Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Electrical system, in particular a vehicle charging station TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to an electrical system, in particular a charging station for an electric or hybrid vehicle.
[0002] It also relates to a method of using such an electrical system. STATE OF THE ART
[0003] Electrical systems such as charging stations for electric or hybrid vehicles are generally provided with a box, a power supply and electrical equipment, such as a circuit breaker or a differential switch, housed in the box and configured to allow or interrupt electrical continuity between the power supply and, for example, the electric or hybrid vehicle.
[0004] Such electrical equipment includes a reset lever which must remain accessible so that it can be easily operated by a user, for example through a window or access hatch provided in the housing.
[0005] Charging stations are often located outdoors and exposed to the elements. The access window in the housing of such charging stations must therefore be protected.
[0006] There are solutions for protecting such an access window provided in a housing.
[0007] For example, it may be a cover attached to the housing or hinged relative to the housing, and positioned opposite the access window.
[0008] Furthermore, sealing caps are known to be placed in front of electrical equipment such as switches or circuit breakers. Description of the invention
[0009] The invention relates to an electrical system, in particular a charging station for electric or hybrid vehicles, in which the reset lever of the electrical equipment of the circuit breaker or differential switch type is both accessible and protected, in a particularly efficient manner while being simple, convenient and economical.
[0010] The invention thus relates, according to a first aspect, to an electrical system, in particular a charging station for an electric or hybrid vehicle, provided with a housing having at least one access window, and at least one electrical device, in particular a circuit breaker or residual current device, housed in the housing and comprising at least one reset lever for at least one electrical device directly accessible from at least one access window of the enclosure, and at least one protective membrane attached to the enclosure at at least one access window and configured to seal the enclosure at at least one access window and to allow manipulation of at least one reset lever through at least one access window; the at least one protective membrane comprising:
[0011] a contour formed by a first lip and a second lip opposite the first lip so as to provide a peripheral groove, with at least one protective membrane which is secured by its contour to an edge of the housing delimiting at least one access window, which edge is introduced into said peripheral groove and pinched by the first lip and the second lip;
[0012] a central gripping portion located away from the contour and opposite at least one resetting lever;
[0013] a flexible intermediate portion extending between the contour and the central gripping portion and which is provided with at least a first section extending from the contour in a first direction generally transverse to at least one access window, a second section extending from the central gripping portion in the same first generally transverse direction, and a fold connecting at least a first section and the second section;
[0014] with at least one protective membrane which is configured to allow manipulation of at least one reset lever by stretching the flexible intermediate portion around the fold.
[0015] In the electrical system according to the invention, at least one protective membrane allows both sealing and direct and safe manipulation of at least one reset lever of at least one electrical device through at least one access window provided in the housing.
[0016] In particular, at least one protective membrane is configured to provide a gripping area formed by the central gripping portion and a stretching area formed by the flexible intermediate portion, which makes it possible to make the gripping area formed by the central gripping portion mobile, thus facilitating the manipulation of at least one reset lever, without damaging the at least one protective membrane and without removing it from the housing.
[0017] Preferred, simple, convenient and economical characteristics of the electrical system according to the invention are presented below.
[0018] The central gripping portion can extend in the same first overall transverse direction to at least one access window.
[0019] At least one protective membrane may include at least one external housing provided between the central gripping portion and the second section of the flexible intermediate portion.
[0020] The central gripping portion may have a convex central section which defines an internal housing between the central gripping portion and at least one electrical device, internal housing in which at least one reset lever can move between at least one first position and at least one second position.
[0021] The central gripping portion may have an additional section joining at a first end the convex central section and at a second end opposite to the first end, the second section of the flexible intermediate portion.
[0022] The additional section can extend globally along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction globally transverse to at least one access window.
[0023] The additional section may be flat and extend in relation to at least one electrical equipment.
[0024] At least one protective membrane can be housed at least partially through at least one access window.
[0025] The contour of at least one protective membrane may have an overall oblong or circular shape.
[0026] The first lip of the contour of at least one protective membrane can extend along the edge outside the housing and the second lip of the contour of at least one protective membrane can extend along the edge inside the housing.
[0027] The first lip can extend peripherally beyond the second lip.
[0028] The protective membrane can be made of a material with transparent properties. Thus, such a protective membrane makes it possible to see the position of at least one reset lever of at least one electrical device through the protective membrane.
[0029] The protective membrane can be made of a plastic material having elastic properties, of the elastomer type.
[0030] At least one electronic device may further include at least one actuable button, for example a test button located near at least one reset lever; at least one protective membrane further being configured to allow manipulation of at least one button by stretching the flexible intermediate portion around the fold.
[0031] The invention also relates, according to a second aspect, to a method of using an electrical system as described above, comprising a step of applying pressure to the central gripping portion of at least one protective membrane in the direction of at least one reset lever of at least one electrical device, to manipulate it and move it from a first position to a second position or vice versa, by stretching the flexible intermediate portion around the fold connecting at least one first section and the second section of the flexible intermediate portion. [0040] Fig. 1 illustrates an electrical system 1, here formed by a charging station for an electric or hybrid vehicle.
[0041] Such an electrical system 1 is provided with a housing 2 into which electronics are inserted for charging the electric or hybrid vehicle using a charging cord equipped with a cable and a plug (not shown).
[0042] The housing 2 has a front face 10 on which is mounted a socket 11 configured to receive the plug of the charging cord, and also a device 12 configured to allow or not a power supply to the socket 11.
[0043] In particular, with reference to [Fig.2], the housing 2 comprises a first part 3 and a second part 4 forming a cover on the first part 3.
[0044] The first part 3 of the housing 2 comprises a housing 7 delimited by a first bottom wall 5 and a second side wall 6 attached to the first bottom wall 5.
[0045] The second part 4 of the housing 2 comprises a third closing wall 8 forming the cover and defining the front face 10 of the housing 2, and a fourth side wall 9 attached peripherally and transversely to the third closing wall 8 so as to form an edge of the lid.
[0046] In the illustrated example, the second part 4 is mechanically attached to the first part 3, with the fourth side wall 9 partially overlapping the second side wall 6.
[0047] For example, the second part 4 can be mechanically fastened to the first part 3 by clipping and / or screwing, or any other suitable means of fastening.
[0048] The electrical system 1 is provided with an electrical power supply 18 which is here located in the housing 7 of the box 2.
[0049] The power supply 18 is configured to provide a power supply, in particular for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle, via the socket 11.
[0050] The electrical system 1 is further provided with electrical equipment 20, here consisting of a circuit breaker.
[0051] The electrical equipment 20 is also located in housing 7 of box 2.
[0052] The electrical switchgear 20 is configured to allow or interrupt a electrical continuity between the power supply 18 and, for example, the socket 11, or between the power supply 18 and the electric or hybrid vehicle in the case where the electrical system 1 is directly equipped with a charging cable attached to the housing 2.
[0053] To do this, the electrical equipment 20 includes a reset lever 21.
[0054] The reset lever 21 is configured to be moved between at least one first position, called engaged or engagement position, and at least a second position, called disengaged or disengagement position.
[0055] In particular, when the electrical equipment 20 is tripped, the reset lever 21 is configured to move from its first position to its second position so as to interrupt the electrical continuity.
[0056] To switch on the electrical equipment 20, for example following the switching off of the electrical equipment 20, it is sufficient to move the reset lever 21 from its second position to its first position so as to restore electrical continuity.
[0057] The housing 2 further has an access window 15 here provided in the second part 4 of the housing 2.
[0058] The access window 15 opens onto the front face 10 and into the housing 7.
[0059] The access window 15 is therefore through-window and allows access at least by tiellement au logement 7 depuis l'extérieur du cas 2.
[0060] In the illustrated example, the access window 15 has an overall oblong shape and is delimited by an edge 16 of the housing 2.
[0061] The reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20 is accessible from the access window 15 of box 2.
[0062] The electrical system 1 is further provided with a protective membrane 22.
[0063] The protective membrane 22 is attached to the housing 2 at the window access 15 by generally following the edge 16.
[0064] The electrical equipment 20, the access window 15 and the protective membrane 22 form the device 12.
[0065] We will describe in more detail with reference to figures 3 to 6 the protective membrane 22 of the electrical system 1.
[0066] The protective membrane 22 is here formed from a single piece of flexible and deformable material, for example plastic.
[0067] For example, the protective membrane 22 is made of a plastic material having elastic properties, of the elastomer type.
[0068] For example, the protective membrane 22 is made of a material having transparent properties, making the position of the reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20 visible through the protective membrane 22.
[0069] The protective membrane 22 has a contour 23, a central gripping portion 24 located at a distance from the contour 23, and a flexible intermediate portion 25 extending between the contour 23 and the central gripping portion 24.
[0070] In the illustrated example, contour 23 has an overall oblong shape.
[0071] The contour 23 is formed by a first lip 26 and a second lip 27 opposite the first lip 26 so as to provide a peripheral groove 28.
[0072] The first lip 26 of the contour 23 extends peripherally beyond the second lip 27.
[0073] In particular, the second lip 27 is provided with a first protuberance 29 formed peripherally and partially projecting from the second lip 27, and a second protuberance 30 formed also peripherally and partially projecting from the second lip 27 but opposite the first protuberance 29.
[0074] In other words, the first protrusion 29 and the second protrusion 30 do not extend all along the contour 23 of the protective membrane 22.
[0075] In particular, the second lip 27 here has a first slit 31 formed in the first protuberance 29, and a second slit 32 formed in the second protuberance 30.
[0076] The flexible intermediate portion 25 is provided with a first segment 35 extending from the contour 23 in a first direction.
[0077] The flexible intermediate portion 25 is further provided with a second section 36 extending from the central gripping portion 24 in the same first direction.
[0078] The flexible intermediate portion 25 is also provided with a fold 37 connecting the first section 35 and second section 36.
[0079] Thus, the flexible intermediate portion 25 can be elastically deformed around the fold 37.
[0080] The central gripping portion 24 has a central convex section 38, which extends in the same first direction.
[0081] In particular, the central convex section 38 is here flexible and can be elastically deformed.
[0082] The central gripping portion 24 has an additional section 39 which, in the illustrated example, is generally flat and extends along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
[0083] The additional section 39 extends between a first end 40 and a second end 41 opposite the first end 40.
[0084] The additional section 39 joins the convex central section 38 at its first end 40, and the second section 36 of the flexible intermediate portion 25 at its second end 4L
[0085] The protective membrane 22 here comprises a first external housing 42 and a second external housing 43.
[0086] The first external housing 42 and the second external housing 43 are provided between the central gripping portion 24 and the second section 36 of the flexible intermediate portion 25.
[0087] In particular, the first external housing 42 and the second external housing 43 are separated from each other by the central convex section 38 which is flexible.
[0088] We will now describe, with reference to [Fig.7], the cooperation between the protective membrane 22 and the access window 15 of the housing 2, as well as the cooperation between the protective membrane 22 and the reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20 when a user wishes to operate the reset lever 21.
[0089] The protective membrane 22 is configured to seal the housing 2 at the level of the access window 15.
[0090] The protective membrane 22 is configured to allow the reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20 to be manipulated through the access window 15 by stretching the flexible intermediate portion 25 around the fold 37, without removing the protective membrane 22 from the access window 15.
[0091] In particular, the protective membrane 22 is configured to provide a gripping zone formed by the central gripping portion 24 and a stretching zone formed by the flexible intermediate portion 25.
[0092] In other words, the stretching zone formed by the flexible intermediate portion 25 makes the gripping zone formed by the central gripping portion 24 mobile, thus facilitating the manipulation of the reset lever 21, without de- damage the protective membrane 22 without removing it from the housing 2.
[0093] In the illustrated example, the protective membrane 22 is partially housed through the access window 15 of the housing 2.
[0094] In particular, the access window 15 of the housing 2 is configured here so that the membrane 22 does not protrude from the front face 10 of the housing 2.
[0095] The protective membrane 22 is secured by its contour 23 to the edge 16 of the housing 2 delimiting the access window 15.
[0096] The edge 16 is introduced into the peripheral groove 28 and pinched by the first lip 26 and the second lip 27 of the contour 23 of the protective membrane 22.
[0097] In particular, the first lip 26 of the contour 23 extends along the edge 16 outside the housing 2 and the second lip 27 of the contour 23 extends along the edge 16 inside the housing 2.
[0098] Thus, the contour 23 of the protective membrane 22 allows, by pinching the edge 16 of the access window 15, to ensure the sealing of the housing 2 at the level of the access window 15.
[0099] The window 15 of the housing 2 here includes a first stop 44 and a second stop 45 which extend transversely to the edge 15.
[0100] The first stop 44 and the second stop 45 protrude into the interior of the housing 7 of the casing 2.
[0101] The first stop 44 is introduced into the first slot 31 of the second lip 27, while the second stop 45 is introduced into the second slot 32 of the second lip 27.
[0102] Thus, the first stop 44 cooperates with the first protrusion 29 of the second lip 27, while the second stop 45 cooperates with the second protrusion 30 of the second lip 27, so as to prevent any rotation of the protective membrane 22 in the access window 15.
[0103] The first segment 35 of the flexible intermediate portion 25 extends from the contour 23 in a first direction generally transverse to the access window 15.
[0104] The first section 35 extends here outside the housing 7 of the case 2.
[0105] In particular, the first section 35 does not protrude here from the front face 10 of the housing 2.
[0106] The second section 36 of the flexible intermediate portion 25 extends from the central gripping portion 24 in the same first direction, generally transverse to the access window 15.
[0107] The second section 36 extends here outside and inside the housing 7 of the casing 2.
[0108] In particular, the second section 36 does not protrude here from the front face 10 of the case 2.
[0109] The fold 37 connecting the first section 35 and the second section 36 is located here outside the housing 7 of the case 2.
[0110] In particular, the fold 37 does not protrude here from the front face 10 of the housing 2.
[0111] The central gripping portion 24 of the protective membrane 22 is located opposite the reset lever 21.
[0112] The central gripping portion 24 extends in the same first direction, generally transverse to the access window 15.
[0113] The central convex section 38 of the central gripping portion 24 extends here outside and inside the housing 7 of the casing 2.
[0114] In particular, the central convex section 38 does not protrude here from the front face 10 of the housing 2.
[0115] The central convex section 38 is accessible from outside the housing 2.
[0116] The convex central section 38 defines an internal housing 46 between the portion gripping unit 24 and electrical equipment 20, in housing of box 2.
[0117] The internal housing 46 allows the reset lever 21 to move between at least its first position and its second position.
[0118] In other words, the internal housing 46 here allows at least the triggering of the electrical equipment 20.
[0119] The additional section 39 of the central gripping portion 24 extends globally along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction globally transverse to the access window 15.
[0120] The additional section 39 extends in relation to the electrical equipment 20.
[0121] In other words, the additional section 39 extends inside housing 7 of case 2.
[0122] The first external housing 42 and the second external housing 43 are accessible from outside the housing 2.
[0123] To use the device 12 of the electrical system 1, it is sufficient to urge the central gripping portion 24 of the protective membrane 22 towards the reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20, to manipulate it and move it from its first position to its second position or vice versa, by stretching the flexible intermediate portion 25 around the fold 37 connecting the first section 35 and the second section 36 of the flexible intermediate portion 25.
[0124] Thus, in the electrical system 1, the protective membrane 22 allows both sealing and direct and safe manipulation of the reset lever 21 of the electrical equipment 20 through the access window 15 provided in the housing 2.
[0125] Variants not illustrated are described below.
[0126] The electrical system may include a plurality of electrical equipment, including similar or different ones, for example residual current devices and / or circuit breakers.
[0127] The electrical system may include a housing having a plurality of access windows, and a plurality of protective membranes secured to the housing at the level of the plurality of access windows.
[0128] The edge delimiting the window, as well as the contour of the protective membrane, can have a circular shape, or any shape and not necessarily oblong.
[0129] The electronic apparatus may further include at least one actuable button, for example a test button located near the reset lever; the protective membrane further being configured to allow the at least one button to be manipulated by stretching the flexible intermediate portion around the fold.
[0130] More generally, the invention is not limited to the examples described and represented.
