Abstract

Technical device presenting a new improved version of a golf glove. The invention relates to a mechanical device for hanging a golf glove without damaging it by folding it, and without wasting time on a golf course. This device consists of a golf glove (1) where, on the opening / closing tab (3) of this golf glove (1), is integrated a mechanical part with a magnetic disc (2), capable of receiving a ball marker (4). This device also consists of its variant, in that the catcher's golf glove with magnetic ball marker (6) is associated (9) with a removable mechanical part (7), capable of also receiving a ball marker (4). When the user wants to hang / hang his golf glove (1) or his catcher's golf glove with magnetic ball marker (6), he does so via the mechanical part with magnetic disc (2) or the removable mechanical part (7).This device according to the invention is particularly intended for golf players. [0001] The present invention relates to an evolution and transformation of a golf glove, in order to be able to keep said golf glove in its best condition for as long as possible.

[0002] The solutions to date for storing your golf glove mainly involve quickly folding it and putting it in a pocket of your clothing, resulting in the premature deterioration of said golf glove: folding in the pocket, abrasion between the materials and sweat... or wasting time on a course going back and forth to your golf bag.

[0003] There are solutions for maintaining the bag on golf bags, but this leads to a loss of time on the course where 10 minutes must be respected per hole, going back and forth to the bag, particularly when searching for a ball and when a club other than the putter is needed to finish the hole, to put down and pick up your golf glove.

[0005] In the specific case of the invention, it is an evolution and transformation of a golf glove allowing it to be attached, for example, to a pocket of a golfer's clothing.

[0006] The novel and inventive character of this invention lies precisely in the fact that here, it is the golf glove which itself becomes a gripping tool for golf players.

[0007] There are two possible implementation options: option one with the design and integration of a mechanical part directly on the golf glove, and option two with the design of a mechanical part identical to that of option one, but being removable. There is a prerequisite for this option two: the golf glove receiving the removable mechanical part must be accompanied by a magnetic ball marker.

[0008] In order to better understand the logic of the game and the need to see your golf glove evolve, here is an explanation of how a game of golf unfolds: the stake of the game is generally made with a golf club allowing the ball to be sent a long distance. What is used here is what is called a driver. To handle this golf club, it is necessary to have a golf glove. Indeed, said golf glove allows the player to hold the golf club more effectively, and to obtain a better result in the goal of this shot: to send the golf ball far; and if possible Add spin to the golf ball. Here is a first step where the evolution of golf glove according to the invention is essential. It is at this moment that the golf player removes his or her golf glove from his hand for the first time. All the preceding golf shots are played on the fairway. Now, let's focus on the second part of the final phase: putting. Played on the green, this golf shot is the most important on the unfolding of a hole, it is the one that makes you win or lose the most points. It requires the greatest concentration and the greatest precision in the gesture, the direction and the dosage, the golf glove is therefore an obstacle to all this.Physically speaking, the golf bag is left at the entrance to the green because it is forbidden to walk with anything other than the putter in your hands on this surface. If most golfers no longer have their golf glove, some have forgotten to remove it on the approach shot, due to lack of practical storage or time saving, and therefore find themselves with the glove in their hand. This is not easy because current solutions involve: either clumsily putting it in your pocket, or returning to the bag to put it there and therefore a loss of time and concentration. The evolution of the golf glove according to the invention allows you to stay focused on your putting by simply hanging your golf glove on an item of clothing. Once the ball has gone into the hole, players leave the green, put the golf glove back on, where it is directly accessible, take their bag and head to the next hole to continue their round.

[0009] The devices according to the invention make it possible to overcome these problems: premature deterioration of the golf glove; loss of time. It in fact offers the golfer the possibility of attaching his golf glove: either by means of an attachment system integrated directly onto the golf glove, therefore an integral part of this glove from its design according to option one, and or by the association of the part removable magnetic mechanism according to option two. This system allows us to always have our golf glove at hand, and also to preserve it over time without damaging it apart from the normal wear and tear of playing golf.

[0010] To popularize and simplify the understanding of the attachment system, we could define it as acting like a hook: in the same way that a coat hanger is hung from a wardrobe, the attachment system of the golf glove is hung from anything it can, preferably from an item of clothing for greater practicality for the golfer.

[0011] According to particular embodiments, based on option one: a. Integration of a mechanical part with a magnetic pad on a golf glove, from the design of said golf glove until its production and manufacture. b. The mechanical part is composed of a rear fin, a front fin, and a central element. The rear fin is the part of the mechanical part that is integrated into the golf glove. The front fin is the part of the mechanical part that supports the magnetic pad, and that attaches to clothing, for example. The central element connects the two rear and front fins, and ensures the strength of the mechanical part. c. The golf glove and the mechanical part with magnetic disc are one, in order to present an inseparable whole. d. The mechanical part with magnetic pad can be integrated into any part of the golf glove: it is nevertheless recommended to integrate it into the opening / closing tab of said golf glove. e. The size of the mechanical part with magnetic pad must have dimensions equal to or significantly smaller than the dimension of the golf glove attachment tab. f. The dimension of the mechanical part may be characterized by a length of 3 centimeters, a width of 3 centimeters. The depth of this mechanical part must not exceed 1 centimeter at its widest point, so as not to hinder the person wearing the golf glove. The depth of this mechanical part must not be less than 5 millimeters at its narrowest point, in order to have a real ease of grip for the golf glove. It is possible to reason in terms of surface area. It is therefore recommended that the mechanical part be 9 square centimeters in size. g. The material and design of the mechanical part with magnetic disc must have characteristics that make them resistant to handling by golf players: it is recommended to use materials similar to of an aluminum alloy or PLA, and a design with a compact, flat shape. h. The material chosen must also allow for a certain flexibility, so that the mechanical part acts like a clamp and secures the grip of the golf glove when golfers walk. i. The shape of this mechanical part is free for manufacturers. It is nevertheless recommended that it have characteristics facilitating grip. As non-limiting examples, rectangular or slightly rounded shapes are recommended, with an acute angle of 85° between the central element and the front fin, allowing the golf glove to be held securely when golfers walk. j. The color of this mechanical part is recommended to match the color of the golf glove for purely aesthetic reasons. k. The material of the golf glove can be characterized by genuine leather or any other synthetic material.

For a simpler understanding, the mechanical part of option two, which has the same characteristics as that of option one except for the addition of a magnetic component, will be called: removable mechanical part. a. The removable mechanical part uses the same methods as the mechanical part directly integrated into the golf glove, with the addition of a magnetic component. b. The magnetic component of the removable mechanical part shall be the opposite in terms of poles of the magnet in the initial compartment where the ball marker of the catcher's golf glove is located. c. The magnetic component of the removable mechanical part must be placed on the rear fin of this removable mechanical part. d. The magnetic component of the removable mechanical part has a size corresponding to the initial compartment of the ball marker of the golf catcher's glove with ball marker. A circumference of 1.5 square centimeters, with a thickness of 3 millimeters, is recommended. e. The shape of the magnetic component of the removable mechanical part is recommended to be round. f. The color of the magnetic component of the removable mechanical part is recommended to be identical to the integrated mechanical part of option one. g. The material of the golf catcher's glove with ball marker can be characterized by genuine leather or any other synthetic material. h. The recommended method of attaching the removable mechanical part is a magnet, for greater adaptability. However, manufacturers can opt for other options such as snap fasteners, clips, etc.

[0033] With reference to these drawings, the device according to option one therefore comprises the golf glove (1), represented by an assembly, composed of the golf glove (1) and the mechanical part with magnetic disc (2), integrated into the attachment tab (3) of the golf glove (1), which receives the ball marker (4).

1. Golf glove (1) characterized in that it comprises a mechanical part (2, 7) in the form of a clip or hook intended to be attached to a user's item of clothing, for example on a pocket of an item of clothing.

2. Golf glove according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanical part (2) and the glove (1) form an inseparable unit.

3. Golf glove according to claim 2, characterized in that the glove (1) further comprises a tab for opening / closing said glove, the mechanical part being integrated on said tab.

4. Golf glove according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanical part (7) is removable.

5. Golf glove according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mechanical part comprises a front fin (13), a rear fin (11) and a central element (12), the central element and the front fin forming an acute angle (5), for example equal to 85°.

6. Golf glove according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a magnetic compartment (10) for receiving a ball marker (4), the removable mechanical part (7) being configured to be housed in said compartment (10).

7. Golf glove according to claim 5, characterized in that the removable mechanical part (7) comprises a magnetic component (8) intended to be inserted into said compartment (10) for receiving the ball marker (4).

8. Golf glove according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises a magnetic pad (2) for receiving a magnetic ball marker (4).

9. Golf glove according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mechanical part has dimensions of approximately 3 centimeters in width and 3 centimeters in length.
