container containing the product in the form of a lipstick stick, and associated with a closing cap. [0110] Figures 2a to 2d illustrate a device 1 for packaging and applying a product P, makeup or care, comprising a container 10 for containing the product P, illustrated in [Fig.2b], and a closure member 20 for the container 10, illustrated in [Fig.2a]. In this example, the container 10 comprises a bottle 11 and a pump 12 for dispensing the product P, to be taken from the container 10.

[0111] The closing member 20 of the container 10 comprises four elastic flexible tabs 22, visible in figures 2a, 2c and 2d.

[0112] The container 10 comprises a projecting relief 15 cooperating with the elastic flexible tabs to allow the device to be closed, as illustrated in [Fig.2d]. In this example, the projecting relief 15 is a bump, taking the form of a simple bead, arranged on the container. Here, it is a circular gadroon around the entire circumference of the container, as visible in [Fig.2b].

[0113] The projecting relief 15 of the container 10 has a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet 16 and outlet 17 slopes, the inlet 16 and outlet 17 slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis X of the device. The inlet slope 16, measured by the angle [3, is greater than the outlet slope 17, measured by the angle a.

[0114] The inlet slope 16 and the outlet slope 17 may form an angle between them which is for example approximately 130°. The angle [3 of the inlet slope 16 relative to the longitudinal axis of the device is for example 30°. The angle α of the outlet slope 17 relative to the longitudinal axis of the device is for example 20°.

[0115] A height r of the projecting relief 15, measured in the radial direction, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 1.3 mm. A ratio of the height r of the projecting relief to the diameter d of a neck of the container carrying the projecting relief 15, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 0.06.

[0116] A length 1 of the projecting relief 15, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 6.3 mm.

[0117] A ratio r / 1 of the height r of the projecting relief 15 to the length 1 of the projecting relief 15 is for example 0.2.

[0118] A length x of the output slope 17, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example approximately 3.75 mm.

[0119] A length y of the inlet slope 16, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, is for example approximately 2.55 mm.

[0120] Furthermore, each elastic flexible tab 22 comprises a projecting relief 15 cooperating with the projecting relief 15 of the container. This projecting relief 15 of an elastic flexible tab 22 has a triangular shape in longitudinal section, forming inlet slopes 16' and outlet slopes 17', the inlet slopes 16' and outlet slopes 17' being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis X of the device. The inlet slope 16', measured by the angle |3', is greater than the outlet slope 17', measured by the angle a'.

[0121] The inlet slope 16' and the outlet slope 17' form an angle between them which is for example approximately 130°. The angle α' of the inlet slope 16' relative to the longitudinal axis of the device is for example 30°. The angle α' of the outlet slope 17' relative to the longitudinal axis of the device is for example 20°.

[0122] A height r' of the projecting relief 15, measured in the radial direction, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 1.3 mm. A ratio of the height r' of the projecting relief to the diameter d of a neck of the container carrying the projecting relief 15, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 0.06.

[0123] A length 1' of the projecting relief 15, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example 6.3 mm.

[0124] A ratio r' / l' of the height r' of the projecting relief 15 to the length 1' of the projecting relief 15 is for example 0.2.

[0125] A length x' of the output slope 17, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis X of the device, is for example approximately 3.75 mm.

[0126] A length y' of the inlet slope 16', measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device, is for example approximately 2.55 mm.

[0127] In the example described, we can note that we have: a = a' , [3 = [3' , r = r' , 1 = 1' , x = x' , y = y' . Thus, in this embodiment, the protruding reliefs of the legs and the protruding relief of the container have a similar and complementary shape.

[0128] There is contact, at the end of travel of the closure member, between the closure member and the container, in particular with a shoulder of the latter, extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device, as illustrated in [Fig.2d]. There is thus a true, firm stop. For this purpose, the container comprises a neck 13 of the bottle 11 to receive the closure member, the neck 13 forming with the bottle 11 a shoulder 14, on which the closure member abuts in the closed position on the container. Furthermore, in the example illustrated, the container comprises a plate 18 covering the shoulder 14.

[0129] Furthermore, the container comprises a hoop 19 inserted on the neck 13 of the container 10, the projecting relief 15 being formed on the hoop 19. The hoop 19 can be used for fixing the pump 12.

[0130] On the other hand, the closing member 20 comprises a cover 23 and an insert 24 inserted in the cover 23, the elastic flexible tabs 22 being carried by the insert 24. The presence of two parts for the closing member makes it possible to obtain more clearance for the deformation of the elastic flexible tabs radially between the cover 23 and the insert 24.

[0131] Furthermore, the closing member 20 comprises a spring part 25 comprising the elastic flexible legs 22, which is fixed to the insert 24.

[0132] In the embodiment of figures 2a to 2d, an elastic flexible tab 22 is formed by a detachment of the spring part.

[0133] In the embodiment of Figures 2a to 2d, the elastic flexible legs 22 comprise lower ends 22a held in the insert 24 and upper ends 22b held on the insert 24 and moreover in particular connected to each other. The lower end 22a and the upper end of each elastic flexible leg 22 held in the insert 24 act as a spring and a hinge, allowing the elastic deformation of a central part of the elastic flexible leg located between the lower end 22a and the upper end 22b.

[0134] Alternatively, as illustrated in Figures 3a to 3c, the spring part 25 comprises a Y-shaped branch 27 which makes it possible to provide spring tabs, which can come to bear against the inside of the hood to provide flexibility in the radial direction to the elastic flexible legs 22. Thus, the elastic flexible leg 22 can deform in a space provided between the insert 24 and the cover 23.

[0135] In the embodiment of Figures 3a to 3c, the upper ends 22b of the elastic flexible legs 22 are held on the insert 24 and connected to each other, and the lower ends 22a of the elastic flexible legs 22 are free. In this embodiment, the upper end 22b of the elastic flexible legs 22 acts as a hinge and the Y-shaped branch 27 of the elastic flexible legs 22 acts as a spring, allowing the elastic deformation of the elastic flexible leg.

[0136] Alternatively, the lower end of the elastic flexible legs can be held in the insert 24 in a housing 30 formed in the insert 24 which makes it possible to give the lower ends 22a the role of a hinge, as illustrated in FIGS. 5a to 5c. In this case, the lower ends 22a of the elastic flexible legs 22 are not connected to each other.

[0137] Furthermore, in the embodiments which have just been described, the elastic flexible legs 22 comprise an upper end 22b held in the insert 24. The upper end 22b of the elastic flexible leg 22 held in the insert 24 acts as a spring and a hinge, allowing the deformation of a central part of the elastic flexible leg.

[0138] Thus, the elastic flexible legs can be held in the insert or in the cover at each of their two ends 22a and 22b.

[0139] Alternatively, as illustrated in Figures 4a to 4d, the elastic flexible legs have a free upper end 22b. In this embodiment, the upper end 22b of each of the elastic flexible legs 22 is free, not being retained on the cover or on the insert. The elastic flexible leg 22 can thus deform more easily. The spring part 25 can in this case be made of a more rigid plastic material, for example POM, PBT or metal, making it possible to obtain a good spring effect without plastic deformation.

[0140] In one embodiment, the closure member comprises a smaller number of parts, for example a single part or only two parts, made for example from a plastic material. By way of example, Figures 6a to 6c illustrate an example of a two-part embodiment in which the closure member 20 comprises a cover 23 and an insert 24 inserted in the cover, the elastic flexible tabs 22 being carried by the insert 24. It is the insert 24 inserted in the cover which directly carries the elastic flexible tabs 22. The insert 24 and the elastic flexible tabs 22 are in one piece.

[0141] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the projecting relief of each flexible tab 22 is formed from its end 22c and only the container has a projecting relief having in longitudinal section a triangular shape, forming inlet slopes 16 and outlet slopes 17, the inlet and outlet slopes being of different inclinations relative to a longitudinal axis X of the device.
