Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Solar charging device for electric vehicles Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of electric vehicles. The present invention relates in particular to a solar charging device for recharging electric vehicles. It finds particularly advantageous application in muscle-powered vehicles assisted by an electric motor such as electric bicycles, electric tricycles or electric quadricycles. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] There are several solar devices for recharging electric vehicles. These devices can be positioned on different components of the vehicle, however they generally all include a photovoltaic element for recovering solar energy, as well as an electrical / electronic element for transferring solar energy to a vehicle battery.
[0003] An example of a solar device for recharging an electric bicycle is described in patent CN202642016U. This prior art discloses a retractable photovoltaic device which, when deployed, extends onto the bicycle saddle. However, recharging this bicycle remains ineffective in practice.
[0004] Another example of a device on an electric bicycle is described in patent CN1631713A. This prior art proposes a photovoltaic panel which tilts along an axis transverse to the forward axis of the bicycle. In practice, it turns out that this solution is not satisfactory. It does not allow the battery to be recharged in a sufficiently short time. Furthermore, it is bulky.
[0005] To address this problem of insufficient charging of the cycle batteries, solutions offer one or more photovoltaic panels mounted on a trailer towed by a bicycle. This is the solution adopted by users making long journeys or who park their cycles in places where the sun does not allow sufficient charging of the batteries. The solutions proposed to date based on towed trailers present a significant footprint on the road as well as when parking the bicycle.
[0006] An object of the present invention is to reduce at least one of the previously mentioned drawbacks.
[0007] Another object of the present invention is to propose a solution making it possible to improve the recharging of an electric vehicle while presenting a satisfactory footprint.
[0008] Other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and accompanying drawings. It is understood that other advantages may be incorporated. SUMMARY
[0009] To achieve this objective, according to a first aspect, a solar device is provided for recharging a vehicle, for example a bicycle, the vehicle having a longitudinal axis, the solar device being configured to be positioned on a support of the vehicle, the solar device comprising: • a photovoltaic panel with a frame, • a tilting system configured to allow tilting of the frame, around a horizontal axis of rotation and parallel to the longitudinal axis, • a locking system configured to selectively lock and unlock the tilting system in position, so as to allow the tilting of the frame on the support according to a plurality of tilts between a minimum, horizontal tilt position 0 and a maximum tilt 0 delimiting an angular sector between at least 0° and 70° relative to the horizontal, preferably between 0° and 90°.
[0010] Thus, the invention proposes a solution to optimize the recharging of an electric vehicle while minimizing its size. The inclination of the photovoltaic panel allows the device to optimize the surface area of the panel exposed to the sun by tilting the panel according to the position of the sun for example.
[0011] In addition, the dimensions of the panel as well as the angular sector of inclination of the panel allow a reduction in the size of the panel when it is parked as well as when it is in motion. Unlike the solutions provided by the prior art, the invention allows both efficient recharging while limiting its size as much as possible.
[0012] Finally, this solution proposes a locking system with few elements making it possible to ensure that the device is relatively light and easy to handle for a single user and therefore making it possible to reduce its cost and maintenance.
[0013] According to another aspect, there is provided an assembly comprising a vehicle, preferably a cycle, and a solar device according to the invention equipping the vehicle.
[0014] Thus, the device can be positioned on any type of electric cycle in an efficient and simple manner due to the design of the device. In addition, the device as claimed can be installed on a vehicle and allow an improvement in energy recovery during the driving phase while ensuring limited bulk.
[0015] According to another aspect, there is provided a solar device for recharging a vehicle, for example a bicycle, the solar device being configured to be positioned on a support of the vehicle, the solar device comprising: • a photovoltaic panel with a frame, • a tilting system configured to allow tilting of the frame, around an axis of rotation, the axis of rotation being preferably horizontal and preferably parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bicycle, • a locking system configured to selectively lock and unlock the tilting system in position, so as to allow a tilt 0 of the frame on the support according to a plurality of tilts between a minimum, horizontal tilt 0 position and a maximum tilt 0, • comprising an electronic device configured to provide, preferably to display, data relating to a power supplied by the photovoltaic panel as a function of the inclination 0 of the frame.
[0016] The device can be used and operated independently of the characteristics relating to the orientation of the rotation axis, for example an orientation parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bicycle. Thus, the electronic device and the application associated with the solar device allow optimized recharging of the vehicle. A user will then be able to know the preferred inclination of the photovoltaic panel over a specific period that he can enter himself according to his planned parking time and its position relative to the sun. In addition, the user will be able to have this information quickly via his user terminal and will be able to adapt the inclination accordingly. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0032] Before beginning a detailed review of embodiments of the invention, optional features which may possibly be used in combination or alternatively are set out below.
[0033] According to one example, the vehicle having a longitudinal axis, the solar device being configured to be positioned on a support of the vehicle, such as a luggage rack, the solar device comprising a photovoltaic panel having a frame, a tilting system configured to allow tilting of the frame, around a horizontal axis of rotation, a locking system configured to selectively lock and unlock the tilting system in position, so as to allow tilting of the frame on the support according to a plurality of tilts between a minimum horizontal tilt position 0 and a maximum tilt position 0 delimiting an angular sector between at least 0° and 70° relative to the horizontal, preferably between 0° and 90°. This thus makes it possible to obtain the greatest possible sunshine on the photovoltaic panel, depending on the position of the sun according to the seasons and the time of day, as well as, in certain cases, to avoid the shadow of the user, for example when the vehicle is moving.
[0034] According to one example, the locking system comprises a control member and a movable locking member, the control member being configured to be manipulated by a user so as to move the movable locking member, preferably so as to translate the movable locking member in a so-called translation direction, in order to selectively lock or unlock the tilting system in position. This thus makes it possible to have a locking system that is simple to use, compact, lightweight and consequently has a limited cost.
[0035] According to one example, the control member comprises one of a handle or a pull tab. The use of a handle or a pull tab ensures intuitive use of the device by a user.
[0036] According to one example, the control member is configured so that the user can manipulate it with one hand and tilt the frame while maintaining the position of this hand. Indeed, the user can then rotate the panel easily and without needing assistance from an additional user.
[0037] According to one example, the control member is configured so that the user can simultaneously manipulate it with some of the fingers of one of his hands and tilt the frame by grasping the frame in particular with his other fingers. Thus between these two steps (manipulation of the control device and tilting of the frame), the user does not need to move his hands. The use of the device is thus greatly facilitated.
[0038] According to one example, the solar device comprises at least one first complementary locking member configured to be integral with the support and to cooperate with the movable locking member so as, when they are engaged, to lock the inclination of the frame and so as, when they are not engaged, to allow free rotation of the frame around the axis of rotation. The use of a device making it possible to alternately switch from a locked configuration to an unlocked configuration and vice versa in a simplified manner allows inclination along a preferred axis.
[0039] According to one example, the solar device comprises a second complementary locking member configured to be secured to the support and to cooperate with the movable locking member only when the frame is in the minimum tilt position 0, so that, when engaged, they lock the tilt of the frame and so that, when not engaged, they allow free rotation of the frame around the axis of rotation.
[0040] According to one example, the solar device is configured so that, only when the frame is in the minimum tilt position 0, the movable locking member cooperates simultaneously with the at least one first complementary locking member and with the second complementary locking member. This makes it possible to secure the positioning of the device and to mitigate possible vibrations when the latter is positioned horizontally. Indeed, in general this position is adopted when rolling.
[0041] According to one example, one of the at least one first complementary locking member and the movable locking member comprises several notches, and the other of the at least one first complementary locking member and the movable locking member comprises a first portion, the first portion being configured so as to cooperate with each of the notches. The device thus makes it possible, by a complementarity between a first portion which may be a projection and notches, to ensure a secure locking position regardless of the inclination of the panel.
[0042] According to one example, one of the second complementary locking member and the movable locking member comprises a notch, and the other of the second complementary locking member and the movable locking member comprises a second portion, the second portion being configured so as to cooperate with the notch. The device thus makes it possible, by a complementarity between a second portion which may be a projection and the notch, to ensure an effective locking position when the panel is positioned horizontally.
[0043] According to one example, each of the notches of the at least one first complementary locking member extends radially around the axis of rotation so as to allow several different inclinations 0. Thus the first complementary locking member may have the shape of a notched wheel having a plurality of notches allowing different degrees of inclination.
[0044] According to one example, the solar device comprises at least two, and preferably two first complementary locking members configured to be integral with the support and to cooperate with the movable locking member so as, when they are engaged, to lock the inclination of the frame and so as, when they are not engaged, to allow free rotation of the frame around the axis of rotation.
[0045] According to one example, the first portion comprises two locking zones, each preferably forming a projection or a rod end, the two locking zones being configured so as to cooperate simultaneously with each of the notches of the first two complementary locking members.
[0046] According to one example, the tilting system comprises at least one hinge, preferably two hinges, the at least one hinge being configured to provide a pivot connection between the frame and the support around the axis of rotation. This pivot connection allows rotation of the panel on a side of the vehicle.
[0047] According to one example, the tilting system comprises a stop, the stop being configured to be an end-of-travel stop in the minimum tilt position 0 of the frame. This stop allows the panel to stop its rotation while being placed on the support.
[0048] According to one example, the device comprises an electronic device configured to provide, preferably to display, data relating to a power supplied by the photovoltaic panel according to the inclination 0 of the frame. Said data relating to the power is a function of the inclination of the frame. It depends at least in part on the inclination of the frame. Thus the user can vary the inclination of the frame and view, for each inclination, the power produced by the panel. Preferably, the electronic device is carried by, and preferably integrated into the frame.
[0049] According to one example, the panel displays this power data on a screen of the electronic device included in the solar device. This makes it possible to avoid the need for an additional element external to the device to determine whether the inclination is optimal.
[0050] According to another example, the panel displays and / or provides this power data to a remote terminal, via a wireless connection, for example to a user terminal such as a smartphone of the user of the solar device. This makes it possible to obtain the data even at a distance from the device.
[0051] According to one example, the electronic device is configured to communicate data wirelessly with an application hosted on one of a remote terminal, for example a smartphone, a computer, a watch and / or at least one server. The application is configured to display at least one piece of data from: data relating to power received by the photovoltaic panel, data on expected parking time to be entered by the user, data on the inclination of the photovoltaic panel, and an estimate of the energy collected.
[0052] According to one example, the data relating to a power supplied by the photovoltaic panel is taken from: a power value, a level on a gauge, a value on a scale of values, a number of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) illuminated.
[0053] According to one example, the electronic device comprises a communication module configured to exchange by wireless link data taken from a planned parking time entered by the user, an estimate of collected energy, and data on the inclination of the photovoltaic panel with a remote terminal such as a user terminal taken from a smartphone, a computer and / or with at least one server. This allows the user to optimize their load as much as possible by taking into account, for example, parameters of prolonged parking at a specific geographical position.
[0054] According to one example, the vehicle comprises a structure taken from among a luggage rack and a trunk, and in which the solar device is mounted on said structure, preferably being entirely supported by said structure. This makes it possible to hang the device on a support already present on a vehicle.
[0055] According to one example, the vehicle is taken from: a bicycle, a tricycle, a quadricycle.
[0056] According to one example, the vehicle has two lateral sides and the device is configured so that at least in the maximum 0 tilt position, the frame is, at least in part, located along one lateral flank. This allows the panel to be positioned on only one side of the vehicle, thus reducing the size of the photovoltaic panel whether driving or parked.
[0057] According to one example, the photovoltaic panel has two opposite main faces and a lower edge. A first face or upper face may be exposed to the sun and a second face or lower face may be in contact with the solar device.
[0058] According to one example, the frame has a lower edge and the device is configured so that at least in the maximum tilt position 0, a vertical plane passing through the lower edge delimits two portions of space, the structure being entirely included in only one of these two portions of space.
[0059] According to one example, the vehicle is entirely contained in only one of these two portions of space. Thus, the frame is positioned on one side of the vehicle. It can thus be positioned along a lateral flank of the vehicle.
[0060] In the remainder of the description, the term “on” does not necessarily mean “directly on”. Thus, when it is indicated that a part or member A is supported “on” a part or member B, this does not mean that the parts or members A and B are necessarily in direct contact with each other. These parts or members A and B may be either in direct contact or be supported on each other by means of one or more other parts. The same applies to other expressions such as, for example, the expression “A acts on B” which may mean “A acts directly on B” or “A acts on B by means of one or more other parts”.
[0061] The term "solidar" used to describe the connection between two parts means that the two parts are connected / fixed relative to each other, according to all degrees of freedom, unless explicitly specified differently. For example, if it is indicated that two parts are solidar in translation according to an X direction, this means that the parts can be movable relative to each other, possibly with several degrees of freedom, excluding translational freedom in the X direction. In other words, if one part is moved in the X direction, the other part performs the same movement.
[0062] In the following detailed description, use may be made of terms such as "horizontal", "vertical", "longitudinal", "transverse", "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "front", "rear", "inner", "outer". These terms must be interpreted relatively in relation to the normal position of the device relative to the ground and relative to its position on a vehicle. For example, the concept of "horizontal" corresponds to a plane containing the support as well as the longitudinal axis (L) of the vehicle.
[0063] In the remainder of the detailed description which follows, the terms real time or instantaneous may be used. These terms must be interpreted as a time corresponding to a few seconds.
[0064] A reference will also be used whose rear / front direction corresponds to the x axis, the transverse or right / left direction corresponds to the y axis and the longitudinal or bottom / top direction corresponds to the z axis.
[0065] The present invention relates to a solar device 1, configured to recharge a vehicle 2, for example a bicycle. The vehicle 2 has a longitudinal axis L. The longitudinal axis L corresponds to the direction of advance of the vehicle 2 when it advances in a straight line. The solar device 1 is configured to be positioned on a support 21 of the vehicle 2 as illustrated in [Fig.l].
[0066] A solar device 1 enabling the recharging of a vehicle 2 generally comprises a photovoltaic element enabling the recovery of solar energy, as well as an electrical / electronic element enabling the solar energy to be transferred to a battery of the vehicle 2.
[0067] The solar device 1 will now be described with reference to FIGS. 2A to 5B.
[0068] Thus, the solar device 1 comprises a photovoltaic panel 111, hereinafter referred to as panel 111. The panel 111 allows the recovery of solar energy. The panel 111 has a frame 11. According to one example, the frame 11 is independent of the panel 111. Thus, the panel 111 can be attached to the frame 11. This simplifies the integration of the panel 111 into the solar device 1. According to an alternative example, the frame 11 is formed by the panel 111. According to one example, the panel 111 has two opposite main faces and a lower edge.
[0069] The solar device 1 also comprises a tilting system 12. The tilting system 12 is configured to allow tilting of the frame 11. The tilting of the frame 11 is carried out around an axis of rotation RL. The axis of rotation RI is a horizontal axis. More precisely, the axis of rotation RI is included in a plane (x, y). The axis of rotation RI is parallel to the longitudinal axis L. The axis of rotation RI is located vertically at the same height as the support 21 of the vehicle 2. The axis of rotation RI is at a distance from the longitudinal axis L. Thus the axis of rotation RI is not centered on the vehicle 2.
[0070] The solar device 1 also comprises a locking system 13. The locking system 13 is configured to selectively lock and unlock the tilting system 12 in position. Similarly, the locking system 13 allows an alternating passage from a locked configuration to an unlocked configuration illustrated in [Fig. 3]. The locking system 13 is thus configured so as to allow the tilting of the frame 11 relative to the support 21. More precisely, the locking system 13 allows the tilting of the frame 11 according to a plurality of inclinations. The locking system 13 thus allows the alternating passage between a minimum tilt position, horizontal, and a maximum tilt position. The maximum tilt position may be vertical. Several tilt positions between the minimum tilt position and the maximum tilt position are possible. The angular sector 0 delimited by the minimum and maximum inclination position is between at least 0° and 70° relative to the horizontal. Preferably, the angular sector 0 is between 0° and 90°.
[0071] Thus, the panel 111 can be positioned vertically. To do this, the user activates the locking system to place it in the unlocked position, moves the panel 111 into the tilting position using the tilting system 12 and returns the locking system to the locked position when the desired tilt is reached.
[0072] According to one example, the locking system 13 comprises a control member 131. The control member 131 may be configured to be manipulated by a user. The control member 131 may then be configured so that the user can manipulate it with one hand. The user may then manipulate the control member 131 so that it translates in a so-called translation direction T. The translation of the control member 131 makes it possible to selectively lock or unlock the tilting system 12 in position. The translation direction T may extend perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L for an inclination 0 = 0° of the frame 11. More precisely, the translation direction T may extend perpendicular to a plane comprising the main faces of the panel 111.
[0073] According to one example, the control member 131 is configured so that the user can manipulate it with one hand and tilt the frame 11 while maintaining the position of this hand. More specifically, the control member 131 can be configured so that the user can simultaneously manipulate it with some of the fingers of one of his hands and tilt the frame 11 by grasping the frame 11 in particular with his other fingers. Thus the control member 131 can be taken from a handle or a pull.
[0074] According to one example, the locking system comprises a lock, such as a mechanical, coded or communicating key lock. More specifically, the control member 131 may comprise a lock. Thus, the locking system 13 may be locked in position and may only be unlocked by the user of the solar device 1 by inserting a key associated with this lock into the lock, or by entering a code by the user or by wireless cooperation with a communicating object making it possible to unlock the locking system.
[0075] According to one example, the control member 131 may be connected to a movable locking member 132. Thus, when the user manipulates the control member 131, he can move the movable locking member 132 so as to selectively move it into a locked or unlocked configuration. Preferably, he can translate the movable locking member 132 along the translation direction T. The movable locking member 132 can then selectively move the tilting system 12 into a locked or unlocked configuration. According to one embodiment, the movable locking member 132 acts as a bolt.
[0076] According to one example, the solar device 1 comprises at least one first complementary locking member 133a. Similarly, the locking system 13 comprises the at least one first complementary locking member 133a. The at least one first complementary locking member 133a may be configured to be secured to the support 21. Thus, the at least one first complementary locking member 133a is fixed. The at least one first complementary locking member 133a may also be configured to cooperate with the movable locking member 132. Thus, when at least a portion of the movable locking member 132 is engaged with the at least one first complementary locking member 133a, then the inclination of the frame 11 is locked in position. When the movable locking member 132 is not engaged with the at least one first complementary locking member 133a, then there can be free rotation of the frame 11. More precisely, in the unlocked configuration, there can be free rotation of the frame 11 around the axis of rotation RL.
[0077] According to a first embodiment, the solar device 1 comprises a second complementary locking member 133b. Similarly, the locking system 13 comprises the second complementary locking member 133b. The second complementary locking member 133b can be configured to be integral with the support 21. Thus, the second complementary locking member 133b is fixed. The second complementary locking member 133b can be configured so as to cooperate with the movable locking member 132 only when the frame 11 is in the minimum tilt position. Thus, when 0 = 0°, the second complementary locking member 133b and the movable locking member 132 are in the locked configuration. Thus, when at least a portion of the movable locking member 132 is engaged with the second complementary locking member 133n, then the tilt of the frame 11 is locked in the minimum tilt position. When the movable locking member 132 is not engaged with the second complementary locking member 133b, then there can be free rotation of the frame 11. More precisely, in the unlocked configuration, there can be free rotation of the frame 11 around the axis of rotation RI.
[0078] According to an example, illustrated in Figures 1 to 2D, the solar device 1 is configured so that only when the frame 11 is in the minimum tilt position, the movable locking member 132 cooperates simultaneously with the first complementary locking member 133a and the second complementary locking member 133b. Thus, in the locked configuration, the frame 11 can withstand road shocks when the vehicle 2 is moving. Thus, at any tilt 0 in the locked configuration, the frame 11 resists the vibrations created by the movement of the vehicle 2.
[0079] According to one example, one of the first complementary locking member 133a and the movable locking member 132 comprises several notches 1331a. According to this same example, the other of the first complementary locking member 133a and the movable locking member 132 comprises a first portion 1321. The first portion 1321 can thus be configured so as to cooperate with each of the notches 1331a. The first portion 1321 can, according to one embodiment, be a projection. In addition, according to one embodiment, each of the notches 1331a extends radially around the axis of rotation RL. Thus, each of the notches 1331a allows several different inclinations 0. All of the notches 1331a can thus form a notched wheel 1331b.
[0080] According to one example, one of the second complementary locking member 133b and the movable locking member 132 comprises a notch 1332a. According to this same example, the other of the second complementary locking member 133b and the movable locking member 132 comprises a second portion 1322. The second portion 1322 can thus be configured so as to cooperate with the notch 1332a. The second portion 1322 can, according to one embodiment, be a projection.
[0081] Thus, when unlocking the frame 11 and therefore the locking system 13, the first portion 1321 and the second portion 1322 are no longer engaged with the notched wheel 1331b and the notch 1332a respectively. The frame 11 can therefore pivot around the rotation axis RL in order to fix in a position inclined 0, the user releases the locking system 13 so that it goes into the locked configuration according to an inclination 0 desired by the user. Inclination positions 0 are illustrated in figures 1, 4A, 4B, 5A and 5B.
[0082] According to one example, in order for the locking system 13 to move from an unlocked configuration to a locked configuration, the user releases the control member 131. The locking system 13 may then comprise an elastic member connected both to the control member 131 and to the movable locking member 132. Thus, the elastic member may be configured so as to return the movable locking member 132 from the unlocked configuration to the locked configuration. The presence of this elastic member allows ease of use of the solar device 1 while improving the security of the locking system 13 by allowing increased support in the event of vibration during driving.
[0083] According to one example, the locking system 13 also comprises a fixing lug 1323. The fixing lug 1323 can be configured so as to maintain the translation axis T of the movable locking member 132. The fixing lug 1323 can also be configured so as to connect the frame 11 to the locking system 13. More precisely, the fixing lug 1323 can make it possible to freely connect the movable locking member 132 with the frame 11.
[0084] In a non-limiting manner, the figures illustrate the case where the first complementary locking member 133a and the second complementary locking member 133b are configured respectively so as to comprise the notches 1331a and the notch 1332a and so that the movable locking member 132 comprises the first portion 1321 and the second portion 1322.
[0085] According to an alternative, the locking system 13 may comprise, in replacement of the notches 1331a and the first portion 1321, a friction disc coupled to an elastic member. The elastic member being configured to maintain friction on the disc when there is no user activating the system. This alternative solution may be likened to a clutch system.
[0086] Another alternative solution could be a motorized system, for example pneumatic, making it possible to adjust the ideal angle 0 of the panel 111 at regular frequency. This system can be a sun tracking system, usually referred to by the English term tracker, which makes it possible to continuously optimize the inclination of the panel in order to maximize the power produced by the panel 111.
[0087] According to one example, the tilting system 12 comprises at least one hinge 121a. When the locking system 13 is in the unlocked configuration, the tilting system 12 and more precisely the at least one hinge 121a allows the tilting of the frame 11. More precisely the at least one hinge 121a can be configured so as to provide a pivot connection between the frame 11 and the support 21. The at least one hinge 121a can then provide this pivot connection around the rotation axis RI. Preferably, the tilting system 12 can comprise two hinges 121a. The two hinges 121a could then be positioned at two distant points on the rotation axis in order to facilitate the tilting of the frame 11 around the rotation axis RI. Thus the at least one hinge 121a can be positioned on the support 21. The hinge 121a can thus have two parts allowing it to freely surround the support 21. The two parts of the hinge 121a could be fixed together by screws 112 (illustrated in [Fig.2D]).
[0088] According to one example, the tilting system also comprises at least one stop 121b. The at least one stop 121b may be configured to stop the travel of the frame 11. More specifically, the at least one stop 121b may make it possible to stop the rotation along the rotation axis RI when the frame 11 is in the minimum tilt position 0. The at least one stop 121b may be positioned in contact with the support 21. More specifically, the at least one stop 121b may have a shape complementary to the support 21. Preferably, the tilting system 12 may comprise two stops 121b.
[0089] According to one example, the hinge 121a and the stop 121b may be two separate elements. According to one example, the hinge 121a and the stop 121b may be a single piece extending over a transverse dimension of the frame 11.
[0090] A second embodiment is illustrated in Figures 7A and 7B. The second embodiment may have the same characteristics as presented in the first embodiment. Thus, all the characteristics described with reference to the preceding figures can be combined with this new embodiment. The second embodiment may also have differences detailed below.
[0091] According to the second embodiment, the tilting system 12 has a larger vertical dimension than in the embodiment presented previously. Thus, similarly, the distance d between the stop 121b, preferably between a surface of the stop 121b, this surface being in contact with the support 21, and a face of the panel 11 is greater than or equal to 2 cm (centimeters), preferably greater than or equal to 5 cm. Similarly, the distance d between the at least one hinge 121a, and a face of the panel 11 is greater than or equal to 2 cm, preferably greater than or equal to 5 cm. Thus, according to this embodiment, the positioning of a travel bag or a satchel on the support 21 is facilitated.
[0092] According to this embodiment, the locking system 13 comprises two first complementary locking members 133a. The two first complementary locking members 133a can be configured to be integral with the support 21. The two first complementary locking members 133a can cooperate with the movable locking member 132 so as, when they are engaged, to lock the inclination of the frame 11 and so as, when they are not engaged, to allow free rotation of the frame 11 around the axis of rotation RI. This thus allows for good distribution of forces. More precisely, the first two complementary locking members 133a are positioned aligned along the axis of rotation RI. As a result, the first two complementary locking members 133a can be positioned on the same portion of the support 21, leaving the other portions of the support 21 free of any locking element. Thus, the positioning of a bag or a piece of luggage on the support 21 is facilitated. The first two complementary locking members 133a can have the same characteristics as the first complementary locking member 133a of the first embodiment.
[0093] According to the second embodiment, the first portion 1321 of the movable locking member 132 comprises two locking zones 1321a. The two locking zones 1321a may each form a projection or an end of a rod of the first portion 1321. The two locking zones 1321a may be configured so as to cooperate simultaneously with each of the notches 1331a of the first two complementary locking members 133a.
[0094] According to one example, the frame 11 comprises an electronic device 113. The electronic device 113 may be configured to provide data relating to a power supplied by the panel 111 according to the inclination 0 of the frame 11. The data relating to a power supplied by the photovoltaic panel (111) may be taken from: a power value, a level on a gauge, a value on a scale of values, a number of illuminated light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Preferably, the frame 11 is configured to display this data relating to a power supplied. To do this, the frame 11 may comprise a perimeter 11a and a side 11b. One of the perimeter 11a and the side 11b may comprise a display device such as a screen or light-emitting diodes 114. Thus, depending on the inclination 0 of the frame 11, several diodes 114 may light up.If all the diodes 114 are lit then, according to one example, the power received by the panel 111 is maximum.
[0095] According to one example, the electronic device 113 comprises a communication module. The communication module can then be configured so as to exchange by wireless link data taken from a planned parking time entered by the user, an estimate of collected energy, inclination data of the photovoltaic panel 111. The exchanges between the communication module and remote elements are illustrated in [Fig.6]. The communication module can thus communicate with a remote terminal such as a user terminal 3 taken from a smartphone, a computer, and / or with at least one server 4,4'.
[0096] According to one example, a user can thus enter on his user terminal 3 his planned parking time entered by the user and obtain from at least one server 4, 4' connected to the application the optimal inclination of the frame 11. The user can then tilt the frame 11 and look either directly on the frame 11 or on his user terminal 3 to see if he has reached this optimal inclination.
[0097] According to one example, at least one of the servers 4, 4' is a server 4, 4' allowing access to information such as the weather, the sun curve or the position of the vehicle 2. Thus, the communication module of the electronic device 113 can communicate with several servers 4, 4' at the same time.
[0098] According to one embodiment, the calculations of positioning time, recharge time or any other calculation can be carried out on one of the servers 4, 4'. The results of the calculations are then sent to the user terminal 3. The user terminal 3 can then receive, for example, a recharge time calculated according to its positioning. The other of the servers 4, 4' can provide other information such as the weather.
[0099] In the remainder of the description, we will consider an assembly comprising the vehicle 2 and a solar device 1 as described previously.
[0100] According to one example, the vehicle 2 is a cycle, for example a bicycle, a tricycle or a quadricycle. The vehicle 2 thus comprises a muscular propulsion device, typically comprising a crankset and pedals and the actuation of which by the user causes at least one of the wheels of the cycle to rotate.
[0101] According to one example, the vehicle 2 comprises a structure, hereinafter designated support 21. This structure 21 can be taken from among a luggage rack and a trunk. The solar device 1 can then be mounted on the structure 21. Preferably, the solar device 1 is supported entirely by the structure 21. According to one example, the frame 11 extends beyond the structure 21. Thus when the vehicle 2 is a bicycle comprising a saddle, the solar device 1 is configured so that the frame 11 is located behind the saddle relative to a direction of travel of the bicycle. Typically the axis of rotation RI is located, vertically, at a distance less than 15 cm from the luggage rack. This thus makes it possible to reduce the height of the center of gravity essential for balance on the bicycle 2. According to one example, the structure 21 can have two uprights positioned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle 2.Thus the solar device 1 can have its rotation axis RI positioned on one of the two uprights. According to an alternative solution, a rotation axis can be positioned on each of the uprights, the locking system 13 making it possible to unlock the solar device 1 along one of the two axes independently.
[0102] According to one example, the vehicle 2 has two lateral sides 2a. When the solar device 1 is locked in the maximum tilt position 0, illustrated in [Fig.5A], the frame 11 may be, at least in part, located along a lateral flank 2a, preferably either of the two lateral flanks 2a. Thus the panel 111 is positioned on a lateral flank 2a of the vehicle 2 when 0=90°. More precisely, the frame 11 may have a lower edge. The solar device 1 may then be configured so that at least in the maximum tilt position 0, a vertical plane passing through the lower edge delimits two portions of space. The structure 21 may then be entirely included in only one of these two portions of space.
[0103] According to one example, an additional stop is configured so that in the maximum tilt position 0, the panel 111 does not come into contact with a lateral flank 2a.
[0104] The invention is not limited to the embodiments previously described and extends to all embodiments covered by the invention. The present invention is not limited to the examples previously described.
[0105] For example, although the preceding description relates more particularly to bicycles, the invention also applies to other muscle-powered vehicles assisted by an electric motor such as tricycles or quadricycles, as well as to other vehicles such as motorcycles and automobiles.
[0106] Many other variant embodiments are possible, for example by combining previously described features, without departing from the scope of the invention. Furthermore, the features described in relation to one aspect of the invention may be combined with another aspect of the invention.
