Title of the invention: Carbon dioxide capture system. The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide capture system (1) comprising a desublimation device (2) delimited by an enclosure (4), a thermal regulation circuit (26) extending within the enclosure (4), and a liquid carbon dioxide outlet line (16) connected to the enclosure (4). The enclosure (4) comprises a liquid carbon dioxide recovery portion (30) communicating with the outlet line (16). The desublimation device (2) comprises a control means (32) for draining the fused carbon dioxide from the recovery portion (30).
