Abstract

The invention relates to a motor vehicle (1) comprising: - a rear axle (8) connecting two rear wheels and including a crossmember; - a powertrain assembly (2) comprising at least one electric motor (3); said powertrain assembly (2) being disposed at the rear between the two rear wheels and being positioned at least partially at a height lower than that of the rear axle crossmember (8); and - a fairing (5) which protects said powertrain assembly (2) and comprises a base (15) extending flat beneath the powertrain assembly (2), a rear lip (14) set back from the powertrain assembly (2), and a rear ramp (16) which connects the base (15) and the rear lip (14) and extends upwards from the front to the rear. Claims

7. Motor vehicle (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the fairing (5) is attached to the two rear mounting brackets (10, 11) and the front mounting bracket (12).

8. Motor vehicle (1) according to claim 7, wherein the fairing (5) is fixed to the two rear mounting brackets (10, 11) and to the front mounting bracket (12) by means of shock-absorbing fasteners.

9. Motor vehicle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the fairing (5) is equipped with a window (28) which is arranged opposite an identification information (29) of the powertrain assembly (2).

10. Motor vehicle (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fairing (5) comprises a metal sheet having a rib pattern consisting of longitudinal bands (27) which extend along a longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle (1) and which are arranged successively, with variations in level, side by side along a transverse direction.
