[0002] The toilet bowls to which the present invention can be applied are of different types, in particular toilets and urinals, and more preferably toilets.
[0003] As is known, there are various techniques for ensuring proper sanitation of toilet bowls. One of these involves the use of devices comprising a container that acts as a sort of cage inside which is placed a sanitation product (known in the industry as a "tablet") capable of gradually releasing one or more cleaning and / or deodorizing substances when it comes into contact with water. In particular, the device is attached to the sanitary fitting by means of a suitable hook, so that it is positioned at the point where the drainage water passes. Thus, when the water is drained, the latter is brought into contact with the tablet, which can then release the cleaning and / or deodorizing substances it contains.
[0004] In other words, a toilet bowl sanitation device comprises a container, a cleaning chemical and / or deodorizing tablet, and a hook for securing the device to a rim of a toilet bowl.

1. Device (D) for toilet bowls comprising: - a container (1) comprising in turn: o a front wall (11) comprising a main opening (13) for the insertion of a sanitizing tablet (2) and a plurality of openings (AA) for the outlet of liquid located in a lower portion of said front part (11); o a rear wall (12) comprising a plurality of openings (AP) for the inlet and outlet of liquid; o an upper wall (15) comprising a plurality of openings (AS) for the inlet of liquid; o a lower wall (16) comprising a plurality of openings (AI) for the outlet of liquid; o two side walls (17a / 17b) each comprising at least one opening (AL) for the inlet and / or outlet of liquid; - a hook (3) for fixing the device (D) to a rim of a toilet bowl;wherein: - said front wall (11), said rear wall (12), said upper wall (15) and said lower wall (16) are shaped so as to define a housing chamber (CA) for receiving said tablet (2); - said main opening (13) is positioned so that its lower edge is positioned at a height at least equal to 40% of the total height of the front wall (11); - said main opening (13) has a height (HA) of between 25 and 60%, more preferably between 35 and 55%, relative to the total height (HTA) of said front wall (11) and / or a width of between 50 and 99%, more preferably between 75 and 95%, relative to the total width (LTA) of said front wall.;
