Abstract

An electric vehicle comprising a tubular chassis having a lower plane (2) having on each side an external side member (16), and a traction battery (32) fixed to this lower chassis plane (2), having a side face facing outwards from the vehicle which is set back from this side member (16), this vehicle comprising a reinforcing profile (50) fixed to the outside of the side member (16), in front of at least a portion of the side face of the battery (32), which forms with this side member (16) in cross-section a rigid closed loop. Claims
