1. A device (1) for packaging and applying a product (P), in particular a perfume, makeup product, or skincare product, comprising: - a container (10) for containing the product (P), the container having a groove (15) integral with the container (10), and - a closure member (20) for the container (10), comprising elastic flexible tabs (22), the elastic flexible tabs each having a protruding ridge (22a), the protruding ridges (22a) of the elastic flexible tabs (22) cooperating with the groove (15) of the container in the closed position of the device, the closure member (20) and the container (10) being configured such that the closure member (20) completes a closing stroke to the closed position, during which the closure member rubs against the container (10), in particular the protruding ridges (22a) of the elastic flexible tabs rub against the container (10),the closing stroke having a length of at least 4 mm, in particular at least 5 mm.

2. Device according to the preceding claim, the closing stroke having a length greater than 6 mm, or even greater than 7 mm, or even greater than 8 mm, better greater than 9 mm, being in particular at least 10 mm.

3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, the container (10) having a neck (13) for receiving the closure member (20) and a collar (36) inserted on the neck, the groove being formed on the collar (36).

4. Device according to the preceding claim, the fret being frustoconical or having a truncated pyramid shape, being wider at the bottom than at the top.

5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, the groove (15) having a rounded edge, the rounded edge having a radius of curvature between 0.05 and 2 mm, or even between 0.1 and 1.5 mm, better between 0.15 and 0.7 mm.

6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, the closing member (20) comprising a cover (23) and an insert (24) inserted in the hood (23), the flexible elastic tabs (22) being carried by the hood or by the insert.

7. Device according to the preceding claim, the closing member (20) comprising a spring piece having elastic flexible tabs (22), which is fixed to the cover or insert (24).

8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, the container (10) comprising a bottle (11) and a neck (13) for receiving the closure member (20), the neck forming with the bottle a shoulder (14), in particular against which the closure member abuts in the closed position on the container.

9. Device according to the preceding claim, the container (10) comprising a plate (18) covering the shoulder (14).

10. Device according to the preceding claim, wherein when the device is in the closed position, the closing member rests at a distance of less than 5 mm, or even less than 2 mm, better less than 1 mm, or even at zero distance from the shoulder (14) of the container (10).

11. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, the container (10) comprising a product (P) dispensing pump.

12. Device according to the preceding claim, comprising a pump support (34, 35, 36) made of a metallic material, in particular aluminium.

13. Device according to one of the two preceding claims, the container (10) comprising a pump support made in at least two pieces (35, 36), a radial space being provided between the two pieces of the pump support.

14. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the container holding the product, the product being in the form of a grape of product, in particular lipstick, received in a grape-holding cup associated with a closing element.

15. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the container holding the product and configured to allow the product to be dispensed, in particular by means of an applicator.
