Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Non-stick pan Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of kitchen utensils, in particular a non-stick pan. State of the art
[0002] Currently, non-stick pans on the market are generally equipped with a non-stick coating on the pan body to prevent food from sticking to the pan body. However, the coating tends to peel off due to heat and friction with the spatula during use, which affects the use of non-stick pans and even contaminates the food.
[0003] In order to prevent the coating of the non-stick pan from peeling off, a non-stick pan with concave and convex patterns on the inner surface of the pan body has appeared on the market. The concave and convex patterns are mainly arranged at the bottom of the pan body, and inner side walls of some pan bodies are also provided with such patterns. The concave portion of the concave and convex patterns is provided with a non-stick coating, while the upper surface of the concave and convex patterns is not provided with the coating. This design reduces the contact area between the food and the inner surface of the pan body, effectively improves the non-stick effect, and prevents the food and the spatula from directly contacting the coating, thereby improving the durability of the coating and preventing the coating from peeling off. However, the concave and convex patterns of existing non-stick pans are mostly formed by stamping or chemical corrosion. In cases where the stamping process is used to process the concave and convex patterns on the pan body, due to the demolding problem, the size of the concave and convex patterns obtained by stamping is generally large, the non-stick effect is reduced, and the stamping must be carried out one by one, thus the efficiency is low. In cases where chemical corrosion is used to process the concave and convex patterns in the pan body, the process is complicated, the production cost is high, and the chemical materials used are likely to pollute the environment.
[0004] It is therefore necessary to propose a new non-stick pan. Presentation of the invention
[0005] In order to solve one of the technical problems existing in existing technology, the present invention relates to a non-stick pan having patterns in a rolling-formed pan body, which has high production efficiency and good non-stick effect.

[0029] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to [Fig.l] to 3.
[0030] Referring to [Fig.l] to 3, the first aspect of the present invention provides a non-stick pan, comprising a pan body 100. The pan body 100 is made from a stainless steel plate processed by rolling. The bottom of the pan body 100 is provided with a heating layer 110 configured to perform induction heating. The heating layer 110 is preferably made of ferritic stainless steel. A uniform heating layer 120 is provided between the pan body 100 and the heating layer 110. The uniform heating layer 120 is made of a material having good thermal conductivity and is preferably made of an aluminum alloy.
[0031] More specifically, in this embodiment, patterns 130 are formed on one side of the stainless steel plate constituting the pan body 100 during rolling. After the pan body 100 is formed, the patterns 130 are provided on an inner surface of the pan body 100. As shown in [Fig. 1] and [Fig. 3], preferably, the pattern 130 may be one or more shapes such as a mesh, a honeycomb, or a multiple protrusion pattern. As shown in [Fig. 2], the pattern 130 includes ribs 131 and grooves 132. In the cross-sectional structure provided in this embodiment, the ribs 131 and the grooves 132 are spaced apart from each other. Each of the ribs 131 includes a top surface 1311 and side walls 1312 which are perpendicular to each other. The width of the upper surface 1311 of each of the ribs is 0.15 to 0.6 mm, the depth of the grooves 132 is 0.02 to 0.15 mm, and the width of the grooves 132 is preferably 0.1 to 10 mm. The inner surface of the pan body 100 is also provided with a non-stick coating 133. As shown in [Fig. 2], the coating 133 is distributed in the grooves 132. An excess of the coating 133 is removed by polishing. upper surfaces of the ribs 1311, such that the upper surface 1311 of each of the ribs is not covered by the coating 133.
[0032] Further, an upper edge of the stove body 100 is provided with an outer flange 140, and the top of the outer flange 140 is polished to remove the pattern 130 to form a smooth surface.
[0033] In addition, a handle 200 is also mounted on an outer side wall of the stove body 100.
[0034] The manufacturing process of the non-stick pan of this embodiment is as follows: S1: materials are prepared, in particular, a stainless steel plate used for a pan body 100 is prepared; S2: the stainless steel plate is rolled, so that patterns 130 with a concave and convex structure are formed on one side of the stainless steel plate, the patterns 130 comprising ribs 131 and grooves 132, and the width of an upper surface 1311 of each of the ribs should be 0.15-0.6 mm; S3: shape processing is performed on the rolled stainless steel plate to obtain the pan body 100; S4: a uniform heating layer 120 and a heating layer 110 are sequentially composed at the bottom of the pan body 100; S5: an inner surface of the pan body 100 is sprayed,so that a non-stick coating 133 is formed on the inner surface of the pan body 100; and S6: the inner surface of the pan body 100 is polished to remove the coating 133 on the upper surface 1311 of each of the ribs, and finally the non-stick pan is obtained. In the above step S2, when the depth of the target grooves 132 to be rolled is greater than 0.08 mm, the stainless steel plate needs to be heated and softened before rolling. In this case, a preheating furnace is provided in front of a rolling mill, and the stainless steel plate is first heated and softened by the preheating furnace, and then enters the rolling mill for rolling. In order to enable the stainless steel plate to be smoothly separated from the rolling mill after rolling, it is preferable that, when the stainless steel plate enters the rolling mill and leaves the rolling mill, its inlet angle and outlet angle respectively include an angle with the horizontal line. Then, the stainless steel plate enters and exits the rolling mill in a slightly inclined manner, which is conducive to the smooth separation of the stainless steel plate from the rolling mill after rolling. In the above step S5, before spraying the inside of the pan body 100, the inner surface of the pan body 100 is first sandblasted, so that a rough surface is formed on the inner surface of the pan body 100, and the adhesion of the inner surface of the pan body 100 to the coating 133 is increased. In addition, after the non-stick pan is processed, additional processing steps can be added to provide the outer flange 140 and / or the handle 200 according to actual needs.
[0035] The pan body 100 of the non-stick pan of the present invention is made from the rolled stainless steel plate. The patterns 130 on the inner surface of the pan body 100 are formed by rolling. Compared with the existing technology, by means of rolling in the present invention, continuous processing of fine patterns 130 can be achieved, the production efficiency is high, and the production materials can be saved. Meanwhile, the use of rolling can avoid the problem of difficult demolding, so that patterns 130 with a small size can be made to improve the non-stick effect of the pan body 100.
[0036] The foregoing is a detailed description of the preferred implementation of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. Those skilled in the art may also make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without violating the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are included within the scope defined by the claims of the present invention.
