1. A handle device for a fishing rod comprising a shaft (20) extending between two shaft ends (20), a handle (21) extending between a first handle end (25) and a second handle end (26) having a portion configured to position a reel (30), said shaft (20) extending beyond the second handle end (26), one of the shaft ends (20) being contained within said handle (21), characterized in that said device comprises at least one first spacer (22) positioned within the handle (21); said spacer has a central through hole in which said shaft (20) is retained; said spacer has at least one air passage hole; within the handle (21) is a defined air volume between the shaft (20) and an internal wall of the handle (21);said volume of air is configured to resonate the oscillations of the rod (20), said first end of sleeve (25) includes a cover (27).
2. Device according to claim 1, wherein said cover (27) is solid or has at least one opening.
3. Device according to claim 1, wherein the first spacer (22) is positioned substantially in the middle of the handle (21); said middle is defined between the first end of the handle (25) and the second end of the handle (26).
4. Device according to claim 1, wherein the device comprises a second spacer (23) positioned proximal to the first end of sleeve (25) and a third spacer (24) positioned on the second end of sleeve (26).
5. Device according to claim 1, wherein the handle (21) has a circular section on at least one half of said handle (21).
