Abstract

The invention relates to a method for managing a fuel level of a motor vehicle when borrowing and returning said vehicle, comprising a step (E1) of defining a fuel level setpoint to be reached; a step of generating an initial report (E2) comprising a first set of information relating to the vehicle when borrowing; a step (E3) of transmitting the setpoint to the vehicle; a step (E4) of filling the fuel tank during which a user is guided by a guidance means; a step (E5) of generating a final report (E5) comprising the first set and a second set of information relating to the vehicle when returning it; a step (E6) of storing and / or sharing said final report by said mobile terminal.
