Description

Title of the invention: Packaging and application assembly for a cosmetic product

[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one device for conditioning and applying a cosmetic product and a box comprising at least one external wall delimiting an internal space for receiving at least one device for conditioning and applying a cosmetic product.

[0002] A cosmetic product is, for example, a hair product, a hygiene product, a facial and / or body care product, a makeup product, or a sun protection product. More generally, a cosmetic product is a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1223 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.

[0003] A cosmetic product conditioning and application device, such as a perfume sprayer or a tube containing a cream, sold commercially is generally used manually by a pressure movement on the storage container or the cap of said cosmetic product conditioning and application device.

[0004] However, such a movement is sometimes not feasible for certain people with reduced mobility who, due to an accident or illness, can no longer perform it and, consequently, cannot use such conditioning devices. For example, people with reduced hand mobility, due to spasticity or flaccid hands, face this problem.

[0005] The production of packaging specific to each particular morphology could be a solution to allow the use of a mascara packaging device by people with reduced mobility but is difficult to envisage on a large scale and would involve significant production costs.

[0006] Furthermore, people with reduced mobility, facing issues of inclusion and ease of purchase, are looking for solutions that allow them to use the same packaged cosmetic products as people with full mobility

[0007] One object of the invention is then to propose an assembly facilitating the use of at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device.

[0008] To this end, the invention relates to an assembly comprising:

[0009] - at least one device for conditioning and applying a product cosmetics;

[0010] - at least one removable support on which at least one device of cosmetic product packaging and application is intended to be assembled;

[0066] [Fig. 13] [Fig. 13] is a simplified schematic illustration of several variants of a gripping device for the assembly, in front, side and top views.

[0067] With reference to figures 1 to 13, a set 10 is disclosed.

[0068] Set 10 comprises:

[0069] - at least one device 12 for conditioning and applying a product cosmetics;

[0070] - at least one removable support 22;

[0071] - a box of 30; and

[0072] - a gripping device 66.

[0073] In particular, in the example of Figures 1 to 13, assembly 10 comprises four devices 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic products. Of course, the application also covers assemblies 10 comprising one or more devices 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic products, regardless of the number of devices 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic products.

[0074] In the particular example of Figures 1 to 13, the cosmetic product conditioning and application devices 12 are a lipstick application device 13A, a mascara application device 13B, two perfume application devices 13C, 13D.

[0075] The assembly 10 includes in particular as many removable supports 22 as devices 12.

[0076] Each cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 is intended to be mounted on a removable support 22.

[0077] Advantageously, each cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 is configurable between a resting configuration in which the cosmetic product is at least partially covered by a covering element 14 and a usage configuration in which the cosmetic product is ready to be applied.

[0078] For example, a first cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12A includes a movable applicator 16 rotating about an axis of the applicator A-A' between the rest configuration and the usage configuration.

[0079] For example, the first device 12A is a lipstick, the applicator 16A being a tube of the lipstick containing a lipstick stick, the tube being mobile in rotation relative to a base of the lipstick, around the axis of the applicator A-A'. The cover element 14 is notably formed by the tube.

[0080] For example, a second cosmetic product packaging and application device 12B comprises an applicator 16B and a cap 18 for covering the applicator 16B, the second cosmetic product packaging and application device 12B being such that:

[0081] - in the resting configuration, the cap 18 covers the applicator 16B;

[0082] - in the operating configuration, the cap 18 extends away from the applicator 16B.

[0083] In particular, in the second cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12B, the cap 18 is rotatably mounted on the applicator 16B.

[0084] For example, the second device 12B is a mascara application device, in which the applicator 16B is a brush and in which the cap 18 is removably mounted on a base of the device 12B comprising a mascara reservoir. The cover element 14 is formed in particular by the cap 18.

[0085] Advantageously, each removable support 22 includes a gripping member 24 oriented outwards from the case 30 when said removable support 22 extends into an external housing 36 defined by at least one external wall 32 of the case 30.

[0086] In particular, the grasping organ 24 includes a cavity 26.

[0087] The box 30 includes at least one external wall 32 delimiting an internal space 34 for receiving each device 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic product.

[0088] Advantageously, the case 30 comprises a base 31 and a cover 33, the base 31 and / or the cover 33 comprising at least one external wall 32.

[0089] As can be seen in figures 1 and 2, the hood 33 is movable between a closed position in which it delimits with the base 31 the internal space 34 and an open position in which the hood 33 extends away from the base 31 to give access to the internal space 34.

[0090] For example, the hood 33 includes an internal surface 35 on which a mirror 39 is fixed (visible in [Fig.2]).

[0091] Advantageously, the enclosure 30 further includes a hood opening device comprising a detector 76 (visible in [Fig.3]) arranged on at least one external wall 32 and an actuator (not shown) configured to move the hood 33 between the closed position and the open position when the detector 76 detects the presence of an object, for example a user's limb.

[0092] The at least one external wall 32 defines the at least one external housing 36 extending along a housing axis B-B' and in which the at least one removable support 22 is intended to extend. In particular, the at least one external wall 32 defines an external housing 36 for each removable support 22.

[0093] For example, at least one external housing 36 is defined between the hood 33 and the base 31 (as illustrated in the example in Figures 1 and 2).

[0094] Each external housing 36 includes a base 37 having an opening 38 communicating with the internal space 34 of the housing 30. When a removable support 22 on which a device 12 is mounted is received in an external housing 36, said device 12 extends from the removable support 22 into the internal space 34 of the housing 30 through the opening 38.

[0095] In particular, the housing axis B-B' extends notably substantially perpendicularly to at least one external wall 32.

[0096] The box 30 further includes a device 40 for actuating at least one device 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic product.

[0097] The actuation device 40 is capable of moving each cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 between its rest configuration and its application configuration.

[0098] In particular, the actuation device 40 comprises a cavity 42, a receptacle 44 and an actuation unit 48.

[0099] With reference to Figures 5, 6 and 8 to 12, the cavity 42 is suitable for receiving at least one device 12 for packaging and applying cosmetic products. The cavity 42 extends in particular into the internal space 34 of the box 30.

[0100] With reference to Figures 5, 6 and 8, the receptacle 44 is suitable for receiving each removable support 22 so that when said removable support 22 on which the au is mounted less one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 is received in the receptacle 44, the at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 extends into the cavity 42.

[0101] In particular, the receptacle 44 is defined by at least one external wall 32 of the box 30.

[0102] In particular, the receptacle 44 has a shape substantially identical to that of the external housings 36.

[0103] In particular, the receptacle 44 includes a base 45 having an orifice 46 communicating with the cavity 42. When a removable support 22 on which a device 12 is mounted is received in the receptacle 44, said device 12 extends from the removable support 22 into the cavity 42 through the orifice 46.

[0104] The actuation unit 48 is configured to move at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 extending in the cavity 42 between its rest configuration and its application configuration.

[0105] The actuation unit 48 is in particular arranged in the internal space 34 of the box 30.

[0106] Advantageously, the actuation unit 48 comprises a set of sensors 50 and an actuator 54.

[0107] The sensor assembly 50 is capable of detecting the insertion of at least a part of at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 into the cavity 42.

[0108] The sensor assembly 50 includes in particular a proximal sensor 50A, an intermediate sensor 50B and a distal sensor 50C arranged successively in the cavity 42 opposite the receptacle 44, in a direction D (illustrated in figures 3 to 5) substantially perpendicular to at least one external wall 32.

[0109] Each sensor 50A, 50B, 50C is capable of detecting the presence of at least a portion of the cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 when this portion extends in front of said sensor 50A, 50B, 50C.

[0110] The actuator 54 is configured to move at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 between its rest configuration and its application configuration.

[0111] The actuator 54 includes, for example, a servomotor 56, a motor 58 and at least one roller 60.

[0112] Advantageously, the actuator 54 further includes a pinching mechanism 62 for at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12.

[0113] The motor 58 is notably controlled by the servomotor 56.

[0114] The at least one roller 60 is intended to be driven in rotation by the motor 58 and to cooperate with the at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 to move the at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 between its rest configuration and its application configuration.

[0115] The pinching mechanism 62 is advantageously controlled by the servomotor 56.

[0116] The pinching mechanism 62 is configured to bring at least one roller into contact 60 with at least one device 12 for conditioning and applying cosmetic product.

[0117] The actuation unit 48 is configured in particular such that:

[0118] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a first insertion of at least one part of at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12, the actuator 54 moves at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 from its rest configuration to its application configuration (figures 5 and 10);

[0119] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a second insertion of at least one part of at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12, the actuator 54 moves at least one cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 from its application configuration to its rest configuration (figures 8 and 12).

[0120] For example, in the case of the first cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12A, the actuation unit 48 is configured such that:

[0121] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a first insertion of the first device 12A in cavity 42, actuator 54 moves the rotating applicator 16A from its rest configuration to the operating configuration by cooperation with the applicator 16A;

[0122] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a second insertion of the first device 12A in cavity 42, actuator 54 moves applicator 16A in rotation from its application configuration to its rest configuration by cooperation with applicator 16A.

[0123] In particular, in the case of the first device 12A, with reference to the figures:

[0124] - the pinching mechanism 62 brings at least one roller 60 into contact with the 16A applicator when the 50A proximal sensor detects the 16A applicator;

[0125] - at least one roller 60 drives the applicator 16A in rotation of its configuration from rest to the usage configuration until a portion of the applicator 16A, specifically a portion of the lipstick stick in the case of lipstick, is detected by the intermediate sensor 50B.

[0126] In a specific example, the applicator 16A defines a beveled application surface, the actuation unit 48 being configured to drive the applicator 16A in rotation from its rest configuration to the operating configuration until the beveled surface has a predetermined orientation relative to the gripping device 66. The predetermined orientation is in particular an orientation allowing easy application of the beveled application surface to a part of the user's body when the user manipulates the gripping device.

[0127] In particular, at least one of the sensors in the sensor set 50 is configured to detect the orientation of the beveled surface.

[0128] For example, in the case of the second device 12B, the actuation unit 48 is configured such that:

[0129] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a first insertion of the applicator 16B in cavity 42, the actuator 54 grasps the cap 18 extending into cavity 42 so that an extraction of the removable support 22 away from the receptacle 44 results in the separation of the cap 18 and the applicator 16B;

[0130] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a second insertion of the applicator 16B in cavity 42, actuator 54 releases cap 18.

[0131] In particular, in the case of the second device 12B, with reference to Figures 10 to 12, especially when the cap 18 is rotatably mounted on the applicator 16, the actuation unit 48 is configured such that:

[0132] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a first insertion of the applicator 16B in cavity 42, the actuator 54 drives the cap 18 into rotation so as to separate the cap 18 and the applicator 16B;

[0133] - when the sensor assembly 50 detects a second insertion of the applicator 16B in cavity 42, the actuator 54 drives the cap 18 in rotation so as to secure the cap 18 and the applicator 16B.

[0134] In particular, in the case of the second device 12B:

[0135] - the pinching mechanism 62 brings at least one roller 60 into contact with the cap 18 when the distal sensor 50C detects the cap 18;

[0136] - at least one roller 60 drives the cap 18 in rotation of the configuration of rest towards the usage configuration until the 16B applicator is no longer detected by the 50A proximal sensor.

[0137] For example, at least one sensor of the sensor set 50 is configured to recognize different types of devices 12 and to adapt the actuation of the actuation unit 48 according to the type of device 12 recognized. Said at least one sensor is specifically configured to recognize whether a device 12 inserted into the cavity 42 is a first 12A or a second 12B device.

[0138] With reference to Figures 3 to 5, the gripping device 66 is capable of grasping each removable support 22 for:

[0139] - extract said removable support 22 from the external housing 36 away from the box 30;

[0140] - move the cosmetic product conditioning and application device 12 mounted on said removable support 22.

[0141] Advantageously, the gripping device 66 is further able to grasp each removable support 22 to insert said removable support 22 into the receptacle 44 so that the corresponding device 12 extends into the cavity 42 of the actuating device 40.

[0142] The gripping device 66 is in particular a ring.

[0143] The ring includes:

[0144] - at least one ring 68 into which a user's finger can be threaded;

[0145] - a ring head 70 mounted on at least one ring 68 and extending along an axis ring head C-C'.

[0146] In particular, the ring comprises a single ring 68, as can be seen on the left side of [Fig. 11].

[0147] Alternatively, as illustrated in the central part of [Fig. 11], the ring comprises two rings 68 arranged side by side, the ring head 70 extends between the two rings 68.

[0148] According to another variant, the ring comprises a ring 68 and a hook 69 arranged side by side, the ring head 70 extends between the ring 68 and the hook 69.

[0149] The ring head 70 is able to cooperate with the gripping member 24 to secure the gripping device 66 and the corresponding removable support 22.

[0150] The ring head 70 is in particular intended to be inserted into the cavity 26 so that the axis of the ring head C-C' and the axis of the housing B-B' are substantially parallel, in particular substantially coincident.

[0151] For example, the ring head 70 is a substantially flat element having the shape of a logo and / or a mark and / or a symbol.

[0152] When the ring head 70 is inserted into the cavity 26, the ring head 70 is rotationally movable around the ring head axis C-C', in particular by rotation of the ring, between:

[0153] - a neutral position (visible in [Fig. 1]) in which the ring head 70 is movable outside cavity 26 in translation along the housing axis B-B'; and

[0154] - a locking position (visible in Figures 2 to 10) in which the ring is fixed in translation to the grasping organ 24 along the housing axis B-B'.

[0155] In particular, in the locking position, the ring head 70 is retained by at least one edge of the gripping member 24 delimiting the cavity 26.
