Beverage preparation apparatus (10) comprising: - a liquid circulation pump, - an infusion chamber configured to hold ground material, such as coffee grounds or any other powdered product to be infused, - a beverage dispensing head (14) configured to be fluidly connected to the infusion chamber and through which a beverage prepared by the beverage preparation apparatus (10) is able to flow out of the beverage preparation apparatus (10), - a container support (18), the container support (18) comprising: + a support portion (36) defining a container receiving surface (40) configured to support the container and to be located at least partially below the beverage dispensing head (14), such that a beverage prepared by the beverage preparation apparatus (10) is able to flow by gravity into the container supported by the support portion (36),and + a collection tank (38) configured to be located at least partially below the support part (36) and to collect rinse water and / or beverage droplets flowing by gravity from the beverage dispensing head (14) and passing through at least one flow orifice (42, 44) formed through the support part (36), characterized in that the receiving surface (40) of the container is made of a material configured to ensure that the container is held in position on the receiving surface (40) during the operation of the pump.
2. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the receiving surface (40) is made of a material whose coefficient of static friction with the container is greater than 1, preferably greater than 2, and preferably even greater than 3.
3. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the receiving surface (40) is made of elastomeric material.

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the support part (36) includes a support plate (46) in which each drainage orifice (42, 44) is provided, and a support element (48) forming the receiving surface (40) and suitable for being fixed to the support plate (46).
5. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 4, characterized in that the support element (48) is removably fixed to the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the support plate (46) comprises at least one through-hole (74, 80, 82) and in that the support element (48) comprises at least one axial rib (94, 96, 98) corresponding for each through-hole (74, 80, 82) suitable for being received in said through-hole (74, 80, 82).
7. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 6, characterized in that each axial rib (94, 96, 98) is adapted to cooperate by form cooperation with the corresponding through housing (74, 80, 82) to fix the support element (48) to the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the support element (48) comprises a substantially flat connecting part (87) on which each axial rib (94, 96, 98) is formed, in that the connecting part (87) is configured to be positioned under the support plate (46), and in that each axial rib (94, 96, 98) is configured to pass through the corresponding through-hole (74, 80, 82) and form the receiving surface (40) when the support element (48) is fixed to the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 8, characterized in that each axial rib (94, 96, 98) is configured to extend axially beyond the support plate (46) and in particular beyond the corresponding through housing (74, 80, 82) when the support element (48) is fixed to the support plate (46) so as to define a container receiving area raised relative to the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the support element (48) comprises several axial ribs (94, 96, 98), and in that the support element (48) comprises: - a central part (89) comprising a first group of axial ribs (94) extending parallel to a transverse axis (Yl) of the support element (48), and - two opposing lateral parts (90, 92) comprising a second group of axial ribs (96, 98) comprising successively, along the transverse axis (Yl), a first portion (96A, 98A) extending parallel to the transverse axis (Yl) and a second portion (96B, 98B) inclined with respect to the first portion (96A, 98A) and of which a free end is closer to the central part (89) than the first portion.
11. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 4 to 10, characterized in that the container support (18) comprises a hood (39) adapted to be fixed to the collection tank (38) and defining a central housing (54) for receiving the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to claim 11, characterized in that the hood (39) is adapted to be superimposed on the collection tank (38) and defines a recovery tray (56) for the rinse water and / or beverage drops flowing by gravity from the beverage dispensing head (14), the recovery tray (56) being adapted to be in fluidic communication with the collection tank (38), and in that the support plate (46) is adapted to be superimposed on the hood (39) at the level of the central housing (54).
13. Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 4 to 12, characterized in that the support element (48) includes a gripping tab suitable for being grasped by the user to separate the support element (48) from the support plate (46).

Beverage preparation apparatus (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the beverage preparation apparatus (10) comprises a hot water / steam dispensing outlet (16) and a frothed milk dispensing device (28) adapted to be connected to the hot water / steam dispensing outlet (16) and to deliver frothed milk into the container when the container is positioned on the receiving surface (40).
